Speaker 1:
[00:03] So are we supposed to start the podcast?

Speaker 2:
[00:07] Ready? One, two, three.

Speaker 1:
[00:10] Patriots, gay triots, they triots, black triots, brown triots, and it is Lesbian Visibility Month. So the Lesh triots, I want to give a shout out to. We love all of the people we just mentioned. And if you were a triple Trumper dump trucker, what can they do, Pumps? Okay, we are joined in studio today by none other than my husband, Josh Welch.

Speaker 3:
[00:40] Hi, ladies. Hello.

Speaker 1:
[00:41] Let's give a round of applause for Josh.

Speaker 3:
[00:43] Yay!

Speaker 1:
[00:44] Let's start with our guest, Pumps. Josh, what have you had it with?

Speaker 3:
[00:47] I want to first say before I get into my Ive Had It, that I remember back in the day, there was a time when you guys would call me and say, hey, Josh, in a pinch, we need a guest. We don't have anybody. And I would drop myself down to Jen's studio and be a guest. And now that we have this mega star podcast, I'm still being asked to come back on. I think it's such a neat, awesome thing. I'm glad to be here, Pumps. I feel like the gang is back together. So, all right, let's jump in.

Speaker 1:
[01:19] All right, Josh, what have you had it with?

Speaker 3:
[01:22] I've had it with, of course, everyone's going to say these large text groups, but I want to take it a little bit deeper. OK. So, if you're on a text thread with about 15 or 20 people, and if they're not all using Apple phones, bear with me. Some people are on non-Apple devices. You don't have the ability to leave the text thread without blocking every person in the thread. So, trust me, I've been down this rabbit hole. I know what I'm talking about. I'm in this group with about 25, 30 fraternity brothers from Oklahoma State, many of whom I love dearly, many of whom I can't stand. And they're going on and on about something from back in the day. And I'm thinking, okay, I need to mute this. And then I mute it and still I get the red dot every five minutes. And so I realize, okay, I'm not just gonna be able to mute it, I'm gonna have to leave this. So I go and I look for the leave this conversation or leave this thread option and it simply doesn't exist. So then I have to AI this issue. And it tells me that if you're in a group with Apple phones, non-Apple devices, the only way to do that is you have to block the group, which in essence blocks every member of the group from calling you. And so I'm thinking, god, that can't be right because there's about four or five keepers in this group of 30 that I just simply don't want to block. Yeah, out of 30, there's about four that are rock-solid keepers that are diehards of mine from back in the day. So I make a calculated decision. I sit on it for about 24 hours and the notifications keep coming. And finally, I reach a point where I say, look, these four or five, these diehards, I love those motherfuckers to pieces. Like we've been in the trenches before, DUIs in college, me going to rehab, all this stuff. But man, I can't stay in this fucking group another day. I can't do it. So I make a calculated decision to block all members, including my four or five rider dies from the day. And you know what, after I did it, I felt pretty goddamn good about it. You know, I didn't have any remorse at all. And so to this day, I don't know if they've tried to reach out or not, or if anybody's asking, hey, why the fuck can't I call you or text you directly? I have no idea if they have or haven't. That's the beauty of it, just having blocked them all.

Speaker 1:
[03:51] And you don't know if anybody's died, heart attack, brain aneurysm.

Speaker 3:
[03:55] Back to that, I've had it though, I've had it that there's not an easier solution. Like again, I didn't want to have to cut the cord with those four, those five guys. I love them. But when faced with the alternative of getting these notifications and reading this content, I felt like I had no other choice. So if you're listening or watching this, and we were asshole best friends back in the day, and you've tried to call me and it appears that you're blocked, I'm so fucking sorry. This is why.

Speaker 2:
[04:23] Can you go in individually and unblock the people that you like or no?

Speaker 3:
[04:29] I think you can. I think you could take it that far. But then you have to do an autopsy.

Speaker 2:
[04:35] Right. You have to go make a decision about each person.

Speaker 3:
[04:38] Each person. And then some were saved and some weren't saved. And I just thought I'm just not going to get into that. Yeah. And then there's a question as to whether or not it shows up, is being blocked or not blocked. But it's no doubt that if you leave the group, like you're in essence blocking everybody.

Speaker 1:
[04:54] Do you think that when you blocked the group, that it said Josh Welch has blocked this group?

Speaker 3:
[05:00] I don't think it tells them because I don't know. I don't know. But there's a handful that would want to text me personally, send me a text and say, one of them I went to a funeral for a family member for recently. So these are not just third tier friends. These are like...

Speaker 1:
[05:20] But the onslaught of the group text was so bad that you were willing to sever friendships to get out of the group text.

Speaker 3:
[05:28] The content... And I'm one that will beat a dead horse and tell a story from 1988 ad nauseam. Don't get me wrong. I'll jump in that camp and tell some story about how I had a one-handed catch and we beat Ida Bell. They were ranked number one in the state. Talked that shit all day long. But this was just going on and on and on and on over shit that I just simply wasn't interested in.

Speaker 1:
[05:51] Why don't you elaborate about the one-handed catch?

Speaker 3:
[05:53] Well, it was against Ida Bell, and they were ranked number one in the state. And I was second team Allstate that year. This would have been 1987. The Cure is my favorite band. Jesus and Mary Chain released their first album two years before. So anyway, I had a one-handed catch. It was on video. And back in my day in Hugo, they would replay the Friday Night Game on Saturday on the local cable channel. Oh, nice. And so like we would all gather around and we'd say, OK, the play's coming. It's coming. And this is the next day they would play it. They'd play it. So we would all gather around. I would see like I just I stuck this one arm out like this. I don't know if you're not watching. You can't see this amazing thing, but stuck this one arm and just reeled it in kind of like a Travis Kelce tie.

Speaker 1:
[06:35] I have a question. I heard at a later date that you said that you were on ecstasy when you made this one handed catch. Yeah.

Speaker 3:
[06:43] Can we say that? I guess the statue is just running.

Speaker 2:
[06:46] We say that.

