Once Upon a Time at Secrets Part 1: Drag Shows, Day Drinking and Disney Vibes | Episode 241
In part one of this special recap episode of The Swing Nation Podcast, Dan and Lacy take listeners inside the Swinger Society takeover at Secrets Hideaway Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. With a playful “Once Upon a Time” theme that brought plenty of Disney-inspired fun to the weekend, they kick things off by sharing what it was like arriving at Secrets, catching the Tuesday night drag show, and ending the night with a little sexy exhibitionism back in their room. From there, the adventure only gets wilder — with too many daytime drinks on Wednesday, a few blurry run-ins with some major lifestyle names, and plenty of chaos once friends start rolling in. Between Dan DJing the parties and Lacy running around with her girls, the weekend quickly turns into exactly the kind of unforgettable, messy, and hilarious lifestyle getaway you’d expect. Tune in now to hear all the fun, funny, and scandalous moments from part one of their Secrets Hideaway adventure.

Speaker 2:
[00:22] Welcome to The Swing Nation Podcast, a podcast by swingers for swingers, where we look to educate others and push back on the negative stigmas and misconceptions associated with our lifestyle. Come with us and share our pineapple journey as we travel the globe, interview the act first, learn and grow together, join the nation. Hey there, Pineapple People, and welcome to The Swing Nation Podcast. We are your hosts, Northern Guy.

Speaker 1:
[00:52] And Southern Girl.

Speaker 2:
[00:53] And we are back with another full length episode of The Swing Nation Podcast.

Speaker 1:
[00:59] We are.

Speaker 2:
[01:00] And today, we're gonna take you on a little journey down to Kissimmee, Florida for our Swinger Society takeover of Secrets Hideaway Resort, of which we just got back from like two days ago.

Speaker 1:
[01:15] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[01:16] So it's fresh.

Speaker 1:
[01:17] It's very fresh. We're still sleep deprived. Our suitcases are not unpacked. Trailer is not unpacked. But here we are.

Speaker 2:
[01:27] Here we are.

Speaker 1:
[01:28] All right.

Speaker 2:
[01:29] So we left our houses and headed for Florida on Monday.

Speaker 1:
[01:36] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[01:37] On Monday.

Speaker 1:
[01:38] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[01:38] And we drove halfway down.

Speaker 1:
[01:40] Yeah. Originally, we go back and forth if we drive it like over two hours or I mean, over two days or over one. You're back. You know, we're not getting any younger. Your back is a little fucked up. We used to do it in one day all the time. And we lately we've tried really hard to try to separate it. It's about a nine hour drive. And then you have to take into account the trailer. So like we can't ride through or drive through, you know, everything's just a little bit more difficult with the trailer.

Speaker 2:
[02:12] No, a hundred percent. So through this trip, we decided to break it into two parts. So we left Monday, got about, I don't know, halfway, probably a little over halfway.

Speaker 1:
[02:22] Actually, I think we, we have like six hours left on Tuesday. So we, and we didn't leave until like seven o'clock our time. We, it was pretty late leaving, you know, as far as like getting on the road. And I think we drove to probably midnight, would you say?

Speaker 2:
[02:38] Yeah, something like that.

Speaker 1:
[02:39] Like on the other side of Atlanta, you know, kind of got all the way through Atlanta and a little bit further and checked into a hotel. Just literally went in Dr. Baggs, went to sleep.

Speaker 2:
[02:51] Yeah, then slept in.

Speaker 1:
[02:52] Yeah, we slept in, because you know, we're night owls. We're not in any huge hurry. Really, our goal is to just be there on Tuesday. Not necessarily to do anything if we make it in time and we can, great. If we don't, it's not the end of the world. So, we got there about, so we got up about 10, got out of our room and back on the road about 11, and ended up getting to Secrets about six.

Speaker 2:
[03:17] Yes, correct. And so, Tuesday nights at Secrets is the drag show. So, it's like pride night, but they do the drag show every weekend and they do that in the club. So, I think me and you actually got in, we parked the trailer, we kind of unloaded our stuff. We realized there was a little miscommunication between our staff and the front desk about which day we were getting in. So, we actually didn't get our room. So, we had to stay in a different room. So, we really just took our suitcases that we needed for the night into that room.

Speaker 1:
[03:49] Bare minimum unpacking. We just unzipped our suitcases because there's no... Even though they got us next door, so we were very close. So, it wasn't a lot to move everything over. We just kind of left the bulk of our stuff in our room, which we can't really blame Seekers for that. I think that was actually... We didn't communicate what day we were going to get there, so that was our mistake. So, yeah, so we got into that room, unloaded just a little bit of stuff, and then immediately we were hungry because we didn't really have lunch or anything. So, we went to the Italian Place, which we love. I even vlogged it, so if you follow me on TikTok, you can kind of see... Because we get questions a lot about like where exactly is the Italian Place, like how do y'all get there? Because we talk about it every time we go to Secrets, and so we were able to kind of do that. It was great. I mean, we ate way too much. Should have brought our leftovers back, but didn't. It was like if you are going to Secrets Hideaway, I highly recommend going to the Italian Place. It's like next door. So good. The staff is wonderful. It's awesome.

Speaker 2:
[04:56] Yes, agreed. Okay, so then we came back and we headed out to the bar. We actually got to sit down and talk a little bit with, if you've listened to previous episodes, we did an episode with a former preacher and him and his wife were there. We got to kind of hang out with them for a little while.

Speaker 1:
[05:16] Yeah, did you know they were going to be there?

Speaker 2:
[05:18] They had mentioned, I think he had texted me and said they were going to try. They didn't get to stay for the whole weekend because he had a trip that he had planned for work, but they did come in on Tuesday night. We got to see him for a little while.

Speaker 1:
[05:30] Which is nice because I've got to know him via podcast. We've had a couple of meetings with him. So I've got to know him, but I had actually never met him in person until that night.

Speaker 2:
[05:42] Really?

Speaker 1:
[05:42] Yeah. Oh, yeah.

Speaker 2:
[05:43] That's right. I forgot because the last time at Secrets, I had talked to him, but just like randomly on the side of the floor.

Speaker 1:
[05:47] Yeah. Y'all connected and then we ended up connecting later and doing the podcast. And honestly, the podcast with him, if you don't know what we're talking about, he was a former pastor and we kind of talk about his process of like leaving the church and joining the lifestyle and what that looks like. So if you are interested, go back and find that podcast.

Speaker 2:
[06:06] There's some talking there about how to balance the lifestyle and if you're someone of faith and things like that.

Speaker 1:
[06:11] Yeah, which I was very nervous about doing that podcast. But to be honest with you, we got so much feedback from it. Y'all loved it. So it was really nice to meet him and his beautiful wife and to chit chat and hang out. So it wasn't, we didn't spend the whole evening with him, but we got a good hour or so and it was nice.

Speaker 2:
[06:31] Yep. And then we headed into the drag show and got to see that, which is always a good time.

Speaker 1:
[06:37] Yes. So Twyla Holiday and April Fresh hosted every single Tuesday. And then the drag queens that they have with them is always changing. So every time we host and we go there on a Tuesday night, it's always different with the exception of them too. It's always different. And it's really fun to see the different types of people that do it. It's also great people watching just like the patrons of like Pride Night. It's a discounted night. So you get a little bit of everything. So if you like, it doesn't bother us. I know some people say, you know, there's a lot of single guys. There are a lot of pushy. It doesn't really bother us. We just sort of like people watch and take it in. And we don't really like it.

Speaker 2:
[07:23] So Tuesday nights are their pride night every week. And it is one of the busiest weekdays of Secrets. So, you know, Wednesdays, Mondays can be kind of slow. Thursdays, usually you're starting to get people coming in for the weekend and, you know, kind of builds to the weekend. But if you are looking for a daytime time to go, Tuesdays are great. And there's a good amount of diversity, you know.

