[00:19] What is up, Packers fans? Happy Friday. Welcome into an all new episode of the Pack-A-Day Podcast. I'm your host, Andy Herman. You can follow me on Twitter, at AndyHermanNFL, and the podcast, at Pack-A-Day Podcast. Thanks for being here today. Hope you enjoyed night one of the NFL Draft. We are back today for day two. I had a great time in the live draft show yesterday. A ton of fun. We had over 1200 people in chat. A lot of great questions, a lot of great discussion. Really enjoyed that. Justice Mosqueda, stop by for a little bit. You can always go rewatch it if you missed it yesterday. It was fun to kind of just go through and relax. There was no Packers draft picks to talk about or anything like that. So we just kind of got to see things unfold. It was a ton of fun. Thank you to everyone who showed up and all the questions, the super chats, the new memberships. That was absolutely amazing. Hope you guys enjoyed it. I know I did. Plenty of time today to check out the live shows. Happy Hour coming up 3 p.m. Central Time and then live draft extravaganza, the draft party, 5:30 p.m. Central Time. Remember an hour earlier today. Draft starts an hour earlier. So 5.30 Central Time will be live. So I'll probably go 3 to 4, 4.30, somewhere in that range on the Happy Hour. Take about an hour break to just get everything set. Probably have a bite to eat and then we'll go live for the live show at again 5:30 p.m. Central Time. Thought overall, the draft was fun, enjoyable. A couple of surprises. You had Caleb Banks to Minnesota. We'll talk about that. Ty Simpson to the Rams. We'll talk about that as well. But for most part, a pretty chalk draft. Some trades, no drastic trades up or down. A lot of it was like one, two, three, four picks down here and there. But overall, again, I thought active, exciting. A lot of good players went. Some still on the board. We had some drama. And again, you got the big one, which was Ty Simpson getting picked by the Rams. I think that was the big shocker for the day. I will say, not a huge fan of the eight-minute draft picks. I'm a huge nerd. I'm in the group of people that the draft could have been going on until five in the morning. And I'd be like, this is great. This is amazing. Let's keep this going. So I get I'm in that version of it. But I think eight minutes is just a little on the short side to let things marinate. Because once the pick is made, you barely get to have anyone talk about the picks. And then it's all of a sudden we're on to the next one already, which is fine on like day three, right? But on day one, you kind of want the opportunity to talk about these players. I know that for us that are all ingrained in the draft, we've been talking about these prospects for forever. But being able to talk about the team fit and what players got passed on for that player. Like there's so much to break down. There's so much to break down and just rushing, it seems a little bit odd. I mean, the overall draft time was good. It felt like it went really crisp. But I got to the end of the draft and I'm like, that was it. Like I was ready to talk for like another couple hours if need be. So overall, it's not the end of the world by any means, but I kind of like the 10 minutes a little bit more. Let me know what you guys think. Did you like the eight minutes or would you go 10? I don't think they need to go back to 15. That was too much. But I think the 10 was kind of perfect. But let me know what you guys think. I thought overall, things went pretty well for Green Bay on Thursday. You know, you don't know what's gonna be there just because everything went well on Thursday doesn't mean anything. You know, all the picks at Green Bay still likes to go within the first 10 picks on Friday. And it really doesn't matter that they didn't go 1 through 32 if they go 33 through 42 and Green Bay still doesn't have a chance to pick them at 52 anyway. But a good chunk of players that are still there, you know, even if you look at the draft board, let me see if I can bring this up really quick. For those of you who are on YouTube. Let's see. Thought I had it here. Here we go. So bring this up. There we go. So if you kind of look at it, and again, some of these players are ones that again, you're maybe not hoping like some of the wide receivers, linebackers, but these are players that, you know, fit Green Bay's sort of thresholds and would be potential players. If you look at players that are off the board that we put on the Packers big board here, Teldrick Falk is gone. He was never really expected to get to Green Bay at 52. He's gone. Chris Johnson is gone. I know that I saw some people react like, no, Chris Johnson, Chris Johnson was never getting to 52, and he was probably never getting to round two. And even if he did, he was probably never getting to a spot where Green Bay was going to be able to trade out for him. So if Green Bay can't have him, let's get him to Green Bay South. Kudos to the Dolphins for picking him up. I will say John Eric Sullivan liking Chris Johnson probably means that the Packers liked Chris Johnson as well. Same tree, right? Same ideas. The vast majority of the year where John Eric Sullivan, you know, really developed his thoughts on this draft was in Green Bay with Brian Gudekinst. There can always be a difference of opinion. You never quite know, but it probably means that Green Bay was interested. I just, we talked about it. There was no realistic chance that he was going to get there. And if he, again, if Green Bay can't have him, might as well go to Green Bay South, I guess. So, but Chris Johnson, Keldrick Falk off the board. Judarian Price, nobody was, I don't think, hoping for really a running back in round two for Green Bay. But Price is gone. He would have fit Green Bay's thresholds at the running back position. Caleb Lomu and Max Ionachor. Those both were well expected to be gone. We knew there