And, you know, we haven't done much, but we went really deep because we identified what the gap is on a subconscious nervous system level. Who felt, this is something that's come up in the VIP group, which is who felt amazing yesterday, but woke up today and that voice, the little gremlin started talking to them again of like, are you being delusional here? Do you actually think you can change this? Do you actually think that did anything? Right? Okay. That is completely normal. If you think that there's something wrong with you, there isn't. I would be a little more concerned if you never had the gremlin voice because then you have no protector within you and we need a little protector within you. We need a protector within you. In fact, we have many protectors within us, but we're just going to talk in general terms about the bodyguard within you who I want to be active for you in your life so that he or she or whatever can keep you from actual dangerous situations. It's just that we need to refocus the bodyguard's focus on what is actually dangerous versus what is a perceived threat. Unfortunately, the mind, fortunately and unfortunately, we can use this to our advantage and it can also take advantage of us. Our mind doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's imagined. If you've spent even 3.2 seconds in the manifestation coaching world, you would have heard that before where it's a way to explain why visualization is so potent, why seeing your desires in your own mind and seeing yourself have them is so potent is because your brain literally thinks they're happening. This has been scientifically proven. There are actual studies that show this to be true. It's been done in sports specifically. There's studies on skiers. There's studies on, I think, people who visualize themselves lifting weights versus actually lifting weights. And the same parts of their brain are being literally activated. It's so cool. But also where this doesn't serve us as much is when your mind thinks that your boss or a follower online or a comment on Instagram or something that your spouse says is a literal tiger trying to attack you. That's a little unnecessary, right? And so we don't want that to be working against us. So doing this work is what's going to help us shift our nervous systems from focusing on what is productive versus not productive. But the nervous system, remember, unconsciously, it doesn't know. It's very intelligent, but it doesn't decipher between what is actually good for you and what isn't. So if you have lived a life of, let's say, you had a really toxic, abusive relationship with your father, for example. And then when you grow up, you seem to date only toxic, abusive men, for example. Your nervous system will feel safer with the abusive man, the toxic relationship, than it will not, because that is what is familiar to it. So obviously, you can see that's not a good thing. We don't want that for you, but your brain doesn't understand the difference between what is good for you and what is safe. So we have to consciously rewire that. And that's what we're doing inside. That's what we're starting the process around inside of Destined. So this is all completely normal stuff. You're not weird or wrong or anything like that. So if you're hearing the gremlin, good. Okay, let the gremlin in. We are going to talk to that gremlin today. So today is about letting go of a major block that's been standing in the way of you fully embodying that version of you who already has the desire. So we got to know what the gap is. Now we're going to know what the block is from you, like fully, fully embodying, stepping in, letting that be a permanent experience for you. I lived in a town the size of Sedona for about eight years and that was my max for the rest of my life. I'm very used to big cities. I grew up in Los Angeles. I moved to Gig Harbor, Washington when I was in high school, went to college at the University of Washington. But I continued to live with my parents in Gig Harbor and I worked at a movie theater in Gig Harbor. And it's like a town of 10,000 people. It's beautiful, it's gorgeous. It rains every single day. So I don't love that for me. And I didn't love that every time I went to the grocery store, I had to bump into someone I knew, like that I like to leave my house and not bump into anybody I know. That's just me, okay? So anyway, let's get into today's content. Just a little bit of teaching, just a little bit of clarifying, just a little bit of explaining what's going on. So now that you understand that the gap between you and your dream life is all rooted in your identity, it's rooted in your beliefs, it's rooted in your nervous system and what it perceives to be safe and familiar versus unsafe and unfamiliar, okay? Just remember, what it knows is always going to be safe because what it knows, it classifies and tags as I have survived this before, okay? So it's survived a certain amount of money, it's survived having a certain job, it's survived having certain experiences, it's survived being at a certain weight, it's survived all of these life experiences. So it tags it automatically as like, this is a good thing. This is safe for you to have because we are still alive. We are still breathing, we're still here, and so therefore, this kind of life is good. And then everything else, it doesn't know, can you survive having the book deal? Can you survive being on stage? Can you