Speaker 3:
[06:48] I took drugs before that game. I did.

Speaker 1:
[06:50] And you still despite tripping on ecstasy on Molly, you caught it one handed.

Speaker 3:
[06:56] I think it enhanced my performance. I think that's why I'm such a believer in psychedelics for recovery. Yeah, I did. As a senior in high school, hate to admit that I did take ecstasy before a football game.

Speaker 2:
[07:09] Okay, Josh, let me ask you this. Were you also all-state in tennis?

Speaker 3:
[07:15] Yeah. And that sort of brings up another topic. I used to carry this newspaper clip in my car with me all the time, but I won the most valuable athlete award for Hugo High School in 1987. There's a picture of me on the front page, and I'm accepting this trophy, this gigantic trophy with the coaches. And it was for my performance in tennis and football.

Speaker 2:
[07:37] Oh my gosh, I'd love to get my hands on that.

Speaker 3:
[07:39] There's a little bit of a funny story for that too. My parents weren't there that night when I won this award because the night before, I'd been pulled over by a highway patrolman, and they had made me pour out all this beer in my car and my dad was so mad at me. So I had to accept this gigantic trophy solo alone. It's a little bit of history.

Speaker 2:
[07:58] Oh, I'm sorry that you didn't have an audience.

Speaker 3:
[08:01] I deserved it.

Speaker 2:
[08:02] Yeah, I would sure love to see a photo though. I would love to see that photo if Kylie can dig it up.

Speaker 3:
[08:07] No, I've got one. I've got it on my phone. I'll send it immediately.

Speaker 1:
[08:14] It's in the photo album. Since Josh has been in New York, we go to the hair salon to get haircuts. And I'm over with my gal getting my hair colored. And Josh is over there with Vincent. And he, I hear him pull out his phone. And he's like, oh, Vincent, I've added some new images to the photo album. Because your listener, he has a hair inspiration album in his phone. And it, who all is in the...

Speaker 3:
[08:45] Well, so there's a picture of me when I had a really good cut that I wanted to record.

Speaker 1:
[08:52] Memorialize.

Speaker 3:
[08:53] Memorialize in the album. Bradley Cooper.

Speaker 2:
[08:56] Obviously.

Speaker 3:
[08:57] Brad Pitt. Tom Brady. The guy recently from Succession that played the brother. And I don't know his name, but I saw a picture.

Speaker 2:
[09:07] Jeremy Strong. Kendall Roy.

Speaker 3:
[09:09] I think Kendall. He had a really tight cut that I saw on Instagram, screen shotted.

Speaker 1:
[09:15] Harry Styles.

Speaker 3:
[09:15] Yeah, Harry Styles. He recently had a little bit of a mullet cut that I wanted to mimic. So anyway, Jennifer overheard me giving the style. It's kind of the history of like, I initially wanted kind of the Brad Pitt cut to grow it out, but then I wanted to blend it into this new Harry Styles, like where he has this kind of ruffles on the side and a little bit of a mullet. I thought it looked amazing. The point is, Jennifer is listening going, are you fucking kidding me?

Speaker 1:
[09:40] Which is kind of how I feel right now. Pumps, what have you had it with?

Speaker 4:
[09:44] Okay.

Speaker 2:
[09:45] What I've had it with is airlines that sit and lie to your face, because my son, it was a whole flight bamfoozled, the crew wasn't there. So then on their app, it says, I'm sorry, we don't have a crew for this flight, but we value your time. I'm like, bullshit, bullshit. You don't value our time, because if you valued our time, you would schedule sucking pilots for an airplane.

Speaker 4:
[10:11] Yeah.

Speaker 3:
[10:11] Right.

Speaker 1:
[10:12] It's a gas lighting. It's fucking gas lighters.

Speaker 2:
[10:15] Oklahoma City sucks. We're not seeing planes there if we have, you know, don't have enough pilots, but do not just and you know what? Then they sent me a survey, which was not good for them, because you gotta love a survey. So I was like, I love your app. I like the flight times. But you telling me that you value my time when you don't schedule a crew is insulting to me.

Speaker 3:
[10:40] You should just say, listen, say that you value me some of the time, but when you're in Oklahoma City and we're busy and we got shit going on, we don't value you all that much. Just be honest.

Speaker 2:
[10:52] Or just how about we value your money, but fuck you, you can't get any money back thanks to the Trump administration, so go fuck yourself. That I would at least appreciate the honesty.

Speaker 1:
[11:01] Yeah.

Speaker 2:
[11:01] Yeah.

Speaker 3:
[11:02] All right.

Speaker 1:
[11:02] Let me tell you guys what I've had it with. So I've noticed when I go to throw something away on the street in New York, they have trash cans pretty much on every corner, which I totally appreciate because there are certain cities that are very stingy with trash cans, not New York. And so when I go to the trash can, oftentimes I have a poop bag because unlike Kylie, I pick up when my dog poops, I immediately swoop it up, right? Because I'm a good citizen. Kylie does not. Yeah, no, she leaves her dog's poop on the street. She admitted that. But nonetheless, so I have this poop bag and then I walk over to the trash can and on the trash can, it says, please don't litter. And I'm like, I'm fucking not littering. How about thank you for throwing your litter away? But it's like, it's misidentified. It's like such a New York thing. Please don't litter. And I'm like, the nerve, I actually am not. I'm actually bringing this to the trash can.

Speaker 3:
[11:56] Right. The only way you would see the don't litter sign is if you're not littering.

Speaker 1:
[11:59] You're not littering. Yeah, so I want to bring this to Mayor Mom Donnie's attention. And Mr. Mayor, my husband and I are both wearing shirts from the DSA. Mine says, I'm rich, tax me. Josh is a member of the Anti-Billionaire Socialist Club over there. Yeah, because we wholeheartedly believe that Kathy Hochul needs to raise the taxes on the billionaire bedwetters. The billionaire bedwetters that are like, oh my God, I'll never notice this missing money if I have to pay more in taxes. So I'm going to fight hard for that, but I need a little bit of, if it doesn't cost too much money, these aggressive, accusatory messages on the city trashcans. Please don't litter. I'm not littering.