was going to be a run on offensive tackles. There was, we expected all those players to be gone in round one. They were, but they're both gone off the list. Keelan Rutledge, another player I expected to be gone. And even then, I don't know if they fully would have taken them. They probably would have at that point. But to me, you know, never really saw that as a likely scenario. Malachi Lawrence, we talked about, he was a little bit tough to sort of figure out where his range was going to be. The buzz was he was going to go round one. He did go round one to Dallas. He's off the board and that's it. Everyone else we didn't have, because again, everyone else is pretty much set to be gone and it just didn't fit what Green Bay was looking for. But there are a lot of players. There's nine players. Oh, sorry, Peter Woods as well. Peter Woods is the other one. Sorry, I used the wrong one here. I meant to cross off Peter Woods as well, but Peter Woods is the other one too. I don't think Green Bay was looking for that type of defensive tackle. Now again, if he gets there at 52, that's probably a different conversation, but I don't think you're losing much sleep over that. With Caleb Banks, Banks is one that is super high risk, high reward. So those are the other two defensive tackles, I think. So Lawrence, Banks, Woods, Rutledge, Lomu, Ayanna Chor, Judarian Price, Keldrick Falk and Chris Johnson are the ones that we had to kind of cross off through the course of the first round. But there are still a lot of players. Kaden MacDonald at defensive tackle is still there. We had him as a round one potentially. He's still there going into round two. Same thing with Colton Hood at corner. He's still there going into day two or round two. We have a lot of the receivers, both of the tight ends that are potentially still in play for Green Bay are both still there. Four interior offensive linemen in Basantas, Pregnon, Dunker and Jalen Farmer. Two defensive tackles in Lee Hunter and Kristen Miller, not to mention, again, we already talked about Kaden MacDonald. Three edge rushers in Zion Young, TJ Parker, Gabe Ackes. Maybe DDS is in that conversation. Maybe Dominique Orange for nose tackle slash defensive tackle as well. There's plenty of linebackers if they wanted to. I don't think they want to go in that direction, of course. Colton Hood, Avion Terrell, Brandon Cisse. All there as potential second round corners. There's a couple safeties too. This set up pretty well for Green Bay going into day two of the draft. Now again, that could all get nuked very early on in day two. But as of right now, you feel pretty good, I think, going into day two with some options that are out there. And maybe, just maybe, Green Bay being willing to trade up as well if the right player is actually there. So that's where we're at. Again, I thought it was overall a good day for Green Bay. Also, only one of their top 30 visits is off the board. I on a chore. That's the only one of their top 30 visits that's no longer out there. So they have all their top 30 visits outside of I on a chore still in play as well. As far as the NFC North goes, again, I think that was a big theme for Green Bay on the day is just keeping an eye on Minnesota, Chicago, Detroit, with Green Bay not having that first round pick. Let's start with the Lions. I saw this one coming, talked about it live on chat. As soon as Proctor went, I'm like, the Lions are going to take Blake Miller. And sure enough, they take Blake Miller. He'll go to right tackle and start for them. Wrestling background, fits Detroit really well. Really impressive athletic profile. Hands are all over the place. But what I kind of talked about with Miller, Detroit could have gone in a couple of different directions. Like Ionature, for example, would have been, I think, more risk reward. They maybe could have been more aggressive trying to go up and get Proctor. Freelane, same thing. There were some more risk reward opportunities there at Tackle. Blake Miller is just a solid double. I didn't even see Daniel Jemarat was watching the replay of the draft a little bit. But on the live show, I said, Taylor Decker, not necessarily even just the player, like their form and things like that, but like the outcome, like just a decade long solid tackle. Somebody like Brian Bulaga, a Taylor Decker, a Brian O'Neill in Minnesota, somebody that's not going to be an all-pro or a pro bowler, doesn't get a ton of recognition, but just a damn good tackle for about a decade. That's what I think Blake Miller is going to be. I think it was a really sound pick by them. They're going to take Penny Sewell, move him to left tackle. Blake Miller will be their right tackle, likely their day one starter. I think that was a really good pick for Detroit, which I hate to say. I saw some people say that was maybe a reach. I didn't see that. I would add him really high on my board. I think I had him like 11th, 12th, somewhere in there. Maybe it was like 15th. But either way, yeah, I had him, I can tell you right now. I had him 12th on my board. So I had him 12th on my board. And then he goes a little bit after that. He's worth it to me. I think he's going to be a really good starter in the league for a long time. So hate that for the Packers, but good pick there by the Lions. I did hear there was some buzz that Detroit tried to get up to get Proctor. Of course, Miami took Proctor. That's a little bit noteworthy as well, that Miami took Proctor. You know, we heard from John Eric Sullivan last year, and we heard it again when he went to Miami, that big doesn't get small. That seems to be a theme along the offensive line, both for the Packers, as well as now for Miami with them taking Proctor as well. It seems like there is a desire. There's been a little bit of a change there, because for so long, it was like the Zach Tom types, right? You didn't see the big mauling types in Green Bay. It