Speaker 1:
[07:47] It's very diverse. Especially if you're someone that is a little worried about being either gay or bisexual or trans or whatever you identify. This is the night to go because you will literally see a little bit of everything and very accepting. It's honestly a really fun night. We genuinely enjoy coming in on Tuesdays. So if you're ever in that area and have a free Tuesday, we highly recommend going. Don't forget your dollar bills because during the drag show, the ladies love their dollars, so you want to pay them and tip them for their hard work.

Speaker 2:
[08:23] Agreed.

Speaker 1:
[08:24] Also, somebody bought our drinks at the bar, which doesn't really happen to us very often. That was super nice of whoever was. I said thank you, but we didn't really get to. It was starting. It was starting, so we didn't really get the chance to talk to whoever you are. If you listen, thank you very much for doing that. That was very kind. But yeah, it was a great time. We danced, enjoyed the show. And then after that, we pretty much just kind of went back to our room. Because it didn't start until 1030. And for like a random Tuesday night, that's kind of a little late for us. Even though we're night owl. I mean, just so anyway, after that, we just basically went to the room and we ended up like fucking. So what's funny is I had told Dan like when we were like, you know, we had had a drink or two at the, you know, at the drug show. And so I was like, I was feeling myself, you know, and I'm like, I want you to fuck the shit out of me. We don't have any kids in the house. No, my mom lives with us and my mom's not there. I want you to like put me on the counter, put me on the wall. Like, I want you to do all the dirty things to me. And then we, of course, like every woman, I promise the world, you know, and then we get in the room and I'm like, I'm tired.

Speaker 2:
[09:34] I just want to go to bed.

Speaker 1:
[09:35] Well, it didn't even dawn on me. And then you take a shower and then all of a sudden your nose is bleeding. And you're like, I wonder why my nose is bleeding. I haven't even done anything. It didn't even dawn on me till I put your dick in my mouth. You had taken Viagra.

Speaker 2:
[09:48] Yeah, you wanted to get dick down. So I want to make sure I was ready to go and do it.

Speaker 1:
[09:52] But I totally, but that's pretty good that I know you that well. I literally put your dick in my mouth and I was like, it's in the nosebleed thing.

Speaker 2:
[10:00] I don't know why. When I take Viagra, I always get nosebleeds. Not always, but often.

Speaker 1:
[10:04] Yeah, and it didn't even tip me off. But the second I touched your dick, I was like, something's different. So if you're wondering, it definitely causes more blood flow. So anyway, I was feeling frisky, so I was like, let's open the blinds, let's put on a show. And we did. We opened the blinds and for a while. And then eventually I was like, okay.

Speaker 2:
[10:23] Some guy came and banged on the window, didn't he?

Speaker 1:
[10:25] Yeah. They can be a little aggressive, especially on a Tuesday night, but I kind of knew that. I knew that opening them, I kind of wanted the attention. So, yeah.

Speaker 2:
[10:35] You got it.

Speaker 1:
[10:35] So, and then at some point I was like, okay, I'm done putting on a show. Let's just move on. Let's just fuck the shit out of me. So, we fucked and then we went to bed.

Speaker 2:
[10:45] We did.

Speaker 1:
[10:46] Yeah. I think we actually fucked like twice. I think you came twice, which is a lot for us.

Speaker 2:
[10:53] I came twice or we just twice? I came and we just fucked again.

Speaker 1:
[10:56] I don't know.

Speaker 2:
[10:57] I don't remember coming twice. I think I came once and then you got, because of the Viagra, it was still hard and we some more. Either way, either way, a good Tuesday night.

Speaker 1:
[11:06] Great way to start out the weekend together. All right.

Speaker 2:
[11:11] So then we slept in again. I think we got up at 10 o'clock, something like that. Then we had a meeting with the secret staff at, I don't know, noonish, I think, 11 noon maybe. That was nice. It's something we typically do, but I feel like they brought in everybody. Usually, we like meet with the manager or whatever, but this time, they had the whole entire team there.

Speaker 1:
[11:33] Which was lovely. It was like a good play, like a good chance to like, hey, before the weekend, what do you need from us? What do we need from y'all? You know, who is our contact for all the things? And so it was good. I was greatly appreciative of Secrets for doing that. And I think that's something that we should continue for going forward. Even though we kind of have done that in the past, I feel like we did it in more of like an official capacity.

Speaker 2:
[11:57] Yeah, usually it's just like me and you and like one of the managers. This time they had the manager of like every department and every section in there, which was nice. We ran through the whole schedule and they were able to ask us questions. We were able to ask them questions and just kind of iron out what the plan was for the weekend.

Speaker 1:
[12:11] Yes. So after that, they had asked us to either have originally it was supposed to be dinner, but then it got changed to lunch. Do you want to go have dinner with or lunch with them? And we were like, OK, did not know what it really was.

Speaker 2:
[12:25] By them, you mean the owner of Secrets?

Speaker 1:
[12:28] Yes.

Speaker 2:
[12:28] Or I guess one of the owners. I don't know exactly their situation, but I think they have some business partners. But James, who is the owner, senior, and then his son, who is one of the, I think, directors there.

Speaker 1:
[12:41] Yeah, I don't know his name.

Speaker 2:
[12:43] I don't know the title.

Speaker 1:
[12:44] So we didn't know who all was going, but we knew that they wanted to do something. And so it was decided that we were going to go for lunch. So we, and we load up and we go, and it was their CEO also went with us.

Speaker 2:
[12:56] It was, well, James, I think is the CEO. I think it was their CFO.

Speaker 1:
[12:59] Somebody. Anyway, there's people. We're obviously not going to tell you what we talked about because, you know, that was confident, confident, confident.

Speaker 2:
[13:10] Yeah, I mean, I don't think most people would tell you what they have business meetings with people and what exactly.

Speaker 1:
[13:15] We're not going to tell you.

Speaker 2:
[13:16] Now, if stuff comes of it, which I think it will, we're not going to tell you. There might be some future announcements being made.

Speaker 1:
[13:21] Yeah, we're not going to tell you the ins and outs of the meeting, but we will tell you that we sat down and I had not had any food. Keep in mind. So we had not had breakfast and this was our lunch. And before food even came, they started ordering doubles. Everybody was having Jaeger. I can't do Jaeger.

Speaker 2:
[13:37] Well, James Senior literally told the waitress, keep bringing doubles until we pass out.

Speaker 1:
[13:41] OK, guys, y'all know me. I am like a two shot girl and then like I'm doing cartwheels. You know, it's like a double before I've even had food at nude. Like, well, at this point, it's like one, you know, so I couldn't do Jaeger. So I was like, I'll do fireball. So, OK, so let me back up a little. First of all, I didn't realize it, but I take like Prilosec or one of those. I don't know what the name of it is, you know, indigestion. I not refilled it, which is bad mistake. Going to a swinger party without your medic, that medication. It's not the end of the world. I can buy some over the counter. I had not done it yet. So now I'm in fireball will light my ass up in that way. So now I'm not on my medicine and now we're starting fireball shots. So before our food come, I know we had had four or so. So that would be two doubles. So that's four shots. I mean, like I, by the time we, I don't even know how many we had after that. By the time we got up to walk to the car, I was like, I'm not okay. Like I've got, I've got to get my shit together. And I'm trying to be cool, cause they're cool, right? They're like party and cool. And his son's like in his twenties, you know? And I'm like, I can't let them know that I'm this shit face at three o'clock in the hour. Now we've been there for a couple of hours. And you were probably drinking more than me. I was at least like being, like I would do like half of the double.

Speaker 2:
[15:07] I'm not a heavy drinker, but I can definitely handle alcohol better than you can. Yeah.

Speaker 1:
[15:11] And I'm on a GLP-1. Like, so like add that to it. I don't have very much food in my system. I don't process it well. So I'm like, I'm fucked up.

Speaker 2:
[15:24] You were, yes.

Speaker 1:
[15:25] Come three o'clock. So then we go back to Secrets and he's gonna give us the full Secrets 2 presentation. Cause we never sat down. We know about Secrets 2. We've never got the full...