survive millions of followers? Can you survive millions of dollars? Can you survive looking a certain way? Can you survive acting a certain way? Can you survive buying a new home? Can you survive that remodel? Can you survive the new car? I don't know. And so therefore, we might as well not even explore that, right? So there's always that protection mechanism. So what we're going to do today is we're going to de-armor your nervous system from protecting you so damn hard from what you most want, okay? Now what else did I want to mention here? I'm just quickly looking at my notes. Yeah, so that's very important. You're never going to need, like it's never about willpower. It's never about strategy. It's never about time, external circumstances, all of those things that you think that you need, like the right actions, the right boss, the right partner, the right business, the right idea, the right program, the right coach, the right this, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, right? You're only ever going to truly have your desires if your body feels safe having it, when your body knows it's okay to have it. And I will tell you, this is a process, okay? This takes time, as you can see, one somatic process shifted a lot, but most of you already woke up with that, what's the word I use for it? Not reset, not recalibration. Oh my gosh, I can't believe this word is slipping me, but basically it's trying to push you back to where you started, right? And so it takes time. It takes several tools over time. You did not wire your nervous system to be a certain way overnight. You know, yes, I want to say you weren't born already having certain programs, but you actually were because programs start in the womb, right? Even some programs can come from generations, programs can come from past lives, you know, depending on what your belief system is. I do believe in past lives, so there's a lot that can happen, but even those things didn't happen overnight, they happen over lifetimes, they happen over generations, they happened over nine months in the womb, they happened over your entire life, okay? But inside this workshop, you're going to get the best fucking head start that I could possibly give you for free, okay? The best head start that I can give you in just three days. Did my camera just come off? No, it didn't. Okay. I just saw something to have and to hold. And what I like to call this process is schmoozing the bodyguard. Okay, we're going to schmooze the bodyguard. We're going to get on the VIP fucking list of the bodyguard. We're going to make sure your future self, your higher self, the version of you who already has your desire is on the VIP list. Okay, so who am I talking about here when it comes to your internal bodyguard? I just like to create a visual for your nervous system, the protector within. Okay, this protector's sole job is to protect you. It's to protect you and he already has his arms up, guns loaded like this, pointing at just about everything in your vicinity, especially when you have a very dysregulated nervous system or your window of tolerance is very thin. Okay, in order for us to live the most fulfilled life, the most peaceful life, the most successful life, we need to widen that tolerance because life comes with stressors and your dream life is going to come with new stressors because your dream life is filled with new people, new opportunities, new things, new challenges, new ways of being, new ways of thinking. You need to widen that tolerance as wide as possible for you not to be dragged back down into your old life, okay? Because your old life is very like guns blazing, okay? So your internal bodyguard loves predictability, loves your life to be as predictable as possible. And that's why you're so good at manifesting the almost, is because he'll let you almost get there without him fully noticing, who he's letting in, who he's letting in through the ropes of the club, right? Think of it as like a bouncer. I think the word I'm looking for is probably bouncer in this metaphor. But then all of a sudden it's like, oh no, who did I just let in? And he goes in and drags that person out, right? Out of the club, like, nope, back of the line, go back. Or you're not invited or no, you're not allowed here because you don't fit who I believe should be coming to this club in the first place. Okay? So we need to slowly introduce this version of ourselves of who we want to be to our bodyguard. We started this process yesterday. This is what Destined is all about. So instead of seeing this version of ourselves as a stranger when we embody this new identity, instead of the bouncer, bodyguard, whatever, seeing it as a stranger that it's never seen before, what we are doing is we are essentially creating a face ID for this version of you so that when the bodyguard sees this version of you, he already recognizes you. Okay? So that you can pass through. So that essentially what we're doing is we're putting this version of you on the bouncer's VIP list. Okay? So we schmooze the bodyguard to allow in more into our life. So I like to look at it as giving him an extra tip, right? Have you ever been in a club underage before like me? You know how the process goes, at least. That's how I got in way back in the day, you guys. I was such a bad girl. I was such a rebel. I was such a bad girl. I'm such a contrarian. I'm such a push back on authority. I mean, it makes sense. That's why