Speaker 3:
[12:49] It's just a typical New York thing. Instead of just kind of embracing what you're doing, giving you a hug, it just has a little bit of a bite to it, kind of a fuck you to it. Yeah.

Speaker 1:
[12:58] Please don't litter. I'm like, I'm not fucking trashcan. I'm not littering.

Speaker 2:
[13:03] You are.

Speaker 1:
[13:04] I know you are, but what am I? All right. Welcome to Ive Had It. I'm Jennifer.

Speaker 2:
[13:09] I'm Angie.

Speaker 3:
[13:11] And I'm Josh.

Speaker 1:
[13:12] Now you should say, and I'm an alcoholic.

Speaker 3:
[13:17] I always like drug addict better for some reason. Yeah, addict has a little more bite to it.

Speaker 1:
[13:21] Does it think it gives you more street cred as a person in recovery?

Speaker 3:
[13:25] You think alcoholic, you think 85, you're at home, you're drinking whiskey. I want to be a little racier than that. Opiates or crack or-

Speaker 1:
[13:33] You earned it.

Speaker 3:
[13:34] Yeah.

Speaker 1:
[13:35] You earned that title, baby. All right. In light of Lesbian Visibility Week, I would like to have Kylie come on. Here we are making lesbians visible. Here is a visible lesbian.

Speaker 3:
[13:51] Look at the glow on that gal.

Speaker 1:
[13:53] That is a glowing visible lesbian. Very visible. And what we wanted to do, Kylie, in Pumps. So Josh is in New York for the week, and he has subbed in on IHIP News. He's our guest today. And I believe that we have some comments in the comment section from Josh's most recent performance here on our channel.

Speaker 3:
[14:15] I hope these are good. I mean, you know, what a pussy I am about these comments.

Speaker 4:
[14:20] I found out he's probably likely already read all of these.

Speaker 2:
[14:25] I'd be shocked if he hasn't.

Speaker 3:
[14:27] At least a good one's right.

Speaker 4:
[14:29] Here's the first one. This is from Pam Boy. And he says, Josh is back. Skin moisturized, hair quaffed, mind sharper than ever.

Speaker 2:
[14:37] That's exactly right.

Speaker 1:
[14:38] I love Pam Boy. Pam Boy actually lives in Paris.

Speaker 3:
[14:42] Is Pam Boy a female or a male?

Speaker 1:
[14:44] Male.

Speaker 3:
[14:45] Pam Boy, I love you. Thank you.

Speaker 4:
[14:47] Yeah. Okay, and then this one says, OMG, your guest looks ill. Something is terribly wrong with him. JK, JK, Josh, messing with you. You're probably fine. Probably.

Speaker 3:
[15:01] Probably. I don't know. I think there's sufficient grounds to be concerned about me. I might agree with her.

Speaker 4:
[15:08] Okay. And then the next one we've got here says, every time we get a little Josh, I'm reminded of how extremely good looking he is. Dang. Nine out of ten. Highly recommend. Sorry, Jen.

Speaker 3:
[15:19] Just Chuck. You're hitting right buttons here, baby.

Speaker 1:
[15:24] Just Chuck official. I have to go home with this narcissist.

Speaker 3:
[15:27] I like it. Just Chuck.

Speaker 4:
[15:29] All right. One last one. Says, nice to see sexy Josh back, but why no shorts? Great podcast. It's always, and in case people are new here, I just wanted to remind them, I think this is what they're referring to in the past.

Speaker 3:
[15:45] I want to talk about this set up hit job that you guys did on me too, because Jennifer and I go and work out. She doesn't tell me anything about what we're doing and says, oh, by the way, we're filming. I say, are my shorts going to show up in this? He goes, oh, no, no, you're fine. Then we film and then the next day I see the comments and every other one is, what the fuck is this? Who is this guy and what's he wearing? It's like, god damn it.

Speaker 4:
[16:12] I actually have one more visual here for everybody.

Speaker 1:
[16:18] Kylie set up a live feed short cam. There he is. I'm going to put my hand.

Speaker 2:
[16:23] I like the high socks with the short shorts.

Speaker 1:
[16:25] Well, I mean, it's so dorky. He wears these compression socks.

Speaker 2:
[16:30] No, I know. I'm being facetious. But how about, Kylie, too bad you can't get in the bowels of when Josh and Jennifer won the pickleball tournament and he had on the shorty shorts.

Speaker 4:
[16:40] I look like panties.

Speaker 2:
[16:41] The camera was front on.

Speaker 3:
[16:42] Yes.

Speaker 2:
[16:43] And he was a spread eagle.

Speaker 3:
[16:44] And he looked like he had on a shorty shorts.

Speaker 2:
[16:48] Why does he not wear shorts?

Speaker 3:
[16:50] Well, see, I alluded to that kind of stuff earlier. That's back in the day when y'all would literally give me three minutes notice and say, hey, get your ass down here. And so I'd just show up thinking, OK, what are we going to do? And then we filmed something and I look like a fucking moron.

Speaker 2:
[17:03] Oh, Josh, if you weren't such an adorable person, we couldn't tease you like we do.

Speaker 3:
[17:09] Pumps, you're so sweet.

Speaker 1:
[17:12] Thank you to HomeServe for sponsoring this episode. Listener, owning a home is amazing. Well, it kind of is for me because I was so tired of the same scent of all of the major brands. And I discovered Laundry Sauce. They have this scent that I am obsessed with called Australian Sandalwood. Laundry Sauce isn't just about smelling incredible. It's engineered for performance as well. They are these highly concentrated pods and they're packed with cleaning power of bioenzymes that obliterate stains from muddy hikes, backyard barbecues and that inevitable iced coffee spill. Listen, when Angie and I first started this podcast, it was overwhelming thinking about all of the things that we needed to do. Like, what if we do this wrong? What if we do that wrong? The simple answer is, we would have screwed everything on the planet up. I would not be sitting here talking to you all right now if it were not for Shopify. Shop your $1 per month trial today at shopify.com. Slash had it. Go to shopify.com. Slash had it. Again, that shopify.com/had it. All right. I have some news stories I want to share with everybody. So the Tennessee governor, his name is Billy, and he is designating June as nuclear family month, primarily because he's a prick. That's why, because this guy is a prick. Let's pop up the first slide. Tennessee governor renames pride month, nuclear family month. And what I would like to see is Governor Bill Lee's search history.