Speaker 2:
[15:35] Full brief.

Speaker 1:
[15:36] The full brief.

Speaker 2:
[15:36] We haven't seen all the renderings in the rooms and all that. Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1:
[15:39] So we sit down just to do that. Honestly, at that point, it's very fuzzy. I don't... You left and went to his office at one point. I don't even remember you leaving.

Speaker 2:
[15:52] Yeah, I don't... There's some fuzziness in there too. I remember getting the brief on Secrets 2 and that looks fantastic. And I'm pretty excited about that. I'm really excited to have... They're talking, I think that the second... So if you don't know what Secrets 2 is, in the empty gravel parking lot, that's to the left of Secrets, they're talking about building a second resort. It's gonna be called Secrets 2, and it's gonna be... I would say Secrets 1 is, it's a 1980s remodeled Ramada. This is gonna be a very nice, high-end, luxurious type of condo complex.

Speaker 1:
[16:27] And it's topless only, so it's gonna be mild versus wild. So if you're newer and you want to try Secrets, you're not prepared for like blowjobs and full-blown sex on the side of the pool. It's a little bit introductory into that. Or if you're just not in the lifestyle and you want to tan with your titties out, if you don't, you just want to be topless and not engage in any of that.

Speaker 2:
[16:49] But it's basically gonna double. I think, I don't know the exact numbers, but I remember it's somewhere around another 150 rooms, which Secrets is around 150 rooms. You can't usually access them all. I think there's like technically 148 or 149. We usually sell around 130. So it basically will double the size of Secrets. And if you've been to Secrets, you know it's kind of like a U-shaped where the courtyard's in the middle. While Secrets 2 will be U-shaped too, but the opening of the U's will be kind of facing each other and they don't have like a courtyard. I think he called it like a garden or something kind of in between the two. And if you have a past the one, you can go back and forth to the other. So I think it's a cool idea.

Speaker 1:
[17:27] Yeah, it's cool. So we got the whole bit. It was like, we would, and like all of our friends were checking in. So like everybody's checking in. Everybody is like joining. People are drinking. Then people leave. It was all.

Speaker 2:
[17:41] Yeah. I think we planned to take over the world with James during that meeting.

Speaker 1:
[17:46] For sure. At some point we were like, we have to like stop talking business.

Speaker 2:
[17:50] We called some other people.

Speaker 1:
[17:52] I didn't even remember talking.

Speaker 2:
[17:55] We had John from John and Jackie, Melfi of Colettes on the phone at one point in time. We were texting with Bob Hannaford, the owner of Naughty Norlins at one point in time.

Speaker 1:
[18:04] Just because I think people, this is common knowledge, so I think it's okay to talk. Jess and Jordan were there and I was like, do you even work here? I mean, like I was like, I was trash. I did stop. At some point I was like, I have to stop. You know, like I was gone. The ship had sailed. There was no more. I don't even remember him, James Senior leaving. Like I don't even know where he went. And then he was just gone. And then it was just over. I don't know. I feel like he came, saw, got his trunk and then peaced out. You know, well, so we tabled a lot of our discussion.

Speaker 2:
[18:39] So they are supposed to, so if you don't know, we're leaving on Bliss Cruise this weekend. So this episode come out on Thursday. So we leave what Sunday?

Speaker 1:
[18:45] Yeah, we leave our house on Friday, but we get on the ship Sunday.

Speaker 2:
[18:48] And this particular Bliss Cruise, there's a large amount of industry, what you'd call lifestyle industry people.

Speaker 1:
[18:56] So we tabled our discussion for Bliss Cruise, which I don't know if that's gonna go any better. So we will report back on how that went for there. But yeah, it was quite, it was, I think we sold, we tried to talk all of our friends into everybody buying condos. We'll all buy condos. We'll all be right next door neighbors at Secrets too. And it was wild, but it was honestly like...

Speaker 2:
[19:21] A lot of fun.

Speaker 1:
[19:22] A lot of fun. It was a lot of fun. I think we spent $1,000 worth, drank $1,000 for the alcohol while we sat outside. That's not counting the restaurant while we were... Well then, because he was being so generous, he gave us $1,000...

Speaker 2:
[19:40] Tab for the rest of the night.

Speaker 1:
[19:41] Bar tab for the rest of the night. Now keep in mind, I never drank another drop after that. You know, like, I'm like, there's... What the fuck can I do with $1,000? Like, I'm like, no way, I can't. So we'll get into the later portion of the night and how, but we did somehow get $1,000 bar tab to be used later the rest of the day. So out of that conversation, which was fun. So after that, and I'm gonna be super transparent, I was still pretty fucked up. I'm not gonna lie and I'm not gonna like, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it and pretend like I'm not. We swapped with a couple. But it was somebody that I would swap with completely sober. I would swap with three sheep.

Speaker 2:
[20:23] Right, so after James and all them left, we had to go check into our, we wanted to switch rooms. So our friends, I guess we won't say their names, but anyway, so one of our friends is like, hey, let us help you move your stuff to your new room.

Speaker 1:
[20:36] Which is like one suitcase.

Speaker 2:
[20:38] And I don't know if this was, if they were planning this or if it just kinda happened or if they were genuinely trying to help or maybe it was a combination of they wanted to help and maybe they thought we might fuck too. But anyway, they helped us move our stuff and we ended up fucking up. It was a good time.

Speaker 1:
[20:51] Next thing, I'm like moving my stuff and I look over Dan's eating pussy and I'm like, okay, I guess we're.

Speaker 2:
[20:55] I think I initiated that.

Speaker 1:
[20:57] I guess we're fucking, which was a great time. Honestly, like that kind of stuff reminds me of like pre-podcast and that is like really fun. And we fucked them so many times and like we'll fuck them again. So I'm not like, there was no like consent, there was no consent issues there. I'm 100% consent and it was a great time. But it was.

Speaker 2:
[21:18] I'm just happy my dick worked. I don't know how that worked.

Speaker 1:
[21:22] I just lay there.

Speaker 2:
[21:23] But it did work.

Speaker 1:
[21:24] I think I just lay there and took it, which was great for me. So then after that, we never went to, like you would think that we were like, let's like, because now we're pushing five, six o'clock, all of our friends.

Speaker 2:
[21:36] Well, if you follow Lacy's blog post on her TikTok page.

Speaker 1:
[21:40] I've logged all of this, minus the sex.

Speaker 2:
[21:43] Yeah, after the sex, I think I actually got in the shower because there might have been some squirt or whatever on me. And you blog and you're in the shower and you're like, Dan's in the shower. I think he thinks we're going to go back out there. And you're like, I don't see how we're going to do that.

Speaker 1:
[21:58] And at one point I said, I'm the fuck up.

Speaker 2:
[22:03] Yeah, you're on the, that was when you're on the pool table.

Speaker 1:
[22:05] Oh yeah, I forgot I was on the pool table. Yeah, so it was like, but we did go back out.

Speaker 2:
[22:09] So I showered. I don't remember if you maybe rinsed off in the shower and we put the clothes on and went back outside.

Speaker 1:
[22:14] I think I just wore the same outfit. I don't think I did anything. I just put my clothes back on and went back out. And so I, you know, obviously I was like, I'm not drinking. I think you did.

Speaker 2:
[22:22] Oh yeah, I kept going. Yeah, not a lot. I mean, I was drinking like high noon.

Speaker 1:
[22:25] Yeah, so we ordered food and then like, because it was Wednesday night, like we used to get to Secrets and like people would, we would be like the only people there on Thursday. Now it's slowly becoming like-

Speaker 2:
[22:36] Wednesday is the new Thursday.

Speaker 1:
[22:37] Yeah, Wednesday. So like a lot of our friends were where they are coming in late. And so all of our friends started arriving. So then we have this like $1,000 that we have. We don't have to spend, but we want to spend because why wouldn't you? So we basically like bought drinks for all of our friends and sat out, you know, back where the-

Speaker 2:
[22:57] I don't know if that was the intention, but James did say like get some drinks for you and your friends.

