Speaker 1:
[00:26] Ignition sequence start.

Speaker 2:
[00:28] Let me take y'all back to the beginning.

Speaker 3:
[00:30] This is it.

Speaker 4:
[00:30] All right, are you ready?

Speaker 5:
[00:32] You're listening to Mojo in the morning.

Speaker 6:
[00:34] You're at DoodooHack. Good morning, and welcome to the In The Morning show. It is good to have you guys here with us today. Thank you for being here, thank you for being here. Phone number 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Coming up this hour on the show, your first shot at $13,000 as we get closer and closer to our Mojo secret sound.

Speaker 7:
[01:07] 13 grand!

Speaker 6:
[01:10] Listen, I thought Monday was the day. I'm gonna tell you this. I thought yesterday was the closest that we've gotten to it, but then, all of a sudden, I started reading some of the DMs that came in afterwards and I was looking at the comments that were made. And by the way, did you see how many comments we get now on our stream that we do, our Facebook stream that we have, and of course, streaming on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Twitch. Everybody's comments on there. And I'm reading some of what people think it is. And I've got to be honest, you guys were long off. I couldn't believe it. I'm like, you guys just heard what I just heard and that's what you think it is. So we never know. And you never know if, because we have so many first time, long times calling in, you never know if we may get a first time contest person calling in. Because now the hype has gotten around that, hey, one winner, one person, $13,000. So that's coming up. Speaking of money, did you guys know that our very own Bianca almost got a load of cash?

Speaker 8:
[02:19] I heard that. A lot of dough.

Speaker 7:
[02:21] Wait, what happened here?

Speaker 6:
[02:23] The lettuce almost was yours?

Speaker 9:
[02:25] Mm-hmm, almost was $1,000 richer. I did not even need to pay your bills. I could have gotten it outside of the Tiger's den yesterday.

Speaker 10:
[02:32] What happened, sis?

Speaker 9:
[02:34] So there's this thing called the Pass Pass Detroit. I've been kind of gatekeeping it ever since I found out about it, but I guess I'll tell you guys. I don't really know what their motive is or why they do this, but they leave like wads of cash around random places in Metro Detroit, Warren, downtown, Dearborn areas. And yesterday, they were like hyping up this big launch, this big drop. And right when they posted it, it was right in front of Comerica Park. And I was down here in Eastern Market. I was like, oh my god, this is a four-minute drive. So I zoomed over there. We're in the middle of it. I'm in the middle doing my show. I zoom over there and I'm running over. I know exactly where this spot is. I'm like, yes, this is my time. There's a Fox 2 camera pointing at me. I have all these group of people pointing cameras at me and it's only me out there. So I'm like, okay, bet this is my money right now. I run up to the bush where they threw the money. And the guy's like, they already got it girl. It's gone. And I'm like, why would you guys catfish me like that and act like I'm winning this money and it's already gone?

Speaker 6:
[03:40] Really?

Speaker 9:
[03:41] But it's crazy how fast this money goes. Like they dropped it at 1230 and it's gone by 1235.

Speaker 10:
[03:47] They needed the video bit.

Speaker 6:
[03:49] Look at this. So this guy or is it guy, right? Guy with a little bit of jewelry on from his hands. He just throw it in into a tiger's hat. And he just threw it right there. And then you saw that and you thought to yourself, okay, I can get it. I'm going to get in my car.

Speaker 9:
[04:18] So all day yesterday, I was refreshing their page. And then Zach sent it to me. And then he runs out of the studio.

Speaker 3:
[04:24] Bianca, it dropped, it dropped.

Speaker 9:
[04:25] Go right now.

Speaker 7:
[04:26] Oh my God. Wouldn't that have been amazing?

Speaker 9:
[04:28] I parked my car on the side of Woodward. I knew I would have gotten a ticket.

Speaker 10:
[04:32] What if it's all a scam and they never actually give money?

Speaker 7:
[04:35] No, I think it's real. I think they have to.

Speaker 10:
[04:37] All right, my bad.

Speaker 9:
[04:38] I met the owner, he seems really cool.

Speaker 6:
[04:40] Wait, so hold on. Where are you in this one and one of these ones? Cause there's one of their Instagram posts, the PassBastardTrade, where you can see Bianca running.

Speaker 9:
[04:49] I'm gonna post it.

Speaker 6:
[04:49] The run is great.

Speaker 9:
[04:50] They didn't post it, they just sent it to me cause this is so embarrassing. I'm gonna post it.

Speaker 6:
[04:54] Send it to me. Throw it to me real quick. All right, I wanna play this.

Speaker 9:
[04:57] This is insane. I'm air dropping it right now.

Speaker 6:
[04:59] Okay, so you can see on this one, you can see Bianca. You can see Bianca in the parking lot.

Speaker 7:
[05:07] I love when you run. They make fun of me for how I run. You're a funny runner too.

Speaker 9:
[05:13] And I have flat feet so I'm just stomping on the ground. G-Vo, the security guy was like, I've never heard someone run so loud outside the building.

Speaker 6:
[05:20] Oh my gosh.

Speaker 7:
[05:21] How often do they do these drops?

Speaker 9:
[05:23] Like three to four times a week.

Speaker 6:
[05:25] Wow. Where does this guy just independently a wealthy dude?

Speaker 9:
[05:28] I have no idea. He's friends with one of your friends. So I don't know.

Speaker 6:
[05:32] Who's he friends with?

Speaker 9:
[05:34] Jen Suwala.

Speaker 6:
[05:35] Oh my God, Jen. Jen works for Ryan Seacrest. She's his executive producer.

Speaker 9:
[05:39] She was in studio a couple months ago.

Speaker 1:
[05:40] Oh, I remember her.

Speaker 6:
[05:42] Jen used to be an intern producer on our show and she's the best. She's like a really good friend. So hold on a second. Hold on. Let's listen. This is Bianca running through the parking lot.

Speaker 2:
[05:57] You can hear me stop.

Speaker 11:
[05:58] They got it, girl. They got it.

Speaker 3:
[06:02] They just walked off.

Speaker 4:
[06:06] Where are you coming from?

Speaker 2:
[06:09] You know what though?

Speaker 10:
[06:10] Whoever got it, they probably needed it more than me. God bless them.

Speaker 2:
[06:14] Where are you coming from?

Speaker 9:
[06:16] Eastern Market.

Speaker 2:
[06:17] Now somebody else just got it.

Speaker 9:
[06:19] My name is Bianca. I'm from In The Morning. I'm channel 955.

Speaker 10:
[06:22] Shout out. Oh, really?

Speaker 9:
[06:24] I saw you guys had it.

Speaker 4:
[06:24] That's Brandon from Fox News.

Speaker 9:
[06:26] Oh, Thomas and I. Dang, I was so close. She does stuff too.

Speaker 12:
[06:30] Media.

Speaker 10:
[06:32] She does stuff too.

Speaker 12:
[06:33] Yeah.

Speaker 9:
[06:33] They just got it.

Speaker 6:
[06:34] Oh, man.

Speaker 13:
[06:36] Appreciate you playing, bro.

Speaker 6:
[06:37] Oh, my gosh. How many people go and actually are a part of this?

Speaker 9:
[06:41] I felt like I was in a video game. It was crazy. It was like people coming from all different corners, people jumping out their cars to go to a game. Yes, it was crazy.

Speaker 10:
[06:49] Running towards the cornucopia.

Speaker 9:
[06:50] And it's so funny. I'm rolling down my windows. I'm like, yup, they got it. Go back to your car. And they're like, I don't believe you. I don't believe you. They're still going out there.

Speaker 6:
[06:57] All right. Let's do this instead. Lydia, let's not do Secret Sound anymore. Tell everybody it's going to be canceled. I'm going to take the $13,000 and I'm going to stuff it in a bush somewhere.

Speaker 9:
[07:08] They do it in playground slides, little holes. It was crazy.

Speaker 6:
[07:15] I don't know if I want my kids playing in a playground with a bunch of people running like you after the money. You know what I mean?

Speaker 9:
[07:21] Dude, Bryce is like, the way you run is just how I walk, dude. I don't know why you run so slow. That's why I was always last in track. I don't even know why I did track.

Speaker 6:
[07:29] I would like to. What I would do is I would mess with people and I would stick it in Josh from Next Door on the Rock Stations, like car or something.

Speaker 9:
[07:38] Like everyone surrounding his car.

Speaker 6:
[07:40] It's his car. He comes out to his Chevy Equinox and there's like 12 just random Detroit guys just sitting in his car. All beat up.

Speaker 9:
[07:47] People fight each other for the money.

Speaker 7:
[07:49] Still, just the people be out running.

Speaker 6:
[07:52] Here's a question for, is it, it's Pass Pass Detroit? Is that what it's called? Here's a question for my buddies over at Pass Pass Detroit. Maybe I should ask Jen Sawala to ask them this question as they listen to the show. I want to know from you guys, do you ever worry about liabilities? Cause I worry about all kinds of liabilities. Like what happens if somebody ends up beating another person over the head for the thousand dollars or worse, you know? Running them over.

Speaker 9:
[08:18] That's what I was scared of. I'm like, what if someone tries to shoot me if I win this thing, you know?

Speaker 10:
[08:22] Is it always a thousand dollars or?

Speaker 9:
[08:24] No, I feel like this time wasn't as enough money as they do other times. Other times, huge wads of envelopes. This time, it was in a tiger's head, which was probably part of it.

Speaker 6:
[08:34] What's the guy's name that you guys all love?

Speaker 10:
[08:35] MD Motivator.

Speaker 6:
[08:36] MD Motivator, that's the guy's name?

Speaker 7:
[08:38] Zach, yeah.

Speaker 6:
[08:39] So, the MD Motivator guy, I've watched two or three of the videos, and I get a little teary-eyed, kind of like I do when military people come home to surprise their families.

Speaker 7:
[08:48] He's amazing.

Speaker 6:
[08:48] I love those kind of videos. Well, the MD Motivator guy, I think I'm gonna do one, and I need to come up with a name, and my thing is, I'm gonna be the repo man, repossession. The car. I'm gonna be like, come on over here, come on, I got something special for you.

Speaker 7:
[09:02] It's not the same Mormon fun.

Speaker 6:
[09:03] There's a tow truck taking your car. You get the surprise of the whole thing.

Speaker 7:
[09:11] Dog the Bounty Hunter. They already had that show.

Speaker 6:
[09:14] No, Dog the Bounty Hunter, he's getting bad guys. I'm getting regular people. Like regular people. I'm gonna give you a really bad day just by doing something like that. Or I'm gonna get that parking ticket lady, the crazy lady that's here in Eastern Market and just randomly have her walk in. What I should do is I should see if I can get the parking lot lady to follow around when the Pass Pass Detroit guy puts the money out and when people leave their car just randomly sitting in a, like you did, what did you do? Just like leave it running? Or Pass Pass Detroit. I got an idea for you. I'm brainstorming live right now on In The Morning here. When you do this, do it with me and then let's do like a street scam like we used to do back in the day. And when people randomly just go run out to go get their cash from you and they leave their car running with the car door open, I'll move their car. Oh my God.

Speaker 9:
[10:08] Dude, yes. Well, that's what I was scared of too. I left my keys in the car, my car was running and then I saw the ticket guy. So I ran up to him and I was like, please don't give me a ticket, please don't give me a ticket.

Speaker 6:
[10:17] Oh yeah.

Speaker 9:
[10:17] He was cool though. This guy was cool. He was like, yeah, you good girl.

Speaker 14:
[10:20] Have a good day.

Speaker 6:
[10:22] That's great. Do they know what's going on, the ticket people? Does the guy tell them ahead of time, hey, this is what I'm doing?

Speaker 9:
[10:27] Probably, yeah, probably. But the Tigers people didn't know. I saw all the Tigers employees walking out, like, what's going on around here? Oh, they had no clue.

Speaker 6:
[10:33] Oh, that's funny. Well, let's get them on. Lydia, see if we can get them on.

Speaker 9:
[10:38] I tried texting the owner, but I think he's sleeping. He is sleeping. I called him.

Speaker 6:
[10:41] Did you? Yeah. I'll get them on and ask them about this one, because that Bianca video is so funny.

Speaker 9:
[10:46] Dude, that was so silly too.

Speaker 6:
[10:48] When you run, you run like me. You don't run forward, you run sideways.

Speaker 15:
[10:53] It's so funny.

Speaker 9:
[10:54] They're honestly probably just recording me for the entertainment purposes. They're probably like, this girl can't run. All right, Sarah.

Speaker 6:
[11:02] All right, well, that's cool. Hey, you know what? No need for you to have to be digging through bushes to find money. We're going to have your chance to win money coming up right after this commercial break.

Speaker 16:
[11:14] How smart are you? It's In The Morning's Back In The Day.

Speaker 2:
[11:18] We have to go back in time.

Speaker 16:
[11:19] Where we give you a bunch of events and you tell us what year it happened.

Speaker 6:
[11:23] We'll give away some Demi Lovato tickets first. What year was this? It was the year that Instagram launched.

Speaker 17:
[11:30] After like a week and a half of pulling our hair out with different options, Instagram came up. And I remember that eureka moment with Mike thinking, all right, we got it. And we just stuck with it and we didn't look back. So for us, it was like the combination of the instant nature of what you were doing with Insta. And then the gram really comes from Telegram. And the idea that you're sending these little photos out in the world.

Speaker 6:
[11:52] Oh, I like that little knowledge there this morning. Lady Gaga created one of the most viral moments when she wore a meat dress.

Speaker 7:
[12:01] I never thought I'd be asking Cher to hold my meat purse.

Speaker 6:
[12:05] That was at the VMAs and the big song.

Speaker 18:
[12:09] Oh my God, I thought about this.

Speaker 16:
[12:12] In what year did that crap happen? Call us at 844-MOJO-LIVE to tell us. 844-665-6548.

Speaker 6:
[12:20] Camry, what year was that?

Speaker 16:
[12:23] Yes!

Speaker 6:
[12:26] You got Demi Lovato tickets.

Speaker 15:
[12:28] Oh, this is so exciting. Okay.

Speaker 6:
[12:31] Congratulations to you, Demi Lovato. We're gonna set you up with a pair of tickets. Demi is going to be at Little Caesars Arena. I think it's April the 29th, if I'm not mistaken. So congrats to you and we will set you up with that, okay?

Speaker 18:
[12:45] All right, thank you.

Speaker 6:
[12:46] Have a fantastic morning. Let me do this before I get into Secret Sound and The Dirty. Gives You A Baby is coming to the Airways here where we're gonna be giving on Mother's Day week three amazing people an opportunity to have babies. And it's an opportunity for them that probably couldn't come fast enough because I'm sure that there's been a little bit of a struggle for some time. Gives You A Baby is back this year. We got a new doc, Dr. Ali Bazzi. Bazzi. Dr. Bazzi, the Michigan Fertility Institute which is in Lavonia. These guys are amazing. We're talking to a couple of his patients yesterday. Actually, I got a call from one of his patients yesterday, his former patients that said that this man cares. Like he cares about you like your family. And you've been in his office and his office is awesome too, huh?

Speaker 10:
[13:43] His office is great. All of the nurses and people that work there are very welcoming. And I felt super comfortable there, which I think is how you'd want to feel if you're going through that.

Speaker 6:
[13:52] And this is something that you have kind of had a conversation with yourself about some of the other stuff that he does, not just IVF.

Speaker 10:
[13:59] Yeah, talking about freezing eggs because I did just enter my thirties. Hate to say it, but all of my friends are having kids and I'm like, well, what if I want to have kids? And I just haven't met my person yet.

Speaker 19:
[14:10] So it's a smart idea.

Speaker 7:
[14:11] Yeah, we've told you my friend did it.

Speaker 6:
[14:13] Yeah, it is Gives You A Baby, mojointhemorning.com. Send us an entry right now or you can go right on the iHeartRadio app and click on Contest and all the information is there. Now this is what you want. Secret Sound for $13,000. What is this sound? 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. The 95th caller. Good luck.

Speaker 16:
[14:41] In The Morning's Dirty On The 30.

Speaker 6:
[14:43] Shannon with the Dirty On The 30. Before we have a guest that could make somebody very, very wealthy with Secret Sound. What do you got for us this hour?

Speaker 7:
[14:53] Well, you can play your favorite drop, the draft drop, because-

Speaker 6:
[14:58] Oh, hold on.

Speaker 7:
[14:59] I gotta find it. I know how excited you get.

Speaker 6:
[15:02] I forgot about that.

Speaker 7:
[15:03] It's today, yeah. And Indiana's Fernando Mendoza, I know a lot of people love him, will most likely make history tonight during the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft. The Heisman Trophy winner who led Indiana to its very first national title in program history is projected to be the number one pick and be picked up by the Las Vegas Raiders.

Speaker 6:
[15:26] What's going through your head right now, a few days before the draft? Are you nervous?

Speaker 14:
[15:29] Are you nervous-cited?

Speaker 6:
[15:30] That's a word my wife and I use with our kids, nervous, excited.

Speaker 12:
[15:34] What are you feeling right now?

Speaker 5:
[15:35] I don't know. Is that word in Webster's dictionary? I'm not sure, but I want to start using that. Nervous-cited is the word to use. It's going to be an opportunity and start a new journey. It's not, it's a celebration, but it's a celebration of a start. And I'm really excited to get started on this new journey. And the realization has hit me, especially one of the top 30 visits, where, okay, you're going to be in these NFL facilities in the next two weeks. So get ready to rock and roll. You're going to be an NFL player.

Speaker 6:
[16:02] Where does this resilience come from?

Speaker 5:
[16:04] This resilience comes from my mom. My mom struggles with multiple sclerosis, and I see her fighting every single day, and with a smile on her face. So there's no excuse for me to have a bad day, bad play or bad game. So I'm always trying to have an optimistic approach, give the best, serve the best I can to my teammates, as you can see there. I'm just always, whatever the team needs me to do to win, whether it's running up the middle, or just throwing the ball on the outside.

Speaker 6:
[16:29] I don't know what kind of quarterback he'll be in the NFL, because sometimes it doesn't. I mean, Tim Tebow is a great example. He might be the next Tim Tebow, but he's just so awesome in college, goes to the pros and just is whatever. But his whole perspective of life and that story about his mom, I can watch that thing over and over again. And I hope, as a dad, you hope that your kid grows up to be Fernando Mendoza.

Speaker 7:
[16:56] And tonight, I mean, truly, this is his childhood dream. And he's gonna be watching from the comfort of his hometown in Miami. He's gonna be surrounded by his family, his friends, and his best friend, his mom, also. We'll be there too.

Speaker 6:
[17:09] There's two reasons too. Number one, it's a lot of pressure to be there. A lot of times, and I don't know, the commissioner is not happy, I think, in this case. What happens if they don't, you know what I mean? And then you got the look on him and he's supposed to be the number one, he doesn't. The other thing too is, they said that for his mom, it's really difficult to do a lot of the travel. And she has done it going to all of his games, but it will be a much more comfortable setting for him to be in his hometown.

Speaker 7:
[17:34] Famous UFO researcher and author David Wilcock died at 53 years old. It was an apparent suicide at his Colorado home. Here's the crazy part of the story. Just two days ago, during one of his live streams, he talked about those 11 scientists that are missing. And now he is dead. Authorities responded to a mental health crisis. He died within minutes of deputies arriving to his home. How crazy is this getting?

Speaker 6:
[18:03] There's either a mass murderer, somebody trying to kill him, the CIA's got some issue that they don't want revealed.

Speaker 7:
[18:11] They say it was a suicide.

Speaker 6:
[18:12] Or there's a mental health thing with what these people do for a living.

Speaker 10:
[18:17] I need a documentary.

Speaker 7:
[18:19] And Bianca, Dancing With The Stars is coming back for season 35. And the first two celebrity contestants have been revealed and they're pretty good. Maura Higgins from Love Island and The Traders, and Ciara Miller from Summer House will be dancing in the ballroom this season. The new season is going to kick off in the fall. Julianne Huff, Alfonso Ribeiro will be hosting alongside judges Carianna Naba, Derek Huff and Bruno Tonioli. If you missed anything from today's show, you can go back and listen to the podcast on the free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 6:
[19:07] There are only three, actually four people. Four people that know what the Secret Sound is. Number one, the executive producer of In The Morning, Lydia Jarjosa. Number two, the vice president of programming for iHeartMedia, In The Morning, Tony Travato. Number three, the executive audio director of the In The Morning show, Zach Martin. And number four, me.

Speaker 3:
[19:39] Well, give me a applause.

Speaker 7:
[19:40] And we got so close yesterday apparently, just based on you guys and your reactions. So I feel like today's it.

Speaker 3:
[19:48] Will it be?

Speaker 6:
[19:50] Will we find out what the Secret Sound is? At this point, I think majority of people don't even care about the money. They just want to know what's going on. On the phone with us right now is Chris from Imle City. Welcome, Chris.

Speaker 14:
[20:06] Hello, how are you guys doing?

Speaker 6:
[20:07] Chris have never felt better than I did this morning when I got in the shower, put on a little deodorant and spray spray, and then realized that somebody's life is going to change today.

Speaker 14:
[20:21] Well, let's hope it's me.

Speaker 6:
[20:23] Chris, tell us about yourself.

Speaker 14:
[20:27] I live in Imle City. I've been trying to call for almost every single day, but it's like no. This is a first time long time.

Speaker 17:
[20:39] Oh my gosh.

Speaker 7:
[20:41] What a first time long time this would be if you win.

Speaker 6:
[20:44] So you have been busting your butt to get through and be that 95th caller and haven't been able to, and when that phone started ringing today, and then the phone clicked on and Lydia said, In The Morning, hello. Were you freaking?

Speaker 14:
[21:01] Yes, I was. That was crazy.

Speaker 6:
[21:03] Yeah, it's a wild time, man. I'm telling you, even just busting through these phone lines is tough because I've never seen our phone lines as busy as it has been over the last month and a half of doing Secret Sound. Chris, let the wait be over. For $13,000 from DFCU Financial, the Cash Back Credit Union, what is Mojo's Secret Sound?

Speaker 14:
[21:29] Oh, I'm going to say, I think it is a knife scraping a cutting board.

Speaker 6:
[21:40] The build up for that. Oh, no, no, it is not.

Speaker 20:
[21:48] You're going to flip a table.

Speaker 7:
[21:49] No, I, okay, in our pre-show meeting, I did say I think it's going to be the 730. I think it's going to be the 730 guess.

Speaker 4:
[21:56] Man, I was for sure that was it.

Speaker 6:
[21:57] Come on, are you kidding me?

Speaker 3:
[21:59] Chris, have you been listening?

Speaker 6:
[22:00] Have you been paying attention?

Speaker 14:
[22:04] I've been trying.

Speaker 6:
[22:06] Chris, oh, man.

Speaker 9:
[22:11] I kind of feel lied to. He said he's been listening every day.

Speaker 6:
[22:15] There's no way. Chris, I cannot believe that we did not get the Secret Sound winner on that one. Unbelievable.

Speaker 14:
[22:25] Jesus Christ, I met some dumb bastards in my time, but you won't do them all.

Speaker 6:
[22:29] Chris, you got to try again at 730, but you got to have a better guess than that. Secret Sound for 13 grand. Have a good day, buddy.

Speaker 14:
[22:40] Thank you.

Speaker 16:
[22:41] Cheating test. Grab your man's phone and run to the bathroom with it. If he kicks down the door, you have your answer. Another War of the Roses is after seven on In The Morning.

Speaker 6:
[22:54] In The Morning, got something fun for moms. We're going to give you a chance coming up this morning around eight o'clock ish to be part of our Mojo's Moms Makeover that we're going to be doing from our friends over at Sixth Salon Detroit. And for our Toledo and Grand Rapids listeners, you guys are eligible too. And we have some nice stuff for you guys for making the drive. We appreciate you if you do. I got to ask you guys a quick question. Just a quick one here. Let me make sure all the microphones are on. I have Shannon on there one second. Am I rude?

Speaker 10:
[23:28] What did you do?

Speaker 6:
[23:29] What did I do? I'm just asking in general. Am I a rude person?

Speaker 10:
[23:32] Do you think I'm a rude person?

Speaker 7:
[23:34] No.

Speaker 6:
[23:35] Okay, I was called rude yesterday.

Speaker 7:
[23:37] Okay.

Speaker 6:
[23:38] And I was told that I was rude and that I was somebody that needs to not be so rude when it comes to always being on my phone, focusing on things other than the people that are present. Can you tell where this came from? Do you know who this came from?

Speaker 7:
[23:55] I'm guessing your wife.

Speaker 6:
[23:57] And I was told that it's not fun to go to a friend's house and have me do what I did. And that was, we went to a friend's house and we got to their house. The first thing I said to them is that we walk in was, hi, obviously. And the next thing I said was, hey, can I get your wifi password?

Speaker 10:
[24:16] Oh my gosh.

Speaker 6:
[24:17] I looked at my phone and my phone had zero bars on it. And I have full disclosure. I have Xfinity as my phone, which I think is Verizon. I think that they have a shared thing with Verizon, but I also have AT&T on it too. So I have two services on my phone.

Speaker 7:
[24:34] How do you do that?

Speaker 6:
[24:36] Let me see.

Speaker 7:
[24:36] How do you do that? I did not know that was possible.

Speaker 6:
[24:38] How you have that? You have two services on there? Can you see on the top?

Speaker 7:
[24:42] I have never seen that before.

Speaker 6:
[24:44] You can have two, well, cause Chelsea has AT&T and then I have the Xfinity. And so since she has AT&T, it's nothing to put me on her plan. And then if I'm in some place where I can't, like right now you can look at the bars, you can see bars and see how it goes.

Speaker 7:
[24:58] You have two phone bills?

Speaker 6:
[24:59] So no, I'm on her plan for her bill. So she gets her own bill. So she pays her own bills and then I pay for, and I do my Xfinity.