Speaker 2:
[21:51] Absolutely.

Speaker 1:
[21:52] And I would like to have those those nodules hooked up to Governor Lee's cock and play porn for him. A variety of it, gay porn, trans porn, you know, girl, all the porn. And see what kind of reaction we have, because I'm thinking it's not Mormon, panning missionary. That's what I think. All right, go to the next slide. Tennessee has declared June nuclear family month, prompting criticism from the LGBTQ plus advocates who view the move as opposing pride month. Republican Governor Bill Lee signed the resolution on April 9th after it passed the state legislator. What a bunch of assholes. The measure defines a nuclear family as one husband, one wife and any biological adopted or fostered children. Next up, it describes that model as aligned with Tennessee's traditional values and God's perfect design for humanity. The resolution is symbolic and does not carry legal force. LGBTQ plus residents can still celebrate pride and display related flags. Critics, including Glad, which we love Glad, argue that the resolution is an attempt to diminish the LGBTQ plus community and highlight the diversity of modern family structures. And here's what I want to say. 12 times out of 10, anytime politicians say that they are for traditional family and they support family, that is a red flag because it's not something you have to say. Everybody's pro-family. When they use the moniker or the adjective traditional, they're using that to be bigoted. This is hate legislation targeted to demean and shame the LGBTQ plus community. So my message for all of the Americans, particularly white women, that enjoy all of the multiculturalism of your gay hairdresser, your gay trainer, your gay physician, that enjoy all that shit, gay fashion, bravo television, and then you go out and triple Trump, you're voting for hate, and you're a goddamn hypocrite, and I've had it.

Speaker 3:
[24:11] I couldn't agree more. And I'll say this, back in the day in Oklahoma, whenever someone told me, hey, he comes from a good family, or he's a good family man, I would say to myself, okay, my kids can't spend the night over at their kids' house. Okay? That's the first thing that tells me these people are fucked up. Okay? Otherwise, you wouldn't have to say that. And back to that Tennessee nuclear family month, I wonder how many people get divorced these days?

Speaker 2:
[24:41] 48%, I think, nationally.

Speaker 3:
[24:44] Okay. So then we can shave that number for those dumb fucks in Tennessee in half. So because they've all been married, they've now been divorced, so whatever.

Speaker 1:
[24:52] So is that traditional?

Speaker 3:
[24:54] Yeah, is that if you...

Speaker 2:
[24:55] Well, here's a great question. Do you get to like, does Kristi Noem include Corey Lewandowski in her photo? And is Brian wearing his balloon boot?

Speaker 1:
[25:05] Interesting. Hang on. Interesting you just brought up Big Titty Brian because our producers have dug up an image of the first prick of the state of Tennessee. Of course, I'm referring to Governor Bill Lee in drag. Pop this up. Well, of course. There is Bill Lee in drag in high school. As governor, he signed the Adult Entertainment Act, banning public drag performances, making a first offense, a misdemeanor and a second felony. I don't know what kind of pussy, if you have to rate pussies on a scale of zero to 10, if you claim to be a man, a family man, traditional man, an American values man, and you are triggered and scared of gay people and drag queens on the pussy scale, how big of a pussy is that? 20?

Speaker 3:
[25:53] Yeah, at least a 12, 13 on a one to 10.

Speaker 1:
[25:55] Yeah. I mean, you're a straight man.

Speaker 3:
[25:58] Yeah, you don't even have to say that kind of bullshit. And what's worse is that these guys hide behind this myth of how they live their life. This myth, like all these people celebrating this kind of bullshit are all cheating on their wives. They're all living this life that is full of, according to them, sin, lying, whatever it is, and condemning people, the gay community, for just simply being who they are, that don't do anything to anyone, other than just show up and be who they are. And it's really disgusting. Guys like that, I mean, it's just really disgusting.

Speaker 2:
[26:40] Yeah. It's insecure. So, they want people to believe that they're something, that they're trying to convince themselves that they are, when in reality, they're the furthest thing away from it.

Speaker 3:
[26:54] And what are you talking about?

Speaker 1:
[26:55] Straight? Is that what you're talking about?

Speaker 2:
[26:57] Well, no, I'm just talking about people that have to put other people down to feel good about.

Speaker 1:
[27:01] I was making a joke. Yeah, sorry. I was being cheeky.

Speaker 3:
[27:04] And what you do is you just live this life by example. You don't have proclamations to say, hey, we're gonna fucking celebrate this. You just live it by example. Be a good person. Be a good human being. Respect other people. Be kind. Hate it.

Speaker 1:
[27:20] Okay. Speaking of Tennessee, we have Marsha Blackburn. She's a senator. Yeah, she's a total CUNT. And now she is running for governor and she has been cheering on Bill Lee's homophobia. Pop this up. Here's Senator Marsha Blackburn. Bravo, Tennessee. The nuclear family is under attack and the volunteer state is fighting back. What attack are these people talking about? What are they talking about? What attack is it? Like, if you do not like drag shows, do not go to the drag show. You don't like Drag Queen story hour, do not go to the story hour. You don't like gay sex, do not have gay sex. You don't like gay hookups, do not get on Grindr. There is no agenda, there is no attack. This is delusional shit that makes me think me lady doth protest too much. Like, what are they talking about?

Speaker 3:
[28:23] They have to have a boogeyman. They have to have this boogeyman. And it's just a straw figure. Like, there's no issue here. There's no, they're not under attack. Nobody's trying to take anything from them.