seems like there's been a change with getting Anthony Belt in that right guard, signing Aaron Banks at Left Guard and Free Agency, even Sean Ryan now as a center. We've seen them bring in guys recently, like it didn't work out or whatever, but Caleb Jones and Kadim Telfort, guys who were a little bit bigger. So it does seem that there has been a legitimate change in Green Bay with wanting much bigger guys on the offensive line. And that is echoed by the fact that Miami, again, John Eric Sullivan coming from that Green Bay tree goes his very first pick as GM of the Dolphins is Proctor, the biggest dude in the draft. So I just think that's noteworthy. Keep an eye on those big guys as potential draft picks along the offensive line moving forward. I don't think they're looking to go small again. I think Green Bay is gonna want to continue to get big along the offensive line. We'll see what type of draft picks they make the rest of the weekend with that. And don't be surprised if they get some big guys because that seems to be exactly what they're going for as of late. But once Proctor was off the board, then Detroit stuck and took Blake Miller again. I think it's a really good pick. The Vikings. If Detroit going for Blake Miller was a nice solid double, they absolutely went swinging for the fences. They might make contact and crush this thing. And Caleb Banks might be an absolute pain to play against for the next decade as one of the most dominant interior defensive linemen in the entire NFL. Or he could be out of the league in a couple years. Like that's the range of outcomes we're looking at here. He's had foot issues. His weight has fluctuated, I think, mostly due to not being able to work out as much because of the foot issues. He hasn't been able to stay on the field. There was an issue all last year. He barely played a year ago. His tape, when he is in there, you will see him have like a rep, and it looks like the greatest thing in the world. But he wears down and tires easily. And when he fatigues, all of his technique and all of his efforts starts to wane. It is all over the place. There's also just not many dudes like Caleb Banks. He is a freak. He's got a huge wingspan. He is tall. He is athletic. He's got a great first step. He can maul you if he wants to. He's a big time player. I had him in the 50s just because of the injury concerns and the effort concerns and things like that. I talked about this on the live show. If everyone reaches their ceiling in this draft, I mean, Caleb Banks is like a top 10, top 8, maybe even top 5 guy in this draft. He is that talented. But this is a pure, I'm closing my eyes and just swinging for the fences moved by Minnesota. Double by Detroit, home run swing. We have no idea if it's going to connect yet. We'll learn a little bit down the road. And then I thought Chicago was more Detroit, just a nice solid double in this draft. Dylan Theinemann, I talked about, I don't, I'm not concerned about safeties going like, great, you got us, everyone has safety. Everyone has good safeties. They're all over the place, which is why I had Downs and Theinemann and these safeties just a little bit lower. There's gonna be really good safeties out there on day two and even day three of this draft. Like I think this is a really deep safety class. So I think they got a really good one, a really, really good one. You know, Vikings fans were ticked off that, you know, they passed on Theinemann for banks. I think you have to take positional value very much into that consideration. But, you know, Theinemann is gonna help, they got, you know, Bryant in their safety room, this offseason already in free agency. That's a really good one, too, safety combo. Green Bay, or NFC North, I should say, three of the better safety combos in the league now, in my opinion. No Detroit's got the injuries, but Bryant Branch and Kirby Joseph in Detroit. Now you've got Bryant and Theinemann in Chicago. And I still think the best one, Evan Williams and Xavier McKinney in Green Bay, but a hell of a division for safeties. Even still, you know, the Bears didn't help their pass rush. That to me is a win. We'll see if Devin Booker steps up this year. And, you know, if anyone else for that front does, but there's not much on that front that scares me right now. And as long as they can't get to the quarterback, you can keep building your secondary. I don't care. Jordan Love is going to find a way to pick that apart. So keep not drafting, you know, pass rushers. That's a really good pick for Chicago. We're going to double, going to be a really good safety for a really long time. So some hit and miss stuff there for the division. I like the pick. Miller is my favorite of the three for sure. He's going to be a really good starting tackle for Detroit. Caleb Banks, like I said, super high risk, super high reward. And then Dean Amin, just a really solid, solid sound pick and a really good safety. But positional value certainly comes into that conversation as well. We'll be right back. Hey, friends, I absolutely love what I do. Covering Green Bay full-time is one of the joys of my life. But I have to tell you, there are a lot of late nights, whether it's after Monday night, Thursday night, Sunday night football, or whether it's just a late night recording session, editing, uploading, watching a lot of draft prospects, whatever it might be, a lot of late nights, and a lot of early mornings. [17:13] This is Steve Smith here, former NFL wide receiver and host of the 89 show on YouTube. So having a counselor and working with BetterHelp, that gives you an opportunity to really start to unpack, but people don't understand when you unpack things, you also open up a box that you're not always sure what's inside. So I think that's why seeing a professional is extremely important. If you need someone to open up to, visit BetterHelp. That's betterhelp.com/89 to get started.