Speaker 7:
[25:06] Okay, that's crazy. I need to talk to you about that. Cause yeah, I don't think you're rude by the way. When I'm somewhere where I don't have any service, I panic. I don't like to be, to feel like I'm stranded. So I would ask too. So I don't think that's rude.

Speaker 6:
[25:23] You would say, hey, can you share your password? Cause our friends-

Speaker 7:
[25:26] Just say what's your wifi and password?

Speaker 6:
[25:27] Our friends seemed a little taken back by it. The funny thing is nobody knows what their password is. They know what their wifi is, but then nobody knows their password. And I still can't figure out on my iPhone how to do it, where I can share the password with people. It just automatically seems like it doesn't.

Speaker 7:
[25:43] I don't know how you initiate that.

Speaker 10:
[25:47] My parents have a board in their kitchen that says the wifi password. Oh really?

Speaker 6:
[25:53] Like the Delta Skyloans?

Speaker 10:
[25:54] Yeah, they got tired of people asking, so it just says wifi name, wifi password. It kind of feels like we're in a hotel or something, but it is nice because people are constantly wanting it.

Speaker 7:
[26:03] Yeah, I appreciate when people do that.

Speaker 6:
[26:04] No, that's cool. Hold on a second. Hold on. We haven't talked to him in forever. I wonder if he just got out of prison or something. Misfit Tony is on the line. Tony, where have you been? Hi, Tony.

Speaker 20:
[26:16] Hi, everybody. I love y'all so much. I've definitely been listening. I just had a bunch of business happening, and that was for the good of my business. God has been...

Speaker 6:
[26:30] Good business or bad business? I want to make sure because usually when we don't hear from people, it's bad stuff.

Speaker 20:
[26:34] I do a little bit of both, big dog. I do a little bit of both.

Speaker 6:
[26:38] I was worried about you. Tony, don't go MIA like that for a while. At least send us a text saying, hey, I'm going to be out for a couple of weeks, you know?

Speaker 20:
[26:46] But this is, and I sure will, but this was all great business. God has truly blessed me and enriched my life. And I pray blessings for everyone.

Speaker 6:
[26:56] Thank you.

Speaker 20:
[26:57] I know the secret sound, but I'm not going to tell y'all on air.

Speaker 6:
[27:01] Okay. I got to ask you, Tony, Tony, you know me as well as anybody does. You've listened to this show for a long time. Am I rude? Is it rude to ask for somebody's Wi-Fi password?

Speaker 20:
[27:13] Mojo, it's not rude to ask for someone's password, but you are rude at times.

Speaker 10:
[27:18] Oh my gosh, I just had to get that in there.

Speaker 20:
[27:21] Mojo, Mojo, I love you. You know you my bro. Listen, you are rude at times. Mojo, you got to dial it back a little bit.

Speaker 14:
[27:31] But you know what that is though?

Speaker 20:
[27:33] That's from being inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Speaker 11:
[27:38] That makes you a big boss, you like listening.

Speaker 6:
[27:40] Oh my god, you are horrible.

Speaker 20:
[27:41] Listen, my boss is happy, I get to be rude.

Speaker 6:
[27:45] All right, well listen, I'm going to ask you for your Wi-Fi password, and I'm going to get that from you, buddy. What's going on, Rick? Hi.

Speaker 11:
[27:52] Good morning, Mojo team. How are you doing?

Speaker 6:
[27:55] We're great.

Speaker 11:
[27:55] What's going on?

Speaker 6:
[27:56] I got four bars. I got four bars. I'm feeling good. What's going on?

Speaker 11:
[28:01] Not that. To simplify your password, I take a picture of mine, keep it on my phone. So when someone asks me, I pull it up on my phone, give it to them and that's good.

Speaker 7:
[28:12] That's probably smart.

Speaker 6:
[28:13] No, that's a good idea. I think that's smart. Although somebody told me you should never write anything in there in your phones that says password, because if somebody hacks in your phone, they've got all your passwords. What's up? How are you doing, Kim?

Speaker 21:
[28:25] I'm doing good.

Speaker 15:
[28:26] How are you this morning?

Speaker 6:
[28:27] Doing okay. What's happening?

Speaker 21:
[28:31] Yes, sir. I was making a comment about the passwords.

Speaker 15:
[28:36] Yeah.

Speaker 21:
[28:37] I am very forgetful and I have an iPhone, so I list all my passwords in my note.

Speaker 6:
[28:45] Yeah. I'm like that too, but I don't put it under passwords like I said.

Speaker 7:
[28:49] Same.

Speaker 6:
[28:49] I don't. I actually-

Speaker 7:
[28:50] I have them all listed, but they're listed under something different.

Speaker 6:
[28:53] I put it under weird little things that make me think of passwords. You know what I mean? Like cheeseburger. It's just- I have like random stuff or random things. Like people look at it like, why do I have that for that? You know? But Kim, yeah, that's good to have that in there for, you know, but would you be okay sharing your password with me if I was a guest at your house? Yes, sir. I would be. Okay. Wow. You're so- See this? I'm asking if I'm rude and you keep calling me sir. I feel wonderful. What's up? How you doing, Pam?

Speaker 22:
[29:26] Hi. So when we built our house and moved into it, we had a sign made and it says, welcome to our home. Our Wi-Fi password, our Wi-Fi is and our password is. And it's right by the front door at the end of the staircase.

Speaker 6:
[29:40] And where do you live?

Speaker 21:
[29:43] I appreciate that.

Speaker 6:
[29:44] And what is your Wi-Fi and password? Because I'm going to use it when I'm in that neighborhood.

Speaker 10:
[29:51] Just look through the window.

Speaker 22:
[29:52] My password is Winston1, if you can find it.

Speaker 6:
[29:56] Is Winston your dog?

Speaker 22:
[29:58] It is.

Speaker 10:
[29:59] It's always gonna be dog.

Speaker 6:
[30:00] It's not funny.

Speaker 7:
[30:01] It's a cute puppy name.

Speaker 6:
[30:03] Well, you have a great day. I appreciate you so much. And tell Winston woof woof, okay?

Speaker 22:
[30:09] He's looking at me right now.

Speaker 6:
[30:12] Yeah, heard you say it. What's up, Kelly?

Speaker 22:
[30:16] I actually don't mind when people ask me for my password because I charge them a dollar. Goodbye.

Speaker 6:
[30:22] That's great. And do they pay?

Speaker 15:
[30:24] They look at me and they laugh.

Speaker 18:
[30:25] Yeah, they'll pay and they'll laugh.

Speaker 15:
[30:27] And I'll look at them and I'll still just keep smiling.

Speaker 9:
[30:30] And I say, I'm very serious.

Speaker 15:
[30:32] You want my password?

Speaker 6:
[30:33] You know what's funny?

Speaker 4:
[30:33] You don't pay for the bill.

Speaker 6:
[30:35] That goes to the, if I had a dollar for every time somebody asked me for my password, there you go, there's your dollar.

Speaker 16:
[30:41] Cheat and you'll get caught is the War of the Roses in Minnix on In The Morning.

Speaker 6:
[30:45] Hold on, one last one here. Aiden, you there, Aiden?

Speaker 4:
[30:49] Yes, can you hear me?

Speaker 6:
[30:50] Yes, Aiden, what is your friend have at his house?

Speaker 4:
[30:54] He has QR codes all over his house, so that when you walk in his house, you just scan the QR code and the password there.

Speaker 2:
[31:00] Is that unbelievable?

Speaker 7:
[31:01] Oh, I feel like he's like stealing all your info or something, I wouldn't trust that.

Speaker 6:
[31:07] Is he the kind of guy?

Speaker 4:
[31:10] No, no.

Speaker 2:
[31:11] Okay.

Speaker 7:
[31:12] That's a phishing scan.

Speaker 6:
[31:13] He's gotta be, right?

Speaker 4:
[31:14] Yeah, right.

Speaker 16:
[31:15] It's In The Morning's 5 at 6.55.

Speaker 6:
[31:23] No secret sound winner at 6.30 this morning. So that means we're playing again at 7.30 after War of the Roses. First though, Laura's going for 10 in a row. Welcome back, Laura. And let's get your challenger right up and ready to go. From Millington. Where is Millington located, Dakota?

Speaker 4:
[31:41] Well, it's about 15 minutes east of Frankenmuth.

Speaker 1:
[31:44] Okay.

Speaker 6:
[31:45] All right. It says that you just got out of the Army. We are saluting you. Thank you for your six years of service.

Speaker 1:
[31:54] Thank you.

Speaker 6:
[31:54] And now he fixes washers and dryers for a living. Is it a good business?

Speaker 4:
[31:59] It is. We're number one in North America.

Speaker 6:
[32:01] Wow. What's the name of your company?

Speaker 8:
[32:04] It's called Wash.

Speaker 6:
[32:05] Wash.

Speaker 10:
[32:06] Perfectly.

Speaker 6:
[32:07] Yeah, I like it. All right, Laura, I'm locking you up in a soundproof area. Let's see what happens here. OK? All right. All right. Good luck to you, Laura. Good luck to Dakota. Five pop culture trivia questions. Whoever gets the most right wins. Ty always goes to the champion, Dakota. Question number one. There is a big event happening in the NFL and it kicks off tonight. Speaker 4:
[32:57] Ella Langley.

Speaker 6:
[32:58] Question number three, and please don't swear again. OK, but that's OK. The guy served our country. You know what? The guy wants to do whatever he wants. He's allowed to. He's a brave man. Question number three. Gigi Hadid is celebrating her birthday today. She turns 31. Who is her famous model sister?

Speaker 6:
[33:58] Let's bring the champ back from a soundproof area.

Speaker 7:
[34:02] Dakota got three out of five.

Speaker 6:
[34:04] You gotta beat three out of five, Laura. I think you can for your 10th win, double digits, okay? Question number one. There's a big event in the NFL and it's happening starting tonight. What's it called?

Speaker 15:
[34:18] The Draft. Yeah, 101.

Speaker 6:

Speaker 7:
[34:53] Yes, two to two.

Speaker 6:
[34:54] Tied it back up. Dakota missed that question. Question number four. This is also a question Dakota missed. Actor Russell Brand admitted to sleeping with a 16-year-old girl when he was 30 years old. What pop star was he once married to?

Speaker 23:
[35:09] Three seconds. Katy Perry.

Speaker 6:
[35:11] Yes, Katy Perry.

Speaker 7:

Speaker 6:
[35:13] And a clean win if you get this one right. Mr. Beast is getting sued for sexual harassment by one of his female employees. On what social media platform can you watch Mr. Beast?

Speaker 7:
[35:26] Three seconds.

Speaker 18:
[35:28] YouTube or TikTok?

Speaker 6:
[35:30] Well, you got to pick one. Two?

Speaker 18:
[35:31] Pick one.

Speaker 7:
[35:33] Yeah, 43.

Speaker 6:
[35:39] That's always the best.

Speaker 14:
[35:41] Laura, 10.

Speaker 6:
[35:44] Nice job, Laura. We're very happy for you. 10 in a row now. She works her way towards 15. Then she gets into a tournament of champions and takes on Shannon. So get ready for that. We'll have that over the next few days. Dakota, we've got a good gift for you. We'll set you up with some checkers. So thanks for that. And wash, if you need help with that washer or dryer, remember Dakota. And I appreciate you, buddy, for playing.

Speaker 11:
[36:13] Appreciate you, sir.

Speaker 6:
[36:14] Have a great morning. Thanks for listening, guys. Enjoy this weather today, guys.

Speaker 16:
[36:17] It's In The Morning, 5 is 655.

Speaker 6:
[36:38] Let's get right to it. We've got Secret Sound in 24-ish minutes, right after War of the Roses.

Speaker 16:
[36:44] Catching cheaters and proud of it.

Speaker 11:
[36:47] Ow, I'm sorry!

Speaker 16:
[36:48] It's your home for War of the Roses on Mojo in the Morning.

Speaker 6:
[36:51] Trisha thinks that her husband of 20 years is cheating on her. And what are your suspicions, Trisha?

Speaker 24:
[37:00] I got this really strange message from some random lady I didn't know.

Speaker 6:
[37:06] What did the message say?

Speaker 24:
[37:08] Oh, it was just a message of her and with my husband flirting with her on Facebook.

Speaker 7:
[37:17] Like, she screenshotted a text conversation between the two of them or a Facebook message or conversation?

Speaker 24:
[37:23] Yes, it was some kind of Facebook message. I mean, I don't do Facebook very much. So I don't really know all the text stuff, but it was certainly clear that there was some kind of communication between them.

Speaker 6:
[37:35] And you can tell real quick that this was your husband's profile doing this? Like it said his name and it has a picture or whatever it is?

Speaker 24:
[37:43] Yeah, she sent me everything that looked like it connected. So yeah.

Speaker 10:
[37:47] Did you show it to your husband and ask about it?

Speaker 24:
[37:51] I did. I asked him about it.

Speaker 10:
[37:53] And what did he say?

Speaker 24:
[37:55] He said he was hacked.

Speaker 6:
[37:58] So he said that his Facebook page was hacked, and did he do anything to unhack himself? Did you watch him do anything to figure out if he was hacked?

Speaker 24:
[38:07] No, he just said the thing had been hacked and that it wasn't him. And he kind of ended the conversation at that point as if that was enough.

Speaker 6:
[38:14] So he didn't make any efforts to show you that he got hacked. He just said, I was hacked. And that's how this all was. When he told you that, did he seem like he was telling you the truth?

Speaker 24:
[38:27] He seemed a little surprised about my asking that kind of question, because it had never been something we'd ever had to deal with before.

Speaker 6:
[38:37] But he didn't seem like when he was telling you this, that he was being truthful about it.

Speaker 24:
[38:46] Well, that's what I don't know right now.

Speaker 6:
[38:48] Okay. All right. So you want us to call him up to see where he's going to send a dozen free roses? I know you say you're not a Facebook person, but do you still have that woman's name and stuff? Because we can also look to see who she is and what she's all about.

Speaker 24:
[39:06] I guess I do. I mean, I just, you know, I never answered or responded to it.

Speaker 6:
[39:12] So you hold on to that because we may try to get that name and that person and see what it's all about with that. Because I mean, it could very well have been that he's been hacked. But if there's more to this, now we at least know who this person potentially is off of that little message that she sent to you.

Speaker 7:
[39:32] Do you remember her name off the top of your head?

Speaker 24:
[39:38] I think it was Sarah. I mean, I really just kind of was so shocked when that happened that I just couldn't process more than finding out if this was really going on. As I said, I didn't respond to it because I just didn't know whether somebody was trying to mess with me or do something hurtful to us, so I just didn't respond. That was my first, my best choice.

Speaker 6:
[40:05] All right. I'm going to have you mute your phone. So put it on mute and we're going to have Shannon call. And we're hoping that your husband sends the flowers to you, Tresha. So stay right there and let's do the War of the Roses here on In The Morning.

Speaker 1:
[40:34] Hello.

Speaker 7:
[40:36] Hi, I'm looking for David. Please.

Speaker 1:
[40:40] Yeah, you got him. What's behind?

Speaker 7:
[40:43] Hi, David. My name is Nicole, and I'm calling you this morning from an online floral company. We're called roses bloom.com. I'm actually calling with an offer for some free flowers for you.

Speaker 1:
[40:54] Wait, wait, wait. Why are you calling me?

Speaker 25:
[40:59] You're a florist.

Speaker 7:
[41:01] We are an online florist, and you have technically won a dozen long-stemmed red roses, as long as you can answer two survey questions. Do you have a...

Speaker 1:
[41:17] I haven't got a lot of time. What's going on here? So I get a dozen roses?

Speaker 7:
[41:20] Yes. Have you purchased flowers in the last six months, David?

Speaker 1:
[41:25] Yeah, I've purchased them a few times here and there.

Speaker 7:
[41:27] Okay. And do you plan on purchasing flowers in the next six months?

Speaker 1:
[41:31] You know, probably, yeah.

Speaker 7:
[41:33] Okay. That's actually all I needed from you. And now I'm authorized to allow you to send this dozen long-stemmed red roses. And you could send them anywhere in the country. It doesn't have to be here in the state. And they're going to go out today. And it is totally free of charge to you.

Speaker 1:
[41:50] Okay, today.

Speaker 7:
[41:52] Yes. So do you have somebody? Do you have somebody you'd like to send some flowers to?

Speaker 1:
[41:59] Yeah. Okay. Well, hey, so why don't you just give them to me? And then I'll give them to whoever in person.

Speaker 7:
[42:11] So we have to send them to that person's house. I can't send them to you.

Speaker 1:
[42:15] Well, it's easy. Just give them to me. And then I'll give them to them.

Speaker 7:
[42:22] Yeah, I can't send them to your house. That's kind of the purpose of it is we want you to see how this process works and then hopefully you'll use us in the future. It sounds like you send flowers a lot when you send flowers. We have some different things that we do in the process with our deliveries.

Speaker 1:
[42:43] Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay. And then so only we know, right?

Speaker 7:
[42:50] Yes, yep. So I just need a first name and a last name of who you want them to go to.

Speaker 1:
[42:55] Okay, so let's do, let's just do first names to Candice.

Speaker 7:
[43:07] To Candice?

Speaker 1:
[43:09] Yeah.

Speaker 7:
[43:11] Okay, and do you happen to know Candice's phone number?

Speaker 1:
[43:17] I don't want to share that.

Speaker 7:
[43:20] Do you have Candice's last name?

Speaker 1:
[43:23] Uh, should we just put an initial M?

Speaker 7:
[43:27] You said M as in man? Yeah, yeah. Okay, I, so I do need Candice's phone number, because that's how we're gonna send a message to her, to tell her she has a delivery and who they're from and stuff.

Speaker 1:
[43:43] Um, I just don't want to like share the number. Like, um, she'll know who they're from.

Speaker 7:
[43:54] Okay, let's do this. What state does Candice live in? Does she live here? Okay. Um, so let me go ahead. So here's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna have you tell me what you want to write on a card to Candice and then we'll kind of go from there. Okay.

Speaker 1:
[44:14] Okay. Okay. So, um, okay. And to my candy. What about that?

Speaker 7:
[44:23] To my candy. And you don't want to say anything else? You can write something longer.

Speaker 1:
[44:27] No, that'll be enough.

Speaker 7:
[44:30] Okay. And then just love David.

Speaker 1:
[44:33] Sure.

Speaker 7:
[44:34] Okay. David, real quick, before we move any further, I do also have to let you know that this call is being recorded and that's for quality and training purposes. You okay with that?

Speaker 1:
[44:45] Yeah, go ahead. Go ahead.

Speaker 7:
[44:47] That's a yes?

Speaker 1:
[44:48] Yes. Yes.

Speaker 7:
[44:50] Okay.

Speaker 6:
[44:50] David, I'm going to jump on just to wrap up this call, but I have something very important that I needed to share with you before we do that, okay?

Speaker 1:
[44:59] Okay.

Speaker 6:
[45:00] David, I wanted to just let you know that while you have been sending the flowers off to your candy, that your wife, Trisha, has been listening in and just heard every word that you just said. David, your wife called us up here at the In The Morning show because she was suspicious that you were cheating on her. And she just heard you sent flowers to another woman.

Speaker 1:
[45:52] What?

Speaker 6:
[45:54] Trisha, do you want to say something?

Speaker 24:
[45:57] Oh, I thought nothing.

Speaker 7:
[46:03] And that's a different person, right?

Speaker 6:
[46:08] Is that the person that he was on social media with?

Speaker 24:
[46:14] No.

Speaker 6:
[46:18] Trisha, is that cat, is that, you said you were at work. Is that cat with you at work, or is that him at home?

Speaker 24:
[46:25] That's him at our house with our cat.

Speaker 6:
[46:31] Okay. And he's not saying anything. Trisha, I want you to hang on the phone, okay?

Speaker 16:
[46:39] Cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater. In The Morning's War Of The Roses. Don't miss this.

Speaker 5:
[46:46] In The Morning.

Speaker 6:
[46:48] When we come back here next, weird, there was a weird one, but an older couple in War Of The Roses, I don't know why I feel worse than when we bust somebody in their 20s or 30s or 40s or 50s cheating. I feel like just so bad. And I want to ask this question, and this is just an interesting, you know, a little dichotomy of the people that potentially could be listening to In The Morning, but has anybody ever been in a situation like where grandpa got busted cheating like this? Cause I feel like David is everybody's grandpa.

Speaker 3:
[47:22] We'll be right back.

[47:29] This is In The Morning.

Speaker 6:
[47:31] And probably more importantly than us talking War Of The Roses. Coming up next.

Speaker 16:
[47:35] Mojo's secret sound is giving you real cash.

Speaker 18:
[47:40] Oh my God, yay!

Speaker 2:
[48:00] This is In The Morning.

Speaker 6:
[48:08] I don't like it, I don't know why it made me feel sad. Just a little bit ago on In The Morning, we got to hear Trisha find out that her husband was sending flowers to Candy. What did he say? Candice? And then he called her Mike Candy. And the guy sounded like, he sounded like a grandpa. He actually told Lydia, I go, I know this is crazy. I go, how old is Trisha? And Lydia said that Trisha is in her early 60s. David sounds like he might be a little bit older than that, but I will say this to you. It happens, infidelity happens. It's just weird to think that it happens.

Speaker 7:
[48:50] Especially after that many decades of marriage. And it's just sad.

Speaker 6:
[48:54] I mean, I think it's, well, they think they've been married 20 years. So I think it's a second marriage for each one of them too. So to get you into the weeds a little bit on this one, I got to tell you that, oh, I was like heartbroken on that one. What's going on, Alexis? Hey, it's In The Morning. What did you think when you were listening to that War of the Roses?

Speaker 21:
[49:13] Oh, I just feel so bad for this woman. Just cheating sucks in any situation, but she sounds so innocent and not really, no social media. So I just feel so bad for her and just sending her all my thoughts and prayers that she gets through this.

Speaker 6:
[49:28] Have you ever in your life ever known old people cheat? Because I've never known old people that are out there cheating around.

Speaker 21:
[49:37] I feel like it's more common this actually happened in my family. My grandfather actually stepped out of his marriage and was hooking up with a woman like the age of like his children. So like my uncle and my dad and like, so that was that was a crazy.

Speaker 6:
[49:54] How did you guys find that out?

Speaker 21:
[49:57] It was my uncle. He was still living at home and he came home one night and it's like, you know, this big house with they have every light on in the house, which is like really weird. And he just like walked in and then it was just like my grandfather and this, you know, younger woman dressed super nicely and high heels. And he was like, what's going on? You're just like, well, this is my friend. And like, he's like, no. And my grandma wasn't home either. So she was up north with her sisters. So he definitely took her there to like show off like the house and everything.

Speaker 6:
[50:32] Oh, God, that's awful.

Speaker 7:
[50:34] It's always just a friend.

Speaker 6:
[50:36] Yeah.

Speaker 7:
[50:37] This is my friend. Wow.

Speaker 1:
[50:38] Oh, oh, oh, oh.

Speaker 6:
[50:40] Oh.

Speaker 7:
[50:42] Or like you said, it was, do not bring my grandma into this. Like you said, when it's little kids, it's like, this is aunt.

Speaker 6:
[50:47] Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 7:
[50:49] Lindsay.

Speaker 6:
[50:51] I think that everybody needs companionship. If grandpa doesn't have anybody in his life, let him have fun. But if grandpa's got grandma in his life still, I don't know. But then again, grandma may be, in some cases, may be okay with it because of, at certain time, you just don't feel like you want to do anything anymore. But what's up, Mike? How you doing?

Speaker 25:
[51:10] Doing good, Mojo. How are you?

Speaker 6:
[51:11] I'm doing okay. I'm feeling a little, as the girls like to say, I got the Ick going on right now. I've never used that.

Speaker 10:
[51:18] Good job using it.

Speaker 6:
[51:19] I've never used that before in my life, but I'm using it right now.

Speaker 7:
[51:22] And once you get the Ick about somebody, it doesn't go away. That part.

Speaker 25:
[51:28] It's appropriate in this situation, but I was calling in to talk about infidelity with the older people. I had my friend whose grandfather got busted sleeping with hookers.

Speaker 6:
[51:39] Oh no.

Speaker 7:
[51:40] Stop it right now. Where was he finding and getting hookers?

Speaker 6:
[51:44] Greg's List.

Speaker 25:
[51:45] That I'm not 100% sure of. All I know is that he bought my friend's sister a iPad for Christmas. And when he went and set it up at Apple, I guess they basically cloned his phone and he set it up under his Apple ID. Well, what that did is it was basically forwarding all of his text messages to that iPad as well. And he was unaware of it.

Speaker 6:
[52:09] And he was what on some kind of like a back page?

Speaker 25:
[52:12] He was on just texting. He had this person stored in under a fake name and was texting him like, hey, it's so and so from the hotel, da, da, da, da, da, da. I wanted to have another date. I got a hundred bucks in like in detail.

Speaker 10:
[52:29] Naughty, naughty grandpa.

Speaker 25:
[52:30] Oh God, God.

Speaker 6:
[52:31] I hope it's not like one of those roadside hotels that you see the bus that happen in and the women walk out of there. They look like they're on crack or something. It's crazy.

Speaker 25:
[52:43] Yeah, it was definitely pretty wild.

Speaker 6:
[52:45] Grandpa cheating with hookers. Hold on, B, initial B wants to be voiced as guys. We're talking about grandpa, grandma cheating. This one's grandma cheating, huh?

Speaker 18:
[52:57] Yeah. Actually, I found out when I was really young and it was going on for years. Also, first time, one time.

Speaker 3:
[53:09] B, be on the phone.

Speaker 18:
[53:10] Be on the phone.

Speaker 7:
[53:11] Okay, so wait a second. Who was this that you found out about? Your, your grandma?

Speaker 4:
[53:17] Can you repeat that?

Speaker 7:
[53:19] Are you talking about your grandmother?

Speaker 18:
[53:22] Yeah, my grandmother. She actually gave me her old computer and she didn't believe anything. And I found out at a very young age that she was cheating on my grandpa.