I'm an entrepreneur. That's why I've created the life that I've created. But it's like, I just remember getting into some places I should have not been. Let's just put it that way. As young as 15 years old. And I just remember it all happened with my friends schmoozing the bouncer. Okay. So that's kind of what we're doing when it comes to our nervous systems. So we also need to do the same with every single desire that we want in our lives. This is why the subconscious is programmed with repetition. It's programmed with a lot of different elements. Okay. But repetition, why that is important is because the more that your nervous system gets acclimated to your desires, the more it becomes familiarized with your desires, the less it's going to push back on your desires. Okay. Is this making sense? Yeah. I see a lot of bad girls in here. Don't tell my mom. Okay. Yes. Okay. Cool. Okay. So how we accomplish this is semantically through the body. So when we let go of a charge holding a pattern in place, the belief that it was protecting automatically dissolves. Okay. And when the belief dissolves, our identity upgrades at the cellular level. How you have the best identity upgrade, you guys, is when your nervous system is quiet. When the bodyguard isn't saying anything, when the gremlin isn't talking, because then you're actually accessing heart. And in your heart, in your soul is the most limitless version of you. You can be whoever the fuck you want to be and have whatever the fuck you want to have. Okay. So we need to get through the charge. We need to bring the arms down on the bodyguard, okay? We want him to still watch for things because we want not just anybody in our club, right? But we don't want to flag our desires and the version of ourselves who we need to embody as someone who's not allowed in the club. Okay? That's my metaphor. I always come up with a new metaphor when I describe these things like, if you were in Rich Relax and Regulated, if you were in the Limitless Year with me earlier this year, you know that I've already used all these different metaphors. But it's just like, I like to find as many ways to understand this stuff because when you understand this stuff, then you can actually do something about it. So let's get into today's somatic experience. Let's do it earlier today, okay? Yesterday was a lot of yapping. Today we're going to go earlier because it's a little bit longer. It's a little bit longer of a close-eye process, but it's also fucking good. So for the somatic experience today, you are going to identify one specific block standing between you and the version of you who already has her desire. So yesterday you met her, you stepped into her, you saw what the gap was. Now we need to know what is the block preventing you from fully mastering those six inches, okay? You're going to meet the part of you holding the block. And when you meet the block, I don't want you to fight it. I don't want you to overwrite it. I don't want you to even try to be grateful for it or do anything in a performative way. I just want you to actually just meet it where it's at, okay? I've been on this path for over 20 years and no one has mentioned the nervous system piece. Pamela, I did not focus on the nervous system until very recently. So it makes sense. And the more that I've dove in deeper into the nervous system work, the more it makes sense of like, wait a second, this is the whole thing. This is the whole thing because that is what's going to like, we can manifest without the nervous system piece, okay? There's a lot of people that fight nervous system regulation for some reason that I've come across, and it's because they're like, I didn't have to do this because look at all that I've manifested without regulating my nervous system. And guess what? I was one of those people. And then guess what happened? Life fucking happened. And then I realized I couldn't hold certain things. Because my identity went through such a massive shift. Burnout, yes, my identity went through such a massive shift. You know, I went through my losing my grandma, I went through motherhood, I went through postpartum. Like there's so many changes that happened in the last few years. And when those things happen, if you don't have a window of tolerance that can handle all those stressors, then guess what? What you manifested can't be held. Okay? So yes, it is fucking key. And that's why I have things packaged the way that I have things packaged now, which I will explain tomorrow. So what else did I want to say? Okay, we're gonna meet it. We're gonna thank it for the protection and we're gonna give it permission to rest this block. You're also gonna install a new imprint. You're gonna install a new safe while your nervous system is in a state receptive enough to encode it. So what we're accomplishing here today is to get you in a place where you can actually do this work. Because so many people are trying to do the work from a dysregulated state, and then it becomes very performative. It becomes very forced, right? It creates so much resistance. And that's something else I've come to learn is that without full acceptance, we cannot get rid of resistance. A lot of people are facing manifestation. They're showing up to the beautiful art that manifestation is, because we are creators. That's what we were born to do. We were born to manifest. We're already manifesting every single day. But how we create resistance is because we're trying to force our ways, our way out of the life that we have created at any given point, right? We reach a point of frustration of like, I should have more money. I can't believe I don't have enough money. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then it's like, I'm going to manifest my way out of this without coming into full acceptance of this is my life and I fully accept it. We then create the new life from this place of like shame and guilt, and I should and I'm not enough, and I need this to be enough, and I need this to cover up all these emotions. So we need to come to a place of acceptance first, because then we reduce the charge. And when we reduce the charge, then anything is possible, because then we're creating new on a new foundation that doesn't have any resistance. This is what nobody's teaching, nobody's talking about this. And this is like a lesson I've learned. So I'm finally at the point where I'm like, holy fucking shit, I learned so many cool lessons in the last like two years of my life. And I really needed them because they just massively expanded my teachings and they're now massively expanding my life in beautiful ways. So are you guys ready to do some real shifting? Are you guys ready to schmooze the bodyguard today? Because I am, I'm so excited. Yes, yes, yes, getting lots of yeses. Perfect. Well, you know what to do. Well, go ahead and take a seat. Lie down, whatever you need to do to get comfortable. Do you like how I automatically already put my hypnotic voice on? I've been doing this for so long. The moment I get into the state, it's like there's like a certain voice. But it's it's done specifically for your subconscious. So just go with me here. I want your feet flat if you're sitting. If you're lying down, that's okay. Obviously, don't do anything weird or uncomfortable. But try to have your palms up. I know that sometimes when I am met with a meditation or hypnosis or whatever, where the facilitator tells me to sit in a certain way or lie down in a certain way, I swear to God, my body becomes more resistant to lying or sitting like that. So if it feels better to have your palms down, please by all means do that. If it feels better to sit, lie down, whatever, I just want you to be fucking comfortable. Okay, so whatever that is, be comfortable. And just gently let your eyes close. And before we go anywhere, your nervous system needs to know that it's safe here. That nothing is coming at you. You're not being asked to produce, perform, or prove anything. That this is a safe room. We're not trying to change anything because there's something wrong. We're just exploring today. And just begin to feel your body and remind yourself that this is your body. And for the next 20 minutes, nothing is required of you. You just get to be in your body. Now, take the biggest breath that you've taken all day in through your nose and out through the mouth with a sigh. Again, in through the nose and out through the mouth with a sigh. And on your next breath, I want you to exhale longer than the inhale. So, breathing in for four counts, one, two, three, four, and exhaling for eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Now, I want you to do something specific. I want you to bring one hand on your chest and place the other hand on your belly. This one is not optional, by the way, because we need this to create an anchor. This is your nervous system's anchor, so that every time you feel your hands on your chest and your belly, your system knows, I'm not alone. I am held and I am safe. And just feel the warmth of your hands. Feel the weight of your hands. See if you can micro tune into the weight of your hands and any tingles present in those areas. And just feel your chest rise and fall under your palms. Feel your belly soften under your other palm. This is the state we're gonna do this work from. Regulated, held, and safe. Now bring your desire back into your mind. The one that you wrote down yesterday, the real one, the good one. And just let it sit in the room with you. Now I want you to ask your body one question. What stands between me and this? Now don't let your mind answer, your mind's gonna give you the strategy, it's gonna tell you I need more time, I need more money, I need a better plan. That is not the answer here. I want you to drop the question deeper. What stands between me and this? And just wait. Your body will give you a sentence, a phrase, an image, a feeling. Something like, for example, it's not safe to have more than my mother. People like me, who look like me, who are like me, don't get that, they don't get to have that. Or if I have that, I'm going to lose everything I love or lose someone in my life. Or maybe it shows up as I'm not the kind of woman who blank. Or even if I become her, I won't be lovable anymore. I'll be too much. I'll be ruthless. I'll be relentless. I'll be too strong, too powerful. People be uncomfortable around me. I won't have friends. I'll be lonely. So whatever comes, that's your block. Don't judge it. Don't wonder if it's the right one. Don't try to analyze if there's more. Just the first one that your body offered is the right one. Maybe it's the one that you're afraid to admit. Maybe it's the one that came, but you immediately went, nope, not that one. It's something else. No, no, no. Go back to that one. Okay, good. So you have your block, and I want you to name it in one sentence, just in