[00:02] But I'll probably be talking a lot of shit. Do not stifle me, Rach. Let me fly off the handles. Just let me go. I don't know. If you say we have to cut something even one time, so help me God. Let's cut that. Guys, this is a recent one. We were mentioned a million times in TikToks about this case, because TikTok is pretty involved, actually.
Speaker 2:
[00:34] Oh, okay.
Speaker 1:
[00:35] It is infuriating, it is dark. Get the kids out of the room, and get your dogs in the room. Okay, let's go. You will need comforting. The kids will always need to be out of the room. Yeah. And let's make that a weekly thing. Yeah, because we're going to drop, especially in today's episode, a lot of fuck bombs, a lot of fuck bombs, as opposed to other episodes where we take it down. Come on.
Speaker 2:
[01:11] Come on.
Speaker 1:
[01:12] Sure. But it's infuriating and I might get a little misty. I don't know.
Speaker 2:
[01:19] Okay.
Speaker 1:
[01:21] Here we go. Truth be told, I ate a little piece of a gummy. My blood was boiling. It's 420, by the way. Oh my God. Okay. You didn't know that? This is news to you? What's the damn difference in the other day? I mean, honestly. Like a fatty one? No, a loomy watermelon. Oh, watermelon. Use code WORST for 30% off.
Speaker 3:
[01:50] There you go.
Speaker 1:
[01:51] Little plug. I love that. Plug. No, loomy, L-U-M-I. They're great. 30% is a lot, by the way. Yeah. Wow. Yeah, they taste good too. I meant which one, like, cause they have different ones, you know? Right. Like one that's going to make you giddy. Are you still going to be on your A game? Of course. Or are you just going to be on one? No, I think the adrenaline of my fury will probably trump the effects of the gummy. Fine. But I'll probably be talking a lot of shit. Do not stifle me, Rach. Let me fly off the handles. Just let me go. I don't know. If you say we have to cut something even one time, so help me God. Let's cut that. No, we'll see. We'll see. You don't stifle me and my ability to say, we need to cut that. You're like too much right now. So we'll see. We'll all decide together. How about that? Okay. Let's jump in. Please. Sources. Probable cause affidavit. Come to mama. I mean, love when we get that. Damn it. What state is this? Michigan. You're about Detroit Free Press, Detroit News, the Muskegon Chronicle, whatever, the Flint Journal, the Kalamazoo Gazette, Court TV, 910news.com, Cadillac News. That's Cadillac, Michigan. And Michigan Sex Offender Registry. Bunch of information on there. Tell you that. Trigger warning. This story does include a pregnant woman. Oh, God. I hate it. In 2004, Stephanie Park and her husband Rod had only been official foster parents for one day before getting their first placement. A caseworker called and told them that there were three kids that needed somebody ASAP. That night, Stephanie went to Walmart and got everything she needed. And the very next day, she was taking care of a four year old boy named Tim, a one year old named Rebecca and a newborn named Kimberly. Wow. I mean, damn zero to three in one day. That's insane. Stephanie and Rod initially struggled to connect with the kids. Tim, especially the oldest, struggled with underdeveloped social skills and all the kids were malnourished. They all had lung issues. And at one year old, Rebecca was still enclosed for three to six months. Oh, and Kimberly was in and out of the hospital for the first few months of her life. Yeah. Their biological mom, Courtney Bartholomew, last name was Fox back then, but she has since gotten married. She was only 15 when she gave birth to her first child, Tim. Wow. Three years later, at 18 years old, she had Rebecca and almost a year to the day after that, she had Kimberly, literally. Rebecca was born August 19th, 2003. Kimberly was born August 16th, 2004. Wow. So for like the three days after Kimberly's birthday, they got to say they were the same age. Yeah. Um, so needless to say, Kimberly and Rebecca were very close. They're Irish twins. Pretty much. Yeah. What do you mean pretty much Irish twins? Yeah. And that's when you're born within the same year. They're, they're like three days past it. Uh, uh-huh. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Well, anyway, Courtney had three kids under five and she was still a teenager herself. That's insane. Holy shit. Yeah. Courtney herself was raised by her grandparents. Um, so I'm not sure where they were when she was 15 and had her first baby or if they helped out or what. I'm not sure where her own parents are either. And I only mentioned that to say, it just doesn't sound like she had a camp behind her. No, obviously. Yeah, for whatever reason. And as a result, she could not raise those babies. I mean, she just couldn't. Again, she's a kid herself. And CPS couldn't ignore that. So Tim, Rebecca and Kimberly were taken away. And though it was clearly the right thing for those babies, Courtney was devastated and actually pretty mad about it. And was, wasn't too scared to voice that. Sure. Initially, Courtney had visitation rights, but once the Parks legally adopted the three kids, they cut all ties with her. Stephanie and Rod legally changed their last name to Park and updated legal documents to keep them out of reach from their birth family.