Speaker 6:
[53:36] Who was she cheating with?

Speaker 18:
[53:38] They actually were going through a divorce and he didn't want to leave. Her at all.

Speaker 6:
[53:45] Who was the guy that she was cheating with? Did you ever figure that out?

Speaker 18:
[53:53] I don't know him personally, but I do know he's married still and they still talk and...

Speaker 6:
[53:59] Wow.

Speaker 10:
[54:00] I'm sorry you had to go through that.

Speaker 6:
[54:02] Is it tough to look at your grandma the same way again? Like when I look at grandmas, they all like her grandmas. You know what I mean?

Speaker 7:
[54:08] Like they're sweet and kind and have hard candy in the bottom of their purses.

Speaker 6:
[54:13] This one had condoms, maybe? I don't know what's up.

Speaker 18:
[54:17] I still feel the same way about my grandma, but it's kind of weird that she did that to my grandpa.

Speaker 14:
[54:25] For sure.

Speaker 6:
[54:27] I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. Nobody wants to have any bad thoughts about their grandparents. Shay, what's up? It's In The Morning.

Speaker 22:
[54:36] Good morning, Mojo. So this isn't really a cheating, this is an older man that was very active. I did home care for a long time and he lived in Brazil, actually, Shannon.

Speaker 6:
[54:46] Oh, gosh.

Speaker 22:
[54:46] And he, yeah, he was in his, like, 90s. And I don't want to say his name, but he lived next door to someone that had a very big business in our area. Anyways, he had a, he was an older white guy and he had a girlfriend, I guess we'll call her, who was in her early 20s.

Speaker 6:
[55:08] Oh my God.

Speaker 22:
[55:08] She had kids and he would, yep, he would have her come stay like the weekend. The other woman that was there that did the house cleaning said it was, the bedroom was very gross and messy. After he left, she'd find all kinds of crazy, after the woman left, she'd find all kinds of crazy things. But she would at times bring her young kids with her.

Speaker 6:
[55:25] Oh my God. Wait, and she was 90, he was 90 years old and she was only in her 20s?

Speaker 23:
[55:30] He was 90, yes, he was 91.

Speaker 6:
[55:34] Oh my God.

Speaker 22:
[55:35] 91. And I mean, it was crazy because he was blind as well. They made him stop driving because he used to drive by field and he got in trouble.

Speaker 23:
[55:47] I'm like, what do you mean by field?

Speaker 6:
[55:51] The old man was blind. Oh my God, that's crazy. That's the scandal of Gross Seal.

Speaker 7:
[55:58] Oh, trust me, there are a lot more than that.

Speaker 6:
[56:00] Really? Okay. But a 90 year old with a 20 year old is a pretty good one. What's going on, Jennifer? Hi, what's up?

Speaker 8:
[56:09] So this story has been told to me, so I can't, I don't have like 100% verification, but I was always told my grandpa used to cheat on my grandma with hookers, and she caught him one time washing his bits in the bathroom sink after.

Speaker 3:
[56:24] Oh my God.

Speaker 6:
[56:26] Oh my God. Oh my God.

Speaker 8:
[56:31] I was always horrified when I heard that story.

Speaker 7:
[56:34] So she told everybody in the family.

Speaker 8:
[56:38] Yeah, the whole family, they're both passed on now, but the whole family knows.

Speaker 22:
[56:42] Oh my God.

Speaker 6:
[56:43] Craziness. Another one here, Morgan, we're talking about grandparents cheating. What's up?

Speaker 22:
[56:49] So I actually disowned my own grandmother for cheating on my grandpa with someone that's my age.

Speaker 6:
[56:56] Oh God, these grandparents, grandma and grandpas.

Speaker 10:
[57:01] How old are you? You said my age.

Speaker 22:
[57:03] I'm nearing 30.

Speaker 6:
[57:06] So grandma-

Speaker 22:
[57:07] And my grandmother's over 60.

Speaker 6:
[57:09] What the hell?

Speaker 2:
[57:09] 20 year old.

Speaker 6:
[57:10] What does a guy that's around that age think of being with a grandmother? Your grandmother must have been hot. Was she hot?

Speaker 8:
[57:17] No.

Speaker 6:
[57:18] She wasn't? She had money?

Speaker 8:
[57:20] It's a really long story.

Speaker 22:
[57:22] She's emotionally cheating with a scammer that she thinks is someone famous.

Speaker 21:
[57:26] Oh Jesus.

Speaker 22:
[57:28] It's an entire thing.

Speaker 6:
[57:30] Yeah. Grandma's still horny. Wow. Question for you. Does she have money? And this is the deal? Like she like uses the money to be able to get these guys or the scammers want the money?

Speaker 22:
[57:39] She used to at first, but they've pretty much run or dry.

Speaker 6:
[57:43] Oh, wow. Man, that's just as nuts. And Jessica, hold on. Jessica, you want to make a comment on War Of The Roses? And I'm going to wrap this thing up here right now. You can go listen to the grandpa, Dirty David, we called him on The War Of The Roses. What did you want to say?

Speaker 8:
[57:59] Hello. So when you guys were asking him initially about the flowers, he said he instead of she before he gave Candace's name.

Speaker 6:
[58:08] I don't know. I don't know. Can I be honest with you? Sometimes people hear things that probably aren't the case. I did not hear that and I don't necessarily know if that's the case, but you can go back and listen to the podcast of it. I think sometimes we hear a little bit. All I heard from that guy was, and I heard his dentures moving around. And the cat. And the cat. His poor cat's got to witness this whole thing.

Speaker 7:
[58:32] Who's the old cartoon character, like the old bald man?

Speaker 6:
[58:35] Mr. Magoo.

Speaker 7:
[58:36] Mr. Magoo.

Speaker 6:
[58:37] He sounded like Mr. Magoo to me. Mojo's Secret Sound. We all were dumbfounded in the 6 o'clock hour that we didn't get a winner. Will we get a winner now? We have narrowed it down. If you've been paying attention. For $13,000 from DFCU Financial, the cash back credit union, what is Mojo's Secret Sound? Call now 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548, 95th caller.

Speaker 16:
[59:16] In The Morning's Dirty On The 30.

Speaker 6:
[59:19] Shannon's gonna get us caught up on what's trending right now in the Dirty On The 30. Shannon, good morning.

Speaker 7:
[59:24] Good morning. Last night at Little Caesars Arena, we got a Pistons win.

Speaker 16:
[59:36] So a home playoff victory for Detroit. They win it. 98-83, we're all even on game.

Speaker 7:
[59:42] Yes, against the Orlando Magic, Coach JV. Vickerstaff after the game.

Speaker 2:
[59:46] It's Pistons basketball, and that's what it looks like. Like I said, we had one off night just to have a camera at a bad time, but I know what our guys are, and we trusted that they were gonna come back tonight, be the best version of themselves at some point.

Speaker 6:
[60:00] That third quarter was amazing. The first half scared me.

Speaker 10:
[60:04] Yeah, everyone.

Speaker 6:
[60:05] Jalen Durant, something's going on with him. He doesn't look like he's playing the kind of basketball he played in the regular season. I wish Kev was here to ask him if he knows what's going on, but first two games he seemed a little bit off. Now they play a matinee in Orlando on Saturday. It's gonna be an early game Saturday, so be ready for that down in Orlando. And my son, the Joe show, Joe is going to the game.

Speaker 7:
[60:31] That's really cool.

Speaker 6:
[60:32] He said that the tickets he bought, he bought like right at the beginning of the series, were really inexpensive. They have more than tripled. I think a lot of Detroiters are going to Orlando this weekend.

Speaker 7:
[60:41] That's an easy flame. The most popular YouTuber, MrBeast, getting sued by a former female staffer for sexual harassment, among other things.

Speaker 12:
[60:51] He's the biggest YouTuber on the planet.

Speaker 13:
[60:54] I re-created every single set from Squid Game in real life.

Speaker 12:
[60:57] Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, has built a multi-billion dollar empire, with more than 470 million subscribers drawn to videos like these.

Speaker 16:
[61:09] In this video, we are building 10 schools all around the world.

Speaker 12:
[61:12] But this morning, a former employee is suing his production company.

Speaker 19:
[61:16] I was yelled at, cursed at.

Speaker 12:
[61:19] Lorraine Mavromatis claims she was subject to sexual harassment and gender bias.

Speaker 19:
[61:24] I was obligated to attend one-on-one meetings at the CEO's house by myself, and an upstairs room only lit by a side lamp.

Speaker 12:
[61:32] Her lawsuit claims male employees would tell women to shut up in meetings and mock female participants in MrBeast videos. She says after returning from maternity leave, she was fired.

Speaker 19:
[61:44] And the reason was, and I quote, you are too high of a caliber for this position.

Speaker 12:
[61:49] The company denies the accusations, saying the lawsuit is built on deliberate misrepresentations and categorically false statements. It cites messages on a company Slack channel about a meeting in which Mavromatis allegedly wrote, I need to cancel and postpone. I'm actually in labor at the hospital as we speak. A coworker replying, you shouldn't even be checking Slack now, sending a big hug and lots of success. MrBeast spoke at the Time 100 Summit.

Speaker 25:
[62:17] There's a lot of attention right now on your company culture.

Speaker 2:
[62:20] Are there things you'd like to change?

Speaker 13:
[62:23] Well, yeah, I mean, that's always something that people talk about. Because I started this business when I was 11, so obviously I didn't even know what that word meant back then.

Speaker 6:
[62:32] You're kids into MrBeast, though?

Speaker 7:
[62:33] Yeah, unfortunately. I know he does a lot of great things. His content is annoying to me, but yeah.

Speaker 13:
[62:40] He's huge.

Speaker 6:
[62:40] Interesting. I mean, obviously, an allegation that we'll have to go through the courts and figure out exactly what's going on, but I wonder what this will do for MrBeast. I mean, he controls his own platform, so it's not like anybody can control it for him.

Speaker 7:
[62:53] I remember at one time he was going to buy TikTok. He was trying to buy TikTok.

Speaker 10:
[62:55] Oh yeah, I do remember that.

Speaker 6:
[62:57] I'm worth a ton.

Speaker 7:
[62:58] And how crazy is this story? What began as a very normal trip to the Secretary of State? I think this was in Indiana, so it's the BMV there. Anyway, a woman named Erica Brown went in. She needed to renew her license, but she couldn't.

Speaker 10:
[63:13] These two photos are not of the same person. Anderson native Erica Brown was left stunned when the BMV's facial recognition system flagged her photo during a routine renewal, raising questions about possible fraud. She was later contacted by a BMV investigator asked to sit for an interview and provide extra documentation to verify her identity before she could get her new license. During that process, she was shown this side-by-side image. The photo on the left is Brown. The one on the right is someone else registered to a different Indiana address. Shocked by the striking similarity, Brown says her first thought was that she might have a long lost twin. So she asked the investigator for more information, a name, anything, but he couldn't disclose much.

Speaker 22:
[64:03] Like, please, I just want to know and I would love to reach out to her.

Speaker 7:
[64:06] You guys, you got to Google. They are, they are identical. So now she's on TikTok and all she has, she has no information about this woman. She just knows that they live nearby each other and she's trying to find her. It's been three months, nothing yet.

Speaker 6:
[64:21] What happens if you go through facial recognition, like at the airport and stuff and you get screened?

Speaker 7:
[64:26] I don't, I don't know. I mean, the resemblance is cray cray. Yeah. All right, if you miss anything from today's show, want to listen to something again, you can by checking out the podcast on the free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 6:
[64:50] In The Morning, Channel 955, 104.5 SNX, 92.5 Kiss FM and our Secret Sound. Yes, brought to you by DFCU Financial, the cash back credit union, celebrating 20 years of giving their members cash back. You know, they've paid back their members more than a half a million dollars. That's a lot of money. And they gave us 20 grand in this promotion for Secret Sound. We've been able to do two sounds with it. We started off with a $5,000 sound, and then the $5,000 sound turned into $7,000. We got a winner on that first sound. This one started with $5,000, got up to $7,000, and got up to $13,000. So much money. And we'll have a ton of money to give away with Pay Your Bills and Secret Sound all this year. Will we get a winner this time? All right, well, this thing can continue at 8.30 and 9.30 this morning. Welcome Maya from Shelby.

Speaker 15:
[65:52] Maya! Hi, Maya!

Speaker 6:
[65:54] What's happening, Maya? How you doing?

Speaker 15:
[65:56] Hi, I'm good. First time, long time.

Speaker 6:
[66:02] Where have you been? Why have you not called us yet?

Speaker 15:
[66:05] Honestly, it's been so long. It's been, you know, life takes over.

Speaker 6:
[66:10] I get you, I get you.

Speaker 7:
[66:12] How crazy would it be if your first call to us wins you $13,000?

Speaker 15:
[66:17] Oh my gosh, it would be amazing. Honestly, you have no idea. I'm a single mom, and so bills are just piling up. Wow, all right.

Speaker 6:
[66:27] I wanna learn a little bit about you. Maya, how many kids you have?

Speaker 15:
[66:32] Just one, but one very expensive kid.

Speaker 6:
[66:35] What is son or daughter name, please?

Speaker 15:
[66:38] Daughter, but she is in dance, and our bill is pretty high, so this is gonna go to it if that's what I win, yeah.

Speaker 6:
[66:49] What's her name, Maya?

Speaker 15:
[66:51] Oh, she probably kill me if I put this on the air, but Aria.

Speaker 6:
[66:56] Aria? How old is Aria?

Speaker 24:
[66:57] Yeah, she's 15.

Speaker 6:
[67:01] You know what?

Speaker 15:
[67:02] Yeah.

Speaker 6:
[67:02] She's gotta be your life, right?

Speaker 15:
[67:05] She is, yeah, yeah, for sure.

Speaker 6:
[67:08] All right, I think Aria, you got a great mom here, cause she's not thinking of herself, she's thinking of you, and what she can do for you with this money, $13,000. What is Mojo's secret sound?

Speaker 15:
[67:23] I think it's twisting the lid on a container of cashews.

Speaker 6:
[67:28] Hold on a second, I'm sorry. You just went right into it when the secret sound was going. You think it's what's that?

Speaker 15:
[67:36] Twisting the lid on a container of cashews.

Speaker 6:
[67:40] So twisting the lid on a container of cashews.

Speaker 15:
[67:47] Yeah.

Speaker 6:
[67:49] I'm trying to... Hold on, let me listen to that song one more time. Picture this thing.

Speaker 15:
[67:53] Oh, my gosh.

Speaker 6:
[67:58] Maya from Shelby Township?

Speaker 18:
[68:00] Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 6:
[68:02] You have just completed the feat of guessing Mojo's secret sound.

Speaker 15:
[68:21] You have no idea what this is going to mean for us. Oh, my gosh.

Speaker 6:
[68:25] $13,000 is yours. The Secret Sound brought to you by DFCU Financial, the cash back credit union, twisting the lid on a container of cash shoes. It was actually cash shoes, and probably you saw that in the picture too, that was one of the clues that we had. But it's one of those plastic containers with the big old thing and shh, shh, shh, shh.

Speaker 7:
[68:53] And she's got it in there. I always reach for the Cheez-Its that are right next to that.

Speaker 6:
[68:57] Really, you don't go cashews?

Speaker 7:
[68:59] I don't go cashews, but I had a feeling it was gonna happen at this time today.

Speaker 4:
[69:04] You called it!

Speaker 7:
[69:04] I know.

Speaker 15:
[69:05] Oh my gosh.

Speaker 4:
[69:06] Maya.

Speaker 15:
[69:06] I appreciate it so much. Oh my god, thank you.

Speaker 6:
[69:11] What was it? What was it that finally got you to this point of knowing what the secret sound was?

Speaker 15:
[69:17] You know what? The clue yesterday where she was saying peanut butter or peanuts, I kind of figured it was like peanuts or something like that with the container, when she said peanut butter and then with the cashews, it just it kind of all clicked and I was praying it was going to be it.

Speaker 4:
[69:35] I love it.

Speaker 6:
[69:36] Maya, Maya, Maya. Maya from Shelby Township, Michigan is $13,000. Richard with Secret Sound and Aria, you got money for dance and more. That is pretty amazing. Tell me, Maya, this is a big deal here right now. What do you do at this time in the morning that you're listening to the show?

Speaker 15:
[70:03] Dropping her off at school for sure.

Speaker 6:
[70:05] Is she out of the car right now?

Speaker 15:
[70:07] Yeah, she's at school already.

Speaker 6:
[70:09] Oh my God, go back and get her.

Speaker 3:
[70:10] You're on site to go to school.

Speaker 15:
[70:13] Oh, thank you guys. I appreciate it so much.

Speaker 6:
[70:17] Are you heading to work right now?

Speaker 3:
[70:19] Yeah, yep, on my way.

Speaker 6:
[70:21] We got to get a picture of Maya. Maya, hold on one second, $13,000. Maya Joma, is her name, is that right? Maya Joma from Shelby Township, Michigan is $13,000 richer. Maya, what do you do for a living?

Speaker 15:
[70:40] I'm a counterstable for a cybersecurity company.

Speaker 6:
[70:44] Okay, and how long does it take you to make $13,000? Because you just made it in less than three minutes.

Speaker 15:
[70:51] Honestly, it takes a while, so, yep.

Speaker 6:
[70:55] That is so awesome.

Speaker 7:
[70:56] What a great start to your day. What a first great phone call to the show.

Speaker 6:
[70:59] Maya, this is one of those things where, this is no joke, I've done 50-50 raffles, like when I've gone to games or my kids' stuff. And the prize, they're saying, the prize got up to $1,000. You could have 50% of that thing. And I think to myself, when somebody wins that thing, oh my God, this is so awesome. This is going to change their life, because who thought they were going to win 500 bucks or whatever today? You got $13,000.

Speaker 15:
[71:25] No, honestly. How? That is so amazing. Oh my gosh, I love you guys so much. So you have no idea this has been such a hard year. Oh man.

Speaker 10:
[71:36] You gotta call back more now.

Speaker 6:
[71:38] I know, hold on, hold on real quick.

Speaker 15:
[71:40] I know.

Speaker 6:
[71:40] Michelle, Michelle, you're feeling Maya this morning from Shelby Township. What'd you want to say?

Speaker 15:
[71:46] Yes, Maya, I had a daughter in dance. I had to clean a dance studio twice a week and pay a lot of money and I am so happy for you. I was literally screaming in my car on the way to the vet. The dog's like, what the heck's going on?

Speaker 9:
[72:02] And I'm like, oh my God, so happy for you.

Speaker 19:
[72:04] I love it.

Speaker 15:
[72:05] Any dance, any dance mom knows how expensive, when they're in competitive, it's so expensive. And so honestly, this has been such a relief because it's the world. So I mean, I make it happen one way or another, but this just helps so much.

Speaker 6:
[72:23] That's incredible. Michelle, thanks for calling in. It's awesome that you can be happy for somebody else. I love when people are happy. Everybody look at these text messages. Everybody else so excited for you, Maya. Hold on. Lydia is gonna get all your information so that we can get you money from DFCU Financial, the cash back credit union. Hold on one second, okay?

Speaker 15:
[72:40] Thank you so much.

Speaker 6:
[72:41] All right, love you, Maya. Take care. Bye.

Speaker 15:
[72:43] Love you, too.

Speaker 16:
[72:45] AI is everywhere, but it's not In The Morning. Mojo, Karen He-Human.

Speaker 6:
[72:54] Maya, Maya, Maya.

Speaker 7:
[72:56] So awesome. Yeah.

Speaker 6:
[72:58] Thirteen grand.

Speaker 10:
[72:59] I'm happy for her.

Speaker 6:
[73:00] I love it.

Speaker 10:
[73:00] I'm happy for us.

Speaker 6:
[73:03] Why?

Speaker 10:
[73:03] Well, I'm happy that I know what the sound is, and also I was in Lydia's studio during War of the Roses when we were trying to get callers, and she was struggling because everyone wanted to do the secret sound.

Speaker 7:
[73:14] Oh yeah, they were calling for anything else.

Speaker 6:
[73:16] Should I show you guys the secret sound?

Speaker 7:
[73:18] Oh yeah, I want to see the video, because we always video when the sound.

Speaker 6:
[73:20] Here you go. Here's the secret sound here right now. Plug it in here.

Speaker 7:
[73:25] Oh my gosh, yeah.

Speaker 6:
[73:26] Ready? You'll see this right here. There it is. Wow. We'll put it in the video so everybody can see it, but this is the secret sound, and Lydia and Zach do a great job of picking sounds for the secret sound.

Speaker 7:
[73:46] You want to know what's so funny is I kept saying over the past three weeks, it's driving me nuts that I don't know what it is.

Speaker 10:
[73:54] And then Mojo said to you.

Speaker 6:
[73:55] You know what? Hold on.

Speaker 10:
[73:57] Nuts to what?

Speaker 7:
[73:57] I've said that so many times.

Speaker 6:
[74:00] That actually was one of my clues when you were out on Friday. I said that to you. I know everybody's driving.

Speaker 7:
[74:06] Oh, really?

Speaker 6:
[74:07] But it is funny though, and that was said on the air weeks and weeks ago, three weeks ago, because when we started this. All right, it is In The Morning. We have, what are we going to do now for our 8.30 and 9.30 prizes? Lydia, do we have anything good to give away at that time?

Speaker 9:
[74:24] Yeah, so we have Ed Sheeran tickets, and then tomorrow at 7.30, we'll have Chris Brown and Usher tickets.

Speaker 24:
[74:28] Whoa! Not bad.

Speaker 6:
[74:32] Kevn's back too for the throwback throwdown tomorrow.

Speaker 7:
[74:34] I love that he took days off, and I was like, oh, I'll see you next week. And he goes, oh no, I'm coming in on Friday.

Speaker 10:
[74:40] Of course.

Speaker 6:
[74:40] By the way, Kevn was more socially active yesterday than he's been in the history of Kevn's life. And not one socially active event that he did, shared with In The Morning at all. He had Tom Izzo and Lupe Izzo on.

Speaker 10:
[74:54] Yeah.

Speaker 6:
[74:55] He did a ton of Pistons stuff. And I'm like, wait a second, we have to beg him to post something on In The Morning when we all have our select time.

Speaker 7:
[75:05] Crap, Bianca. I just realized last night was supposed to be my day.

Speaker 10:
[75:08] It's okay. Lydia and I posted. Yeah.

Speaker 6:
[75:10] You guys look great by the way.

Speaker 10:
[75:11] Thank you.

Speaker 6:
[75:11] Both you guys look really good.

Speaker 10:
[75:12] Everyone thought that except for some lady named Carol on Facebook.

Speaker 6:
[75:15] Wait, what did Carol say?

Speaker 7:
[75:16] Carol just sounds like she would write a mean comment.

Speaker 10:
[75:19] She said, they do not look good. Something like Anna's baggy pants and Lydia's boobs.

Speaker 9:
[75:26] She said, my boobs look ridiculous.

Speaker 7:
[75:28] They are ridiculous and I just wish I had your boobs for one day. So I knew what it was like. One day.

Speaker 9:
[75:34] Keep in mind, I've had a reduction too.

Speaker 7:
[75:36] I know. Your boobs were boobin last night.

Speaker 6:
[75:39] Does she not also realize that the baggy pants thing is in?

Speaker 10:
[75:43] I mean, she looked like an older woman. Hope you're doing great if you're listening, Carol.

Speaker 6:
[75:48] Well, Carol, you know what? If you can't say something nice, don't say something at all. Please, Carol, and we won't get into your game, but Throwback Throwdown tomorrow. Kev and Shannon are tied at four wins in the Throwback Throwdown. Anna, Mike, with a couple of wins, just a little bit behind.

Speaker 10:
[76:06] Dang, I'm tied with Mike. I feel like I made it.

Speaker 6:
[76:09] That's good, and Mike's actually won a couple of years in a row.

Speaker 10:
[76:12] Okay, so there's still hope.

Speaker 6:
[76:14] Speaking of that, what we talked about with the Carol lady, it's In The Morning show. Anna wants to know if this is a negative thing to say to somebody or is this a compliment? Somebody said something to you.

Speaker 10:
[76:29] So a guy slid up on one of my stories on Instagram, and his comment to me was, wow, you got so hot. And to me, all I heard was you used to be ugly, and now you're hot. But I was like, he probably was trying to say something nice. I have changed a lot since I met him like five years ago. I used to be a little heavier. I used to have blonde hair. So I didn't take it as a compliment.

Speaker 6:
[76:59] Is that not a compliment if somebody says that to you? Because they are saying to you, wow, you look amazing.

Speaker 10:
[77:05] You got.

Speaker 6:
[77:05] You got so hot.

Speaker 10:
[77:06] That means like you weren't.

Speaker 7:
[77:07] Yeah, I'm the same way as you.

Speaker 6:
[77:09] Is it just as bad if he would have said, oh my God, you look so hot?

Speaker 10:
[77:13] No, that would have been fine. Why did he have to say got? Like that means that I wasn't.

Speaker 7:
[77:19] There was a comparison.

Speaker 6:
[77:20] But remember this, if he said, you look so hot, it's almost the same exact thing when you fully think about it, because he's looking at you completely different. I'm not going to, but I'm not going to lie to you guys. There are some times where I look at you guys and you're like, eh, you know, whatever. And then I look at you guys sometimes and I'm like, you guys look really good. Like I never really even thought about you like that. You know what I mean?

Speaker 10:
[77:39] And I would just say, you look, you look pretty. Like, I don't know. I don't know. That was backhanding.

Speaker 7:
[77:44] I don't know, cause I do like, I think it is a compliment to say to somebody like, oh, you've had a, I don't know, a glow up. Like I said, I said, I said this to Wes recently. I'm like, dang, he was looking at old, I call him the fat Wes era. We were looking at the fat Wes era. I'm like, you've had it. Yeah. You've had a glow up, but I guess that's the same thing as what this guy said to you.