your head, in your mind. My block is blank. Just name it to yourself so it's 100% clear. Now, and this is very important, I don't want you to try to fix the block. I don't want you to argue with it. I don't want you to affirm over it. Find motivation to overcome it. I just want you to find it, meet it where it's at in your body. So scan your body right now, and just ask yourself, where does the block live? You may feel parts of your body light up immediately, or it might be so subtle that you need to tune a little bit deeper to find it. Is it in your chest, your throat, your belly, your jaw? Is it in your lower back, your shoulders? Is it a tightness, a heaviness, a contraction? A knot? Maybe you feel it as heat, ice? Find where it lives. Now, if it makes sense and you can, put your hand on that spot, like physically, right where it lives in your body, let your hand just rest there. And now, this might feel strange at first, if you've done this for the first time, but just stay with me. I want you to speak with it, speak to it. Not with words, not with logic analysis, just with presence. Your hand on that spot is saying, I see you. I feel you and I'm not going anywhere. I'm right here with you. And I want you to ask it, how long have you been here? And just see what number comes up or what age comes up. And now ask it, what are you protecting me from? Whatever it says, just listen. This part of you has been carrying this block for years, maybe since you were a little girl. And this part of you had a job, and that job was to keep you safe. That's all there is to it. And it has been doing that job loyally, relentlessly, for years. Because no one ever came by and told it that its job was done. I want you to say something to this part of you. Whatever feels right, I want you to say thank you. Thank you, thank you for keeping me safe. Thank you for doing your job for so long. You don't have to work this hard anymore. I am safe now, and you can rest. Say it again slower. I am safe now. You can rest. Now keep your hand on that spot and just breathe into it. Big breath in. And as you exhale, let the part exhale with you. Imagine it softening, loosening, letting go. Not disappearing, we're not trying to get rid of anything or anyone here, and I want to make that clear. Doesn't have to leave, it just needs to rest. It just gets to stop working so hard, and I promise you, deep down inside this part wants to stop working so hard. So just keep breathing into it. Give us some time with each exhale, a little more softening, a little more release. Let a sound come out of it if it wants to. Maybe a sigh, a groan, a cry, a yawn. Your body might want to shake, twitch, move in some way, gyrate, just let it. This is the physical evidence of your system discharging what it's been holding. So don't stop it, don't manage it, just let your body do what it's been waiting to do. And as you do so, keep breathing. Keep your hand where it is, keep softening. Just keep softening. Notice what's happened in that spot now. Is it lighter, softer, warmer? Different in any way, even just a little bit. Whatever shifted, even if it was 1%, 10%, half a percent, that is real. And that's the rewire beginning. You see, your nervous system just made room. The old program softened. The part that's been holding the block is resting. And now in the space that just opened up, we're going to install something new. Not an affirmation, something deeper. We're gonna install an imprint. I want you to bring her back, the version of you from yesterday, the one that you inhabited, the one who has what you wrote down. Remember, she's already here. She's right here, and she's gonna give you now a sentence, a new one. The opposite of the block that you just released. So if your block was, it's not safe to have more than my mother, her sentence might be, it's safe for me to be fully myself, and my becoming heals her too. If your block was, people like me don't get that, her sentence might be, I was born for this. I'm exactly who this was made for. Maybe if it was, if I have it, I'll lose everything I love. Her sentence might be, everything I love gets more loved when I'm fully me. Let her give you your sentence, not the one I give you, her sentence. Now, and this is the install. I want you to take the deepest breath of this entire session, and on the inhale, I want you to breathe her sentence into that spot where the block used to be, directly into the body part where you just felt the release. And imagine her sentence as light, or color, or warmth, just filling up that space with every inhale that you take. And with every exhale, just let it settle. So again, inhale the sentence in, as light, or color, or warmth, filling that space, and exhale, and let it just settle into every single cell. One more inhale, her sentence into your body, and exhale, it becomes a new part of you. And just feel how different that spot feels now. Not empty, not tight, just filled with something new, something that is yours, something you got to keep. Now, I want you to do something that you'll be able to use for the rest of your life. I want you to keep your hand on that spot and just take one more breath holding this new feeling. That's what we're doing. We're practicing holding feelings so that our nervous system becomes more and more familiar with this new feeling. So whatever her sentence, her identity, her safety, feel it in your body, holding it deeply there. And as