Speaker 3:
[06:36] Oh, OK.
Speaker 1:
[06:38] So even though Courtney could no longer see the kids, she was able to somewhat keep tabs on them through her cousin, who somehow, I don't know how she was able to keep tabs on them. But over the years, her cousin was able to stay somewhat up to date with them and their well-being. So Courtney knew that they were safe and doing well. Stephanie and Rod gave the kids a great childhood and a great life, as far as I can tell. And they and although there's not that much about their childhood, but they say it was happy. I know that it's happy, I think. Right. As far as I know, it's probably a lot better than it would have been. Right. They probably just want to try. I was like, I feel like my, oh, sounded judgy that they did that. Because I was like, maybe they know something more about Courtney. That's like, no, we want you to stay far away. But that could just be confusing. Right. You never know. I get it. I don't know. I don't know. Yeah. Okay. Sorry. Carry on. Yeah. I don't know. Some people just prefer closed adoption. Sure. And growing up, they never really talked about their biological parents. But as they grew up, Rebecca and Kimberly especially wanted to know more about where they came from and wanted to know their biological mother. Stephanie didn't love the idea, truth be told, but once they turned 18, they're adults and they can do whatever they want. That's right. Rebecca found Courtney on Facebook and they started talking via Messenger. Courtney said that she had been counting down days until Rebecca turned 18 so they could reunite. Really? Yeah. It was a very happy moment for Kimberly too. The three of them stayed in touch and Kim and Rebecca were especially excited to learn that Courtney had an eight-year-old son. Now they have a half-brother. Yeah. The following year in 2022, 19-year-old Rebecca got pregnant herself and gave birth to a son. A year later, gave birth to another son, which is kind of crazy. I mean, she too had two babies a year apart at a very young age. Right. Her birth mom did. Yeah. I don't know who those kids' father is, but she does eventually meet a man named Richard Fowler and they get engaged in March 2024. Richard Fowler is 43 years old. Rebecca at the time is 22. Okay. So twice her age and he's a predator. There's no sugar coating it with him. Okay. No sad stepping to later shock you. He's awful. Okay. Let's just call it what it is. His rap sheet is disgusting. He's had five charges between 2003 and 2015 that all involve children under the age of 15. Shut up. He's been charged with sexual misconduct, a person who was incapacitated. He's a rapist. He's a creep. Acosting children for immoral purposes, sexual conduct with a person between the ages of 13 and 15. A real creep. A gem. Cut all that. Cut all that. Oh my God. I was like, are you, tip of the iceberg? Yeah, I'm not going to keep doing that joke, but I had to. I was like, what did I say? God. I love that your trigger warning was for a pregnant person, but you just went there a whole bunch of kid stuff, too. Oh, yeah, but no details. Yeah, I'm just kidding. I'm nearly charged. I know, I know, I know. I have no idea how Richard and Rebecca met, but unfortunately, this was the guy she fell in love with. And again, in March 2024, they get engaged. You're surely not going to call him Richard this whole time. Dick. Yeah. Well, everyone calls him Rich. And because they're kind of a lot of players, I thought like Rich and Rebecca would help y'all out. Remember that they're together, like they're married, you know.
Speaker 4:
[10:37] Yeah.
Speaker 1:
[10:38] OK. But we could call him Dick, too.
Speaker 4:
[10:40] Dick.