Speaker 6:
[78:05] How about yesterday when Zach said, Oh man, Moj, you've lost a lot of weight. And I do that whole thing. I'm going, wait, so you're saying that I was fat before Zach?

Speaker 7:
[78:14] But you would acknowledge that you were.

Speaker 6:
[78:16] I know, but I'm just trying to make him feel a little insecure.

Speaker 7:
[78:18] Okay. I've said this before. I don't know how I feel about this when people say, Oh my gosh, you're so much prettier in person.

Speaker 10:
[78:24] Yeah, that too.

Speaker 7:
[78:25] So I'm like, are my social media photos really that ugly?

Speaker 6:
[78:30] Right?

Speaker 10:
[78:30] Well, when Bianca's posting, you never know.

Speaker 6:
[78:33] It is funny when people do come up to us and they'll say things to us that they probably would never say to anybody else, but they'll go, Oh my God, you're so much bigger in person. Like that's a bad one. You're so much smaller in person.

Speaker 10:
[78:45] Something similar happened last night. There were some mortgage guys sitting next to us at the Pistons game and Lydia and I were talking to them and they said, you're way too pretty for radio, which in my mind, I was like, why are you hating on radio? Like you can be pretty and be in radio. I get it. You know, you don't see your face on radio, but.

Speaker 7:
[79:01] But nowadays you do, because everything's filmed.

Speaker 6:
[79:04] Go back to the booby talk here for a second and the Carol lady doing it. You wouldn't think that a woman would be the person that would be the negative on something like that.

Speaker 7:
[79:15] Yeah, you would. Yeah, you would. Women are so cruel to other women sometimes. Yes.

Speaker 6:
[79:20] I would think it would have been one of our.

Speaker 7:
[79:22] Like a dumb guy. Okay. Our fave salesperson, Angel just texted me and she said, what about when somebody says to you, you haven't changed a bit? Is that a compliment or not?

Speaker 6:
[79:34] Honestly?

Speaker 10:
[79:34] I don't know.

Speaker 7:
[79:36] Cause then I'm like, oh, I definitely want to look better than I looked in high school or college, right?

Speaker 6:
[79:43] See, I think that you haven't changed a bit is good. Especially as I get older, I don't want to feel like I am older and look older. Like if somebody says that, or man, you look good for your age is another one too that people will say.

Speaker 10:
[79:55] For your age.

Speaker 6:
[79:57] Yeah. You people will say that to you.

Speaker 7:
[80:00] But like, I'll take that compliment.

Speaker 6:
[80:02] I was out with somebody yesterday that was 62. They told me they were 62. I'll talk about it later so you find out who it is. But they said that they were 62. I'm not going to lie to you. I thought they were like...

Speaker 10:
[80:14] I thought 40.

Speaker 6:
[80:15] I honestly thought that they were just about 50 years old.

Speaker 10:
[80:18] Wow.

Speaker 6:
[80:18] Yeah. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665, 6548 is our telephone number. The text lines are going crazy here right now.

Speaker 10:
[80:28] Secret sounds still?

Speaker 6:
[80:29] No. 248. Carol is an A-hole. Another 248 from Lauren. Carol is an A-hole. So there's two different Carols and A-holes. Heather, flat-chested Carol is hating on you. Rock those boobs, Lydia. What's up, Amanda? How are you doing?

Speaker 8:
[80:51] I'm good. How are you?

Speaker 6:
[80:52] Fantastic. Tell me, what are your thoughts on this? When Anna was sad, and what was it again that the guy said?

Speaker 10:
[80:57] You got so hot.

Speaker 6:
[80:58] You got so hot. What do you think about that?

Speaker 23:
[81:01] I can see it both ways. And I think like how I would personally interpret it would depend on my mood that day. Because like, if you put in the work to get hot, I might be like, oh, thanks. Like, you noticed the effort that I put in. But I also see where Anna's coming from. But I hate when people say, oh, you look tired. Why, as a society, are we so comfortable with saying that to people? That's so rude. And it's like, oh, well, I'm just concerned about you.

Speaker 6:
[81:32] Yeah. What if they're saying it about, what if they're saying it because they're worried about your health? Like, what if that's the case?

Speaker 23:
[81:39] Well, like, if you're not my mom, don't worry.

Speaker 10:
[81:42] I want to ask if they were okay. Like, hey, are you feeling?

Speaker 22:
[81:45] Yeah.

Speaker 10:
[81:46] Like before, I would say, you look tired.

Speaker 6:
[81:48] I've had somebody come up to me one time and say that you look pale. Like, you look sickly pale.

Speaker 7:
[81:54] I'd be like, yes, I know, because I need a spray tan.

Speaker 22:
[81:56] You look pale.

Speaker 23:
[81:58] It'd be like, oh my god, you look like you're about to pass out. Like, are you okay? Which, like, also, I'm a very pale person and people tell me that all the time. And I'm like, no, like, that's just me. But if I'm at work and someone's like, oh, you look tired, what goal are we having? What's the purpose?

Speaker 10:
[82:15] People just need to stay before they speak.

Speaker 6:
[82:17] Talk to you later.

Speaker 23:
[82:17] Thank you.

Speaker 6:
[82:19] What's going on? Stacey, hi, it's In The Morning.

Speaker 4:
[82:23] Good morning.

Speaker 7:
[82:24] Good morning.

Speaker 21:
[82:26] So, I just had to laugh.

Speaker 23:
[82:28] It's kind of a joke in my family that I have a best friend and I've known her since I was in middle school and I'm 55 right now. She will always introduce me by saying to people, she is beautiful now, but you should have seen her when you were a kid.

Speaker 4:
[82:46] Oh my God.

Speaker 23:
[82:47] Were you kind of awkward looking? And I got to the point where I was like, if you do that again, I'm literally going to punch you. Because first of all, it's not true. I just have more confidence now. And I even, I can verify my children see pictures. They're like, we don't know what she's talking about, mom. And the fact that she feels like she can say that every time is crazy. And she still says it even after I threatened to punch her.

Speaker 10:
[83:13] That's the best friend for ya.

Speaker 23:
[83:14] I love you guys.

Speaker 8:
[83:15] I'm so happy.

Speaker 23:
[83:16] You love you too.

Speaker 6:
[83:17] That was awesome. She was amazing. Yeah, she's so cool.

Speaker 23:
[83:20] So wonderful. You make my day every day.

Speaker 15:
[83:22] I love listening to you.

Speaker 23:
[83:24] I miss you on Saturdays.

Speaker 6:
[83:26] Oh, well we love you, but we're not working on a Saturday.

Speaker 23:
[83:29] Yeah, no. I don't want you to work on a Saturday. I just miss you.

Speaker 6:
[83:32] Listen to the podcast. Listen to the podcast and you can get caught up with us. What's up, Paige? How are you doing?

Speaker 8:
[83:39] Hi, how are you guys?

Speaker 6:
[83:40] We're doing okay. What's going on with you?

Speaker 8:
[83:44] Yeah, so after I gave birth, I had someone say to me, wow, you look really good.

Speaker 4:
[83:49] Like you bounced back.

Speaker 6:
[83:51] Yeah, that one's really nuts. I saw a friend that just had a baby and his wife looked amazing. And I said to him, I go, I go, oh my God, you guys look amazing. Cause I didn't want to just pinpoint it on her, but he's always looked the same. But I wanted to say to her, cause it is amazing after somebody gives a birth, how some people don't even look like they gave birth, you know?

Speaker 7:
[84:13] It's a really easy compliment to give, just say, oh my gosh, you look amazing. It's the qualifier of for just having a baby that always got to me.

Speaker 6:
[84:22] Oh gosh, Mallory, what's going on?

Speaker 22:
[84:25] Hi, I work in an outpatient lab. So I see older people all the time who are not afraid to say what they're thinking. And the amount of times I've had a patient say to me, oh, you're really pretty for a chubby girl.

Speaker 6:
[84:39] Oh my God.

Speaker 10:
[84:42] Was it an old patient? Sometimes they're just out of pocket. I swear.

Speaker 6:
[84:48] That is so, wow, that is so bad.

Speaker 15:
[84:51] They're not afraid to say anything.

Speaker 22:
[84:53] I've had a patient tell me, yeah, you should really start thinking about waxing.

Speaker 11:
[84:57] And I'm like, wow.

Speaker 10:
[85:00] They say so should you.

Speaker 6:
[85:01] That's nuts. What did you have happen to you two weeks ago, Melissa?

Speaker 22:
[85:05] Yeah, I've had an old acquaintance tell me that the extra weight looked good on me.

Speaker 11:
[85:11] What? What?

Speaker 23:
[85:12] Why?

Speaker 7:
[85:13] Would somebody say that?

Speaker 10:
[85:14] Did you make it known you were, were you trying to gain weight?

Speaker 23:
[85:18] No, well, she knew me when I was 40 pounds less.

Speaker 22:
[85:22] And I think I had a really screwed up look on my face. And she goes, oh no, the extra weight makes the wrinkles smooth out.

Speaker 10:
[85:30] A double edged sword.

Speaker 7:
[85:32] I would have punched her.

Speaker 6:
[85:37] But. Oh my gosh. Morgan, what's up Morgan?

Speaker 11:
[85:43] Hey, how are you guys?

Speaker 6:
[85:44] We're good Morgan. We're just dumbfounded by what these people are saying. What's going on?

Speaker 11:
[85:49] Yeah, people have audacity.

Speaker 22:
[85:50] I always get, oh, you're so pretty for a dark skinned girl.

Speaker 6:
[85:53] Oh jeez, what does that mean?

Speaker 22:
[85:57] It's like the back head of this comment.

Speaker 13:
[85:59] Like that's not a comment. That's not a compliment.

Speaker 6:
[86:03] Oh God. Well, you know what? It could be worse. It could be that Lady Farrell that's in our, in our Instagram. Was it an Instagram that she posted?

Speaker 3:
[86:11] Facebook. Of course it was Facebook. Real people, real stories, real laughs, real smelly, and real dumb sometimes. In The Morning, live. Mojo.

Speaker 2:
[86:47] Let me take y'all back to the beginning.

Speaker 3:
[86:49] This is it. All right, are you ready?

Speaker 5:
[86:51] You're listening to In The Morning.

Speaker 6:
[86:53] You're at DoodooHead. All right, it is In The Morning. So good to have you guys here with us today. Congratulations again to Maya, is it Joma, is that how you pronounce it? Maya Joma from Shelby Township. She just won $13,000 with Secret Sound. She guessed the Secret Sound. The Secret Sound guest that she came up with, that it was, is the opening and closing of a container of cashews. So one of those bigger containers of cashews that have like a bajillion of them in there. The big case, I love it, the big ones. People were saying bags, shaking a bag.

Speaker 7:
[87:48] Yeah, so many of those guesses.

Speaker 6:
[87:49] People were saying, you know, the opening and closing of a jar of peanut butter. No, gotta be specific.

Speaker 7:
[87:56] That person's kicking herself today.

Speaker 6:
[87:59] There's people that were saying ice scrapers. You know what I mean?

Speaker 7:
[88:02] A lot of windshield wipers.

Speaker 6:
[88:03] Yeah, windshield wipers.

Speaker 7:
[88:04] Lots of snow shovels.

Speaker 6:
[88:05] Yeah, so there was a whole slew of guesses and only one was the actual winner and video and all the proof will be up on our social media so that you can see that and see Maya, who is a single mom, a dance mom. And she said that she could really use that money. So I'm really happy for her. All right, it is In The Morning Show, your home of war, the roses, the other thing. Holy cow, I can't believe this. The War of the Roses from an hour ago has, is this number right, Zach? It has 27,000 downloads as of an hour. 20, 28. Did you hear, could you hear that, Zach?

Speaker 7:
[88:47] Your headphones are so loud, yeah.

Speaker 6:
[88:48] They are, okay. Zach, 28,000 downloads in one hour. 28,000 downloads. And it was Dirty David, but he sounded like he was a grandpa. We found out he was in his 60s. An older man cheating. And you can hear that War of the Roses again, live on our show. We'll replay it for you in the nine o'clock hour. But if you want to listen to it, you can go get it on the podcast. And then also Bianca is going to do a great job, like she always does, of putting it up on TikTok, channel 955 on TikTok. And then, of course, Instagram, Facebook and stuff. All right, it's In The Morning Show. Anybody that has a pet that grows old with you knows it's the toughest thing ever when you know that their growing old is not going to be happening much longer. Shannon's been dealing with this on a couple of occasions with animals, because she's got a few of them. One is Wes's dog, which miraculously Wes's dog is still with us and alive and kicking.

Speaker 7:
[89:50] Willow, our Frenchie, we were going to have to put her to sleep because she had a spine issue and she like came back from the dead.

Speaker 6:
[89:56] Lazarus.

Speaker 7:
[89:57] It was great. Yes.

Speaker 6:
[89:59] But with the dog you truly love, because the other dogs are whatever, but this was the dog that you kind of had your start with, Charlie. How old is Charlie?

Speaker 7:
[90:08] He is 16 and a half. 16 and a half. You know, he's my little ride or die. I got him, if you've been listening to the show for a long time, you remember me crying on the air because I was so lonely. I had just moved back home to Detroit and I would come home every day to an empty house. And so I got this little fluffy black and white dog to keep me company. And it's been 16 and a half years. I had Charlie before I had my husband's, my kids, like just, yeah, he's been there for everything. But Charlie's lived through a lot.

Speaker 6:
[90:45] Relationships, you had dated and stuff like that. Actually, Charlie was there for you when you had an engagement that ended. Yeah.

Speaker 7:
[90:53] I mean, when I say ride or die, this dog, this dog knows it all.

Speaker 6:
[90:57] Yeah.

Speaker 7:
[90:59] But he is, I can tell he's nearing the end and it is really, really apparent. And it's hard because he still does a lot of things normal. He still eats, he still begs for treats. He still like, you know, prances around, although he's getting he's having a tougher time with that. And I have wood floors throughout my house. So he does this like Bambi thing a lot where his legs splay and he gets stuck there and we kind of have to pick him up and kind of get him going again. The vet has told me he has really severe dementia because he paces all day and he cries a lot. And so we've had to give him some CBD to help with the anxiety and the dementia. He's been wearing a diaper for like a year or two. So it's nothing new for me to have to use that. But now, more so than ever, he poops in the house too. He's just like a lot. I don't think he can see or hear well at this point. And so I've been having this discussion with Wes. When do you know that it's actually time? And I don't think I will ever be able to make that decision. I don't ever want to have to make that decision. And it's gotten to the point now where I wake up in the morning and he sleeps in a little bed next to my bed. And I just really hope that he has died in his sleep.

Speaker 10:
[92:18] He's fully in his sleep.

Speaker 7:
[92:19] Because I don't want to go, okay, today is the day that I have to take him to the vet. You know? And I'm like, I still feel like this dog's got some time in him.

Speaker 10:
[92:30] Aside from the dementia, do you think he's like in pain?

Speaker 7:
[92:33] Because I know he has arthritis. Like I said, he still gets around. He goes up the stairs. He's, you know, the vet's like, he's actually for his age. He's in really good shape. Like he's got dementia, he's got arthritis, whatever. But like, there's, you know.

Speaker 6:
[92:49] Can I say this though? That's, I don't believe. Because all of that's are about our Bill, I feel. I feel like there's a lot of cases they're like, he's okay, everything's good. But it's quality of life. I think that at some point, you know, does Charlie want to be, you know, walking around with a diaper on and having his legs go out from underneath him and bouncing into walls. Like at some point, and I know it's tough for you, but at some point, it's almost humane for the dog and just to say, and listen, I believe this. I believe this for also humans too. I hate to say this, but I think we as humans, you know, if we're that way, they put us in places called nursing homes. You ever walk into a nursing home and said, I want to live in this place? You know what I mean?

Speaker 7:
[93:36] So I was talking to my friend Kristin, who works for Henry Ford Health, and she's becoming a friend of mine. And I was telling her about this, we went on like a hike the other day, and she said she was in the same predicament with her dog, her older dog. And she finally said to her dog, please let me know when it is time for you. Like please give me a big sign to let me know that it is time, because she was in the same boat as me. And she said her dog stopped eating. And she was like, okay. So I know that it is time. Like she felt at peace with making that decision.

Speaker 6:
[94:08] What kind of appetite is Charlie having?

Speaker 7:
[94:09] He still eats like a normal.

Speaker 6:
[94:12] Okay. Because if that's the case, I agree. Yeah, at a certain point, you know, that's it.

Speaker 7:
[94:18] And the diaper, by the way, the diaper we put on him because he's such an alpha. And he was just like anywhere he smelled the other dog. This was like years ago when we first got Bo. That just started.

Speaker 6:
[94:30] What's up, Tiffany? How you doing?

Speaker 23:
[94:32] Hi.

Speaker 22:
[94:33] So I started crying a little bit when I heard Shannon. I had a dog for 18 years that I got as my graduation gift from high school actually. And she, unfortunately, we had to put her down a week before I gave birth to my daughter. And it was probably the hardest thing I've ever done because she was with me all like my growing up life through relationships, through college, through three engagements, through my son being born.

Speaker 23:
[95:02] And I was already emotional because I was heavily pregnant.

Speaker 22:
[95:06] But doing that because she was like my first baby, like baby, baby, it was really, really, really tough. But she looked at me and I knew it was one of those looks like Shannon was saying her friend like said, like, just give me a sign. My dog, her name is Barbie. And I said, if you need to go, just let mommy know.

Speaker 19:
[95:28] And she gave me this look.

Speaker 22:
[95:29] And I told my mom, I said, it's time. But I mean, I had the best memories with her. And as much as I wanted my daughter to meet her, I knew it was the right decision. So.

Speaker 6:
[95:42] Wow. That's hard. And how long ago was this that you had to do this?

Speaker 22:
[95:46] My daughter is just turned four.

Speaker 6:
[95:49] Oh my gosh.

Speaker 14:
[95:50] It's four years, over four years ago.

Speaker 6:
[95:52] That's tough. Isn't it wild that we mourn and cry in our family? We did this way more than when my dad passed. Like my dad meant a lot to my boys. I know that I'm not taking that away. And he meant obviously a lot to me and Chelsea, but we, like Lily was, it was devastating.

Speaker 7:
[96:11] Did you guys had to put Lily down, right?

Speaker 6:
[96:13] We did. Lily had such bad cancer that if we didn't, it was just going to cause for her to have more and more pain and she could bleed out and stuff. So it was, that was one thing I will say about our vet that we go to. Some vets, the vet that we went to at that time was just like, guys, what are you, you got to make that call. Some vets though, I swear to you, I think that they sometimes just want to hold on to a bill. I really do.

Speaker 7:
[96:38] See, my vet, I feel like he's very, just matter of fact. Yeah, he doesn't sugar coat really anything.

Speaker 6:
[96:44] What's up, Lexi?

Speaker 8:
[96:47] Hi, how are you guys?

Speaker 6:
[96:48] We're doing okay. Poor Shannon's over here crying and stuff and getting emotional. Our last caller too was very emotional, but how are you doing?

Speaker 22:
[96:58] I'm doing good. I just have a comment that makes me emotional too. These dogs, all they give you is love for years and years. And I always say the best thing you can do is let them go on a good day. My childhood dog was fine, fine, fine up until she was about 14. The night before, she was acting fine. And unfortunately, I don't want to fear monger, but you wake up with the seizures and all of that. At the end of the day, they're still animals. And unfortunately, things do happen. And sometimes it's best for you and other people to let them go on a good day. They gave us everything, and it's hard for us to make that decision. It's an impossible decision, but versus giving yourself a situation that might traumatize you in a way. I guess that's kind of my point of it all, where how do you make that impossible decision?

Speaker 7:
[97:52] And that's where I am right now. I'm like, I feel like I need to give him the pep talk that my friend Kristin told me to give him, of like, let me know when it's time, because I will not make that decision.

Speaker 6:
[98:03] Well, and that caller just said too, the first caller, the dog gave the look to that caller. What's up, Jacqueline?

Speaker 11:
[98:11] Hi, good morning, guys.

Speaker 7:
[98:13] Good morning.

Speaker 22:
[98:14] I'm so sorry. I, dogs are my life.

Speaker 10:
[98:17] I have four right now. I rescue plenty of seniors.

Speaker 22:
[98:20] I've put down plenty of them, unfortunately. But my last dog, he was a Shelby, and he had really bad arthritis, and he struggled on the hardwood floors as well. But I got him little doggy grippy socks, and they helped him so much. Like, you can just saw, I put those on, he was walking around, strutting around, and it was just wonderful.

Speaker 9:
[98:43] And he wore those up until we decided that it was time. So, I highly recommend getting those.

Speaker 22:
[98:49] They're just off Amazon.

Speaker 9:
[98:50] They're super cheap.

Speaker 7:
[98:51] I'm looking right now.

Speaker 23:
[98:52] And you can just go in the water.

Speaker 6:
[98:54] Isn't it funny?

Speaker 23:
[98:55] I'm looking right now.

Speaker 6:
[98:55] He's gonna look like the old man in the US. I don't even care.

Speaker 7:
[98:58] I don't care. That would be very helpful.

Speaker 22:
[99:00] They were great.

Speaker 6:
[99:00] Little grippy.

Speaker 22:
[99:01] I used them on, actually, my other golden, too, when she passed away, they helped her. But Lap of Love, in home, just in Asia, was probably one of the most beautiful things I've ever done.

Speaker 7:
[99:10] Let me tell you something. I know all about Lap of Love, because that's who we hired to come for Willow, and an hour and a half before the vet was going to come, she got up, she walked outside, she pooped and peed. She was like, yeah.

Speaker 6:
[99:23] Wow. I don't want it to, we took Lily to that, whatever, the emergency doctor that they had, the emergency vet, because I didn't want it to be that we have to sit there and walk by the spot that Lily died, like, you know, it's like, oh, we'll do it in Lily's area, and I'm like, that's our living room. Every day, we go look at the living room, I don't want to do it.

Speaker 7:
[99:42] Wes keeps talking to me about, okay, we need to have a plan, and I'm like, I don't even want to talk about that. Yeah. Don't make me talk about that.

Speaker 6:
[99:49] But it's funny, with Willow, you're like, kill the damn thing.

Speaker 7:
[99:52] No, that was not my decision, really.

Speaker 6:
[99:54] Let the Willow run in the street.

Speaker 7:
[99:55] That was not my decision.

Speaker 6:
[99:56] You know what I'm saying? Shannon was like, literally, off mic.

Speaker 7:
[99:58] That is not true at all.

Speaker 6:
[100:02] Kim, are you there, Kim?

Speaker 22:
[100:04] Yeah, I'm here, can you hear me?

Speaker 6:
[100:06] Yeah, Kim, this is a horrible topic to have for you coming up this morning after what happened to you on Tuesday.

Speaker 22:
[100:13] Yeah, I just wanted to tell Shannon, I completely understand. I lost my 20-year-old cat on Tuesday, and they're just a part of your family, and every one of those seasons that you go through and you remember that cat laid next to me while I was in chemo.

Speaker 9:
[100:30] He laid next to me when I was going through breakups.

Speaker 22:
[100:33] He was my ride and die for everything, and we also lost our Kabapu back in Thanksgiving time frame. So that's the worst scenario, but what I wanted to say to Shannon is, he was perfectly fine until two days before, and then he absolutely hold us. It was time, and I spent the day just holding him in the sun all day and giving him all of his little special treats, and it's horrific the day after, because all the routines you're used to. And getting up and feeding them, letting them out and doing all that, but they're at peace, right?

Speaker 24:
[101:11] You have to just know that they need to have that peace in their life, too.

Speaker 1:
[101:16] So I'm so sorry you're going through this.

Speaker 6:
[101:18] Kim, I want you to know that we're very sorry for your cat, but Shannon doesn't care, because she hates cats. I hate to say this, but.

Speaker 7:
[101:25] But I'm not, no, I wouldn't say that. I feel bad that the cat is gone. I'm not a cat fan, or a cat person.

Speaker 6:
[101:31] She was basically like, oh good, another dead cat. I mean, it was like. How are you doing, by the way? I'm thinking of you. You said that you went through chemo. Are you feeling okay?

Speaker 22:
[101:47] Oh, actually it was funny. I'm on my way to a doctor's appointment at Michigan Medicine Mojo. And I am 14 years out from breast cancer. And I'm actually going to have my implants checked because they've been in too long. I kind of laughed and said, what? You did not expect me to live this long. So now I'm finally going back to get that checked. But yeah, Michigan Medicine saved my life too.

Speaker 6:
[102:11] Love you, Kim. Thank you for that. I appreciate you.

Speaker 16:
[102:14] The smell of spring, fresh vegetation, the smell of fresh air, and the smell of all that dog that piled up over the winter.

Speaker 3:
[102:22] Oh, f**k me.

Speaker 16:
[102:24] This is In The Morning.

Speaker 6:
[102:26] It's so true by the way, isn't it? It's like, I still, I don't think I've cleaned up after all that. It's In The Morning Show. Yesterday, I got to eat with a celebrity.

Speaker 10:
[102:37] Ooh, do tell.

Speaker 6:
[102:39] Well, I'm gonna tell you this. You know, I'm very blessed, I really am, that I know a bunch of people, that this town has afforded me an opportunity to be able to meet some really cool people. And yesterday, one of probably the more turn-your-heads type person was who I had lunch with, and that was the world-famous Jumana. So I-

Speaker 10:
[103:03] Oh, the queen.

Speaker 6:
[103:05] Jumana, I've known Jumana for years. I was introduced to her by our great friend, Bernetta Gibbs, who Bernetta was a world-famous sales representative here at I-Heart. And now she has, I think, an agency or something that she does stuff with. But Jumana, who, if you don't live in the Detroit area, Jumana's on billboards, bus boards, she made her fame off of, honestly, what she looks like. Beautiful blonde woman. And she's an attorney in the area here that does personal injury law. And it's funny because I represent David Feminineo, so Feminineo Law. But I have friends with a lot of these other guys. Like, I'll talk to them. And she, by the way, says great things about David, which was awesome. But I do have to- Did David get paid? I gotta say something real quick. Go out for dinner with, or lunch, in this case, with Jumana and people talk.