you breathe, I want you to say her sentence one more time, either out loud or in your head. And this spot right under your hand, this is gonna become your anchor. So for the rest of your life, anytime the old block tries to come back, because it will, it will try, believe me, it will fucking try, you wanna put your hand right there. You take a breath and you just return to this state. And you don't have to do the whole clearing again, if you don't want to, you can just do this simple practice and come back right here. This place in your body now knows what safe feels like, what her feels like, what the rewire feels like, and it can get you there in just 30 seconds. And this is a tool you can use for the rest of your life. Take in one more deep breath, anchor it in fully. And remember, this is yours now. So slowly, gently start to come back. Keep your hand on that spot for just a moment longer and let your body know, I know where you are, and I'll always come back to you. And then whenever you're ready, just let your hand fall. Wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes. Take a bigger breath, maybe a fuller one. Let a sound out, let a sound come out if it wants to. A sigh, a hum, just something. Maybe you roll your shoulders, move your neck, stretch your neck. Take a deep, big stretch. Oh yes, it feels so good. And just open your eyes. And before you start talking or chatting, don't check your phone yet. Just sit for a second. And I want you to just notice whatever just moved. Something just moved. Something just shifted. You just did something most people don't do in their entire lives. And I want you to fully acknowledge yourself for that and celebrate yourself for that. Really feel that you did the beautiful practice of teaching your nervous system that your dream life is safe. Enjoy that shift. And then let me know what happened in your body and what you're feeling now. While I tell Brennan to change my camera because it just died in perfect timing. I didn't get a specific block, but I felt big feelings and feel so much calmer. The block can be a feeling. It's still there and heavier. I've been working on my nervous system for a freaking year. I'm so annoyed. Gail, don't be annoyed. What I want you to do is when you get the recording, do it again, just come back. Remember, it's just bringing familiarity a little bit, just titrating it just a little bit. It's not about having big profound shifts in as fast as possible. In fact, that can always backfire. So the more you titrate, the gentler you are with you, the more it's going to last. I shake like crazy. Yes, my heart feels lighter. Feel lighter, more open. I cried. Uh-huh, I've had TMJ for years. This is the most relaxed I've ever felt in my life. Oh my gosh, that makes me so happy to hear. You have no idea. What if I already feel like it's done and I didn't have anything come up? Great. That's perfect. Mm-hmm. Block is impatience, identity. Go deeper into impatience. Impatience why? Impatience around what? What happens if you don't get it fast enough? I'm speechless. Can't believe how this shifted. Wow, wow, wow. Amazing. Chat is lit right now. I love this. Yawns are great. Shakes are great. Crying, emotions. Everything is great. OK. There's nothing that you can do that is going to fuck this up. OK. Nothing. So tonight, what I want you to do is absolutely nothing. OK. I just want you to integrate what happened. I want you to reflect, see how you feel, and see what sticks. OK. For those of you who are like, I'm still feeling things, Kathrin. Remember your anchor. Put your hand there and just repeat the process. You don't have to go through the whole 20-minute journey. You can just put your hand on that spot and just keep breathing into it. OK. And then tomorrow, we are going to do another practice and then also talk about how to make this kind of shift stick in our nervous systems, not just for an hour or two or even 24 hours, but for fucking ever with consistent tools, practices and systems designed to help you not just manifest your desires, but do so very sustainably and be able to keep them in your life for life. Because that's what we want. We don't want temporary manifestations. I don't want that for you. I hope you don't want that for yourself. We want sustainability. We want things that come just beautifully, joyfully and last forever. So VIPs, I also have a workbook for you today. They are yours because you already carry everything. And I mean everything it takes to manifest them. The desire is the evidence you were never built to want what you weren't built to live. I feel like that's a fucking mic drop, that last sentence. You were never built to want what you weren't built to live. So fucking good. I'm going to talk more about this tomorrow, but just like think about how that also makes logical sense. A whale doesn't spend its lifetime wishing it had legs on land, right? An oak tree doesn't spend its entire lifetime wishing that it bore mangoes as fruit. Like everything has a desire that it's meant to have. OK, that's my point with this. Like a gazelle doesn't dream about, like doesn't wish that it could fly. Like that's not a desire that these, you know, that happens in nature unless it's something that's actually possible for that thing in nature. So with you, you would never desire something if you weren't built to live it. Just saying. OK, I'm going to repeat that again tomorrow. That's for tomorrow's topic.