Speaker 1:
[23:01] Yeah, I mean, honestly, it was a good time. You know, everybody ordered, you know, somebody go up there and get a high noon, then we order like three and just pass them around. But I ordered food. I couldn't even tell you what I ate. I think I had those chicken bites. I don't know.

Speaker 2:
[23:14] Those chicken bites were the shit.

Speaker 1:
[23:15] But we ended up staying out there for like one or two o'clock in the morning. Daphne might come in on Wednesday nights. And so like at some point I was done like an hour or so before I was like, I'm ready to go.

Speaker 2:
[23:26] Yeah, so that's a nice thing. The Tiki Hut is kind of like a newer edition at Secrets. And it's such a nice chill spot for stuff like that. So we were actually behind the Tiki. They have fire rings. And so they had actually lit one of the fire rings because it was starting to get low 70s, maybe high 60s at night.

Speaker 1:
[23:44] It was chilly for Florida.

Speaker 2:
[23:45] Yeah, it wasn't bad, but we were sitting around those fire and just kind of chitchatting with our friends and catching up on how you guys been and what you've been up to. And how's life? It was really good, a chill night.

Speaker 1:
[23:57] Yeah, for sure. And then, so Daphne and Mike came in, I found that was what I was finally able to get down. Like we have to go, they're kicking in. So by the time, because they work on Wednesday and then just come after work. So they got in, you know, one, 130 or so. And now keep in mind, usually on Wednesday, this is our, let's unpack, we completely unpack our suitcases because the rooms are just not big enough to leave your suitcase open with all your stuff. So we typically unpack, we hang our sign, we get everything, like our room unpacked.

Speaker 2:
[24:32] We had never done any of that.

Speaker 1:
[24:34] We had moved our suitcases ever. That's it. That was literally it. So like going into Thursday, I felt like we were Behind. Pretty behind. And so anyway, definitely might get there. We go to sleep, we wake up the next morning and I am deathly ill. Like the most hungover I've ever been. I mean, I probably had 12 shots of fireball though. I mean, I was green. I was still shaking at like four o'clock in the afternoon. Like I finally was like, okay, well, I, you know, I guess we'll get into Thursday, but it's, I was very, very sick on Thursday. And rightfully so. I mean, like I was still sick from it on Saturday, if you want me to be honest. I'm too old for that. I can't be drinking like that.

Speaker 2:
[25:20] All right. Well, now's the perfect time to take a little break and hear from the partners and sponsors of The Swing Nation Podcast. And then when we come back, we'll get into Thursday and the actual start of The Swinger Society Takeover of Secrets Hideaway. All right, we'll be right back, guys. Lacy, if you're going to be a swinger, you need to be a responsible swinger.

Speaker 1:
[25:43] I agree.

Speaker 2:
[25:44] And part of being a responsible swinger is getting tested on a regular basis.

Speaker 1:
[25:49] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[25:50] Now, something I didn't know is not all STI, STD testing is the same.

Speaker 1:
[25:55] That is correct.

Speaker 2:
[25:56] Not every family doctor fully understands how you should be getting tested.

Speaker 1:
[26:00] That is correct. What one doctor thinks is a full panel, another doctor may have a completely different version of that.

Speaker 2:
[26:07] And being somebody in the lifestyle and engaging with multiple partners, what you should be getting tested for is probably, if you're not telling your doctor that, what you should be getting tested for is probably different than what they're thinking. Yes.

Speaker 1:
[26:23] Yeah, because they don't know your lifestyle. Or even if they do know your lifestyle, there's a like, for instance, there is a new one called ImGen. And we just recently met a doctor at a lifestyle party and said that she had never even heard about it. And so she was awesome that we had educated her on that. So a lot of these doctors don't, they don't know it all. Right.

Speaker 2:
[26:42] So if you are going to participate in the lifestyle, you probably need to get tested from people that are meant to do this.

Speaker 1:
[26:52] Yes.

Speaker 2:
[26:52] So we use I Know My Status. It's the same people behind Talent Testing, who are the company that tests all the porn stars. So they're used to testing people that engage with multiple partners. They know all the latest on what STIs are, you know, coming up and spreading and they track all the stats. I mean, they know how to test people for STIs. They're the experts.

Speaker 1:
[27:15] They are. And if someone that you engage with, you know, they have used I Know My Status, they can actually give you a QR code and you can scan it and you can see their results right on your phone so you can confirm everything that they're telling you.

Speaker 2:
[27:29] Yeah, 100%. So please, if you're getting tested, get tested the right way, we recommend using I Know My Status. You can go to theswingnation.info, recommended apps and products, scroll down to the I Know My Status icon and you can get a discount off your first test. But please, if you're being, if you're swinging, if you're engaging with people in the community, please be safe about it, go get tested.

Speaker 1:
[27:51] Yeah, because we want you to fuck like a porn star.

Speaker 2:
[27:53] For sure.

Speaker 1:
[27:56] Dan, if someone is just recently joining The Lifestyle and they don't really know where to begin, what do you recommend?

Speaker 2:
[28:03] Well, The Lifestyle, you know, it's 2025 and people are on the internet.

Speaker 1:
[28:07] They are.

Speaker 2:
[28:07] And there just so happens to be lifestyle websites that are dedicated to people connecting in The Lifestyle.

Speaker 1:
[28:15] Yes.

Speaker 1:
[29:01] I do.

Speaker 2:
[29:02] And huge shout out to our sponsors for donating to our swag bag. We had lots of good items in the swag bag. The fans, we had, you got little Swinger Society.

Speaker 1:
[29:14] Like electric fans.

Speaker 2:
[29:14] Electric fans. And I saw them all weekend. People were using those little electric fans.

Speaker 1:
[29:18] Yeah. OK, so on Thursday, we actually, I thought we woke up at a pretty decent time considering how late we went. But because we had to start setting up about 11. And I can remember we were up and pretty much at around 10 ish or so.

Speaker 2:
[29:36] So Mike had brought us Dunkin Donuts. Thank you, Daddy Mike.

Speaker 1:
[29:40] Like I said, in the first half, I was really sick. Like, you know, I never threw up on Wednesday, which is honestly shocking. But like Thursday at some point, I think I'd like made my and probably the GOP one. I felt like the alcohol was just like sitting in my stomach. It was miserable.

Speaker 2:
[29:58] I felt surprisingly fine.

Speaker 1:
[29:59] Well, good for you. I did not. I felt terrible.

Speaker 2:
[30:04] I mean, maybe a little hungover, but nothing. I've been way worse. Yeah.

Speaker 1:
[30:08] So, setting up Secrets, it gets easier and easier. I feel like every time we do it, you know, we are very fortunate that we have a great staff who are there and willing to help. Not to mention all the volunteers that just see us unloading and they're like, hey, let me help you. So that it makes it easier and easier every single time.

Speaker 2:
[30:27] Yeah. And I think now, you know, comparing a Secrets to like an Electric Pleasures, Secrets is such an easier lift than an Electric Pleasures is.

Speaker 1:
[30:35] Yes.

Speaker 2:
[30:36] So I think it almost, because we've done Electric Pleasures, what, twice now?

Speaker 1:
[30:39] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[30:39] It almost makes Secrets seem easier.

Speaker 1:
[30:42] Simply because there's so much electronics involved in Electric Pleasures that nobody really can like do other than you. You can have somebody help you, but like nobody can kind of spearhead that. We're at, at Swinger Society and Secrets, we can set up the merch tent. We can, you know, all those things are pretty easy. And so it felt very easy going into like set up and all of that. So we got it, we got it done pretty, pretty quickly. Even your party, like Daddy Mike helped you. And I don't feel like y'all took very long.