Speaker 23:
[103:56] She's so beautiful.

Speaker 6:
[103:58] Yesterday, we're having lunch, we went to Fenicia, and when she walked into the room, I got there early, I wanna make sure that I had the table all ready to go. I got there early, I was sitting at the table, she comes walking through the door, and it was almost like music started playing. She's in this beautiful, I don't even know what brand of an outfit, it was some big, beautiful designer, black outfit, and she just comes strolling in, and the whole place turned and looked at her, you know what I mean?

Speaker 10:
[104:31] Do you think it was just because she looked good, or did they recognize her?

Speaker 6:
[104:34] I think it was both, I think it really was. And honestly, can I tell you this? I have two or three friends that came up to me throughout the day, oh, this is what I wanna talk about with this, because I think this is good. I gotta talk about, when you're a guy who's married, and you go out to eat with a woman, doesn't make a difference who it is. If I go out with you guys, or if I go out with a client or Jumana, a good friend in this case, people just assume that your wife doesn't know that you're out with them. And they come over to the table, and this is the funniest part, people will come over to the table and they do the whole, hey, how's Chelsea?

Speaker 7:
[105:08] Like they do that thing.

Speaker 6:
[105:10] Because they just assume that you're doing something inappropriate. And if I'm doing something inappropriate with a beautiful woman like Jumana, it ain't gonna be at a table at Fenicia with the door open and everybody walking down Old Woodward. You know what I mean?

Speaker 7:
[105:24] In downtown Birmingham. Or you might as well just put it on the 7 o'clock news because it gets around so fast.

Speaker 6:
[105:30] I'd be on TMZ Live that night.

Speaker 7:
[105:31] You would.

Speaker 6:
[105:32] That would be amazing. I'd have Harvey and the other guy, the black dude with the dreads talking about me. So we're sitting at the table. And it was funny because Sammy, who owns Fenicia, comes over to the table and it's like, hey, how's my girl, Chelsea?

Speaker 7:
[105:47] Who knows who she is?

Speaker 6:
[105:47] How's my girl, Chelsea? You know, stuff like that. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. And then, and he was great. He was, Jumana loves him because Jumana goes in and eats there and stuff. And then I saw a couple of guys from, from golf that came over and said stuff and they're like, hey, what's going on? I'm like, ah, Christ.

Speaker 10:
[106:05] Did you feel like you had to like tell them like, oh, just friends or?

Speaker 6:
[106:10] Honestly, I felt like if I played a game of telephone, I could have told each one of them something different and they would have said something to somebody because people came up to me afterwards. So I got a couple of questions. When women go out with, if you're married or you're in a relationship woman, if you go out to lunch or dinner and you're out with another male and it could be, I guess, something that you work with, a person that you work with, what do they call them? A colleague? It could be a colleague or it could be your gay BFF. Did you guys all have gay friends?

Speaker 10:
[106:42] Yeah, I always tell him, stay away from me. I do not want them to think we're dating.

Speaker 6:
[106:47] But wait, so do you tell people right away that you're not dating?

Speaker 10:
[106:50] Yeah, I introduce, I say, this is my GBFF, especially if it's a guy that's approaching us, because I want them to know that I am not with him.

Speaker 6:
[106:58] Then here's another question I want to ask. If you are in a place, like a restaurant like this, and you see somebody that you know is married with another person like this, like if somebody saw me, would you call their spouse and say, I saw them out there just to see and let their spouse know? Like give them a tip off? Or would you not get involved at all?

Speaker 7:
[107:17] Well, there's two parts to that, because I feel like you can very much tell by body language, like, oh, that's somebody from work or somebody isn't interested in girls. And it depends on what the situation was, but maybe I'd be like, oh my God, I saw Chelsea out to lunch today when I was at, you know, I hope so as well.

Speaker 6:
[107:37] Chelsea's had lunch in the past with, you know, like the guys that, you know, she has worked out with, or she's gone out with like friends of hers that are like some, you know, in our friendship circles and, you know, people like that. And it's so funny when that will happen, that people will say, like one time she was at a place called Roadside B&G, and she was out with a guy that was, she worked out at this place in Auburn Hills that had, it was like everybody worked out together, a big group of people. And she was out, and somebody called me and goes, I saw Chelsea out today with, it was a guy and a girl, but it was, I'm like going, okay, like she can't go out and have lunch, whatever, what was she wearing? This is me and Jumana, can you see this on camera? Bianca, can you see this on the stream?

Speaker 9:
[108:23] Freaking, yeah, turn your brightness down.

Speaker 6:
[108:26] Put my brightness down? Why do you always say, I'm blind, I can't see if I don't have my brightness.

Speaker 9:
[108:31] Well, the camera can't see that.

Speaker 6:
[108:32] Can you see that or no?

Speaker 13:
[108:33] And have you ever met her, Anna?

Speaker 7:
[108:35] Oh my God, she's just, she's so kind.

Speaker 6:
[108:37] Look at this, look at my surprise look on my face on this one here.

Speaker 7:
[108:40] She's so lovely.

Speaker 6:
[108:41] All right, and then hold on, you gotta see this one here. She goes, she goes, lean in. That was her thing. She has an accent. Lean in. And I'm like, lean in, I lean in right there. And she's so, we leaned in.

Speaker 10:
[108:53] That's a good picture.

Speaker 6:
[108:54] Look at that one right there. Hold on, wait till you see this one here. So we had the girls take pictures, the waitress, she took great pictures. Look at this one, is that great? So that's Jumana. She's a MILF. She really is. So she, I'm not gonna give her age out on the air because she'll be mad at me if I do. But she told me, she was telling me how old she was. She looks like 20 years younger than, or she could pass for 20 years younger than, you know? She's amazing. So we were having a conversation. I asked her all kinds of questions. You know what I wanted to ask her the most? What? Craziest places that she's been recognized because she goes out and everybody sees her from billboards and stuff. And then I asked her about that infamous TikTok of her at the Pistons game.

Speaker 7:
[109:44] That was recent.

Speaker 6:
[109:45] That went viral of I'm sitting with Jumana or whatever. Have you seen it?

Speaker 10:
[109:49] No, I haven't seen it.

Speaker 6:
[109:50] It has like a million and a half or so views and everybody's commenting on her. And so we were having conversations about that. And also, can a person like Jumana go out to go to Kroger with a baseball hat on and like a pair of, you know, she better have the hood on.

Speaker 7:
[110:09] I would say yes, but she doesn't strike me as the kind of person that wouldn't always look like a 10.

Speaker 10:
[110:14] Yeah.

Speaker 7:
[110:15] When she left the house.

Speaker 6:
[110:16] Honestly, I don't.

Speaker 7:
[110:17] Do you think she can throw on a baseball hat and some yoga pants?

Speaker 6:
[110:21] I absolutely do think that she can, but I don't think she does. I think that she's always putting herself together because she feels like she has to do that. So 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548, 844-MOJO-LIVE is our telephone number to get through to us. Text is 95500. Oh my gosh, here's one person. Mojo, me and my girlfriends were out on the patio yesterday at Fenicia and saw you guys. I was wondering if you were going to talk about it. See that? Come up and say hi.

Speaker 10:
[110:57] People are wondering.

Speaker 6:
[110:58] Come up and say hi.

Speaker 10:
[110:59] The streets are talking.

Speaker 6:
[111:00] The waiter was great. Guess how much the bill was yesterday.

Speaker 10:
[111:04] Zero?

Speaker 6:
[111:05] No, guess, no, no, no, no, I paid. The two of us, it was on, it might have been the, it might have been literally the cheapest bill that I've ever had at Fenicia.

Speaker 10:
[111:15] Okay.

Speaker 6:
[111:15] I've never in my-

Speaker 10:
[111:16] Did you share a plate or what happened?

Speaker 6:
[111:18] $40. No, cause that would have been weird. No, it was a little bit more than that.

Speaker 7:
[111:21] $60.

Speaker 6:
[111:21] I've never gone there for under a hundred bucks and I think I paid-

Speaker 12:
[111:25] But everything there is so dang good.

Speaker 6:
[111:26] I think I paid like $62 or something like that. And I was like-

Speaker 7:
[111:29] Nobody got a drink?

Speaker 6:
[111:31] No, we didn't.

Speaker 12:
[111:33] What do you mean no?

Speaker 7:
[111:33] It was lunch. I would have gotten a drink.

Speaker 6:
[111:35] Is this awkward? We did share a dessert together.

Speaker 14:
[111:39] Oh, a dessert.

Speaker 7:
[111:40] Cause you just wanted a bite.

Speaker 6:
[111:41] Is that too romantic though or is that too-

Speaker 7:
[111:43] It depends on it.

Speaker 6:
[111:44] Is that weird?

Speaker 10:
[111:44] I thought you were going to say appetizer.

Speaker 6:
[111:46] No, no, we were going to-

Speaker 10:
[111:47] A dessert.

Speaker 6:
[111:48] That does seem a little worse.

Speaker 7:
[111:49] Now, if she fed you a bite, I'd say, yeah, that's weird.

Speaker 6:
[111:52] She, I was like, you pick an appetizer, a dessert. And I'm like, oh my god, this is a cheap date. I didn't realize I've never come here for this cheap before. And then I'm like, well, let's have a dessert. Okay, we can go with it. And I had a spoonful of it, even though I shouldn't have. It was full of gluten. What's going on? It's In The Morning. Hello.

Speaker 22:
[112:11] Hi, is the name net sound still going?

Speaker 6:
[112:15] Unfortunately, for you, but fortunately for Maya from Shelby, Maya from Shelby won last hour, $13,000.

Speaker 22:
[112:26] What was the sound?

Speaker 6:
[112:28] It was...

Speaker 22:
[112:29] Wait, hold on. Was it a cat, like a childproof cat, being twisted?

Speaker 6:
[112:33] Close. It was the opening and closing of a container of cashews. You know, those big containers they have of cashews.

Speaker 20:
[112:42] Oh my God, that plastic cap?

Speaker 6:
[112:44] Yes.

Speaker 18:
[112:44] Oh my God, okay.

Speaker 9:
[112:46] I would have never guessed that.

Speaker 8:
[112:48] Okay, well, congratulations to her.

Speaker 6:
[112:50] Yeah, she's awesome. And she deserved it. She's been listening for a while.

Speaker 24:
[112:54] Single mom.

Speaker 6:
[112:54] Single mom is cool. Cool situation.

Speaker 24:
[112:56] Yes, very much well deserved.

Speaker 8:
[112:58] Oh, good for her.

Speaker 24:
[113:00] Oh, man, I couldn't think for the life of me.

Speaker 22:
[113:02] And then when you guys, when they did, when the lady yesterday said the peanut butter thing, and I was like, okay, it's got something to do with unscrewing something or a cap or something like that.

Speaker 6:
[113:10] Yeah.

Speaker 18:
[113:10] And I was like, oh, you know what?

Speaker 22:
[113:12] It just sounds like when you're trying to twist a cap on a child proof thing.

Speaker 6:
[113:15] Right.

Speaker 8:
[113:16] But oh well.

Speaker 6:
[113:17] Well, you had good guesses.

Speaker 22:
[113:18] Okay.

Speaker 6:
[113:19] Hey, we have concert tickets coming up here in a second, so get ready for those, okay?

Speaker 22:
[113:23] Okay. Thanks a lot, you guys. Have a good one. You too.

Speaker 6:
[113:26] Hold on. Kristin, what's up, Kristin? How you doing?

Speaker 23:
[113:29] Hi, I'm good. How are you?

Speaker 6:
[113:30] We're doing fantastic. What's happening?

Speaker 23:
[113:33] Yeah, I was calling when you guys were talking about the story of going out with people and like, if you would tell people later. When I was in high school, actually, I had a friend who was gay. For a while, my parents had been telling me they were going out somewhere, but they wouldn't tell us where they were going. The day after my parents had went out, this friend came up to me and was like, hey, your dad is gay. I was like, what do you mean my dad is gay? He's like, well, I saw him last night at the gay bar by himself hanging out with a bunch of guys. Come to find out my parents had went to go see a co-worker's drag show. That's funny.

Speaker 4:
[114:18] That's so funny.

Speaker 13:
[114:19] Love homosexuality.

Speaker 23:
[114:22] We ended up going home to my parents and I was like, I know where you guys went. And they were like, there's no way. And I was like, oh yeah, my friend saw you at the gay bar and dad, you're gay to a bunch of people at high school right now.

Speaker 6:
[114:33] That is classic. Can I tell you that we had an incident one time, Chelsea and I did, we went to a gay bar with a group of our gay friends, walked into the gay bar only to find Chelsea's cousin there.

Speaker 10:
[114:46] Was he out yet?

Speaker 6:
[114:47] Was not out yet.

Speaker 7:
[114:48] Oh really?

Speaker 6:
[114:50] We kept him in, obviously did not do anything about that.

Speaker 7:
[114:53] He saw you guys.

Speaker 6:
[114:54] He saw us. It was awkward for him. I think he felt bad and he didn't come out for some time after that. But it was one of those things where, you know.

Speaker 10:
[115:04] Good for you for keeping us.

Speaker 7:
[115:06] He didn't expect to see him and he didn't expect to see her.

Speaker 6:
[115:08] No. My thing always is whenever you see, have you ever heard this story before, Kristin? Where people will work at a strip club. You know, girls will work at a strip club and they'll see like friends of their families, like dad's buddies.

Speaker 7:
[115:23] Former teachers.

Speaker 6:
[115:25] Yeah, come in. Like that's no, that's the thing. And I think they have to have like a code of not saying anything. It's almost like a priest when he does your confession. HIPPA. Or HIPPA. Yeah.

Speaker 7:
[115:50] That was really good.

Speaker 6:
[115:51] That was. Stripa was good? All right. So I'm going to do Ed Sheeran tickets now. And then right afterwards, I'm going to open up the phone lines to moms who want to get a mommy makeover for our friends over at Six Salon. So I wanted to do that in this hour here. Let's do we're going to Ed Sheeran tickets. Is this right? Ed Sheeran. We got to listen to the concert tickets that we're giving away this week here on the In The Morning show. Now that we're done with Secret Sound, Ed Sheeran tickets now, 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. And then we'll have another pair later this morning, right? We'll do another pair at 9.30, I believe, or no? Just, or will we do Bruno tickets?

Speaker 9:
[116:36] We're going to do Bruno texting in.

Speaker 6:
[116:38] Okay, oh perfect. So Ed Sheeran tickets now, we'll give away a pair, 95th Caller. And then tomorrow morning on the show, Demi Lovato, Morgan Wallen, Usher, Chris Brown, or as it is titled, Chris Brown and Usher, Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars. So we got a lot of good stuff. Lot of good stuff. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is our telephone number, be the 95th Caller, win Ed Sheeran tickets. You think it's, oh, hold on, oh. Oh, you know what? No, this is, sorry. Zach actually gave this to me. I'll do this in the dirty. Let's do it in the dirty here. Here you go, hold on.

Speaker 17:
[117:19] In The Morning's Dirty on the 30.

Speaker 6:
[117:22] All right, Shannon's Dirty, and honestly, the biggest breaking dirty story of the day.

Speaker 7:
[117:25] Yeah, let's start with that. We have a winner for our secret sound.

Speaker 6:
[117:29] You think it's what's that?

Speaker 15:
[117:30] Twisting the lid on a container of cashews.

Speaker 6:
[117:33] You have just completed the feat of guessing Mojo's secret sound.

Speaker 15:
[117:52] You have no idea what this is going to mean for us.

Speaker 18:
[117:55] Oh my god.

Speaker 6:
[117:56] 13,000 dollars is yours.

Speaker 15:
[118:00] Oh my god.

Speaker 6:
[118:02] Maya Joma.

Speaker 7:
[118:03] So awesome.

Speaker 6:
[118:04] Shelby Township, Michigan.

Speaker 7:
[118:05] Single mom. So happy for her. Yeah. All right. New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel says he is going to step away from the team on day three of the NFL draft, which kicks off tonight, by the way, to seek some counseling, spend some time with his family, following the fallout from that big scandal with sports reporter Diana Rossini, which by the way, some new photos were released this morning or leaked this morning of the two of them having breakfast together alone at that resort.

Speaker 6:
[118:33] How dare they?

Speaker 7:
[118:34] In Arizona, okay.

Speaker 6:
[118:36] Did they walk out of the same room coming to breakfast?

Speaker 7:
[118:39] I have not heard, but he just said he wants to become the best version of himself as a husband, father and coach. He told ESPN he's gonna remain in contact with the team throughout the draft. He won't physically be there as the Patriots make their remaining picks.

Speaker 6:
[118:52] And it's only gonna be, I think, day three, like you said. So day three is where they do the lower numbers in the draft. And honestly, day three is all pretty much drafted by the general manager and, you know. But I think that somebody's saying to him, you gotta go in and do some kind of a, like a let's make it look like counseling type thing. Like I think that's what they're doing. Cause I don't necessarily think people all agree with what we said yesterday where it's like, this is a personal matter between him and his wife. I think that there are some people in the New England area, like some season ticket holders and sponsors that are probably upset about this whole thing.

Speaker 7:
[119:29] Speaking of the draft, it is Indiana University's Fernando Mendoza, who will most likely be the number one overall pick.

Speaker 6:
[119:35] You know what you have to say?

Speaker 7:
[119:36] What?

Speaker 6:
[119:36] The terminology is that the Oakland Raiders, or I'm sorry, what are they, the Las Vegas Raiders?

Speaker 7:
[119:43] Yeah.

Speaker 6:
[119:43] Are on the clock. That's what they say.

Speaker 7:
[119:46] Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 6:
[119:46] You think it's what's that? Oh, that's right.

Speaker 17:
[119:48] Hold on.

Speaker 7:
[119:49] I'm like, wait, wait.

Speaker 16:
[119:52] He's the one who led Indiana to its very first national title in program history, has the mom with MS, and just, it seems like an incredible human being.

Speaker 1:
[120:00] What's going through your head right now?

Speaker 2:
[120:02] Two days before the draft.

Speaker 3:
[120:03] Are you nervous?

Speaker 2:
[120:04] Are you nervous-sighted?

Speaker 4:
[120:05] That's a word my wife and I use with our kids, nervous, excited.

Speaker 5:
[120:09] What are you feeling right now?

Speaker 6:
[120:10] I don't know. Is that word in Webster's dictionary? I'm not sure, but I want to start using that. Nervous-sighted is the word to use. It's going to be an opportunity to start a new journey.

Speaker 2:
[120:36] Where does this resilience come from?

Speaker 6:
[120:38] This resilience comes from my mom. My mom struggles with multiple sclerosis, and I see her fighting every single day. And with a smile on her face. So there's no excuse for me to have a bad day, bad play or bad game. So I'm always trying to have an optimistic approach. Give the best, serve the best I can to my teammates. As you can see there, you know, I'm just always, whatever the team needs me to do to win, whether it's running up the middle, whether it's throwing the ball on the outside, or whatever mass to do, I'm going to do to try and do my best.

Speaker 16:
[121:07] So he's got a smile on his face. Every interview he does, big smile on his face. Khloe Kardashian is expanding her reality TV portfolio with a new series over on Hulu called The Girls. She's going to be the executive producer. The show going to focus on her inner circle of friends. So you're a Khloe fan, you know, Malika, Natalie, Olivia Pearson, Iris Palmer, Nicole Williams, English. It's going to be all of them. Yeah, it's set to premiere later this year. I don't have an exact date for you yet, Hulu. And then what is up with these storms that are hitting the Sheboygan area in Michigan? The ice, tsunami, water, ice actually coming through people's walls and windows of their homes.

Speaker 7:
[121:49] In northern Michigan, new trouble along the Sheboygan River. Heavy winter snows, along with the recent record rains, have caused the river to rise and inundate these lakeside neighborhoods. But these aren't your everyday flood waters. The river is carrying huge chunks of ice, and that ice is being pushed right into, and in some cases, through homes.

Speaker 8:
[122:11] These chunks are massive and heavy, and as you can see, they're big enough to take out walls.

Speaker 7:
[122:19] We talked to Christopher Narcissian, who grew up along the Black Lake.

Speaker 8:
[122:22] Yeah, it's unbelievable. You'd think we were hit with a hurricane, ice hurricane or tornado or something. It just doesn't happen here.

Speaker 7:
[122:32] The ice taking out windows, doors and walls. Most residents evacuated once the river began to rise. Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office says, no injuries reported as a result of the water levels or ice moving ashore.

Speaker 8:
[122:45] It's sad. It's very sad. And that's going to be really sad when all these people can come back and see it with their own eyes because the pictures just don't do it justice.

Speaker 16:
[122:56] Did you see the pictures in the video? I mean, it looks like a wave coming through people's windows, but it's straight up ice.

Speaker 3:
[123:02] It's crazy.

Speaker 2:
[123:03] The people in Sheboygan have been dealing with the whole dam issues up there too. And I wonder how, and somebody will have to tell me, how's the response from the state on this? Like, are we doing anything in the state and the country on taking care of these people?

Speaker 16:
[123:17] That's a great question. I don't know.

Speaker 2:
[123:19] We go in and we help people with hurricanes and we go in and help people with tornadoes, but do we go in and help people with ice damming and all the rest of that stuff?

Speaker 16:
[123:27] Ice tsunamis.

Speaker 2:
[123:28] That's crazy.

Speaker 16:
[123:29] Hey, if you missed anything from this morning, you can always go back and re-listen on the podcast for free on the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 2:
[123:37] Oh, hold on.

Speaker 20:
[123:39] In The Morning's Dirty On The 30.

Speaker 2:
[123:41] I had to rearrange all my stuff here because I had my secret sound still thinking that I was going to have that contest going, even though we just had a winner last hour. Lynette, are you there?

Speaker 9:
[123:55] I am here.

Speaker 2:
[123:57] Lynette, you're a winner.

Speaker 1:
[123:59] You're going to see Ed Sheeran.

Speaker 9:
[124:02] Yay. First time caller.

Speaker 10:
[124:05] Lynette's on the phone.

Speaker 2:
[124:09] I'm missing Kev on the first time.

Speaker 3:
[124:11] Sorry Mojo, I'm trying.

Speaker 9:
[124:13] First time long time.

Speaker 2:
[124:14] There you go. We got to have redo's for you though when Kev comes back, okay? I think actually Anna, you're doing an amazing job and Shannon, you are too. Shannon throws me off still though with a seal clap.

Speaker 11:
[124:29] Okay.

Speaker 25:
[124:29] You know what?

Speaker 16:
[124:30] Then from here on out, I'm just going to be silent. No, I'm going to go, woo.

Speaker 11:
[124:34] It's just a little seal clap.

Speaker 3:
[124:35] Everyone say woo.

Speaker 5:
[124:36] Woo.

Speaker 16:
[124:38] She's saying it, not the same.

Speaker 6:
[124:39] Everybody say woo.

Speaker 2:
[124:42] Congratulations to you on winning Ed Sheeran tickets. Tomorrow morning, make sure you're listening. We'll have more of these and we'll have Masha and Chris Brown. We'll have Morgan Wallen. We'll have Bruno Mars. So be listening to In The Morning. Have a great day.

Speaker 10:
[124:57] I will make my daughter call. Thank you.

Speaker 2:
[125:00] Bye.

Speaker 4:
[125:00] Hi, I'm Ed Sheeran with In The Morning.

Speaker 20:
[125:03] Cheat and you'll get caught is the War of the Roses in Minutes on In The Morning.

Speaker 2:
[125:09] So Lydia and Bianca, or I'm sorry, Lydia and Anna, you guys went to the Pistons game last night.

Speaker 3:
[125:16] Yeah, we did. We had a great time.

Speaker 4:
[125:17] So cute.

Speaker 3:
[125:18] Thank you.

Speaker 2:
[125:19] Tell me what the feel was like in there because we talked about Sunday Nights game and that the fact that Sunday Nights game felt like the energy wasn't there. Even Kevkn admitted that he felt like the energy was way lower than what the regular season was. What was the crowd energy like?

Speaker 3:
[125:36] Honestly, from the time we walked in, like literally the security said to us, I'm so nervous you guys, I don't know how it's gonna go. I'm like, this is a terrible attitude. We didn't even start the game yet and they're already saying, I don't know how it's gonna go. I'm like, we're gonna win. But the first half, everyone was chilling, not super lively, but third quarter it picked up and it was electric.

Speaker 2:
[125:58] Lydia, you've been to a bunch of games this year. How did it feel compared to a regular season game? Did it feel like a playoff five?

Speaker 13:
[126:04] This year, I haven't gone to any games this season. Oh, you hadn't? No, but I had so much fun. I had the best time and I also enjoyed spending time with Anna, too. It was like our first time, actually.

Speaker 2:
[126:15] It was nice to see you guys out together.

Speaker 3:
[126:16] You want to know the coolest thing?

Speaker 2:
[126:18] Without Bianca, without your little sister there.

Speaker 3:
[126:20] Lydia's mom was there as well, not with us.

Speaker 2:
[126:23] Oh, you're kidding.

Speaker 3:
[126:24] She was out with all of her friends. Isn't that fire?

Speaker 2:
[126:26] So wait, so I mean, I know we're all talking all over each other real quick for one second here. I just want to ask this quick question. So Lydia's mom was there, but she was not with you guys. Did you know she was going to be there, Lydia?

Speaker 13:
[126:38] Yeah, so her and her friend group decided that they were going to go. So they went out before the game and they went out after the game. But here's where I was upset because I had already told her I was going to the game. And then suddenly she hasn't gone to any games this season either. She wants to go to this game. I'm like, mom, you're doing too much.

Speaker 2:
[126:56] Why do you wait? Why do you have to keep your mom from going to a game? It's a public event. She can go to a game and it's a playoff game.

Speaker 16:
[127:03] And it's her mom. She's so fun.