[17:42] Just running through really quick, I'm not going to spend a ton of time here, but just on what was was taking kind of round by round and just some off the top of my head thoughts. And then we'll build our big board right after that for Green Bay for tomorrow and kind of put together what we're hoping is going to happen. Mendoza, great pick by the Raiders, exactly what they needed to do. Didn't overthink it. We knew it was going to happen for a while. David Bailey, I saw some people, certainly in Jets land of like, should have taken Arval Reese, should have taken Arval Reese. They absolutely could have taken Arval Reese. I have no issue with either of those players. I had Bailey a little bit higher than Reese. If you had Reese higher, you have plenty of arguments to make in that direction as well. But I think Bailey is going to come in and make an immediate impact as a big time pass rusher. They have really revamped their defense. We're going to talk about more Jets picks here as well in a moment. But I thought that was a totally good pick for the Jets at pick two. Jeremiah Love, this is an interesting one because I don't think Arizona is really in the situation where they can take a running back and have much success there. I'll also say it gives me a lot of pause that based on Love being picked at pick three, he now gets the highest guaranteed running back contract in the league, because you're taking a running back there, which is like, it's not good business to that. I'm not going to roast Arizona for taking what is probably the best player in this draft. Regardless, like, I understand positional value and the costs and things like that, but Jeremiah Love is probably the best player in this draft. And they got him at three. I'm not going to overthink that too much for them. Colonel Tate, I like the fact that the Titans got some help for Cam Ward. You have a young quarterback, get him as much help as possible. Tate will certainly help Cam Ward going forward. Arval Reiss, you can make the argument that the Giants got sort of the prize of this draft at pick five somehow. He's the player that a lot of people viewed as kind of like the guy in this draft. And the Giants get him at pick five. I saw a lot of people roasting the Chiefs for moving up. I think they did get duped. I don't think they needed to go anywhere. I think they could have stuck at, what was it, pick nine and still got Delaine, I think. You never quite know, but they move up. It's a little bit of an odd situation too, where you trade away McDuffie and you let Walker walk in free agency and then you go aggressively and trade up to get a corner. It feels like maybe they're, I mean, they save a lot of money this way. But I love Delaine. I absolutely love Delaine. I think they got one of the best players in the draft, but just a little bit of interesting process. But again, I love the player. So I think that's the most important part. Styles is great value at seven. I think I had them at four on my big board. But they just signed Chanal and then they still have Frankie Louvoo there. So I have to figure out how those three fit together, but really good pick there. He's again one of the better players in this draft. Tyson, I loved. I had him in my top 10 the entire time. He goes, again, same thing with Tennessee, where you want to get your young quarterback a weapon. Chuck now gets a big-time weapon in Jordan Tyson. Fano, the Browns remake that offensive line group. He's probably, I think, going to go to left tackle. I haven't really read anything on it yet, but I would assume he's going to go and start at left tackle for them. Francis Maui-Noah, the Giants come back after taking Arville Reese with pick five. You can make an argument that they maybe got the best defensive player and maybe even the best player in the draft in Arville Reese at five, and then they get the best offensive lineman. A lot of people had Maui-Noah as the best offensive lineman in this draft. Sounds like they're going to move him to guard where I think he's going to even be better than he would have potentially been at tackle, plus he has that tackle versatility still. Really nice two picks from the New York Giants. Caleb Downs, Cowboys trade up. Again, positional value is the big thing here, but I don't know if anybody that doesn't like Caleb Downs, he's certainly going to help their secondary in a pretty significant way. We talked about the Dolphins taking Proctor, big mauling. I think he can actually be more mauling. He's got great feet. Just got to put it all together. We'll see if he can do it or not. Simpson to the Rams. I understand the process of Packers fans probably understand it better than anybody, but I just didn't think Simpson had that type of value, that he was a second-round guy all day, every day. To pick him at 13, I thought it was a little overaggressive. It seems like Sean McVey, if you saw the press conferences, was very not happy with it, but I guess there was also a video of him in the war room and he looked very happy. So just a very interesting post-draft press conference. Something definitely seemed off with Sean McVey. Ione was the expected pick by the Ravens. It