Speaker 2:
[31:15] Yeah. So at Secrets, we do do a small stage set up on their outdoor stage under the tiki. And we do that because we we throw kind of a meet and greet party there Thursday night. And then Friday and Saturday, we have our DJs DJ the club and Secrets DJs actually DJ outside in the tiki. So it kind of gives you options, you know, makes because this takeover has become so big. It's almost hard for everybody to even fit into the club nowadays. So it is nice to kind of have two parties going on at the same time. And I thought that worked really well this time on something we're probably going to do going forward. There's even been some talk about maybe bringing the main party under the Tiki and having kind of the club be the secondary party, but we'll see.

Speaker 1:
[31:59] Yeah, we'll see. Or maybe like switching it up like one time the main party be inside and the second night the main party to be outside. We'll see. Tell us what you think. Should we do it? So I mean, the bulk of Thursday was getting everything set up. The merch tent and stuff opened at five and also our NIPS program. Well, if you don't know what NIPS, it's basically like if you're a newbie and you've never been to secret.

Speaker 2:
[32:24] Newbie Integration Program to Secrets.

Speaker 1:
[32:27] Oh, there you go.

Speaker 2:
[32:28] NIPS.

Speaker 1:
[32:29] That was pretty good. So basically you get paired up with someone that's been there and they can kind of show you around, introduce you to people, stuff like that. Now, I've been reading the reviews and I do think that we should change it for next time.

Speaker 2:
[32:44] Why?

Speaker 1:
[32:44] Because, for instance, I was told we didn't have enough people to pair, so I rushed me, Daphne and Mike to get ready, volunteered them, got out there, and then not enough people showed up, you know? So my, and I haven't had a chance to tell you this, and I told, my thoughts are, why don't we just do it as one big group and I can lead it? Like have Lacy, The Swing Nation podcast, Oh. Host like a group tour.

Speaker 2:
[33:15] Okay. So kind of like we do at HEDO.

Speaker 1:
[33:17] Kind of like we do at HEDO and maybe five and also on some of the review. And so y'all give us your feedback. Some of the reviews said five o'clock on Thursday is just too early. Like, but especially if you've never been to Secrets before and you don't know to get there earlier, you don't know that a lot of people arrive on Wednesday. You're, you know, you might be working until you get off on Thursday and then coming back at four or five o'clock on Thursday is just a hard.

Speaker 2:
[33:39] Now we may push it to. Yeah, the problem is, you know, then we have the games and then we have the bingo and those speeddating.

Speaker 1:
[33:46] So but I'm just saying that's just a thought. And then just maybe doing like a tour and asking some of our friends to go on the tour with us so that way they can know people they can like, you know, so then they're making connections as they're watching.

Speaker 2:
[34:00] So we need to coordinate with Secrets. And I don't know if this has been done or got done to open up the playroom and the dungeons. So you can actually take them through those spaces, yeah.

Speaker 1:
[34:08] So if you're a newbie and you're thinking about coming to our September 1, or if you're somebody that has been there a lot and you give me your feedback, tell me what you, this is like every time we do a secret, we try to improve. We try to take the surveys.

Speaker 2:
[34:21] I guess my only fear about that would be what if you get too many people? You know, if you got 75 people, it's gonna be hard to, you're gonna need like a bullhorn.

Speaker 1:
[34:28] We only had 50-something rooms checked in on Thursday, so like...

Speaker 2:
[34:32] No, all the rooms checked in Thursday. Wednesday, we only had 50 rooms.

Speaker 1:
[34:36] Oh, never mind. Well, I don't know. But either way. Either way. We'll figure it out. I can get a bullhorn, as long as it's pink.

Speaker 2:
[34:43] Well, the drag queens usually have one.

Speaker 1:
[34:44] Well, I would like my own. That would be pink and rhinestone, just so you know. Okay. So anyway, so this night, this is the first time we've had a true official theme. We've done loosely a pineapple for Thursday. This one was like, it was supposed to be traditional Mickey, like Mickey Mouse mini. Secrets makes their own flyers, and I think they interpreted what we had in mind something different, because on their flyer, it had Cinderella, and on our flyer, it had Mickey Mouse-type outfits. But it really didn't matter, because everybody looked cute at the end of the day. It didn't really matter, but we could definitely probably fix that again, another thing that we can fix going forward. But so me and Dan...

Speaker 2:
[35:29] It is true. So we send the themes to Secrets, and usually we send them like a year in advance. So our flyers usually aren't even done. And then they put their own flyers up on their website, and they don't always mesh perfectly with ours.

Speaker 1:
[35:44] Yeah. So something we probably need to check. Be like, hey, can you adjust that? Because that's not quite right. But honestly, it really didn't matter because everybody just looked cute. You know, it didn't really matter. So me and Daphne had matching like Minnie Mouse outfits. I was red to his pink.

Speaker 2:
[35:58] Very cute.

Speaker 1:
[35:59] And you had a little mermaid shirt on that said, but daddy, I love him. So I was trying to play on Disney. But Thursday night was great. We got out there early and we didn't need to be out there. Thursday night was fine because I kind of helped with the merch boosts. There was some technical issues getting people through the line. So kind of helped with that. And then we were really just out there. I took pictures. We hung out. Thursday night, like you said before, is really all about like the meet and greets. Stuff like that.

Speaker 2:
[36:30] So our Thursday, we do these games. So it's like scavenger bingo where it's like basically you get a bingo card and there's a bunch of naughty stuff on there. Like he has been in a gang bang, has participated in an orgy, has gone to Hito, has been on a bliss cruise.

Speaker 1:
[36:43] There's also things like this is your first swing or Saudi takeout.

Speaker 2:
[36:46] So there's also the idea is you go around and you got to find people that have done all these things and it makes you talk to people. So basically just makes you talk to people, not only makes you talk to people, but makes you talk to people about sexual things.

Speaker 1:
[36:58] So it's a little bit of an ice breaker.

Speaker 2:
[37:00] I was telling the people when I was handing out the cards, I'm like, this is a great way to find out what dirty stuff people are into. And then remember my, you know, put that in your memory for later.

Speaker 1:
[37:10] Tell me about that. Tell me about that, Tom. So we did that. Then there was Drag Queen, Bingo.

Speaker 2:
[37:20] No, so it went the Scavenger Hunt game.

Speaker 1:
[37:22] OK.

Speaker 2:
[37:23] And then it went speed dating. And then it went to the Drag Queen Bingo.

Speaker 1:
[37:28] Cool.

Speaker 2:
[37:29] Yeah.

Speaker 1:
[37:29] Yeah, a couple of complaints about the music was too loud at the pool. They couldn't hear speed dating. They couldn't hear each other's talking. I think that's probably always going to be a problem. You just come to talk up.

Speaker 2:
[37:41] So this time, what they did do is they tied the speakers under the tiki to the pool so the tiki speakers were on. I think I tried to turn them down a little bit, but I could see maybe that being an issue.

Speaker 1:
[37:52] But honestly, I sat at a table and had a full on conversation with people, and I didn't feel like I struggled to hear anybody.

Speaker 2:
[38:01] I could see if you were maybe up in the front of a couple of tables.

Speaker 1:
[38:03] Yeah, so that was really a lot of Thursdays. Then at some point, we switched to DJs, and I don't know if y'all had an official schedule, but it felt like y'all were just kind of taking turns, which I liked.

Speaker 2:
[38:16] Yeah, so Thursday night, we usually DJ under the tiki on the stage there, and it really is just a, I don't know, free-fall is the right term, but we just kind of, I invite all the DJs out, and it's kind of, we all, like back to back to back to back, we just kind of take turns hopping up there for 10, 15 minutes, and then trading out. Sometimes two DJs will go back and forth at the same time. It's just whatever, just fun, just funsies.

Speaker 1:
[38:41] No, I like it. It's super informal. It's just a good time. We danced in part, it was great. One thing I do want to mention, there was a guy that was a little bit older, and I noticed that he was staring a lot. I didn't know who he was looking at, but he did seem to be like, he was giving off a little bit of a creeper vibe. I don't know if he was a creep, but he was totally giving off.

Speaker 2:
[39:05] He was definitely giving off creeper vibes, for sure.