Speaker 13:
[127:05] She is fun. And I get that, but I feel like everything that I want to do, she wants to do. Like after she found out that I was going on a bachelorette trip with my friends in a couple of months, she's like, I want to go too. I want to go to Florida. I just won't go. I'm like, mom, you cannot come everywhere that I go.

Speaker 3:
[127:20] But they did drive separate because she wanted to go out after.

Speaker 13:
[127:24] You don't think that's weird.

Speaker 11:
[127:26] I love it. I know.

Speaker 13:
[127:28] Come on.

Speaker 16:
[127:29] Sian, text me.

Speaker 11:
[127:31] We'll go out.

Speaker 3:
[127:32] I love it.

Speaker 16:
[127:32] Text me right now.

Speaker 2:
[127:33] All right. I want to ask this question. That's incorrect.

Speaker 3:
[127:36] But I hear you, Lydia.

Speaker 2:
[127:38] No, this is a very honest question. I want to know who has a mom like Lydia's mom, and I want to know whose mom does something similar to this where they like to go to... They like to go and do things that you like to do. And does it become like what Lydia's thinking, weird, that this is happening, or is it cute that mom wants to, I guess, live the life that you're living?

Speaker 13:
[128:05] But I spend a lot of time with her. Like, I love her to death. I agree with you guys. She's great. When you guys don't see me on the weekends, it's because I'm with her. Even after work, I'm with her. And I love that. I appreciate the time.

Speaker 2:
[128:17] Is it bother you that Kevkn showed her all the attention at last night's game, but gave you guys no attention at all?

Speaker 13:
[128:23] No, no.

Speaker 2:
[128:24] Kevkn...

Speaker 16:
[128:24] Do you think it's how you say it to her though, Lydia? Because I feel like she would understand if you were like, I love hanging out with you. Sometimes I just want to spend time with just my friends.

Speaker 13:
[128:35] No, I don't think she cares about that. I've had conversations with her about it, and there are times that she gets offended because I say, you can't come out with my friends and I.

Speaker 16:
[128:43] But that's what I'm saying versus being like, no, you can't come.

Speaker 13:
[128:46] No, I'm really not mean to her. The way I'm presenting it to you guys is different because it's like a friend group when you huddle with your friends, you're like, mom is doing this and that. But when I talk to her, I'm like, mom, you can't be doing this.

Speaker 2:
[128:59] I don't get why she can't though. I don't get why she can't go with her girlfriends to the game and enjoy the game while you guys are going to the game and enjoying the game.

Speaker 3:
[129:09] I don't think she's saying she can't. She's just saying it's frustrating.

Speaker 2:
[129:13] But I don't understand that. Like it would be one thing if she goes and she is a drunk or something.

Speaker 3:
[129:20] What do you think about the Florida Bachelorette trip?

Speaker 13:
[129:22] Like that's not too much to you?

Speaker 16:
[129:24] That part is too much for me. Because that's your friends.

Speaker 2:
[129:28] She'll, you know, I don't know. Maybe she could be her plus one in things. There's a lot of people that take it. Why is she not answering?

Speaker 16:
[129:35] Not for a bachelorette trip.

Speaker 15:
[129:36] Your call has been forwarded to voicemail.

Speaker 2:
[129:39] Is she working right now? She can't talk?

Speaker 13:
[129:41] Yeah, but she should be able to answer.

Speaker 2:
[129:42] Yeah, hold on a second. Does she have her boss okay with her talking during company hours or no? I wanna find out from her on this one here. Let's see.

Speaker 3:
[129:54] We should post her picture if she lets us on our page with her and her friends. It's so cute.

Speaker 2:
[129:59] Of Cyan with Alma?

Speaker 3:
[130:01] Yeah, she just posted.

Speaker 2:
[130:02] Who are her girlfriends that she was out with, Lydia? Who else was there?

Speaker 13:
[130:05] Her friends, Sandra, Leah, Linda. She had a bunch of friends with her. It's like her Zumba group, cause she does Zumba.

Speaker 3:
[130:11] Look at how cute.

Speaker 2:
[130:13] Why don't you go to Zumba with your mom and then see how she reacts to that.

Speaker 13:
[130:18] We have, but her Zumba instructor says he doesn't wanna be around her child. Like he calls me a kid.

Speaker 17:
[130:23] So, I stopped doing it.

Speaker 2:
[130:25] Courtney, you wanted to make a comment on this?

Speaker 9:
[130:28] Yeah, I'm that mom.

Speaker 18:
[130:30] I have a 22-year-old and I'm 42 and she does fun things.

Speaker 15:
[130:35] I always invite myself.

Speaker 2:
[130:38] So, you are looking at this going, man, Lydia, you're being hard on your mom.

Speaker 10:
[130:43] Yeah, cause I'm that mom.

Speaker 14:
[130:44] We wanna have fun.

Speaker 2:
[130:46] Now, I will say this to you. If me, in my case, started like hanging out with Luke at his frat house, I think that would be a little weird. You know what I mean? Like if I'm doing that.

Speaker 18:
[130:57] Yeah, I'm not doing all that.

Speaker 2:
[130:59] Luke's gone to, my son Luke, and actually Joe is gone to a bunch of like games and stuff, baseball games, football games, and I'll get tickets and go. And sometimes we'll not drive together because of the situation like you guys had where one person like myself wants to go home early and they wanna go out afterwards. But God, I hope they don't talk about me like Lydia, you're talking about Sianna.

Speaker 3:
[131:20] Lydia's not being mean.

Speaker 2:
[131:21] I think that she's kind of being mean. I really do. This is the second time and not that long.

Speaker 3:
[131:27] She said she appreciates her and loves her so much. How does that mean?

Speaker 2:
[131:30] I love Lydia's mom. She can do no wrong in my eyes. What's up, Lisa?

Speaker 14:
[131:35] Hey, leave Lydia's mom alone. Let her live her life.

Speaker 16:
[131:39] Right? You need to say it like the Free Britney guy said it. Do you remember that?

Speaker 17:
[131:47] Leave Britney alone! Yeah.

Speaker 16:
[131:50] Lisa?

Speaker 9:
[131:51] She's not, she's not, yeah, she's not riding with them.

Speaker 13:
[131:54] She's going with her own friend.

Speaker 10:
[131:56] It's just like when you overhear somebody saying, oh, we're going to go do this. And you're thinking, oh, that sounds like fun. So you grab your friends and you go too.

Speaker 25:
[132:04] You're not going together.

Speaker 2:
[132:05] Oh, this is actually an interesting one. We should ask that question. Does anybody have a friend that's like this? Where they're going to do something and they say, hey, I'm going to this. And their friend all of a sudden copies everything that they do, because that's where it gets weird. Family, though, is family. What's going on? Miranda, hi, it's In The Morning. How are you?

Speaker 18:
[132:27] I'm good, how are you?

Speaker 2:
[132:28] Good, what did you want to say?

Speaker 18:
[132:30] I get so mad when my mom won't do things with me because I invite her to literally everything.

Speaker 25:
[132:37] And she'll be like, no, I have plans. What plans could you have that are more important than hanging out with your daughter?

Speaker 2:
[132:43] See this, and then so you hear this relationship and you're thinking, look at this mom that wants to hang out with her daughter.

Speaker 18:
[132:49] I even invite her on my family vacations. It's just me, my husband, kids and my mom.

Speaker 2:
[132:54] Hold on a second.

Speaker 3:
[132:55] She needs to go everywhere.

Speaker 2:
[132:56] Lydia's an only child, you know that? So maybe we have-

Speaker 18:
[133:00] She can come on vacation with me too.

Speaker 2:
[133:02] Maybe, hold on, Cyan's on the phone with us, this is Lydia's mom. Cyan, I would like you to meet Miranda. Would you like to adopt her? She would love to have a mom like you.

Speaker 14:
[133:11] Yes, bring it on.

Speaker 25:
[133:14] Alright, perfect.

Speaker 2:
[133:16] I love it. Cyan, can you believe that Lydia has like a thing about you going to the game with your girlfriends last night? You guys all looked great.

Speaker 14:
[133:25] I can't even begin to tell you what a tough time she gave me about this, and thank you.

Speaker 2:
[133:30] Oh man. Now what's going to happen when Anna gets another pair of tickets to the next game from the Pistons people, and she chooses Cyan over Lydia?

Speaker 3:
[133:40] Oh my gosh, that would be a tough choice. I'll just let them both go.

Speaker 18:
[133:44] So you two go together.

Speaker 2:
[133:47] That would be funny. Hold on, Shakita wants to make a comment. Shakita, you're on with Lydia's mom, and Lydia here. What's up?

Speaker 14:
[133:55] Hey, you guys.

Speaker 18:
[133:56] I just want to say that me and my sisters, like my mom is tired of us. We hang out with her all the time, and we make her hang out with us and our friends, because you only get one mother, you know? And our parents are older, and you know how life is like both.

Speaker 2:
[134:09] Lydia, are you even feeling bad at all?

Speaker 18:
[134:11] It's for you to hang out with her mom, or your mom hanging out with you. You should be happy that your mother is tired to do those things.

Speaker 13:
[134:17] And you know what? I love that. I love that she sleeps in my bed with me sometimes. We watch Netflix together. We eat every single meal together. I love my mom to death. That's my mom. I have her back forever. However, there are times when I just want to spend time with my mom.

Speaker 16:
[134:32] Yeah, no, I do get that.

Speaker 13:
[134:33] You guys know she's the first like under every picture we post. She's a topic. She's texting me. I don't mind that, but I do want to breathe.

Speaker 3:
[134:42] It's hard when she has such a popular daughter, cool daughter, too.

Speaker 13:
[134:45] I don't know about the popular part.

Speaker 2:
[134:46] Tamaya, what's going on?

Speaker 14:
[134:49] Hey, I just wanted to add very quickly that we maybe just be a little bit more forgiving because I'm a mom also, and I'm also just a girl, you know?

Speaker 9:
[134:59] I think there's a very-

Speaker 14:
[135:02] She's literally just a girl, just like Lydia. She has friends, too, and she wants to do fun things also, so just be a little more forgiving. This is her first time living, too.

Speaker 2:
[135:11] Yes. Thank you, Mom Tamaya. We appreciate you. Can I say this? This would be one of those things where if I could pull this off, it would be great. Lydia and Anna go to the next game, and then Cyan and what is your mom, Anna's?

Speaker 3:
[135:30] Dawn.

Speaker 2:
[135:30] And Dawn go, too, and the two of them all go with, you know.

Speaker 3:
[135:35] Truly, my mom would love it because she-

Speaker 16:
[135:37] And your mom's a partier. Cyan, what do you think about that?

Speaker 25:
[135:39] And Cyan's a partier.

Speaker 2:
[135:40] Cyan, could you imagine the moms and the daughters? It'd be girls' night at the game. What do you think about that?

Speaker 14:
[135:46] Oh, I love that.

Speaker 3:
[135:47] It's not a bad idea.

Speaker 13:
[135:48] Of course she would.

Speaker 14:
[135:49] I'm way too cool for Anna and Lydia.

Speaker 13:
[135:53] You're too cool for me? You sleep in my bed, but you're too cool for me? Oh, girl.

Speaker 2:
[135:59] Oh, my God. Jessica, what did you want to say, Jessica?

Speaker 18:
[136:03] I agree with Lydia. I can see where she's coming from. I spend a lot of time with my mom, too. But there's a time where you just want to do something else and not feel like, well, my mom's there, or, well, I have to watch this because my mom's there, or, you know, you want to have fun, and then you want to be like, hey, mom, this is what I did.

Speaker 10:
[136:24] What did you do tonight?

Speaker 18:
[136:25] You know, have different things that you're doing so you can have a conversation about it when you are together.

Speaker 2:
[136:29] The only weird thing I think that moms do sometimes to their kids, especially their daughters, that I think is when they wear their daughter's clothes. I think there's nothing worse than a mom that will do that because I think that you're giving your daughter body image issues. But moms who lay in your bed to say, how was your day that want to go to a game with you or maybe take a girl's vacation with you?

Speaker 13:
[136:55] I'm sorry, did you say lay in your bed to see how your day was or sleep in it for eight hours?

Speaker 4:
[137:00] I didn't know that.

Speaker 2:
[137:02] Cyann, all right. We love you Cyann, take care of yourself.

Speaker 14:
[137:05] Love you guys too, thank you.

Speaker 2:
[137:07] Bye. That might have been my favorite topic of the morning right there.

Speaker 13:
[137:29] There's two. She'll go back and listen to it 10 times.

Speaker 2:
[137:32] It wasn't.

Speaker 16:
[137:32] Today is take your kid to work day. We should have made it take your mom to work day.

Speaker 3:
[137:38] Take your parents to work.

Speaker 16:
[137:39] So Cyan could have come.

Speaker 2:
[137:41] War Of The Roses right now here on In The Morning.

Speaker 20:
[137:43] Catching cheaters and proud of it.

Speaker 7:
[137:45] Ow, I'm sorry.

Speaker 20:
[137:46] It's your home for War Of The Roses on In The Morning.

Speaker 2:
[137:49] Trisha thinks that her husband of 20 years is cheating on her. And what are your suspicions, Trisha?

Speaker 23:
[137:59] I got this really strange message from some random lady. I didn't know.

Speaker 2:
[138:05] What did the message say?

Speaker 23:
[138:07] Oh, it was just a message of her and with my husband flirting with her on Facebook.

Speaker 16:
[138:15] Like she screenshotted a text conversation between the two of them or a Facebook message or conversation?

Speaker 23:
[138:21] Yes, it was some kind of Facebook message. I mean, I don't do Facebook very much. So I don't really know all the text stuff, but it was certainly clear that there was some kind of communication between them.

Speaker 2:
[138:34] And you can tell real quick that this was your husband's profile doing this? Like it said his name and it had his picture or whatever it is?

Speaker 23:
[138:41] Yeah, she sent me everything that looked like it connected. So yeah.

Speaker 3:
[138:46] Did you show it to your husband and ask about it?

Speaker 23:
[138:49] I did. I asked him about it.

Speaker 3:
[138:51] And what did he say?

Speaker 23:
[138:54] He said he was hacked.

Speaker 2:
[138:57] So he said that his Facebook page was hacked. And did he do anything to unhack himself? Did you watch him do anything to figure out if he was hacked?

Speaker 23:
[139:06] No, he just said the thing had been hacked and that it wasn't him. And he kind of ended the conversation at that point as if that was enough.

Speaker 2:
[139:13] So he didn't make any efforts to show you that he got hacked. He just said, I was hacked. And that's how this all was. When he told you that, did he seem like he was telling you the truth?

Speaker 23:
[139:25] He seemed a little surprised about my asking that kind of question, because it had never been something we'd ever had to deal with before.

Speaker 2:
[139:35] But he didn't seem like when he was telling you this, that he was being truthful about it.

Speaker 23:
[139:45] That's what I don't know right now.

Speaker 2:
[139:47] Okay. All right, so you want us to call him up to see where he's going to send a dozen free roses. I know you say you're not a Facebook person, but do you still have that woman's name and stuff? Because we can also look to see who she is and what she's all about.

Speaker 23:
[140:05] I guess I do. I mean, I just, you know, I never, I never answered or responded to it.

Speaker 2:
[140:10] So, you know.

Speaker 16:
[140:11] So it's in there. Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[140:13] You hold on to that, because we may try to get that name and that person and see what it's all about with that. Because I mean, it could very well have been that he's been hacked. But if there's more to this, now we at least know who this person potentially is off of that little message that she sent to you.

Speaker 16:
[140:31] Do you remember her name off the top of your head?

Speaker 23:
[140:36] I think it was Sarah. I mean, I really just kind of was so shocked when that happened, that I just couldn't process more than finding out if this was really going on.

Speaker 16:
[140:46] Right.

Speaker 23:
[140:48] As I said, I didn't respond to it because I just didn't know whether somebody was trying to mess with me or do something hurtful to us. So I just didn't respond. That was my first, my best choice.

Speaker 2:
[141:04] All right. I'm going to have you mute your phone. So put it on mute and we're going to have Shannon call. We're hoping that your husband sends the flowers to you, Tresha. So stay right there and let's do the War of the Roses here on In The Morning.

Speaker 12:
[141:33] Hello.

Speaker 16:
[141:35] Hi, I'm looking for David. Please.

Speaker 12:
[141:38] Yeah, you got him. What's behind?

Speaker 16:
[141:42] Hi, David. My name is Nicole, and I'm calling you this morning from an online floral company. We're called roses bloom.com. I'm actually calling with an offer for some free flowers for you.

Speaker 12:
[141:52] Wait, wait, wait. Why are you calling me? You're a florist.

Speaker 16:
[142:00] We are an online florist, and you have technically won a dozen long-stemmed red roses, as long as you can answer two survey questions.

Speaker 12:
[142:13] Well, I haven't got a lot of time. What's going on here? So I get a dozen roses?

Speaker 16:
[142:19] Yes. Have you purchased flowers in the last six months, David?

Speaker 12:
[142:23] Yeah, I've purchased them a few times here and there.

Speaker 16:
[142:25] Okay. And do you plan on purchasing flowers in the next six months?

Speaker 12:
[142:29] You know, probably, yeah.

Speaker 16:
[142:31] Okay. That's actually all I needed from you. And now I'm authorized to allow you to send this dozen long-stemmed red roses. And you could send them anywhere in the country. It doesn't have to be here in the States. And they're going to go out today and it is totally free of charge to you.

Speaker 12:
[142:49] Okay.

Speaker 16:
[142:51] Yes. So, do you have somebody? Do you have somebody you'd like to send some flowers to?

Speaker 19:
[142:58] Yeah.

Speaker 12:
[143:00] Okay. Well, hey, so why don't you just give them to me and then I'll give them to whoever in person.

Speaker 16:
[143:09] So we have to send them to that person's house. I can't send them to you.

Speaker 12:
[143:14] Well, it's easy. Just give them to me. And then I'll give them to them.

Speaker 16:
[143:21] Yeah, I can't send them to your house. That's kind of the purpose of it is we want you to see how this process works. And then hopefully you'll use us in the future. It sounds like you send flowers a lot when you send flowers. We have some different things that we do in the process with our with our deliveries.

Speaker 12:
[143:42] Okay, okay, okay. Okay, and so we know, right?

Speaker 16:
[143:49] Yes. Yep. So I just need a first name and a last name of who you want them to go to.

Speaker 12:
[143:54] Okay, so let's do, let's just do first names to Candice.

Speaker 16:
[144:05] To Candice?

Speaker 12:
[144:07] Yeah.

Speaker 16:
[144:09] Okay, and do you happen to know Candice's phone number?

Speaker 12:
[144:14] I don't, I don't want to, I don't want to share that.

Speaker 16:
[144:18] Do you have Candice's last name?

Speaker 12:
[144:23] Should we just put an initial M?

Speaker 16:
[144:25] You said M as in man?

Speaker 12:
[144:28] Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 16:
[144:30] Okay, I, so I do need Candice's phone number because that's how we're gonna send a message to her to tell her she has a delivery and who they're from and stuff.

Speaker 12:
[144:43] I just don't want to share the number. She'll know who they're from.

Speaker 16:
[144:52] Okay, let's do this. What state does Candice live in? Does she live here? Okay. So let me go ahead. So here's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna have you tell me what you want to write on a card to Candice and then we'll kind of go from there. Okay?

Speaker 12:
[145:13] Okay. Okay. So, to my candy. What about that?

Speaker 16:
[145:21] To my candy. And you don't want to say anything else? You can write something longer.

Speaker 12:
[145:26] No, that'll be enough.

Speaker 16:
[145:28] Okay. And then just love David.

Speaker 12:
[145:31] Sure. Okay.

Speaker 16:
[145:34] David, real quick, before we move any further, I do also have to let you know that this call is being recorded and that's for quality and training purposes. Are you okay with that?

Speaker 12:
[145:43] Yeah, go ahead. Go ahead.

Speaker 16:
[145:45] That's a yes?

Speaker 12:
[145:47] Yes. Yes.

Speaker 16:
[145:48] Okay.

Speaker 2:
[145:49] David, I'm going to jump on just to wrap up this call, but I have something very important that I need to share with you before we do that, okay?

Speaker 12:
[145:58] Okay.

Speaker 2:
[145:59] David, I wanted to just let you know that while you have been sending the flowers off to your candy, that your wife Tricia has been listening in and just heard every word that you just said. David, your wife called us up here at the In The Morning show because she was suspicious that you were cheating on her. And she just heard you sent flowers to another woman. David.

Speaker 12:
[146:50] What?

Speaker 2:
[146:53] Trisha, do you want to say something?

Speaker 23:
[146:56] Oh, that's about nothing.

Speaker 16:
[147:01] And that's a different person, right?

Speaker 2:
[147:07] Is that the person that he was on social media with?

Speaker 23:
[147:12] No.

Speaker 2:
[147:16] Trisha, is that cat, is that, you said you were at work. Is that cat with you at work, or is that him at home?

Speaker 23:
[147:23] That's him at our house with our cat.

Speaker 2:
[147:29] Okay. And he's not saying anything. Trisha, I want you to hang on the phone, okay?

Speaker 20:
[147:37] Cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater. In The Morning's War Of The Roses. Don't miss this.

Speaker 6:
[147:45] In The Morning.

Speaker 2:
[147:46] When we come back here next, weird, there was a weird one, but an older couple in War Of The Roses, I don't know why I feel worse than when we bust somebody in their 20s or 30s or 40s or 50s cheating. I feel, like, just so bad. And I want to ask this question, and this is just an interesting, you know, a little dichotomy of the people that potentially could be listening to In The Morning, but has anybody ever been in a situation like where grandpa got busted cheating like this? Cause I feel like David is everybody's grandpa. We'll be right back.

Speaker 20:
[148:21] Join the discussion now. 844-MOJO-LIVE. 844-665-6548.

Speaker 11:
[148:28] This is Mojo in the Morning.

Speaker 2:
[148:49] I don't know why it made me feel sad. Just a little bit ago on In The Morning, we got to hear Trisha find out that her husband was sending flowers to Candy. What did he say? Candace? And then he called her Mike Candy. And the guy sounded like, he sounded like a grandpa. He actually told Lydia, I go, I know this is crazy. I go, how old is Trisha? And Lydia said that Trisha is in her early 60s. David sounds like he might be a little bit older than that, but I will say this to you. It happens, infidelity happens. It's just weird to think that it happens.

Speaker 16:
[149:29] Especially after that many decades of marriage. And it's just, yeah.

Speaker 2:
[149:34] I mean, I think it's, well, they think they've been married 20 years. So I think it's a second marriage for each one of them too. So it could get you into the weeds a little bit on this one. But I gotta tell you that, oh, I was like heartbroken on that one. What's going on, Alexis? Hey, it's In The Morning. What did you think when you were listening to that War of the Roses?

Speaker 19:
[149:53] Oh, I just feel so bad for this woman. Just cheating sucks in any situation, but she sounds so innocent and not really, no social media, so I just feel so bad for her and just sending her all my thoughts and prayers that she gets through this.

Speaker 2:
[150:07] Yeah, have you ever in your life ever known old people cheat? Because I've never known old people that are out there cheating around.

Speaker 19:
[150:16] I feel like it's more common this actually happened in my family. My grandfather actually stepped out of his marriage and was hooking up with a woman like the age of his children, so like my uncle and my dad. Oh my God. Was that was a crazy.

Speaker 2:
[150:33] How did you guys find that out?

Speaker 19:
[150:36] It was my uncle. He was still living at home and he came home one night and it's like this big house with they had every light on in the house, which is like really weird. And he just like walked in and then it was just like my grandfather and this younger woman dressed super nicely and high heels. And he was like, what's going on? You just like, well, this is my friend. And like he's like, no. And my grandma wasn't home either. So she was up north with her sisters. So he definitely took her there to like show off like the house and everything.

Speaker 22:
[151:11] Oh my God.

Speaker 2:
[151:12] That's awful.

Speaker 16:
[151:13] Always just a friend.

Speaker 2:
[151:15] Yeah.

Speaker 16:
[151:16] This is my friend. Wow.

Speaker 10:
[151:18] Oh, oh, oh, oh.

Speaker 2:
[151:20] Oh.

Speaker 16:
[151:21] Or like you said, it was, do not bring my grandma into this. Like you said, when it was little kids, it's like, this is aunt.

Speaker 4:
[151:27] Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 16:
[151:28] This is aunt Lindsey.

Speaker 2:
[151:29] I think it is. I think that everybody needs companionship. If grandpa doesn't have anybody in his life, let him have fun. But if grandpa's got grandma in his life still, I don't know. But then again, grandma may be, in some cases may be okay with it because of at certain time, you just don't feel like you'd want to do anything anymore. But what's up, Mike? How you doing? Doing good, Mojo. How are you? I'm doing okay. I'm feeling a little, as the girls like to say, I got the Ick going on right now. I've never used that.

Speaker 3:
[151:58] Good job using it.

Speaker 2:
[151:59] I've never used that before in my life, but I'm using it right now.

Speaker 16:
[152:02] And once you get the Ick about somebody, it doesn't go away.

Speaker 22:
[152:04] That part.

Speaker 17:
[152:05] Yeah. It's appropriate in this situation, but I was calling in to talk about infidelity with the older people. I had my friend whose grandfather got busted sleeping with hookers. Oh no.

Speaker 22:
[152:19] Stop it, wait.

Speaker 16:
[152:20] Now, where was he finding and getting hookers?

Speaker 3:
[152:23] Gregg's List.

Speaker 17:
[152:24] That I'm not 100% sure of. All I know is that he bought my friend's sister an iPad for Christmas. And when he went and set it up at Apple, I guess they basically cloned his phone and he set it up under his Apple ID. Well, what that did is it was basically forwarding all of his text messages to that iPad as well, and he was unaware of it.

Speaker 2:
[152:48] And he was what? On some kind of like a back page or something?