was the one that fit so perfect. They take care of it. Just seems like there's always a good player that falls to the Ravens. It's so weird. Ruben Bain, meanwhile, falls to the Bucs. He's going to be a great fit in that defense in Tampa. I think they get a gift. I thought he was a top seven, eight player in this draft and Tampa finds a way to get him at 15. Sadiq is an interesting one for the Jets. They drafted Mason Taylor a year ago. I know we're into the too tight end vogue stuff, but I think there maybe would have been some better uses, but they get Sadiq. He's a good player. Blake Miller, we talked about. Caleb Banks, we talked about. Monroe Freeling, the interesting one here is, are they going to start at left tackle? What are they going to do with Freeling? Is that going to take care of Rashid Walker? Is Walker now a swing tackle and a backup? Probably not ideal for Rashid Walker. Mekhi Lemon, the Lions move up. Sorry, the Eagles move up to get Mekhi Lemon. It sounds like the Steelers are going to take him at 21. Philly moves up, they get him. Interesting with Dontavian Wicks, how that affects him, but Lemon is going to play a ton in the slot for them. Ayanna Chor goes to the Steelers. Little bit of an interesting pick there. They've got a couple tackles already that they've spent some high draft picks on. Maybe Braxton Jones isn't going to be the long term answer there. I saw somebody post, it was a Steelers insider, that said something like, you know in fantasy, when you're picking and the clock runs out and it just picks somebody for you and it wasn't who you wanted? That's what happened in Pittsburgh. If so, when you're hosting the draft, because they had Lemon on the phone, could they have worked out that trade to get their guy? Can you imagine last year, and I know who knows how things are going to end up and how these players will work out, but can you imagine that the Packers had Matthew Golden on the phone, ready to select them and then somebody traded up ahead of the Packers, and then they took some lineman or something that nobody wanted? What a brutal situation that would have been. That's basically what happened in Pittsburgh. I think people are pretty frustrated. Iannutra is a really talented player. I think he's going to go on to have a really nice career, but that was an interesting situation for Pittsburgh. Mesadour, I didn't get that pick at 22. That's probably my least favorite pick. And then really Malachi Lawrence at 23. I thought both of those were a little bit rich for both of those teams. But pass rushers are tough to come by. Lawrence has great burst. See what comes of it. Mesadour overaged. Concepcion, I love that pick for the Browns. I had a much higher on the board. I don't know that they have anybody to actually throw in the football, but they'll get open a lot. Whether they have somebody to throw it to them and whether or not Concepcion can actually catch it, that remains to be seen. But I thought he was a great pick there for the Browns. Dina Minow we talked about to the Bears. Rutledge, one of my absolute favorite players in the draft. I feel vindicated. We'll see what happens in the long term. Nobody's doing any victory laps. Maybe I am. Maybe I'm doing a little victory lap, but I had them with a very, very high grade. So I had them at well above everyone else. So I had Rutledge at 21. For example, Bruegler had him at 62, Daniel Jeremiah at 47, consensus he was at 59. I had him at 21. So I felt a little that he went 26. Felt a little vindicated in my grade there for Keelan Rutledge. Dolphins come back and take Chris Johnson. We talked about that. Low mood to the Patriots. They have Morgan Moses at that right tackle spot that's going to need replacing. Hopefully, for them, probably sooner rather than later. So they get the flyer on Lomo here late round one. Chiefs take Peter Woods, him and Chris Jones. If Woods can really put it together, him and Chris Jones could be a very scary 1-2 combo there. Jets come up and take Omar Cooper. The Titans get Keldrick Falk. I think that was pretty good value for Falk there. He's got a ways to go and he's got to put some things together, but the talent is certainly there. There's no question about it. Then the Seahawks take Judarian Price. I had an early second round grade. I know some people are running back round one, but he's a good player and Seattle needed a running back. I'm surprised they didn't move back because everyone was moving back, but maybe nobody wanted to anymore at that point, at least move up with all the people that already moved up at that point in time. All right. Those were the draft picks and my quick thoughts on each of those. Let's build our Packers big board for the day, specifically round two. Here's where we're at for Green Bay. We have 19 picks before Green Bay selects. 