Speaker 1:
[28:37] Speaking of attack, Martha, Marcia, Marcia Blackburn, whatever the fuck her name is, Marcia Blackburn, voted against the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act. So women getting attacked. She voted against that in 2013 because it expanded to include LGBTQ+, Native American and undocumented victims of domestic violence. She also voted against Fair Pay for Women and is a climate change denier. And so I just want to say this, we're beating up on Tennessee a little bit right now. Listen, we beat up on all the red states. We're from red states. So all of those blue dots in Tennessee, we see you and we know that you are more disgusted about this shit than anybody, but this this bullshit that MAGA Republicans are pro-family, pro-child, pro-business is the biggest lie. These people are an anti-family death cult that enable pedophilia and participate in pedophilia and are consumed with the genitalia and the sex lives of others. MAGA is an anti-family death cult, say it over and over and over again.

Speaker 3:
[29:54] Let me add one thing to places like Tennessee and Oklahoma, where we live. If you don't like what's going on in your neighborhood, if you don't like what's happening with your politics, look around. It's all fucking Republicans that control it. In the state legislature, your state senators, your US senators, your governor, where we live, you're not under attack. You run everything. How the fuck are you under attack? Like you control every part of government, every facet. You're shoving Bibles up people's asses at schools. Like you're not being attacked. And so it's just a false argument. It's just bullshit.

Speaker 2:
[30:36] I wish that people in these red states and Republicans, particularly Mago Republicans, were as worried about elite white men in a pedophile ring, trafficking and sexually abusing little girls. I wish they would put all the energy that they go against drag time story hour or, you know.

Speaker 3:
[31:02] A thousand percent, Pumps.

Speaker 2:
[31:03] It's just like, where are you putting your energy? You're fine for kids to be raped and sexually abused. You're fine with that. The nuclear family's under attack.

Speaker 3:
[31:15] Shut the up. Right.

Speaker 1:
[31:17] And then right now, for Marsha Blackburn to have sent that tweet out recently to Josh's point, not only does Tennessee have a Republican supermajority statewide, but federally right now, there is a Republican supermajority, a Supreme Court stacked against everybody and a bunch of oligarchs that are such pussies, they make participation trophies and take it to the president and present them to them and bend over. I'm like, what's the point of even being rich if you have to go kiss this guy's ass? These people have everything they want, especially Marsha Blackburn. She's in the majority in the Senate. She's got little Moses Mike Grinder Johnson in the House that will not do shit unless Trump tells him to do it. She's got Trump, JD Vance, all of the assholes at the Supreme Court, and then all of the oligarchs that have bent the knee. And these people are still miserable, hysterical, nut jobs, and they control everything, and they're such pussies, and they're such cowards, they still claim, we are under attack. Who is attacking you, Marsha? It looks like a goddamn bird attacked your hair the last time I checked.

Speaker 2:
[32:30] Carly, get a picture of her.

Speaker 1:
[32:32] Get a picture of her hair up on here. It's unbelievable.

Speaker 3:
[32:35] I keep wanting to say Marsha, Marsha.

Speaker 2:
[32:37] Marsha, Marsha, Marsha. Look at this hair.

Speaker 1:
[32:40] The only thing under attack is this woman's hair. And I would argue that she could use a little LGBTQ plus hairdresser in her life. Because there is, this is a huge argument against heterosexual hair design. Let me just say that. Look at that.

Speaker 2:
[33:00] Oh my gosh.

Speaker 1:
[33:02] Look at that. I mean, look at that. I mean, yeah, Marsha, you're under attack. You're under attack by straight people.

Speaker 2:
[33:07] Yeah, hairdressers hate you.

Speaker 1:
[33:09] That's straight on straight crime, sis.

Speaker 2:
[33:11] Yeah.

Speaker 1:
[33:12] Yeah, that is. Or if it is a gay person. That was beautiful. Well done.

Speaker 2:
[33:17] Very well done.

Speaker 1:
[33:18] Very well done. Diabolical. Okay. Moving along to Caitlyn Jenner. Caitlyn Jenner, as everybody knows, is a trans woman and MAGA. And everybody knows that we just heard from Marsha Blackburn. Marsha is under attack by trans people, right? So here's Caitlyn Jenner, who I think she thought that it was a good idea to be MAGA, right? So now she is shocked as shit that the transphobic rules that the Trump regime has passed, and basically what they have done is if you're a trans man or woman, you typically, because Caitlyn presents female, she's transitioned to a female. She wants her passport to say F for female when she travels. Trump, Marco Rubio, Smokey Oso So Path, JD. Vance, it's got to be whatsoever on your birth certificate. So Caitlyn Jenner gets her passport back, and it is changed back to male, and she's having a stage five meltdown. Pop this up. Caitlyn Jenner says her passport came back marked male under Trump's gender policy. She's reaching out for help. Okay, let's play the video.

Speaker 5:
[34:38] Board. I had to get it renewed. I sent it back, comes back, gender marker M, screws everything up. So there's a form in there. If they made a mistake, you can correct it. So I fill out all the proper forms. I'm not calling anybody. I'm not calling the president. I got his personal cell number. I'm not calling anybody. I'm gonna see if I can fix this myself. Because it's not just about me, it's about all people in this situation. So I even sent a hard copy of my birth certificate, Caitlyn Jenner, gender, sex, female. I did everything. And they sent it back M. They didn't change it at all. So now I'm in a position, Tommy, that what do I do? Right.

Speaker 1:
[35:35] What do you do?

Speaker 5:
[35:36] This is a safety factor, okay? I can't travel internationally anymore, okay? I can't use my passport. I can use global entry. It says F. I can do this. I can travel in the United States, license, you know, driver's license. I've heard enough.