Speaker 17:
[152:53] And just texting, he had this person stored in under a fake name and was texting him like, hey, it's so and so from the hotel, da da da da da da. I wanted to have another date. I got a hundred bucks in like in detail.

Speaker 3:
[153:08] Naughty grandpa.

Speaker 2:
[153:10] Oh, God. God, I hope it's not like one of those roadside hotels that you see the bus that happen in and the women walk out of it and look like they're on crack or something. That's crazy.

Speaker 17:
[153:23] Yeah, it was definitely pretty wild.

Speaker 2:
[153:24] Grandpa cheating with hookers. Hold on. B, initial B wants to be voice disguise. We're talking about grandpa, grandma cheating. This one's grandma cheating, huh?

Speaker 21:
[153:36] Yeah. Actually, I found out when I was really young and it was going on for years. Also, first time, long time.

Speaker 4:
[153:48] B, be on the phone.

Speaker 21:
[153:49] Be on the phone.

Speaker 16:
[153:50] Okay, so wait a second. Who was this that you found out about? Your grandma?

Speaker 21:
[153:56] Can you repeat that?

Speaker 16:
[153:58] Are you talking about your grandmother?

Speaker 21:
[154:01] Yeah, my grandmother. She actually gave me her old computer and she didn't delete anything. And I found out at a very young age that she was cheating on my grandpa.

Speaker 2:
[154:15] Who was she cheating with?

Speaker 21:
[154:17] They actually were going through a divorce and he didn't want to leave her at all.

Speaker 2:
[154:25] Who was the guy that she was cheating with? Did you ever figure that out?

Speaker 21:
[154:32] I don't know him personally, but I do know he's married still and they still talk.

Speaker 3:
[154:39] I'm sorry you had to go through that.

Speaker 2:
[154:41] Is it tough to look at your grandma the same way again? When I look at grandmas, they all like her grandmas. You know what I mean?

Speaker 16:
[154:48] Yes, they're sweet and kind and have hard candy in the bottom of their purses.

Speaker 2:
[154:53] This one had condoms, maybe. What's up?

Speaker 21:
[154:56] I still feel the same way about my grandma, but it's kind of weird that she did that to my grandpa.

Speaker 9:
[155:05] For sure.

Speaker 2:
[155:06] I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. Nobody wants to have any bad thoughts about their grandparents. Shay, what's up? It's In The Morning.

Speaker 18:
[155:15] Good morning, Mojo. So this isn't really a cheating, but this is an older man that was very active. I did home care for a long time and he lived in Brazil, actually, Shannon. Oh, gosh. And he, yeah, he was in his like 90s. And I don't want to say his name, but he lived next door to someone that had a very big business in our area. Anyways, he had a, he was an older white guy and he had a girlfriend, I guess we'll call her, who was in her early 20s.

Speaker 2:
[155:47] Oh my God.

Speaker 18:
[155:48] She had kids and he would, yep, he would have her come stay like the weekend. The other woman that was there that did the house cleaning said it was, the bedroom was very gross and messy after he left. She'd find all kinds of crazy, after the woman left, she'd find all kinds of crazy things. But she would at times bring her young kids with her.

Speaker 2:
[156:05] Oh my God. Wait, and she was, he was 90 years old and she was only in her 20s?

Speaker 18:
[156:10] He was 90, yes, he was 91.

Speaker 2:
[156:13] Oh my God.

Speaker 18:
[156:14] 91. Yeah. And I mean, it was, it was crazy because he was blind as well. Oh, they made him stop driving because he used to drive by field and he got in trouble.

Speaker 25:
[156:27] I'm like, what do you mean drive by field?

Speaker 10:
[156:29] Oh my God.

Speaker 2:
[156:30] The old man was blind.

Speaker 25:
[156:31] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[156:33] Oh my God. That's crazy. That's the scandal of Gross Seal.

Speaker 16:
[156:37] Oh, trust me. There are a lot more than that.

Speaker 2:
[156:39] Really? Okay. But a 90 year old with a 20 year old is a pretty good one. What's going on, Jennifer? Hi, what's up?

Speaker 9:
[156:48] So this story has been told to me, so I can't, I don't have like 100% verification, but I was always told my grandpa used to cheat on my grandma with hookers and she caught him one time washing his bits in the bathroom sink after.

Speaker 4:
[157:04] Oh my God.

Speaker 2:
[157:05] Oh my God. Oh my God.

Speaker 9:
[157:10] I was always horrified when I heard that story.

Speaker 16:
[157:13] So she told everybody in the family.

Speaker 9:
[157:17] Yeah, the whole family, they're both passed on now, but the whole family knows. Oh my God.

Speaker 2:
[157:22] Craziness. Another one here, Morgan, we're talking about grandparents cheating. What's up?

Speaker 18:
[157:28] So I actually disowned my own grandmother for cheating on my grandpa with someone that's my age.

Speaker 2:
[157:36] Oh God, these grandparents, grandma and grandpa's.

Speaker 3:
[157:40] How old are you? You said my age.

Speaker 18:
[157:42] I'm nearing 30.

Speaker 2:
[157:45] So grandma...

Speaker 18:
[157:46] And my grandmother's over 60.

Speaker 2:
[157:48] What the hell? 20 year old. What does a guy that's around that age think of being with a grandmother? Your grandmother must have been hot. Was she hot?

Speaker 13:
[157:57] No.

Speaker 2:
[157:58] She wasn't? Did she have money?

Speaker 13:
[157:59] It's a really long story.

Speaker 18:
[158:01] She's emotionally cheating with a scammer that she thinks is someone famous.

Speaker 24:
[158:05] Oh, Jesus.

Speaker 18:
[158:07] It's an entire thing.

Speaker 20:
[158:09] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[158:09] Grandma's still horny.

Speaker 20:
[158:10] Wow.

Speaker 2:
[158:11] Question for you. Does she have money? And this is the deal? Like she like uses the money to be able to get these guys or the scammers want the money?

Speaker 18:
[158:19] She used to at first, but they've pretty much run or dry.

Speaker 2:
[158:22] Oh, wow. Man, that's just as nuts. And Jessica, hold on. Jessica, you want to make a comment on War of the Roses? And I'm going to wrap this thing up here right now. You can go listen to the grandpa, Dirty David, we called him on the War of the Roses. What did you want to say?

Speaker 14:
[158:38] Hello. So when you guys were asking him initially about the flowers, he said he instead of she before he gave Candace's name.

Speaker 2:
[158:48] I don't know.

Speaker 3:
[159:07] And the cat.

Speaker 2:
[159:08] And the cat. His poor cat's got to witness this whole thing.

Speaker 16:
[159:11] Who's the old cartoon character, like the old bald man?

Speaker 2:
[159:14] Mr. Magoo.

Speaker 16:
[159:15] Mr. Magoo.

Speaker 2:
[159:16] He sounded like Mr. Magoo to me.

Speaker 20:
[159:25] This is In The Morning.

Speaker 2:
[159:28] At seven o'clock this morning, seven o'clock this morning, we got a winner with Secret Sound. I just wanted to let everybody know that are just listening to the show right now. You think it's, what's that?

Speaker 17:
[159:42] Twisting the lid on a container of cashews.

Speaker 2:
[159:45] Twisting the lid on a container of cashews was the answer. You have just completed the feat of guessing Secret Sound.

Speaker 10:
[160:08] You have no idea what this is going to mean for us, so thank you.

Speaker 2:
[160:12] $13,000 is yours.

Speaker 16:
[160:16] Oh, my God.

Speaker 2:
[160:18] Maya Joma from Shelby Township is a winner. $13,000. A dance mom, a single mom, and now she's able to help.

Speaker 3:
[160:27] A rich mom.

Speaker 2:
[160:28] Pay her mom. Well, you know what? Well, she's rich with love. I don't know if $13,000... Let's put it... She said that she's got a lot of bills that's going on. I always wonder sometimes, what will be the first thing you'll do with that? Like, are you the responsible one and pay for your daughter's dance? I found out it's really expensive. Thank God I didn't have a daughter.

Speaker 16:
[160:47] That was expensive.

Speaker 2:
[160:49] But she said that she needs that money and she's really, really blessed to have it. And honestly, we were so excited that DFCU Financial came to us with this. We're going to do Secret Sound again, so get ready for that. That will happen soon. Right now, we're paying your bills and giving you a chance to win. And this is no, you know, little bit of money. $1,000. This hour's word, you can still enter it and text it to or enter it on mojointhemorning.com is rich, R-I-C-H. You can enter rich, R-I-C-H, up on our website and then pick up the phone after you get a phone call from an out of area number. A lot of times you get those numbers and you're like, is this a spam call or something? Pick up the phone because that's how we tell you that you won. So this hour's word is rich. Right now, we're gonna give you Bruno Mars tickets. You know, Bruno's gonna be here in a month. At Ford Field, first show is sold out. I think the second show has just a few tickets. Text to win tickets, text LAZY, L-A-Z-Y to 95500, standard text and data rates to apply. Text LAZY to 95500, and you could be going to see Bruno Mars.

Speaker 20:
[162:06] In The Morning's Dirty on the 30.

Speaker 2:
[162:08] We'll get one last look at The Dirty today. Tomorrow, make sure that you're listening to the show because Kev will be back for the throwback throwdown. All my friends who are at the game, including my friends Anna and Lydia said that Kev did a great job at the game last night.

Speaker 16:
[162:21] I heard, I saw photos and videos, and what a night it was because the Pistons finally got a playoff's win.

Speaker 11:
[162:31] The home playoff victory for Detroit. They win it, 98-83, we're all even at one game.

Speaker 16:
[162:37] You said next game, matinee game on Saturday.

Speaker 2:
[162:40] Saturday in Orlando.

Speaker 16:
[162:41] Yeah, coach JB Bickerstaff after last night's game.

Speaker 22:
[162:44] It's Pistons basketball, and that's what it looks like. Like I said, we had one off night just to have a camera at a bad time. But I know what our guys are, and we trusted that they were going to come back tonight, be the best version of themselves at some point.

Speaker 2:
[162:59] Great job.

Speaker 16:
[163:01] British comedian Russell Brands under fire for revealing that he had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old when he was 30. He said the relationship was totally legal in the UK. It was absolutely consensual, but he admitted that fame gave him the level up, the influence, and believes he misused his celebrity to make this relationship happen. This admission is drawing a lot of attention because they come while he is fighting separate sexual assault and rape charges, remember, all of which he denies.

Speaker 3:
[163:33] Have you seen why it was coming up? Is it because of the charges that he's bringing this up or what made him just...

Speaker 16:
[163:39] That's a great question. I don't know. I just kept seeing the piece of the interview where he did admit to having that relationship.

Speaker 3:
[163:45] Yeah, I saw it too, but I'm like, why is he talking about this?

Speaker 2:
[163:48] That's crazy. The state of Michigan has stupid laws like that.

Speaker 16:
[163:53] I believe the age of consent is like 16 or 17.

Speaker 2:
[163:55] Yeah, like if a parent and child, but I think if the parent gives consent to a relationship, that could happen in our own state, which I think is insanity.

Speaker 16:
[164:06] I agree with you. So, tickets were just released for Harry Styles' Together Together Residency in New York City at Madison Square Garden, and Ticketmaster just released a statement saying they caught scalpers buying tickets. They took action with Harry and his team to get them back to fans at the original price. So they released this big statement saying, we understand that this markup impacts a lot of tours. Harry's residency was a huge target. So now what's happening, if you bought tickets, and I know a lot of people in our listening area did, if you bought them directly on Ticketmaster, you're not affected. But they're making sure now that 100% of the tickets to Harry's residency are under $130.

Speaker 3:
[164:55] Oh, I love that.

Speaker 16:
[164:56] That was the cap on the face value there. Yeah, speaking of tickets, sales for Post Malone and Jelly Roll's Big Ass Stadium Tour, part two, not doing that great. Some college football stadium dates are showing huge areas, huge blocks of unsold seats. In some cases, somebody told me, and I don't know what cities, some of these stadiums are 75% empty. They've only sold a quarter of the tickets available. What's going on? Post just toured in support of F1 Trillion, and some people think these stadiums are just too large for the current demand. There are a lot of shows happening from now until the end of the year as well.

Speaker 3:
[165:33] If I'm not mistaken, I think Jelly Roll was with Post for some of his tours.

Speaker 16:
[165:37] I saw him. I saw them together.

Speaker 3:
[165:39] I mean, I don't know why they need to do it again so soon.

Speaker 2:
[165:42] I just think that there's too many shows too, and people have too many options, and you're not going to all of them. You're going to pick one that you're going to go to.

Speaker 16:
[165:51] And lastly, the fight at Home Depot near Myers and 7 Mile. I saw the video of this going around from our friends over at Metro Detroit News on Instagram. Something, and I don't know what, went down between a group of men in the rakes and shovels and outdoor chairs aisle. An officer had to step in. Then multiple officers from precincts in the area responded to assist. I mean, one guy picked up like a rake or something and was going at the other one.

Speaker 14:
[166:21] The officer had minor injuries.

Speaker 4:
[166:22] Why did the cop not tase these people?

Speaker 16:
[166:25] I don't know. Three people ended up arrested. I want to know so badly what started this fight in Home Depot.

Speaker 3:
[166:31] Probably something dumb.

Speaker 2:
[166:34] I can't play the audio because these guys are all swearing and stuff, but they're like picking up, you know, pipes and stuff.

Speaker 3:
[166:39] Like these utensils that they're finding.

Speaker 16:
[166:41] Yeah, yep. All right, if you miss anything from today's show, you can go back and re-listen to the podcast on the free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 20:
[166:49] Miss something in the dirty on the 30? Listen on our podcast now at mojointhemorning.com.

Speaker 2:
[166:55] Hey Lydia, let's find some well-deserving moms while we take a break here that want to be part of our Mojo's mom makeover that we're going to be doing for Mother's Day. Six Salon is our good friend George's Place over in Detroit, Birmingham and Royal Oak. They're letting us go to the Detroit location, which is right down the street from our Detroit studios here and have a mommy makeover for everybody on the Friday before Mother's Day. So if you want to be part of this, 844-MOJO Live. Hey, Amanda, want to go get a nice beautiful mommy makeover on Friday before Mother's Day?

Speaker 9:
[168:10] I do.

Speaker 2:
[168:11] You're a winner. Congratulations to you.

Speaker 9:
[168:16] I'm so excited.

Speaker 2:
[168:18] How many kids do we have?

Speaker 9:
[168:21] Okay, so here we go. I don't know if you remember when I called, I was the widow that called, and then I got remarried, and my husband had the dream of my other husband. Do you guys remember? I do remember you.

Speaker 2:
[168:32] Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 9:
[168:34] Okay, so I just want to refresh. So I met mom.

Speaker 19:
[168:37] You have seven kids?

Speaker 9:
[168:39] So my husband, my current husband, he has five girls, and I have one boy and two girls.

Speaker 3:
[168:47] So we have eight together.

Speaker 2:
[168:49] Wow.

Speaker 24:
[168:50] I knew it was a lie.

Speaker 9:
[168:52] Yes, we are the Brady Bunch. However, they are older now, and our youngest one will be attending college in the fall.

Speaker 2:
[169:02] Amanda, you know what you just did? You committed that viral crime where husbands were walking up to their wives and videotaping them saying, this is me and my current wife. You just called your husband, my current husband. Meaning, there's going to be another husband coming your way.

Speaker 9:
[169:22] No.

Speaker 2:
[169:23] Yes?

Speaker 14:
[169:23] Don't say that, Mojo.

Speaker 2:
[169:24] That's what she just, that's what she said, Amanda's man. What is your name, sir?

Speaker 10:
[169:30] Scott.

Speaker 2:
[169:31] I'm looking out for you, Scott. She's planning on something happening to your guys' relationship, my friend.

Speaker 10:
[169:36] I'm not the cheater, I'm not the cheater.

Speaker 2:
[169:38] No.

Speaker 25:
[169:39] Hey, she's a good woman.

Speaker 12:
[169:40] She's a good woman and she deserves this.

Speaker 2:
[169:42] Okay, well, we're so excited. It's beautiful. Let's get her a mommy makeover. George and everybody over at Sixth Salon, downtown Detroit are going to help you out. Okay. We'll see ya.

Speaker 9:
[169:52] Oh my God.

Speaker 14:
[169:53] I thank you all.

Speaker 9:
[169:54] I bless all of you.

Speaker 3:
[169:55] I love you guys.

Speaker 2:
[169:56] I love you. And you and your current husband have a fantastic day. Okay.

Speaker 6:
[170:03] Bye.

Speaker 2:
[170:35] No, no, no.

Speaker 16:
[170:35] She will have the time away.

Speaker 2:
[170:36] She's gonna have the car ride down and back?

Speaker 16:
[170:38] It's fine.

Speaker 2:
[170:39] Can't she give the baby to grandma for like the day?

Speaker 16:
[170:41] What's the baby's name?

Speaker 24:
[170:43] Her name's Camila.

Speaker 16:
[170:45] Oh my God.

Speaker 3:
[170:46] Chloe and Camila. So cute.

Speaker 24:
[170:50] Chloe.

Speaker 16:
[170:50] Well, either way, we won't be happy to have you there, but bring the baby.

Speaker 2:
[170:53] How does it feel to have your first mother's day?

Speaker 24:
[170:56] I'm so excited. I love being a mom. I didn't think I was gonna like staying home and like being at home, but I absolutely love it.

Speaker 2:
[171:04] I'm excited for all these moms that are gonna get an opportunity to just have the world off of their shoulders for a morning and be able to hang out with us. And I promise you this, Chloe, I don't know where you go get your hair done or anything. You're gonna love the people at Sex. You're gonna love what they do.

Speaker 24:
[171:23] I'm so excited. I'm overdue to get my hair done, that's for sure.

Speaker 2:
[171:27] That's incredible. Hang on one second, okay?

Speaker 24:
[171:30] Okay, thank you.

Speaker 2:
[171:30] All right, more chances tomorrow morning with us here at In The Morning. All right, it is In The Morning. Anna Robb is a little dependent on something. So dependent, she wanted to bring it up on the air right now. What is that?

Speaker 3:
[171:45] Any guesses?

Speaker 2:
[171:49] Athletes.

Speaker 3:
[171:49] Oh, okay, that's enough. No more guesses. No more guesses. My phone, you guys. So yesterday, I totally broke my phone. It wasn't just a screen crack. It was the whole screen was messed up. I couldn't see anything, but it was still buzzing. You guys are part of the problem because our group chat was going crazy and I could see buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz. And I'm like, oh my gosh, what's going on? But yeah, it made me realize how much I really depend on this thing because literally every activity that I had to do, I wanted or needed my phone for it. For example, I have insurance through Verizon. Verizon's like, you have to go to this store in Royal Oak to get it fixed. I don't know how to get to the store in Royal Oak. I'm not good with directions. So then I'm pulling it up on my laptop and like trying to read them did not go well.

Speaker 2:
[172:42] You had your laptop out in your car?

Speaker 3:
[172:44] Yeah, it looked like a police officer. You know how they have those things up there? And it wasn't like, there wasn't wifi. So I was trying to read line by line, like turn right, turn left. It was very difficult, but quite literally everything. When I came to the store and he was like, okay, it's going to be 20 bucks. I wanted to tap to pay with my phone. Couldn't do that. Had to go out to the car and get my wallet. Like literally everything I needed to do, I could not do. And it almost like scared me. Like I feel like I should be able to live my life without it. But I don't know if I could.

Speaker 2:
[173:19] So this is very interesting because I've had this conversation with Chelsea. Chelsea is not about technology. And in our house, to get into our garage, our front door, to get into her car, all this stuff, we always use our phones, right? Or some semblance of technology, buttons to push and things. And we got burned a couple weeks ago when power went out because of a big storm that we had. And not a way to get in the house. So it's interesting that you bring this up with your phone because I think it's crazy that you don't have a credit card or a thing like that sometimes with you. And that you only use your phone for that. But then she thinks it's crazy that I won't carry a key with me. So I guess a lot of it is you get burned by technology.

Speaker 3:
[174:09] But it's almost like you don't have a choice. Like this is just the way the world is going. I felt so bad because there was an older man who also had broken his phone. And he was struggling so hard and he was trying to like communicate, to get into his phone, to be able to do it. Like I could tell he was struggling because there was a lack of like net, he doesn't use his phone enough. So there's two sides to it. But I don't think I could live, I truly don't, especially for what we do, like social media. I couldn't vlog it. I wanted to vlog it. I vlogged when my tire popped on Monday, but I couldn't vlog this one.

Speaker 2:
[174:46] It's funny, I truly feel like I can't leave the house without my phone.

Speaker 16:
[174:50] Oh, same.

Speaker 2:
[174:51] Like I truly feel like I could be fine with anything else. I don't necessarily think that I need to have like my driver's license and things, even though you should probably carry your driver's license with you, but I got a driver's license picture on my phone.

Speaker 16:
[175:02] Same, I do that, yes.

Speaker 2:
[175:03] If you get pulled over by a cop and you don't have your driver's license, but you have the picture on your phone, is that valid or no?

Speaker 3:
[175:09] I feel like Kevknows has done that before.

Speaker 16:
[175:10] I think it depends on how nice the cop is.

Speaker 2:
[175:12] Like will they allow that?

Speaker 16:
[175:13] You can get all the same information from it.

Speaker 2:
[175:16] I wonder if you get a ticket for not carrying that. Like I carry, like I have my insurance card in my phone too.

Speaker 16:
[175:22] Me too. Yeah, mine is an app, on an app.

Speaker 3:
[175:24] Exactly, everything's an app.

Speaker 2:
[175:26] Yeah, 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Anybody like this where you're so dependent on a phone? And then the other thing too, and I know this is gonna be really weird to ask this, does anybody not have a phone? Like are there, do you know anybody that does not have a cell phone? Any adult person that does not have a cell phone? Or call us about a person?

Speaker 16:
[175:47] No. Even my grandma, she was in her 80s, had a cell phone.

Speaker 3:
[175:51] Pops has a flip phone, but he's never sent a text in his life, or used the phone for anything besides a phone call.

Speaker 16:
[175:59] You know who doesn't have a cell phone is, I mean, of course I'm gonna talk about a celebrity, but is Ed Sheeran.

Speaker 2:
[176:04] That's what I was gonna say, is that there are people like Ed Sheeran that don't, and then they're honestly, I hate to say it. Can you say the word, can you say hippie? What? Is that a bad word to say?

Speaker 16:
[176:13] What?

Speaker 2:
[176:13] Nowadays, all these words, sometimes you find out that they're bad.

Speaker 16:
[176:15] I don't know what word you said.

Speaker 3:
[176:16] I don't know what he said.

Speaker 16:
[176:17] Hippie. I think that's fine.

Speaker 2:
[176:18] It's okay to say? That's not like all of a sudden saying a bad word? Okay.

Speaker 16:
[176:22] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[176:22] There are like some hippie people, there's some people that are like some, you know, I love that you were like, can you say hippie?

Speaker 10:
[176:29] I know, I've heard.

Speaker 2:
[176:31] Like there's people that like to live on the earth.

Speaker 16:
[176:32] I always say they're crunchy.

Speaker 2:
[176:33] Crunchy's gotta be canceled, right? They can't say crunchy anymore, can they?

Speaker 13:
[176:37] I would say hippie over crunchy.

Speaker 16:
[176:38] I always say crunchy all the time.

Speaker 2:
[176:40] Well, can you know anybody? Like those, I could see them. Oh, the radiation.

Speaker 3:
[176:45] I could see that too.

Speaker 2:
[176:46] No, Zach's speaking of it. Go ahead.

Speaker 1:
[176:48] Really quick, sorry. I went to a concert a couple weeks ago and I was gonna bring this up as a topic, but I saw a guy with a flip phone.

Speaker 3:
[176:55] Recording?

Speaker 2:
[176:56] That's a concert.

Speaker 16:
[176:57] I'm like, that's crazy.

Speaker 2:
[176:58] Flip phones could record?

Speaker 16:
[177:00] So he might be more advanced than all of us. And the reason I say that is I keep reading all of these articles that the younger generations, I don't even know what they are now. Like what Gen Z, Gen A, I think you're Gen A, are not gonna be super into the amount of technology we have. They wanna dial it back a little bit. So some people are saying the smartphones give them massive anxiety with everything on them. So they would prefer to have a simple flip phone where you could just call people.

Speaker 2:
[177:28] Interesting.

Speaker 16:
[177:28] And that's it. So that's actually like a thing now.

Speaker 1:
[177:30] You're running out of storage. I can't even imagine.

Speaker 2:
[177:34] Actually, the coolest thing is when I see people with a flip phone or when I see people with the old brick phones. I want the bag phone back. You don't remember that at all. They used to, back in the day when phones first came out, you can't, they were in a bag. So they had like a little bag and you'd carry it on your shoulder, like a purse, and you'd walk around and it had, look, Google bag phone.

Speaker 1:
[177:59] That's crazy.

Speaker 2:
[178:00] And it would be a little bag phone.

Speaker 3:
[178:02] That was the first, they said 80s.

Speaker 2:
[178:03] Yeah. And then the old fashioned car phone where the phone was just in your car and you would grab it like, my mom had that.

Speaker 16:
[178:11] They had like a vinyl cover on it or something.

Speaker 2:
[178:13] Those things were the deal, man. If you had one of those, you were rich. You had one of those, you had a Lincoln LTD or whatever it was. Anybody that drove a Lincoln back in the day, man, they were rich. What's up, Antonio?

Speaker 5:
[178:26] What's up?

Speaker 2:
[178:27] How you doing, man?

Speaker 5:
[178:30] Just driving, man. I feel where Anna is coming from. I do non-emergency medical transportation, so I travel all over the state of Ohio. If my phone broke right now, I would probably get fired and my boss would really hate me.

Speaker 3:
[178:42] You would be lost. You need a map.

Speaker 2:
[178:44] Can you not get from point A to point B without putting it in your Google Maps?

Speaker 1:
[178:49] I mean, I can't either.