Speaker 1:
[39:08] And a friend of ours, I had noticed it in like kind of mentally.

Speaker 2:
[39:13] Yeah, when people do that, when people kind of hover and are kind of giving off that creeper vibe, I think, you know, and this is maybe chauvinistic to say, but the males in the groups usually take notice of that and just, and sometimes we'll even point it out to each other, say, hey, that guy.

Speaker 1:
[39:27] Which I know I noticed it. And I know one of our other friends had noticed it and noticed that it was being directed towards Daphne and said something to Daphne like, hey, keep your eye on that guy. That as far as I know, that was the only thing that was like outwardly said, even though I thought it, I just didn't say it out loud. Well, at some point, Daphne had sat down in a chair and the guy had gotten pretty, like basically almost touching.

Speaker 2:
[39:52] Like basically his dick is touching the back of the chair.

Speaker 1:
[39:54] The back of the chair. And I think he, and I'm not taking up for this guy because I think he was a little bit of a creeper, but he bent down to ask her if he could touch her and she said no, but it was loud. And he thought she said yes, or maybe he didn't care. I don't know what the truth is there, but he went and went to grab her boob. And as soon as he did, it was like everybody saw it at the same time. And even like Daddy Mike, like he was coming over.

Speaker 2:
[40:23] He started, he's like, he's like, no. What the fuck? He corrected the guy very quickly.

Speaker 1:
[40:29] And as soon as the guy understood that the answer was no, he stopped, he didn't, he stopped, you know, there was no back and forth. There was no, He apologized. He apologized. I didn't hear her. So that was a little weird. It kind of threw off the vibe a little. And I don't know if he just went away after that.

Speaker 2:
[40:51] He went away from our side of the club, yeah.

Speaker 1:
[40:54] Yeah, so I mean, like, but he took the rejection and moved on. But Daphne got, because I was so drunk the night, the day before, I took it pretty easy on Thursday. I mean, I drank a little. Daphne was pretty.

Speaker 2:
[41:09] Yeah, I can't remember at one point, I was DJing and she like, she came up, I think you and her actually came up in your Minnie Mouse outfits and danced with me for a while. And it was apparent that I think you're both a little intoxicated, her more so. And then later she came up, I don't even know, she asked me a question and gave me a kiss. I don't even know what the question was.

Speaker 1:
[41:29] I think she was wanting you to pay her attention. She was doing a forward roll slash bicycle move.

Speaker 2:
[41:36] Oh, so she came up to ask me for her attention?

Speaker 1:
[41:38] Well, she wanted you to see if you saw her or if you hadn't seen her to watch her.

Speaker 2:
[41:43] Okay.

Speaker 1:
[41:44] She wanted you to watch her.

Speaker 2:
[41:45] And then later, yes, she was doing gymnastics on the side of the stage.

Speaker 1:
[41:50] It was like she was doing a bicycle thing, but it was really like a back roll.

Speaker 2:
[41:55] But she rolled first. So she rolled across the stage and then was kicking the air. And when she was rolling across the stage, I can remember thinking, that stage is not, there's no mat there, there's no, it is a hard, solid stage.

Speaker 1:
[42:09] When we got back to the room, I was like, you need to take some Advil. Like you need, you know, you're-

Speaker 2:
[42:14] She's not a young lady anymore.

Speaker 1:
[42:15] You're 10 years older than me. And I know I would be hurting after that. You need to take Advil, because you're going to be dying next day.

Speaker 2:
[42:22] But it was a good vibe under the Tiki.

Speaker 1:
[42:24] Yeah, it was a lot of fun.

Speaker 2:
[42:24] It was pretty packed under the Tiki.

Speaker 1:
[42:26] Yeah, it was.

Speaker 2:
[42:27] You know, if we compare it to, you know, I think this is maybe the third Secrets we've done, like the Thursday under the Tiki pre-party, maybe the third, at least the second, but I think the third. And by far the busiest.

Speaker 1:
[42:39] For sure. And everybody stayed out late. Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[42:42] And I can remember somebody saying, you know, we come to Secrets all the time and I've never seen Secrets like this on a Thursday night.

Speaker 1:
[42:49] So that's good to know.

Speaker 2:
[42:50] Yeah.

Speaker 1:
[42:51] So at some point, me and Daphne and Mike, we're like a little threesome when we're all together, because this became a joke of the weekend.

Speaker 2:
[42:59] You guys were referring to each other as a triad, as in like a poly triad. And I was outside of that family group.

Speaker 1:
[43:07] Well, because you were working. You were always busy. And if it wasn't for them, I would be by myself. So I was appreciative of our little triad.

Speaker 2:
[43:15] But why can't it be a quad?

Speaker 1:
[43:18] Because you're not there.

Speaker 2:
[43:19] And I'm just the working husband of the quad.

Speaker 1:
[43:22] I said you're an honorary member.

Speaker 2:
[43:25] But why am I excluded completely? Why can't...

Speaker 1:
[43:27] Because you're not an active member.

Speaker 2:
[43:29] Because I'm the one working member of the...

Speaker 1:
[43:31] I'm working too. So anyway, me and my triad went to the room. So I tell Dan, I'm like, hey, I'm going to the room with Daphne and Mike. So we all three go to the room. And I'm sure we were like a hot mess. Like if you watch the vlog, you can see us. We like did updates on our day.

Speaker 2:
[43:52] The blog is pretty funny. I think we need to... You need to start doing it both vertically and horizontally so that I can at the end maybe YouTube it.

Speaker 1:
[44:02] Well, and what's funny is...

Speaker 2:
[44:04] Maybe I'll put the whole like weekend together into one YouTube.

Speaker 1:
[44:06] The funny thing is, we've been approached by reality shows and all this so many times. And we've even had like shopping agreements. Like we've been down that route. And the truth is, the sex and stuff is fun, right? You know, that's the hot part. But like behind the scenes, like the shit that goes down in our rooms or somebody didn't show up or something happened or whatever disaster.

Speaker 2:
[44:32] Well, and you're not even showing some of that. In your blog, you're mostly showing like your outfits and your hair.

Speaker 1:
[44:37] Yeah. And us laughing.

Speaker 2:
[44:39] But you're not when like something goes wrong or somebody doesn't show up. You're not showing that part of it.

Speaker 1:
[44:43] No. So like that's that's kind of like the vlog is like the behind the scenes. It's a snippet of it is so fucking hilarious. All the shit that happens. And we've even had them. They're like, you know, what kind of drama? You don't have to create drama. Like there's just shit that happens.

Speaker 2:
[45:00] We haven't talked about really any of that either, you know, on the blog yet.

Speaker 1:
[45:03] Yeah, there's like, I just kind of keep it.

Speaker 2:
[45:05] Except for the drama of your outfit. Yeah, people were attached to that drama.

Speaker 1:
[45:08] I keep it pretty like I keep the business side of the vlogs a lot. I do show like us packing and loading trailers and stuff like that. But as far as like I say, we're in a meeting. I don't say what the meeting is about because obviously I'm not going to tell you our secrets. But, you know, so like there is so much behind the scenes that is just in itself super entertaining and the vlogs are just like a little bit of a snippet. And I hope that the vlogs show that it's way more than like sex. You know, it's the friendships, it's the laughter, it's that type of thing.

Speaker 2:
[45:40] What is your TikTok handle?

Speaker 1:
[45:42] I can tell you.

Speaker 2:
[45:43] Then you might as well say your Instagram too while you're at it. So people want to follow that and go see.

Speaker 1:
[45:48] So the one the account that I post the vlogs on on TikTok is MissMRS__Swing__Nation. So we have a lot, but it's Miss__Swing__Nation.

Speaker 2:
[46:02] And the Instagram?

Speaker 1:
[46:03] And the Instagram is same, Miss__Swing__Nation.

Speaker 2:
[46:09] Yeah, and that's where the blog, the vlog posts go.

Speaker 1:
[46:13] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[46:13] Which it is pretty funny. I wonder if it's as funny to other people as it is to us, you know?