Speaker 1:
[35:51] I've heard enough. Here's what you do, Caitlyn. You quit supporting bigots and you quit supporting Trump and you atone for your own internalized bigotry and then be a champion for trans people everywhere because you're not the special magic trans person as you just found out that MAGA is going to make a caveat or an excuse for the cruelty that you just received, that dehumanization that you received from the Trump regime and changing your gender back to your passport despite triple trumping, despite humiliating yourself on the national stage. That's just the tip of the iceberg, baby girl. They have so much more in store for you. It's unbelievable. This is just wild. And so just to give y'all a little backdrop on this, his first day in office, Donald Trump, he signed an executive order directing federal agencies to recognize only biological sex at birth. The state department immediately stopped processing gender marker changes and eliminated the X option. And that interview Jenner is giving an interview to Tommy Lahren. She, Tommy Lahren has said that trans people, quote, have a psychological condition that would make the military less effective and repeatedly defended Trump's trans military ban. I just want to say, there are so many wonderful trans military members. And this is just cruelty for the point of being cruel. And so this is what she's finding out. Tommy Lahren also, she called gender identity in schools radical LGBTQ plus grooming. And so here we have Caitlyn Jenner going into the belly of the beast. What does she think? Tommy Lahren's everyone's going to go, Oh my God, we're for trans rights now. Let's reverse the passport thing.

Speaker 3:
[37:53] I'm going to go on a limb here and say that Caitlyn Jenner isn't very smart. And so I certainly don't follow her or anything that she does or I know who she is. But you read that clip and you see a little bit of this and it really is just jaw dropping at how ill informed or how I don't want to use an improper word. How ignorant she is. And then it makes you think that that's why a lot of these people vote against their interest because they're so ill informed or they're so ignorant. And I say those words politely or as polite as you can. But how else do you explain that? How else do you explain choosing to go on this particular podcast with this particular message? You know, it's just something I don't know. I mean, I'm not the sharpest stick ever, but goddamn, she makes me look like Einstein.

Speaker 2:
[38:49] Yeah, well, I think it's entitlement. And she believes that it's OK for others not to have rights. She can go down and party at Mar-a-Lago. I think she takes her partner with her. And they take pictures and you see this. But she's special. She doesn't have to worry about all of the bigotry and hate being spread by this regime. She's special. You heard her say, I have Trump's personal cell phone number.

Speaker 3:
[39:16] And there's a component to that too, Pumps, I think that you touch on, that a lot of the trans community suffer financially too. Caitlyn Jenner's never suffered anything financially. And that changes your whole landscape when you don't have resources and you don't have money and you're suffering this hate and discrimination. It's a game changer. It makes it totally different. And so she is, she's a privileged woman who's never had to embrace the discomfort associated with the way trans people are being treated in this country. And so I think you hit it.

Speaker 2:
[39:51] I just, I can't, and you know, she says, well, I can still work on my driver's license. Kansas now is not allowing driver's license. Like it's happening. It started federally, but the shit rolls downhill and it's rolling downhill. And for her to say that she's not safe, but yet she can't apply that to other trans people, I just, it makes me want to scream. Nobody's safe under this regime.

Speaker 3:
[40:17] Can you imagine if you're 16 years old and rural Oklahoma in a town of 2,000 people and you're trans, I mean, how you feel? You know, and to not, if you're a trans person like she is with the means and resources that she has, that you don't feel a certain level of empathy for those people, like an obligation to help them, because you know what it feels like on a smaller scale.

Speaker 1:
[40:40] I mean, it's a real testament to the moral rot that MAGA is. And I just think it's really important to notice right now, Rahm Emanuel was on Bill Maher last weekend, and Rahm Emanuel did that same shtick that he did when he was on our podcast. You know, the Democrats are really good in the, we weren't good at the kitchen table issues, we weren't good in the living room. The only issue we talked about was the bathroom, that hole where Rahm Emanuel thinks he's going to be the savior of the Democratic Party. And as long as we don't talk about trans people or marginalized people, then we're going to win elections. And I just think this is so idiotic of Rahm Emanuel and a lot of other Democrats, because number one, the people who talk about culture wars the most, we've made the case, Marsha Blackburn is under attack, despite them controlling fucking everything. The ads that were most effective and that I believe the hate groups spent, I think, $200 million, something insane, don't quote me on that, but was the anti-trans ad. Trump, Kamala is for they, them. Trump is for you. So it's the right wing that is constantly marginalizing trans people. So then you think, okay, so why are they doing this? Why? Well, gay rights, gay marriage has accelerated at such a rate in our lifetime that we remember when it was completely illegal. Well, Obama ran for president in 2008 against gay marriage. And then Joe Biden, the vice president, trotted out that he supported it. And it moved super quickly. So everybody has kind of moved on the gay issue. So then they have to move the goalposts back and pick on the most marginalized, less than 1% of the population. And I want every trans person to know that there are people in this country that are fighting for you, that see you, and we know what they're doing. We know they are using you. And what I believe is your beautiful uniqueness in a way to shame you and be disparaging about you. And then once they have a majority that they think hate you enough, then they're gonna start moving the goalposts. Because if we leave one group behind, then we leave everybody behind. And so any democratic politician that's quick to throw trans people under the bus, they are a liar, a snake in the grass, and not a very smart student of history is all I have to say. You cannot allow for a marginalized group to be scapegoated. And we as democratic voters in a democratic party have to defend the most marginalized people against us. And it's not, here's what I have to say, nobody fucking wakes up in rural dumb fuck Tennessee or Oklahoma and says, you know what, I want to fuck with my religious family today and I want to fuck with all the people at my church and I'm going to go play tennis at high school and then I'm going to be a D1 athlete and I'm going to game the system and I'm going to win Wimbledon. That does not fucking happen. It doesn't exist. This is not a choice. This is, you need to meet people where they are and embrace them and love them. And I just, Caitlyn Jenner is horrific. And you know, when she goes to Mar-a-Lago, you know she uses the women's restroom.

Speaker 2:
[44:09] Of course she does.

Speaker 1:
[44:11] Yeah. And there's a couple of other trans, MAGA trans influencers too.

Speaker 2:
[44:14] I've seen, I just, I don't understand it. And I have to say, because I have a stone cold heart, when I saw that this was happening to her, as much as I hate it for other innocent people, that all they want to do is be loved and be happy and just have what everybody else has. When I saw she was outraged about this.