Speaker 3:
[178:51] I had to go the long way because I had to take the only roads I knew.

Speaker 2:
[178:55] Somebody asked me the other day, they said, how long does it take you to get to and from work? And I said, I gotta be honest with you, it depends on the day, but I have to see my Google Maps. I do Google Maps. I do Waze or Google Maps every single day when I first wake up in the morning to make sure there's no accidents out on the road because I am at least a 40 minute ride, 45 minute ride from work. And I just wanna make sure there's no closures or stuff. But when I go to and from, like if I go from my house to the party store up the street to go get myself a little booze, I actually will use my... You still use it. Because I don't wanna go down a road and all of a sudden happen upon a closing or something. Or a cop. Or a cop, I use it for the cop stuff too. Antonio, thank you for the call buddy. Yeah, thank you guys. Did you see the bag phone?

Speaker 3:
[179:46] I did, it was cool.

Speaker 2:
[179:47] Would you carry one of those?

Speaker 3:
[179:49] Maybe if Louis made one, Louis Vuitton.

Speaker 2:
[179:55] What's up, Anne?

Speaker 10:
[179:58] Hey Mojo, hi everybody. Good morning. I have, good morning. I have the original black bag with the phone, the Motoroma, came out in the late 80s.

Speaker 2:
[180:10] What did you call it?

Speaker 10:
[180:11] That was the first.

Speaker 2:
[180:12] A Motoroma?

Speaker 10:
[180:13] Motoroma, or Motoroma. Yeah, and I still have it. I wonder if it's worth anything now. It's so funny. But you know, with the phones today, I have my phone, I have other apps like we all do, but you know, I find sometimes when I leave the house, I will be running out, I don't have my phone. And you know, I'm like, that's okay. You know, I don't need my phone. And you're right about the anxiety. It's like, if something happened, what did we do 30 years ago?

Speaker 2:
[180:46] Can I tell you, again, the life was so much easier. Our kids are so messed out. The idea that we, the way that we got to know that our parents wanted us was our dads whistled. You know what I mean? Like the idea that when the streetlights came on, that's when we came home. You know what I mean? And that we weren't at home playing video games all day. And there was like two video games.

Speaker 1:
[181:10] Which ones?

Speaker 2:
[181:11] Super Mario, Donkey Kong. For us, it was, what is it? Donkey Kong was one of them. And then, what's the one, Asteroids?

Speaker 1:
[181:20] Oh, were you around when dinosaurs were around?

Speaker 2:
[181:23] So you know what? You can know what there was. You know what there was around back then? A fist in a face. What's going on, Tani? How you doing? Is it Tani or Tani?

Speaker 18:
[181:38] Tani.

Speaker 2:
[181:39] Hi Tani, what's up?

Speaker 18:
[181:41] Hey, I was just calling. I don't necessarily feel lost without my phone, but it does give you anxiety. And I also wanted to go back to when you said something about the car phones. And that is very true. Both my parents had a Mark 7 and a Lincoln Town car.

Speaker 16:
[181:59] And they had the Motoromas?

Speaker 10:
[182:03] Yeah, and my mom got on me.

Speaker 18:
[182:05] I would call everybody and she was like, don't you know that they charge for that?

Speaker 23:
[182:10] Yes.

Speaker 2:
[182:11] Well, that's the other thing, too, is we all do the whole standard text and data rates to apply. I don't know anybody that doesn't.

Speaker 16:
[182:18] But remember when you bought a certain set of minutes and then you had nights and weekends. Oh, it's crazy.

Speaker 2:
[182:24] Do you remember when you would call an out of area code number, like a long distance number, and it cost crazy. What's up, Tiffany? How are you doing?

Speaker 25:
[182:33] Hi, how are you?

Speaker 10:
[182:34] Good.

Speaker 2:
[182:34] What's going on?

Speaker 10:
[182:36] If I was just telling you about the phone thing. So my husband still has a flip phone and a personal phone. Yeah. Well, because his work phone is a smartphone. So why pay for data when it gets it for free?

Speaker 15:
[182:49] Oh, OK.

Speaker 2:
[182:51] OK.

Speaker 16:
[182:53] Everything is on this thing.

Speaker 2:
[182:55] Does your husband also make love to you old school style, too?

Speaker 12:
[183:00] All the styles.

Speaker 5:
[183:02] All the styles.

Speaker 2:
[183:04] I love it, Tiffany.

Speaker 1:
[183:05] Dinosaur style.

Speaker 2:
[183:10] What's going on, Sherry? How are you doing?

Speaker 25:
[183:13] I'm good. How are you?

Speaker 2:
[183:14] We're good. What's going on?

Speaker 25:
[183:17] So I lost my phone in Mexico in the ocean last week.

Speaker 2:
[183:20] Oh, no.

Speaker 25:
[183:21] Oh, my God. I'm on vacation.

Speaker 2:
[183:23] You're on vacation and you lost your phone. If I lost my phone on vacation, I wouldn't know how to get home.

Speaker 16:
[183:27] Oh, my God. Me neither. Everything's on there. Your tickets. Everything.

Speaker 3:
[183:32] How long did you go without it?

Speaker 25:
[183:34] Well, I lost it on Thursday or Tuesday, and then Wednesday we left. So I had a five-hour layover in Atlanta with no phone. But once I got to the state, I could text my daughter on my iPhone watch.

Speaker 12:
[183:47] Oh, at least I had that.

Speaker 16:
[183:48] Oh, thank God.

Speaker 2:
[183:50] I, if I'm, first off, I am out of the country. I'm in Mexico, which, you know, who knows what's going on. Where part of Mexico were you in?

Speaker 25:
[183:58] I think Cancun.

Speaker 9:
[183:59] I actually went to Punta Thor.

Speaker 2:
[184:01] Yeah, yeah. I would, oh, I'd be freaking out the whole time.

Speaker 3:
[184:03] Boarding passes and everything.

Speaker 2:
[184:04] Wow. You're lucky. That would give me total anxiety and diarrhea.

Speaker 24:
[184:10] Yeah, it was horrible.

Speaker 2:
[184:11] And also, can I also say this to you? You know where the place is where I get the most anxiety, Sherry? If I don't have my phone?

Speaker 24:
[184:19] Where?

Speaker 2:
[184:20] The bathroom when I'm pooping. If I'm in the bathroom pooping, I don't know what to do.

Speaker 3:
[184:25] Find a magazine.

Speaker 15:
[184:27] Oh my gosh, I'm reading literally.

Speaker 2:
[184:30] Oh, it's horrible. All right, it is In The Morning. We got pay your bills coming up here in just a little bit. It's In The Morning show. I didn't even know people do this until Shannon mentioned this about her friend. And then Lydia spoke up and said she does it too. Do you have a list? What's up?

Speaker 16:
[185:06] So I, I know Lydia does, which is funny that we're talking about this because she could speak from her personal experience, but I know a guy who has a list of 55 qualities. The girl he's looking for must have 55 qualities. And I understand having a few things that are non-negotiables for you. Like for me, I wanted to make sure that the person that I ended up with, you know, shared the same faith as me and was cool that I had kids. And like, there are obviously those really big things, but 55, I said to him, you are never gonna find anybody that can check the box of 55 things.

Speaker 3:
[185:50] I don't even think he'll come close.

Speaker 2:
[185:53] There has to be a point where you sit there with 55 qualities and say, if she has maybe-

Speaker 16:
[185:57] The majority of them, I'm sure, but no. They are all non-negotiables for him.

Speaker 2:
[186:01] Do you know some of the things that are on the 55 list?

Speaker 16:
[186:05] Yeah, and some of them, okay, I'm trying to think, cause I just saw him the other day. One of them was, she has to be an immigrant. Like he or her family, her parents have to be immigrants.

Speaker 3:
[186:16] Is he an immigrant?

Speaker 16:
[186:18] No, it's more so about like, I don't even know. He gave me like a whole story about why that was important to him. There was a faith piece on there.

Speaker 2:
[186:26] Do they have to have the same faith?

Speaker 16:
[186:28] There were, have to have the same faith. There were different things on there too. Like obviously there were some aesthetic ones of what he likes.

Speaker 2:
[186:38] She's got to have 36 Ds.

Speaker 16:
[186:40] No, boob size was not on there. I'm sure of that. There was one on there about basically being spontaneous, being down for anything, not needing to stay in and go to bed early on a work night. God, I wish I would have written some of them down.

Speaker 2:
[186:56] Those are wild.

Speaker 3:
[186:56] When it comes to personality attributes, I feel like some of them kind of go together. Sometimes, like usually if someone's like a really active person, they might enjoy going to sports games. Let's say that's something they wanted.

Speaker 13:
[187:08] For sure.

Speaker 16:
[187:09] And this guy, by the way, very normal, very successful, good-looking guy, like would be a catch, but there's a lot of boxes you have to take off if you're interested.

Speaker 2:
[187:20] Lydia, what is on your list that you can share with the listeners of things that must have?

Speaker 13:
[187:25] Must be taller than me, must have hair, because I've dated a lot of guys who don't, must have the same faith and political views as I do, and then also has a good mom. I think that that's most important.

Speaker 2:
[187:38] A good relationship with mom probably, right?

Speaker 3:
[187:40] I feel like that's a solid five things.

Speaker 2:
[187:43] Can I throw out something real quick? What happens if he is with you with hair and then loses his hair? Are you leaving him once he loses his hair?

Speaker 13:
[187:51] Maybe.

Speaker 2:
[187:52] No, that's that one. You're not gonna do that.

Speaker 13:
[187:54] I would become unattracted to a guy, I think, over time. Sorry, oh my gosh, I know that sounds so terrible. Yep, shallow. I probably would lose attraction, but maybe not. Maybe not. I just don't like the guys that have like a bald spot in the back of their head.

Speaker 16:
[188:09] Or like a tuft of hair that they're hanging on to for dear life.

Speaker 13:
[188:12] Yeah, so maybe if they were to just lose all of it, that would be better than just keeping strands.

Speaker 2:
[188:18] See, I will tell you. I will tell you that this to me seems like a thing more women would probably do than men, but Shannon's guy is doing this with 55 things that come up to play. To me, the only thing that I would want to look at is I would like us to have the same faith, but I would be open minded to whatever their faith was as long as their faith respected my faith. You know what I mean?

Speaker 3:
[188:44] Yeah, I can't do it. Respect.

Speaker 2:
[188:45] Like if there was kind of like, hey, you know what? Because I know some people, I actually have a friend of mine, has probably one of the best marriages ever. He is Catholic, he's a Christian guy and his wife is Jehovah's Witness. You would never think that that would work together. And they work together. And actually the kids, believe it or not, do both things. As weird as that would be because Jehovah's Witnesses and...

Speaker 16:
[189:05] That's, yeah. I have several friends that, you know, the husband or wife is Jewish and the other one is like Catholic, you know, and they just celebrate all of the holidays. But yeah.

Speaker 2:
[189:16] Yeah. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. I think my wife wishes she had a list like this. I think she probably looks at this and goes, if I could have come up with a list of what you want, I, you know, like, this is what I would want. And I'd be like, oh, I don't have that.

Speaker 16:
[189:33] If you have a list, if you're single and dating, I want to know what the, not weirdest thing is, but what is something that's on yours that maybe we would think is interesting.

Speaker 2:
[189:43] All right, here's a question for you. So, yeah, you had been in a marriage before you are now in a marriage with Wes. Did you start looking at when you started going, and this is what I'm gonna start dating again, did you start looking at, okay, this is what I want? And did you, if you did do that, did you say, this is what I had with the first guy, and this is what I also had with the first guy that I don't want again? Like, did you ever do that at all?

Speaker 16:
[190:13] Well, yeah. I mean, yeah, was I looking for different things than I was looking for the first time around? Absolutely. And one of the biggest things was that I needed somebody who understood my desire for independence, because that was something that I found after I got divorced. I used to be very codependent, I think, in every relationship that I was in starting in high school. And then when I got divorced, I really wanted to work on myself. And I think I did a good job of that. And I realized I liked being by myself. I liked having my own life and doing my own things with my own friends. And not that I didn't want to find somebody that wanted to do a lot of things together and create a group of friends together, but I needed somebody who respected my need for independence. And that was a big one for me. Because a lot of guys don't like that. They want somebody who really depends on them. And that is not me.

Speaker 2:
[191:08] 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Text is 95500. I like the text here that says, this just seems exhausting to have a list like that.

Speaker 16:
[191:20] 55 things.

Speaker 2:
[191:21] What's going on? Actually, I think it was Jake that sent that text. What's up, Jake? Hi.

Speaker 5:
[191:27] Hey, hey, can you hear me?

Speaker 2:
[191:29] Yeah, what's going on? You think this would be exhausting?

Speaker 5:
[191:34] I think I've been trying to keep up with these words for years and it's exhausting.

Speaker 2:
[191:39] What kind of phone are you on, Jake? Jake, speak into the phone. You got a lot of wind noise.

Speaker 5:
[191:46] Can you hear me better now?

Speaker 2:
[191:47] Yeah, that's better, way better. Go ahead.

Speaker 5:
[191:49] Okay, sorry. These lists are exhausting, man. I've been dating and trying to date for a couple of years and girls have these lists too and it's just like trying to keep up with being taller and being educated and having money and all these other things. It's like it's a list that you sometimes can never live up to.

Speaker 2:
[192:11] That's a great point. Get to know the person and maybe what you're wanting, and this is something for Lydia to say this, maybe if you look past the things that are on that list, you may actually realize that you're looking for the wrong person on that list. I mean, I will say this to you. If you look at, my wife and I have talked about this on our podcast. If you look at what both of us looked for in a partner, it was not each other. And then eventually, it became each other. And I think the biggest thing that she looked in at me, and she actually said this to me one time during one of the podcasts, is that she wanted to have somebody that she knew was gonna be good to her children and good to her family. And listen, I looked at the way that I looked at that time, and I wasn't the greatest looking guy. I did have a full head of hair though, Lydia. But I do think that sometimes you miss out by looking at a list, you know what I mean? Like if you were to hire for a job and say this person has to have this, this, this and this, you may miss out on the talent of what particular person comes in for a job interview.

Speaker 3:
[193:24] I think it's smart to have like a few, like three non-negotiables. Like Lydia's faith is so big to her, for example. So I think that is something like, that makes total sense to be on a list.

Speaker 2:
[193:34] But if you are truly a Christian, one of the things that you do is you can bring somebody to your faith, and that's a big deal. Shawna, what's going on?

Speaker 15:
[193:42] Hi, how are we doing, guys?

Speaker 2:
[193:44] Good morning. We're good, Shawna. What did you want to say about the lists?

Speaker 15:
[193:48] So my number one thing is that you have to be available to bake cookies several times a week.

Speaker 2:
[193:55] Okay, now. What?

Speaker 16:
[193:57] Has that ever been an issue for you?

Speaker 15:
[194:00] I mean, it's not for me, but it seems to be for everybody. That's what I mean.

Speaker 16:
[194:07] Really?

Speaker 10:
[194:08] You're talking about sex.

Speaker 3:
[194:10] So you've never met Kevkn Irwin the second?

Speaker 2:
[194:11] So you have to be able to be available for baking cookies. Now that's a list that I think majority of guys will sign up for. What's up, Jalen? How you doing?

Speaker 5:
[194:21] Hey, pretty good. How's it going?

Speaker 2:
[194:23] Good. What's on your list, Jalen?

Speaker 5:
[194:25] Well, they have to be clean. I can't date a flop. I dated before and yeah, I can't date anybody. That's messy.

Speaker 2:
[194:32] Can I tell you? I thought about this. My wife is the cleanest human being in the world and I am probably one of the dirtiest. If I wasn't with my wife, could you imagine how dirty life would be? Like I think that's a good point. Like you got to be clean, right?

Speaker 5:
[194:48] Yeah, because you're going to have somebody who's always doing the cleaning. That's kind of unfair that one person always cleaning and somebody just making the mess.

Speaker 2:
[194:55] Quiet. Hold on a second.

Speaker 5:
[194:56] All right.

Speaker 2:
[194:56] I'm in trouble. Jacob, hi. What's on your list, Jacob?

Speaker 5:
[195:01] How's it going Mojo? First time, long time.

Speaker 11:
[195:03] Hey, Jacob on the phone.

Speaker 2:
[195:06] First time, long time can get exhausting, can't they?

Speaker 3:
[195:09] Yes.

Speaker 2:
[195:10] But it's good. We got a lot of them today.

Speaker 3:
[195:11] I'm writing them all down.

Speaker 2:
[195:12] What's on your list, Jacob?

Speaker 17:
[195:15] They got to have cute feet.

Speaker 2:
[195:16] Oh, really?

Speaker 16:
[195:18] So do you, on a first date or before a first date, do you ask to see a photo of their feet or their feet in person?

Speaker 18:
[195:25] Not on the first date.

Speaker 2:
[195:26] That would be weird.

Speaker 17:
[195:27] Like the first couple of dates, yeah.

Speaker 12:
[195:29] But if they got cute feet, then I'm in.

Speaker 16:
[195:31] I'd be so cute.

Speaker 2:
[195:33] If you notice they don't call you back afterwards, I'd probably wait a few more dates before you look at their feet, or at least look at them live instead of asking for pictures. That would be a weird one. Jessica, what's up, Jessica? How you doing?

Speaker 18:
[195:48] It's not that weird, but a must for me is that they must be taller than me because I'm six foot.

Speaker 2:
[195:53] Oh my gosh.

Speaker 9:
[195:56] And I want to look up at my man like all the short queens do.

Speaker 2:
[195:59] Yeah.

Speaker 18:
[196:01] I get it.

Speaker 2:
[196:01] Wait, Jessica, how will it be with heels on? If you're six foot without heels, what are you with heels?

Speaker 23:
[196:10] I don't really wear heels.

Speaker 2:
[196:12] Oh my gosh, okay.

Speaker 18:
[196:13] But if I were to wear heels, it would depend on like what height heel I was wearing. You know, I could go up to like six four.

Speaker 2:
[196:22] Do you play in the WNBA and do you know Caitlin Clark?

Speaker 18:
[196:27] I don't.

Speaker 2:
[196:28] Can I tell you though, tall women are beautiful in heels. You ever see a really tall woman with legs for days? Yeah. You got great legs?

Speaker 9:
[196:38] Kind of, I think so.

Speaker 2:
[196:40] We have any tall dudes looking for a beautiful tall woman?

Speaker 3:
[196:45] D1 babies.

Speaker 2:
[196:46] By the way, what do they call, if they call, is it a tall drink of water? Isn't that what it's called? Are you a tall drink of water? Jessica, have you ever been called that?

Speaker 10:
[196:55] Uh, yes.

Speaker 2:
[196:56] Oh my gosh. All right. The War of the Roses guy rubbed off on me today. All right. Have a great morning. We'll talk to you later. Grandpa David.

Speaker 25:
[197:04] You too. Bye.

Speaker 2:
[197:05] Bye.

Speaker 20:
[197:06] In The Morning has a shot for you to win $1,000 now. Here, your bills is on.

Speaker 2:
[197:11] Here's a word that is worth $1,000, and it's a great one. It's called cash. Go enter cash on mojointhemorning.com. Smart man, by the way. The next topic is very dirty, Kev, or Tony. Next one is a bad one. I'm serious. I was going to ask you. I asked you if it was okay. It's take your kids to work day. And Emily was in studio.

Speaker 16:
[197:32] Our boss's daughter has been in studio.

Speaker 2:
[197:34] Tony Travato's daughter. The word is cash. Enter cash on our website under the cash contest, mojointhemorning.com. In The Morning and our Pays Your Bills.

Speaker 20:
[197:46] In The Morning. Online.

Speaker 21:
[197:48] mojointhemorning.com.

Speaker 20:
[197:53] The subscription fees are out of freaking control. Not Mojo. He's free.

Speaker 2:
[198:13] Let's take your kid to work day today or as Shannon says, no.

Speaker 21:
[198:18] I know.

Speaker 16:
[198:19] Smith was bugging me so bad. I didn't even know it was today and he got in the car from school and he was like, Mom, can I come to work with you tomorrow? Let's take your son or daughter to work day. I was like, it is. I didn't know that.

Speaker 2:
[198:29] Do you feel horrible seeing that you have Drew here in studio, who is the son of Jen, one of our expert account representatives here, the sales lady extraordinaire?

Speaker 16:
[198:42] I really do feel bad because I told him, I'm like, Smith, you don't want to wake up at 3.30 and spend the whole day.

Speaker 3:
[198:47] Please bring him in sometime, though. I think he would be hilarious.

Speaker 16:
[198:52] That's the problem. He would see a microphone and that would be the end of it.

Speaker 2:
[198:57] He probably would honestly have a ton of fun and he'd be a huge help, probably a bigger help than honestly anybody else that we've ever. But no offense, Bianca. Actually, you know what I used to love when I bring the boys in and the boys would not hang out with me, they would hang out with the guys at the other radio stations. I'll give this as an example. Back in the day, Jacob loved hanging out with Foolish, who worked next door with Mr. Chase Coco and Foolish. Foolish, Foolish, man. We'd sit there and we'd talk to Jacob about comedy and goofiness and all that stuff. And honestly, he was a lot of fun for him. Could you imagine him hanging out next door with Josh and us?

Speaker 16:
[199:39] He would love it.

Speaker 2:
[199:40] Oh, he'd go crazy. Drew, you're a young guy that likes to play baseball, I understand. Where do you go to school? Right up to the microphone. Where do you go to school in Toledo there?

Speaker 15:
[199:51] I go to school at Christ the King.

Speaker 2:
[199:53] All right. I like it. And what grade are you?

Speaker 19:
[199:56] I'm in seventh grade.

Speaker 2:
[199:58] So you're a big middle schooler, huh?

Speaker 19:
[200:00] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[200:00] Where are you going to go to high school? Notre Dame or where do you go?

Speaker 23:
[200:02] Probably Christ the, or Central.

Speaker 2:
[200:05] Central. Okay. All right. Tell me a little bit about your mom. Anything that your mom has said negatively about In The Morning? Has she said anything like those guys are prima donnas, they're a pain in the butt? Any of that stuff?

Speaker 1:
[200:17] Probably, probably nothing much, honestly.

Speaker 2:
[200:20] No, she doesn't.

Speaker 16:
[200:21] You're a good son.

Speaker 2:
[200:22] I understand that you said that you have listened to us on Kiss because your dad is a big fan.

Speaker 20:
[200:28] Oh, yeah.

Speaker 4:
[200:29] What does dad do for a living?

Speaker 2:
[200:30] What's he got?

Speaker 25:
[200:31] I think he sells buildings to like doctors and dentists.

Speaker 20:
[200:34] Oh, wow. Stop this.

Speaker 1:
[200:35] Big, like big buildings like stuff.

Speaker 2:
[200:37] He sells buildings and things. Man, oh, man. Is he rolling in the dough? Is he making some big bucks? Is he really? He's a rich guy.

Speaker 3:
[200:43] That one is.

Speaker 2:
[200:44] Here's what I'd like you to do, Drew. I'm going to share with you my cell phone number. I would like you to find your dad's wallet, grab his credit card and send me all the numbers, including the three digits on the back. Okay. All right. Just do that for me. And if you do that for me, don't tell.

Speaker 16:
[200:58] Four on the front if it's an Amex.

Speaker 2:
[200:59] Oh, yeah. Because, okay. Yeah. Drew, anybody you want to say hi to in Toledo that could be listening to us right now?

Speaker 15:
[201:05] Hi, anyone at school, at CK.

Speaker 20:
[201:08] Hi, all of my family.

Speaker 15:
[201:10] I think that's about it. Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[201:11] And you got to do the big one. If you have anything that you would like to advertise on In The Morning, who do they call?

Speaker 1:
[201:20] Raising Canes.

Speaker 2:
[201:21] No, no, no. Who do you call?

Speaker 4:
[201:23] See, your mom just punched you.

Speaker 2:
[201:25] Who do you call? What's your mom's name?

Speaker 12:
[201:27] 619-3612, Jennifer Fisher.

Speaker 2:
[201:30] Jennifer Fisher. You call Jennifer Fisher, iHeartMedia, or email me, mojoatihartmedia.com, and I will pass that along to you, Jen, and make sure that you get that. What a guy, huh?

Speaker 16:
[201:44] Love it. I hope you have...

Speaker 2:
[201:45] Does your mom hit you that much all the time? You need help, let us know. What are you going to say?

Speaker 16:
[201:49] I'm going to say, I hope he has a fun rest of the day hanging out here. It looks pretty quiet out there.

Speaker 2:
[201:53] What is... are you going on a sales call today or are you doing something... Are you taking them somewhere fun for lunch? Yes.

Speaker 23:
[202:00] Bubba's is treating us for lunch. Bubba's.

Speaker 2:
[202:02] Okay. All right, very cool. Drew's a good looking guy, man. What's the name of the baseball team that you play on that's playing later today?

Speaker 8:
[202:09] Perrysburg Riverdogs.

Speaker 2:
[202:10] Perrysburg Riverdogs. Who are you guys playing today?

Speaker 15:
[202:13] Oh, the Quarry Dogs.

Speaker 2:
[202:14] Boo, Quarry Dogs. All right. Have a great day, you guys. Did you guys have fun today? We had a fun show.

Speaker 1:
[202:20] Thank you guys.

Speaker 16:
[202:21] I'm excited. It's Friday.

Speaker 1:
[202:22] We gave away...

Speaker 16:
[202:23] Tomorrow.

Speaker 3:
[202:24] Yes.

Speaker 2:
[202:24] So, Maya Joma, I believe her name was. From Shelby. $13,000 Secret Sound. Tomorrow, Chris Brown, Usher, Morgan Wallin, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars tickets. We'll see you. Throwback Throwdown 2. Who's gonna win? Who won last week? Or no one. All right, we'll play again tomorrow.

Speaker 4:
[202:45] 20 plus years of idiocy and still going in Detroit, Toledo and West Michigan.

Speaker 24:
[202:51] It's In The Morning.