Speaker 1:
[46:17] I feel like it is because we get a lot of comments and like, so many people are like, oh my god, this is so... Seriously, like, I think they get to see me and Daphne a lot. I think you get to see like my true personality because like when I'm making these like lip singing videos and stuff like that, I don't think you get to see like the true, like me, you know? Like when you see me laughing at 2 a.m. with my best friend, that's like the true authentic.

Speaker 2:
[46:44] Or are you drunk and laughing and giggling and?

Speaker 1:
[46:47] It's authentic. That's for sure.

Speaker 2:
[46:50] I have noted yet. So even though those pages aren't like our big TikTok page or our big Instagram page, you know they're like close, I think one's over 300,000 and the TikTok's like close to 300,000. But you get way more engagement on the blog post, especially like when you're talking about your outfit and all that.

Speaker 1:
[47:10] People would have invested.

Speaker 2:
[47:11] Then we do on some of the trendy sound stuff.

Speaker 1:
[47:14] Yeah, for sure. So Thursday night, I ended up going back with them and then nobody fucked. I think I waited for you. I mean, I'm sure you came because you don't go to bed without coming. So me and you might have as far as like, I mean like Swinger fucking. We didn't like swoff or anything on Thursday night.

Speaker 2:
[47:32] No.

Speaker 1:
[47:33] No.

Speaker 2:
[47:34] Not that I remember, which is too bad because I think Thursday night, if we were gonna do something kind of is the night, but it is hard because we're always DJing.

Speaker 1:
[47:42] The problem is that you're a fucking DJ. That's the problem. Your DJ schedule is fucking up. Because not only are you DJing, but now you have to like, you have to switch between the DJs or turn the thing off. So like even if you're done, you're not really truly done. And ever since you started DJing, our OG schedule has been hard. It's been hard. And somebody even put that in the review.

Speaker 2:
[48:05] They did.

Speaker 1:
[48:06] So Dan's DJ schedule is seriously up my heart.

Speaker 2:
[48:09] It's gonna help our orgies, yeah.

Speaker 1:
[48:11] So I think that you need to take orgy time into account for the next schedule.

Speaker 2:
[48:15] When we make the schedules?

Speaker 1:
[48:16] Yes.

Speaker 2:
[48:17] Okay.

Speaker 1:
[48:17] At least like one night. Like you need to have somebody that will...

Speaker 2:
[48:21] Well, it was taken into account for one night.

Speaker 1:
[48:23] What night was that?

Speaker 2:
[48:24] Friday night. We had an orgy.

Speaker 1:
[48:26] Oh.

Speaker 2:
[48:27] So it was taken into account. I even told you going into this, that if we're gonna have an orgy, Friday night's the night to do it.

Speaker 1:
[48:33] Well, you're the boss, so can we do both?

Speaker 2:
[48:36] That's what somebody else said. They're like, I won't say what type of business they own, but either like, you won't catch me running the counter.

Speaker 1:
[48:46] Yeah. Like, I'm sure we can pay someone to turn the things off.

Speaker 2:
[48:50] Yeah.

Speaker 1:
[48:50] I mean, and then you can double check behind them, like once we're done. Yeah. Anyway, so that was Thursday night. How are we on time?

Speaker 2:
[48:59] We're down to about 10 minutes.

Speaker 1:
[49:00] Okay.

Speaker 2:
[49:02] So I think maybe that might be a good time to pause now.

Speaker 1:
[49:04] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[49:04] And so that we can have an episode. So while we have the last 10 minutes, let's talk a little bit about our next Secrets.

Speaker 1:
[49:12] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[49:13] And then maybe talk a little bit about the Sanctuary and about Electric Pleasure's Chattanooga.

Speaker 1:
[49:19] Okay. So first of all, let's talk about our next Secrets. So guys, our Secrets event, we are so blessed because y'all love them. We sold them out within the month-ish of releasing them. I can tell you now, the Secrets has not went for sale to the public yet, and we are about 50% sold out. So if you are like, this sounds fun, I want to go to the next one. And keep in mind, we do two a year. So we do the spring and the fall, roughly. But it's not always the same weekend.

Speaker 2:
[49:50] So it's April, September this year. I think next year we're actually going to do May and September, if I remember correctly, but I don't know what's on my head.

Speaker 1:
[49:56] So our next one is September 17th through the 19th of 2026. The things are Happy Hour, CEOs and Office Hoes and Hard Hats and Hammer. So you can book The Next Secrets for as little as $100 down. So if you just came and you spent all your money and you need time, you can do a pavement plan. You don't have to pay it all in full. If you are a Diamond member, which is our swingersidie.net, you can sign up for a Diamond membership through there. You basically pay, it's like 10 bucks a month. 20. 20 bucks a month. You get first dibs. So-

Speaker 2:
[50:36] The 10 is a general membership, 20 is a Diamond membership, yeah.

Speaker 1:
[50:39] So those go on sale to those members on April 24th. And then after we do that, it'll open to the general public on May 1st.

Speaker 2:
[50:51] And one note, I don't know if people just aren't good at math, but the Diamond membership gets you 10% off of the ticket sales. Right? And so at $20 a month, 10% of a secrets room, depending on which room you get, but let's just, some of them are a little more, some of them are less, but around $1,000 for the three-day weekend. Right? So if it's $1,000 and you save 10%, that's saving 100 bucks, right? So that's six months worth of Diamond membership that you're saving to book Secrets, right?

Speaker 1:
[51:21] And you don't have to, I mean, like we want you to have a Diamond membership all year long. Honestly, it pays for our staff's payroll, like just true transparency.

Speaker 2:
[51:31] But what I'm saying is if you go to both Secrets and you are a Diamond member and you pay $20 a month, it's basically you're getting the membership for free at that point. And the nice thing about having the membership is you have access then to the wall, who's RSVP'd, you can message people, you can post. So like, you can be an active part of the community leading up to the event and have all access to all that. So to me, if I was going on to Secrets, I would want to be able to message people and talk to people, see what people are posting and stuff like that. So the math to me, we kind of purposefully built it that way to kind of encourage you to be a member because I think the more memberships we have, the better the community is.

Speaker 1:
[52:13] Correct. Okay. So for next up after, well, before that, I guess we kind of jumped ahead a little is we are doing a takeover in Salt Lake City. This is the furthest west we've ever gone. We've ever gone. So the Sanctuary is a new club in that, I guess they've been open maybe closer year now.

Speaker 2:
[52:33] No, I think it was end of last year they opened.

Speaker 1:
[52:35] Oh, end of 2025?

Speaker 2:
[52:37] Yeah.

Speaker 1:
[52:37] Okay, cool.

Speaker 2:
[52:38] I believe so.

Speaker 1:
[52:38] So, you know, six months ish. So we're doing a takeover there. The dates for that are May 15th through the 16th. The themes are a little black dress and naughty neon. So if you are anywhere on that side of the country and you've been wanting to come to a Swinger Society event, but you don't want to fly all the way to the East Coast or to Florida or wherever, this is your chance. We don't have any plans of going any, I mean, we'd love to keep going west, but as of right now, there are no additional plans.

Speaker 2:
[53:08] Correct.

Speaker 1:
[53:09] For anywhere closer to like California. We get a lot of California, a lot of Arizona.

Speaker 2:
[53:13] Arizona, Nevada.

Speaker 1:
[53:15] If you're in that neck of woods, this is the closest that we see in the foreseeable future coming.

Speaker 2:
[53:20] Definitely in 2026.

Speaker 1:
[53:21] Yeah, definitely. So yeah, so we'll be there. We also, if you want to buy tickets for that, you can go to swingersiddy.net. We also are going to have some like pre, hold on, let me pull it up. So we're gonna, on Friday the 15th, I'm sorry, on Saturday the 16th, we're gonna do a meet and greet luncheon at the Hall Pass Food Hall in Salt Lake City.

Speaker 2:
[53:47] Which is like the perfect name, Hall Pass.