Speaker 1:
[44:38] You loved it for her.

Speaker 2:
[44:39] I loved it for her. I just thought, you know, nobody deserves this more than you, Caitlyn. You can prance around at Mar-a-Lago and you can have your head up Donald Trump's ass, but now you can't travel outside the United States. And you know what I have to say about that? It's fucking good.

Speaker 3:
[45:01] Yeah, you're kind of torn. I know.

Speaker 2:
[45:04] My immediate thought was, oh, I hate that. And then I thought, but I like that it's happening to her.

Speaker 3:
[45:10] And really, for me, it's just how can you be that so self-absorbed that you don't understand how other trans people without the resources and means that you have, the struggles that they're going through. How can you not see that with just this one little sprinkle of a problem that you have in California in your multimillion dollar mansion? How do you not want to reach out and help someone that grows up in a much different environment where it's much more toxic, where you wake up every day and hate is spewed at you simply because you're different, because you are different, not because you chose to be different, but because you are different? I don't understand that. And to Jennifer's point and you too, Pumps, I think we all think that it's an obligation on our part. It's not optional. It's not discretionary. It's an obligation on our part to stand up for marginalized groups of people. It's what I do in my work as a criminal defense lawyer all day. And I think I admire both you and Jennifer for day in, day out, protecting this community, because I know that they need it. And they need a voice and fierce advocates like both of you. So I commend you both.

Speaker 2:
[46:29] Well, thank you. And I would just say having been super from my personal life, when I was rolling around and super Christian and all that, other people's problems didn't apply to me. I was so entitled. I was so narcissistic. I thought I was so personally special that nobody else's problems affected me because I'm special and I'm better and all the things that go with that. And then when that light bulb goes on and that peels away and you realize, I mean, you just, for me, it's like I have to, not you can't erase the wrong, but I have to make the men's.

Speaker 1:
[47:14] You have to atone.

Speaker 2:
[47:15] You have to atone, you know, make the men's for that. And so Caitlyn Jenner, it is time for you to be an upstanding person that talks, speaks out about this.

Speaker 1:
[47:25] I don't think she's going to.

Speaker 2:
[47:26] Well, no, of course she's not going to.

Speaker 1:
[47:27] I don't think that's going to happen because we also can throw in sociopathy and psychopathy. And just because you're trans doesn't mean you can't fall prey to that type of issue. And clearly there's something deeply, deeply wrong with Caitlyn Jenner. All right. I'm all about trying to make smarter choices when shopping for clothes. I find myself scrolling at night out of boredom and actually needing new outfits to wear for the podcast, etc. And I end up with a shopping cart full of nothing, nothing that fits, nothing that feels right, and a bunch of returns to do. That's why I've abandoned that strategy entirely and lined up for Stitch Fix. Stitch Fix makes it so much easier. They also a mess everywhere. There are these little Frenchies too. When they drink water, there's just a water drip from the bowl to wherever they land. And I am kind of a clean freak. I like for things to be neat and tidy. And that's why I'm obsessed with tumble rugs. Before tumble, I felt like I was constantly on my hands and knees, scrubbing stains out of rugs. Even when you finally get a stain out, does the rug ever really look the same again? I know mine didn't. Most rugs are either too delicate to wash or a nightmare to clean. All of this changes with tumble because they make spill proof, stylish, machine washable rugs designed for real life. Listener, machine washable rugs made better for a limited time only. Please support our show and tell them that we sent you. Now, I want to segue over to something similar. This is an article and it's Inside the Lonely World of Magga Gay Men. Pop this up. This is via Uncloseted by the Gay Times Magazine. In a time when gay rights are under attack in the US., a minority of gay American men are still staunch Trump supporters. Why? So basically, this article goes through, here's Evan. He was devastated about having to tell his boyfriend. He voted for Trump. As you can see on the screen here, he called, he was nervous, and then his boyfriend called him a racist and a white supremacist. Evan is 21 years old. Also, it notes that 83 percent of queer men typically vote Democrat, and they do that because Democrats are a lot more inclusive and promote equality, and the Trump regime has increased all sorts of anti-LGBTQ-plus hate legislation. Move along. People think that I hate myself, says Evan, for being gay or that I'm a gay traitor. Then there's Nick Duncan. He's 43. He can relate to Evan's fears. I mostly get hatred. I never lost a conservative friend because I'm gay, but I lost all my gay friends because I'm conservative, says Duncan. And then Chris Doane, he's 56. Voting Republican is the only choice that makes sense for him. He believes voting for a Democrat goes directly against his interest as a queer man. This is pretty interesting. Conservatives don't want to murder gays. They want them saved, he says. Muslims vote Democrat because if the Democrats win, they get to stay in the US., they get to take power and they will murder gays brutally, blah, blah. So, my point in bringing all of this up is that every, with Caitlyn Jenner, with these gay men here, with Clarence Thomas, with some of the Latinos for Trump, there is a political ideology that they do not value universal human rights. They like the idea of being a marginalized group and probably hate that about themselves for some whatever reason. And they feel like if they can pile on and bully with the patriarchy, then it satisfies something in this. In the case of the guy, the last gay guy there that was like the Muslims and all that, he clearly was just raised by a bunch of racists.

Speaker 3:
[53:07] Right.

Speaker 1:
[53:07] You know, and that can happen to gay people, lesbians. I mean, no, but everybody can fall prey to this shit.

Speaker 3:
[53:15] But what seems to be missing is just the smallest element of common sense. I mean, I'm not trying to paint this in an intellectual, you know, rhyme or, but it's just seriously, and it would welcome embracing some of these issues or having a conversation with some of these people. But I didn't see anywhere in those four or five slides where there was a valid reason for why they voted Republican instead of Democrat, other than I think there was a mention that the Democrats are going to murder them. Yeah. Which is just completely irrational.

Speaker 1:
[53:54] Which the Republicans actually murdered Renee Good, lesbian mother of three kids with her black lab in the back of the car. And then after the ICE agent shot her, he said, what do you say? Fucking bitch. Isn't that what he said to her?