19 picks before Green Bay selects. They'll be the 20th pick. So we need 19 players to go off the board before we get to the player we want. Here's what I'll say. Here are the players that I think are going to be very much in play for Green Bay, or at least potentially. If you don't like one of these, take them off. It doesn't really matter. Maybe you could add somebody else on. Kristen Miller, defensive tackle out of Georgia. Lee Hunter, defensive tackle. Dominique Orange, defensive tackle Iowa State. Zion Young, edge rusher out of Missouri. Gabe Ackes, edge rusher out of Illinois. Avion Terrell, corner out of Clemson. Brandon Cisse, corner out of South Carolina. Colton Hood, corner out of Tennessee. And Kaden McDonald, defensive tackle out of Ohio State. Maybe you have DDS in that conversation as well. It's about nine or ten players that if nine players go, those ten we just mentioned, one of them would be there. Now, if you don't like two of those, take them off, and then we need 12 players to go, et cetera. You get how this works. But here's players that could easily go before Green Bay. Let's talk really quick. Number one on my list is Jermod McCoy. I love Jermod McCoy. Without injury, I have a top 10 grade on Amizi. Without injury, he probably goes in the top 10 of this draft. The general rule of thumb as a Packers fan, if a player in the draft falls significantly, Green Bay is not going to be the team that stops their fall. They're going to be more on the cautious side with off-field stuff, which McCoy does not have. They're going to be more cautious with injury stuff, which McCoy does have. If he's falling for those reasons, again, Green Bay, very unlikely to be the team that stops his fall. Jermod McCoy, Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, Denzel Boston, Cassius Howell, Chase Pesantis, Anthony Hill Jr., Eli Stowers, Zachariah Branch, Chris Brazel, Jeremy Bernard, CJ. Allen, Jacob Rodriguez, Emmanuel Pregnan, Keontae Scott, Jennings Dunker, TJ. Parker, Jake Golda, AJ. Hulsey, Antonio Williams, Malachi Fields, Derek Moore, R. Mason Thomas, DeAngelo Pons, Trayden Stukes, DeJon Stribling, Chris Bell. Those are all players that are, like, I think, fairly in that bucket of players, most of which could go before Green Bay. So, again, Green Bay needs about... If you're just looking for one of those players, again, Kristen Miller, Lee Hunter, Dominique Orange, Zion Young, Gabe Ackes, Avian Terrell, Brandon Cisse, Colton Hood, Kade McDonald, DDS, you need about nine or ten players to go before Green Bay can get to that point of taking one. Because then, if you get nine or other ten, then some of these are going to start going off the board, potentially, but you should still have something left over by that time, just pure numbers, right? Here's what I'm looking at. I went back and I watched a little bit more Kade McDonald. He is such an impressive run defender. Ben Fennel pointed out he's not good enough against double teams yet, and he's right. That's something that he needs to continue to work on. But he is a mammoth human being that is a really good run defender. He's not going to give anything much as a pass rusher, but I think that can come with time. But man, he would be a fun pick. I think we're going to see Kristen Miller, Kade McDonald come off pretty quick here. It just can one of them get to like 44 where Goody might have some interest in moving up. That would be a really ideal situation. I don't think it's going to happen, but every once in a while you get the player that you want actually falls to you. But I'll read them one more time. Players that I would like, Kristen Miller, Lee Hunter, Dominique Orange, Zion Young. Not even necessarily I would like. Just players I think Green Bay is going to have a lot of interest in here. Kristen Miller, Lee Hunter, Dominique Orange, Zion Young, Gabe Ackes, Avian Terrell, Brandon Cisse, Colton Hood, Kade McDonald. Not sure about Terrell. We've talked about that. If they view him as a slaughter just didn't like his testing, he might be off the board. But those are the ones I think Green Bay will be very much keeping a close eye on. Who they pick remain to be seen. I'm going to keep going back and forth. I want to make an official prediction. I do. I think they find a way to get Kristen Miller. That'll be my final answer. But it just sucks because he could be gone in two picks. There goes that. I talked about what I said yesterday is I think if they move up, it's Kristen Miller. I think if they stay put, it is either Gay Bacchus or Brandon Cisse. I think if they trade back or if there's just like a sleeper, I think Deshawn Stribbling would be the one to keep an eye on as a sleeper. Let's do this exercise. First of all, just to give you an idea where my big board is at, top 10 players left on my big board, Jermod McCoy, which again is just injury-related. What are you going to do? We don't have doctors on staff to let me know if he's draftable or not. I would have had him in the top 10. I would have even dropped him down a little bit due to injury concern, but obviously not enough. But McCoy at 16, Colton Hood at 25, Emmanuel McNeil-Warren at 28, Eli Stowers at 29, Katie McDonald at 31, Stukes at 32, D'Angelo Pons at 33, Kristen Miller at 34, Chase Pesantes at 36, and Jacob Rodriguez at 37. Those are the 10 best players remaining on my board. We'll be right back. We've all been there. You're away for the weekend, the big game is on, and you realize you're restricted from watching. Here we go.

Speaker 3:
[33:04] Let's see.