Speaker 1:
[53:49] I didn't even think about that. So, you know, let's say you can't, if you can't get out because like you can't get out that night, so if you want to come to the day portion, you can, it's free. We're just all gonna like...

Speaker 2:
[54:02] We'll be in vanilla clothes. Some people might be wearing a pineapple or something, but...

Speaker 1:
[54:05] Yeah, but it's just, I mean, great. So we're literally just, you order your food, you sit down, you chat with people. It's been very vanilla, very, just like an opportunity to meet people outside of the club, so.

Speaker 2:
[54:16] Yeah, super excited about Salt Lake. The Sanctuary, like you said, is a new club that just opened up, but I've heard it's exploding. And I've heard the club itself is very high end, that they've put a lot of like serious money into the club. They're running it very well. You have to be vetted. They actually do background checks on everybody that, so, you know, safety, consent, all that stuff is at the forefront. So I think it's the type of club that we like to do business with. And because it's a kind of a new and up and coming club, it's kind of the perfect, you know, that's kind of the clubs that we end up connecting with, right? Because they're trying to get the word out that they're open and stuff now.

Speaker 1:
[54:54] We're very excited about going. We have friends that are on that side of the country that are going to come.

Speaker 2:
[54:58] We have friends coming in all the way from the Boston and the East Coast to come to this party because they're excited about it.

Speaker 1:
[55:03] Yeah, we're super excited. So we are very much looking forward to it.

Speaker 2:
[55:06] I almost feel like we should go out a little earlier so we can just spend a day or two and do some like salt lake tourism.

Speaker 1:
[55:11] In my mind, we are.

Speaker 2:
[55:12] Okay.

Speaker 1:
[55:13] Okay. In my mind, we're driving, which is a whole other story. But in my mind, we're leaving like Sunday.

Speaker 2:
[55:20] Okay. Okay. Because I didn't know that was in your mind.

Speaker 1:
[55:22] I've never been to Utah. So on a personal note, I want to go and usually we come in and we literally-

Speaker 2:
[55:30] Might be there like a day early.

Speaker 1:
[55:32] Yeah. But because I've never been that far, I would really like to have a day or two to sightsee. So if-

Speaker 2:
[55:37] We'll climb a mountain? We'll hike it?

Speaker 1:
[55:40] Maybe. Like a flat mountain.

Speaker 2:
[55:42] Could drive up a mountain.

Speaker 1:
[55:43] Yeah. So if you're in the area and there's a restaurant, like I'm a little bougie. Like if there's a restaurant or like a cool place or a cool something we need to go to, let us know because we definitely want to do that.

Speaker 2:
[55:56] Yes. Okay. Super excited about that. And then the other thing I want to talk about while we still have a minute is the June Chattanooga Electric Pleasures event. Okay. Do you have the information on that? So if you don't know in June, and Lacy's going to tell you the dates here in a second, we are doing another hotel takeover in Chattanooga, Tennessee, which is actually really close to us. But another beautiful, if you are looking for a tourist type destination, me and Lacy actually got engaged on Lookout Mountain.

Speaker 1:
[56:27] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[56:27] And there's like a whole train that you can take up the mountain. And it's a cute little kind of tourist town.

Speaker 1:
[56:32] So the dates are June 12th through the 13th. And because this is Pride Month and because of this brand very much is by LGBTQ friendly, we are definitely leaning in to that Pride Month. So instead of doing themes, we do colors. So one night is just rainbow, the other night we're doing rainbow glow. So definitely-

Speaker 2:
[56:57] Lean into that.

Speaker 1:
[56:58] We're leaning very heavily into that whole aspect. So we are very excited. It's probably about halfway sold out. Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[57:05] That one is too. Yeah. And I think, so it's musical, if you don't know what Electric Pleasures is, you're hearing this for the first time, it's like music festival vibes, but alternative lifestyle friendly, right? So we're literally going to have probably anywhere between 10 and 15 DJs, they're going to be swapping out every hour. They're going to be playing mostly EDM type music, but we've actually talked about maybe even might be a live band or something mixed in there. So and it's an outdoor, so it's a topless pool party. It's going to be the debut of the stage that we imported if we can figure out how to put it together.

Speaker 1:
[57:40] I'm leaving the state when Dan shows up.

Speaker 2:
[57:42] It's going to be outdoor, indoor. So during the day, we're going to be outdoors by the pool with the stage, and then at night, we're going to go indoors into the ballroom, which will be set up kind of like a club. So if you went to the January 1, similar vibes to that, but hopefully better weather and very outdoor festival-y kind of vibes. I'm super excited about that. So if you're anywhere near Chattanooga or if you want to travel for that, we'd love to have you. Like Lacy said, I think over half the rooms are gone for that one at this point. So you can find links to that on swingersociety.net or the direct link to Electric Pleasures is electricpleasures.com.

Speaker 1:
[58:20] I know you said that was the last thing you mentioned. I do want to I do want to shout out one more thing. OK, so we host a week at Hedo every year and it's almost sold out. Like we are within days of it selling out. And last year, there was 40 couples on the waiting list. So, if you are at all think you want to go, now is the time to snag a room before you then have to get on that waiting list. And you can make payments. You can set up a payment plan. So, the dates are June 25th through August 1st. And it is Young Lifestyle Week. That is young at heart. There is no age requirement. As long as you're there to dance and have fun and party and fuck your friends, that's what...

Speaker 2:
[59:03] There's going to be some EDM music. But there's probably also going to be some hip hop and R&B and top 40 type music as well.

Speaker 1:
[59:10] So, our group and My Frisky Business come together that we...

Speaker 2:
[59:15] Topless Travel, Party Mark.

Speaker 1:
[59:17] Yes, if you remember back when Secrets had Party Mark, those vibes, that's what this week is like. So, we usually take 20, 25 couples. If you really want to get to know us, Hito is the way to go. Because we do everything together. You have breakfast together, you have lunch together, you eat dinner together, you're in the pool. Everything you do at Hito is together. It's a smaller resort. A lot less people were there for seven days. You literally just get our undivided attention for a week. And it's honestly one of the only times in the whole year that Dan and I get to relax and just have fun. And I feel like we've really gotten really good friendships over the years from that week.

Speaker 2:
[60:00] No, I agree. Yeah. Hito's like Secrets except for we're not throwing the party. And we're actually in the pool every day. And because it's only 200 people usually on the whole resort, and of those 200, only like 50 of them are like in our group, it makes it a lot easier to get to know people. So yeah, super excited about Hito. Don't miss that one.

Speaker 1:
[60:21] For sure. So how do they book it? swingersociety.net.

Speaker 2:
[60:24] swingersociety.net.

Speaker 1:
[60:26] Yep. That's how you book it.

Speaker 2:
[60:28] And there's a booking link that will take you right to Topless' website and you book there.

Speaker 1:
[60:31] So thank you for sticking around, letting us plug all of our different things.

Speaker 2:
[60:35] There's a lot of stuff going on.

Speaker 1:
[60:36] There's a lot of stuff going on. This is like our prime time of the year, you know, coming into the next few months.

Speaker 2:
[60:42] Naughty New Orleans sold out? So I don't even know. I don't know if you're going to be able to get a day pass for Naughty, because they usually, if they sell all three hotels, you know, usually they're close to fire code for the Astor. So stay tuned if you didn't go this year, or if you can't get a room this year. There is usually cancellation lists and stuff like that, but make sure you book next year early.

Speaker 1:
[61:05] Okay.

Speaker 2:
[61:06] We tell people all the time, but they don't listen.

Speaker 1:
[61:08] They don't listen.

Speaker 2:
[61:09] All right, anything else for The Swing Nation listeners?

Speaker 1:
[61:11] That's it.

Speaker 2:
[61:12] All right, guys, I think with that, in a world full of apples.

Speaker 1:
[61:16] Be the pineapple.

Speaker 2:
[61:16] Be the pineapple, guys.

Speaker 1:
[61:17] Bye.