Speaker 2:
[54:10] Yeah.

Speaker 1:
[54:11] And so this, you know, it's frustrating as that is, we have, this shows you that you, you have to provide allyship to these groups, whether it be black people and stand really strongly against anti-black racism, white people like us calling out racists in our lives. Everything of research points to that on a person to person way, calling out homophobia, you know, drawing the line with, you know, you're homophobe and that community is under attack and I really don't share values with you and I don't want to do anything with you anymore. It's just that's what it's going to take to stand up for this community, these communities because that's how under attack they are in my opinion.

Speaker 2:
[55:04] No, I agree and I think one, I think one to one, just from my perspective, Jennifer and our relationship and going through, you know, like talking about what I believed, okay, you know, Moses, part of the Red Sea, all that, and you ask factual questions. I think when you present the facts to someone, it requires them to think about it. Whether they admit they're thinking about it or whether, so you have to, it's like a thousand little paper cuts, at least it was for me, point something out and just how, you know, that was racist, I don't appreciate, you know, on and on until you just say, I'm out. And it makes people think, at least that's my perspective.

Speaker 1:
[55:47] Well, and it also, you can't normalize bigotry. Bigots are always looking for a permission structure to be able to be a bigot in peace. Caitlyn Jenner wants to be a bigot towards, bizarrely, the LGBTQ plus community. And she thought that, okay, I like this. I like beating up on all these woke LGBTQ plus people. And I'm Trump's magic trans woman. And he's going to make a curve out for me. And that's just not how it works. And it goes to Josh's larger point. There's an ignorant stupidity factor to this as well. You know, like lacking self-awareness observational skills.

Speaker 3:
[56:28] There are. And we run into that. And also in rural areas where I think some people are well intended, but they're not very educated or they haven't been subjected to a lot of different cultures and different types of people. And so if I say someone is ignorant, I don't necessarily mean that in a derogatory way, but there's a lot of, you know.

Speaker 1:
[56:52] I do.

Speaker 3:
[56:53] You do. I'm not as informed on certain things as other people, but the one thing I do agree with, with both of you, is when it does come to racism and marginalized groups, I think it's smart to be very unapologetic about having their backs and calling it out and normalizing that. And sometimes when you do that, it requires you to get down in the mud with these motherfuckers, for lack of a better word, and sling it with them. And whether that's good, whether that's bad, you're doing it because you're protecting a group of people that not very many people have the courage to stand up for. And that makes it right, in my opinion.

Speaker 1:
[57:38] Yeah, no one is a better defender and confronter. No one is a better confronter of racism than Josh Welch. I mean, he just absolutely positively will call out a racist bigot immediately. And if he thinks somebody's a racist, if they even kind of look like a racist, he's like, they're not allowed in our house. When Colin Kaepernick was treated like shit by the NFL, Josh was so outraged. He comes to me and he's like, I'm banning the NFL in the house. I don't want you watching the NFL. I'm like, I'm going to sneak off and watch Dallas Cowboys or something. You know, like whatever. But it enraged him for years the way Colin Kaepernick was treated. The worst part of racism, the worst part of homophobia, the worst part of transphobia are the people that allow the racists and the bigots in their life to operate with impunity. That's the worst part because if you go to Josh's point, the racist or the transphobe or the homophobe is ignorant to their racism. The person who knows it's racist, who knows how dangerous it is, who knows how bigoted it is, that doesn't call it out, that's the worst. That is the worst, most dangerous part of racism, the people that allow it, that know better. Those are racist enablers. I think that's far worse than the people who live out in the trailer park in rural Oklahoma or rural Tennessee, that have been served up this, here's your scapegoat, here's the people you hate, here's why you can't have nice things, here's why your wages never go up, here's why you can't have health care. The people who know better are the worst perpetuators of racism, in my opinion.

Speaker 3:
[59:18] That's right. And I will say this, at many of your shows, you've had maybe a trans child and a parent that's come up to each of you, and then you hear these stories about how the parent has had to think about things differently and evolve because of their child. And a lot of these people are in smaller, more rural communities and more traditional states or conservative states. And so, good for those people. Good for those people for seeing things. I'm sorry that it took maybe your child to be trans, for you to understand this, but welcome. We embrace you. Thank you for your support. But you see that a lot. And it's your shows, both of your shows, you have kids that come up all the time and thank both of you for what you do and how much it means to people. So don't ever forget that. I know both of you won't because you take it so seriously, but it's such an important thing that you do. And I see it day in and day out when I'm with Jennifer. So thanks for having me.

Speaker 1:
[60:21] All right. I think that is all we have for today, Josh. Thank you for guesting. He's here all week. We'll probably squeeze another episode out of him. But in the interim, please know, if you're new to Ive Had It, this is the Tuesday-Thursday podcast. And then every single day, we have IHIP News, which are digestible, bite-sized nuggets of news. So make sure you're subscribed to both of those wherever you get your podcast. They're under one umbrella, just the Ive Had It podcast YouTube channel. And we'll see you soon.

Speaker 2:
[60:54] I'll tell you what I've had it with. Let's hear it.

Speaker 4:
[60:57] I've had it with them.

Speaker 1:
[60:59] Listen up, patriots, gaitriots and natriots. We have a new podcast that has dropped. It's called IHIP News. It's Monday through Friday, every day, 15 to 20 minute hot takes on the political landscape of the United States of America, always served with a side of petty grievances.

Speaker 2:
[61:19] We are on all the available platforms, Apple, Spotify, Google, whatever, if you get your podcasts and YouTube.

Speaker 1:
[61:26] Please go rate, subscribe, and review so that we will chart upwards with America's greatest legal mind, Pumps. Pumps, what does an eagle say?

Speaker 2:
[61:35] Cacaw!

Speaker 1:
[61:37] A little bit more enthusiasm. Cacaw! That's it. That's, that's...

Speaker 3:
[61:40] Cacaw!

Speaker 1:
[61:41] That's the patriotism that this country needs right there.