Speaker 2:
[33:06] All right. So I wanted to show you this, because I have not clicked into this yet. I mean, I guess I technically could have before, and just went back to this page, but I have not clicked into this yet. So I'm clicking into, and we'll go through it together. 2026 NFL Mock Draft Rounds 2-3 from ESPN, best available. All right. So I'm going to go through this, and we're just going to react to the picks one by one, as if the draft's actually taking place. All right. So we're on the clock at 52. We're not on the clock, but 52 is where we're picking, and we're going to go through this in both rounds 2 and 3. So Matt Miller did this. I'm going to go slowly, so I don't see too much too fast. Start with the 49ers. All right. Here we go. 49ers from the Jets. Emmanuel McNeil Warren. All right. That's a great pick for Green Bay. So McNeil Warren goes off the board. That's a safety off the board. We still have all of our guys. Very nice to see. I'm going to bring up my board here just so I can keep it next to me. So all of our guys are still there. Let's see. 34. 34 Arizona Cardinals. Carson Beck. Let's go. I didn't even have him as a possibility. That would be phenomenal. All right. This is great news so far. So Carson Beck goes 34. Two guys that Green Bay is not going to take off the board. We're getting closer. Now we only need what? Like, you know, 16 players to go. Buffalo Bills, 35. Denzel Boston, OK, perfect. Boston, I'm sure Green Bay probably would have some potential interest in. But again, probably not ideally what they want to take in round two. Boston's off the board. 36. Raiders trade in Stukes. I love Stukes, but Green Bay probably doesn't want to take a safety. That is a ideal, ideal start. Now, 37 would be next. Who's up at 37? 37 is the Giants. Let's take a look at just for giggles. Giants I bet, by the way, are probably going to be interested in a defensive tackle. I bet without looking, I bet that's Kaden MacDonald. I bet that's Kaden MacDonald without looking. But what's the, what's the Rich Hill Trade Value Chart? It's a Rich Hill Trade Value Chart. Green Bay is at 52. That's 109 points. 37 is the Giants. That is a 53 great difference. That would, that's, in this draft, you probably need to give up your third. So if Green Bay gave up their second and third, they could probably get to this point to take a Kristen Miller or Kaden MacDonald, the Colton Hood, something like that, that's still there. With a few of those players still there, I'm probably not giving my third at this point, but I am gonna monitor this now to see, you know, if we could potentially trade up. But the Giants take, oh, they took McCoy. Okay, this is amazing so far. All right, so McCoy goes to the Giants. All right, 38, Houston, Texas is another one that could be Kaden MacDonald. Kaden MacDonald. So MacDonald goes, that's our first one off our board. All right, so that's okay. We still have left on our board. I'll cross it off of my list here. So MacDonald is gone with what, 38? So what, 14, 39, 40, 41, 42, 13 picks until Green Bay's pick. Kristen Miller, Lee Hunter, Dominique Orange, Zion Young, Gabe Ackes, Avion Terrell, Brandon Cisse, Colton Hood, all still on the board. MacDonald is now gone. 39, Cleveland Browns. Basantis, okay, that's good. Forty is TJ Parker to the Chiefs. There's 11 players to be selected before Green Bay, and we still have Miller, Hunter, Orange, Young, Ackes, Terrell, Cisse, Hood, and any other player you might like as well. 41, Cincinnati Bengals. There goes Colton Hood. Colton Hood's off the board. 41. All right, so 42 is the Saints. Just again, for kicks and giggles, to get from 52 to 42, 109 to like maybe trade up to get Kristen Miller, who's still on the board here. 109 to 142 is the dip there. So about what? 30, sorry, it's late. It's 3.30 in the morning. So forgive my dumb brain math at the moment. What did I say? 109 to 142, so 33. So 33, that is the... That's a fourth and a fifth. They'd have to give up. They could keep their third, would have to give up their fourth and their second fifth. So they wouldn't have a fourth round pick. They would have... Yeah, so they would get to pick here and take Kristen Miller. They would still have their third, would not have a fourth in the day. They'd only have one fifth, one sixth, and two sevenths. If I would be calling the Saints here, I'd be willing to do that. I would give up my fourth, and I would give up one of my second fifth to get up here and take Kristen Miller if I were Green Bay. But Saints are on the clock. They take Cassius Howell. Okay, that's great. 43 is the Dolphins. Can you make a trade with your buddy? He owes you one. You got him a GM job. Okay, Jeremy Bernard, great. 44 is the Jets. CeCe. Okay, so CeCe is off the board. So we now have CeCe off the board and Kata McDonald off the board. But we've got what? Seven players to go before Green Bay picks with Kristen Miller, Lee Hunter, Dominique Orange, Zion Young, Gabe Ackes, Avian Terrell. Oh no, Colton Hoodwin as well. Colton Hoodwin as well. Got to take him off. So we still have Terrell, Ackes, Zion Young, Dominique Orange, Lee Hunter, Kristen Miller still out there. Terrell is the interesting one. I'm not, you know, I don't think he's a perfect fit, but all right, Ravens. Today, there we go, Avian Terrell. Could not have played that any better if I wanted to. So Terrell goes to the Ravens. And now again, with six players to go before Green Bay picks, Ackes, Young, Dominique Orange, Lee Hunter, Kristen Miller, and DDS also out there. One of those players would be on the board for Green Bay. One of, I guess all six could technically go. So I can't say that quite yet. 46 is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. So make sure you guys can see this, right? Yep, Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jacob Rodriguez. All right, let's go. Now we're in, we're going to get something for sure territory. 47 is CJ Allen for the Colts. Now, all right. Now, again, we get from 52 to 48 on the Rich Hill chart. Again, I probably would have already traded at this point. But 52 to 48, 109 to 121, so about a 12. It's the early fifth round pick. It's the pick that you got for Dontavian Wicks in the fifth round. Absolutely. Throw that sucker away. I'm trading up right now to get Kristen Miller. No questions asked. 48, Atlanta Falcons. Oh, there it goes. Kristen Miller to the Falcons at pick 48. So hopefully, Goody would have moved up there, like I would have tried to get in. There's no saying for sure that one of those teams would have been willing to do those deals, but I certainly would have been on the phone up until that point to try to get up. But in this case, Kristen Miller is gone. We're going 49 to Minnesota. And at this point, Lee Hunter, Dominique Orange, Zion Young and Gabe Ackes, as well as DDS, are also there. Minnesota takes AJ Holsey. Somebody agreed to add in for a top 30 visit. The Lions then take Zion Young. That one stings a little. 51. The Carolina Panthers take Eli Stowers. That means when your Packers are on the clock in this scenario, and hopefully they traded up already. But in this scenario, Lee Hunter, Dominique Orange, Gabe Ackes and DDS are all still on the clock. Who are you taking? Who are you taking in that scenario? It's a good question. I'm interested to see what Matt Miller gave Green Bay here. I would honestly, I think I'd probably take Ackes. I think he's probably a little bit more, but Dominique Orange, Lee Hunter, if they want to go defensive line here, would have no issue with that. See what Miller had. They took Anthony Hill Jr. I do not think Matt Miller, that Anthony Hill Jr. would be the pick here. Never say never with Goot. He is definitely a very Packers-y type player. But I think there's some other players that would probably be a little bit more on Green Bay's list here. But again, let me know who you would take in that situation. We'll go lightning round through the rest. Nussmeyer goes to the Steelers. Pregnon goes to the Eagles. Ponds goes to the Chargers. R. Mason Thomas to the Jaguars. Ackkess then stays in Illinois and goes to the Bears at 57. Antonio Williams to the Niners. Quyante Scott to the Texans. Sam Hesh to the Bears. Malachi Fields to the Rams. Josiah Trotter to the Broncos. Lee Hunter then goes to the Patriots at 63. Derrick Moore to the Seahawks at 64. Then we get to round three. Travis Burke, DDS goes to the Bills at 66. Chris Bell, Caleb Tiernan, Jake Golde, Keith Abney the 2nd, Skylar Bell, DeJon Stribling, Kyle Lewis, Malik Muhammad, Oscar Delp is gone, Jennings Dunker is gone, Daylen Everett is gone, Jay Sean Barham is gone, Takario Davis, that's a little early for Davis, but it's possible. Max Clair to the Ravens, Anietam to the Jaguars, Logan Jones to the Vikings Packers of 94, right? Let me double check before I go to it. I think it's 90. Oh no, what is it? 90? Sorry, 84. Alright, 84 is what they have. And then 83 is Panthers with Bud Clark. So, did Orange get taken? Orange didn't get taken, right? Alright, so Dominique Orange would be the selection here for Green Bay, I think. They take Julian Neal. We've talked about him as Green Bay's most likely corner. But yeah, Orange is still there. He ends up going 89 to the Bears. The Bears kind of took what Green Bay should do here. So if you remember, the Bears took at the end at what pick? What pick did they have? They took Aqus at 57, and then they took Dominique Orange at 89. So Green Bay could have made both of those selections. I think Green Bay would be more likely to do that. So in this scenario, they could have got Aqus and Dominique Orange. I'd be pretty thrilled with that. That would have been a pretty sweet draft for Green Bay. They could have taken DDS and Dominique Orange as well. But Dominique Orange being there in the third would be a pretty exciting outcome. Let me know what you would have done in this scenario, just to give you an idea of what went after Julian Neal. Julian Neal is a good pick there for Green Bay too. Kilgore, Jaylen Farmer, K. Ron Crawford, Mike Washington Jr., Dominique Orange, Markel Bell, Connor Liu, Elijah Surratt, Devin Moore, Dionne Burks, Sam Roush, Ted Hurst, Chris Brazl II, Austin Barber, Zachariah Branch, and Davison Iggbenoessen all went in that range. Iggbenoessen could have been a possibility for Green Bay too. But knowing what I know in the third round, that they get Dominique Orange in round three. Again, even Acus, we said at the time. So I'd say if this were how it would play out, give me Gabe Acus in round two, and then Dominique Orange in round three. I'd be pretty thrilled about that. But let me know what you would have done if you were goody in that scenario. I would have moved up. I would have moved up and got Kristen Miller. I'm going to say this too. If I could get Kristen Miller in the second, and then still come back and get Dominique Orange in the third, that's still, I would be beyond thrilled with that. Build up that defensive line. That'd be a great way to do it. I think that'd be a really cool outcome as well. But in this scenario, you take Acus, Dominique Orange. I think that's a really good outcome. All right, let's remove that. Back to my notes here. That's all I got for you guys today. That was fun. That was fun to go through that in real time. Felt like it was the actual draft.