Speaker 1:
[10:41] Dick helps me remember that he sucks. Uh huh. And I don't really care what his preference is. If his name's Richard, he's going by Dick. Dick. Dick Fowler. There we go. And everyone says Fowler, but it's F-A-L-O-R. So I would have said Fowler, but I guess I'll go by the news. God. Dick Fowler would have been way better. Dick failure. Yeah. Come on. It's easy. It's right there. That's so close, but whatever. So almost a year into their engagement, Rebecca finds out she's pregnant again and she's aunt. On top of that, it's another boy. So she knew almost immediately she wanted to have a junior. Richard Fowler Jr. Okay. All three are Dick's kids now. All three boys. I mean, obviously the one that she's going to name junior. But the two others are Dick's kids as well. No, I said, I know y'all were listening. Rach clearly wasn't. No, I am. I'm actually not sure who their father is. Oh, I thought you meant you didn't know who the three, Kimberly, Tom and Rebecca's fathers were. I don't know that either. Yeah. That's what I thought you meant. Yeah. Okay. So you don't know either. Great. So Dick Fowler, they're going to have a junior. Yeah. I think Rebecca's first two boys, I think the father's name is Randy, but it's... Okay. Yeah. There's a lot to unpack here. And I... Okay.
Speaker 2:
[12:05] All right.
Speaker 1:
[12:06] All right.
Speaker 2:
[12:06] Go on.
Speaker 1:
[12:07] Go on. So she's planning to name this baby Richard Fowler Jr. And she and everyone else refers to him as Baby Richie, who was due November 2025. Wow.
Speaker 2:
[12:20] Okay.
Speaker 1:
[12:21] Yeah. Still on her Facebook and everything. Baby Richie's coming.
Speaker 2:
[12:26] Okay.
Speaker 1:
[12:27] I'm sure it shocks no one to hear that her mom and dad, Stephanie and Rod, her siblings, no one wanted Rebecca to be with Rich. Even Courtney, who is a really... Dick. Dick. But... You typed it all out as Rich, didn't you? Fine and replace. I'm just kidding. Go on. Carry on. If you say Rich, I'll back off. Okay. I'm going to say Dick. Great. Even Courtney, who is relatively new in Rebecca's life, told her that she should leave him. And that is a risky move to reunite with your biological mother, getting to know her again. And she tells you she hates your fiancee when you're pregnant with his baby. Yeah. Could have ended very poorly for Courtney. You're going to come tell me how to live my life now? Uh-uh. That's not what we're going to do here. Especially since Courtney's husband, Bradley Bartholomew, was someone not so different from Rich. Oh. He is also on the Michigan Sex Offender Registry as a result of two convictions. One in 2011 for third degree criminal misconduct with a person 13 to 15. Wow. It's like the exact same thing. Dead on. And then one in 2017 for possession of child sexually abusive material. So he too is a creep. So this is kind of a messy dynamic, but everyone's coexisting the best they can. In October of 2025, Courtney came into some inheritance because her grandmother had passed away, and she was going to give Rebecca $2,000 of it as a gift and to help out with a new baby. But the day she was planning to give it to her, which was on November 2nd, 2025, Rebecca thought she was going into labor. And the entire family met them at the hospital only to find out that she was only one centimeter dilated and was not in labor. It was a false alarm. But she is 38 weeks pregnant. So that will happen. I mean, he's coming, he's coming. And they say like, labor hasn't started, I mean, it's kind of started. Sure. Any day now. You go on home. Well, also on that day, Rebecca told Courtney that Rich, her fiance, was being an asshole. So Courtney offered to take her to get some ice cream the following day, so they could talk it out. And so Courtney could give Rebecca that cash. So the next night, Courtney went to pick up Rebecca, because I don't think she has a car. And she brought her back to her own house, so they could go through some baby stuff. And she said that Rebecca was texting someone almost the entire time. Courtney asked what was going on with her and Rich, and why he was being an ass. And it really didn't seem like Rebecca wanted to get into it. She, Rich was pissed off about his truck being in the shop, and I think it was in the shop because of something Rebecca did, whatever. They were just having a bad day. She didn't really give specifics other than that. He was just being a dick. Nothing groundbreaking. Because he's a dick. Then around 8:30 p.m., she told Courtney they'd have to rain check on the ice cream and someone was picking her up. Courtney told her that was fine and gave her the $2,000 and waited outside with her in a black sedan with tinted windows pulled up. And Rebecca got inside, never to be seen again. Who is it now? Because the windows were tinted, Courtney didn't see the driver, and she never even really thought to ask Rebecca specifically who was picking her up, because it's not like she really knew Rebecca's friends anyway. Like, yeah, I wouldn't know them anyway. So, oh, God, I probably didn't occur to her. I wish the hospital admitted her. Oh, yeah. God. Rich called Courtney later that night asking if she'd seen Rebecca, and she told him exactly what happened, and he had no idea who owned a black sedan. Courtney then called Kimberly. That's Rebecca's sister, her other biological daughter, and told her no one could get in touch with Rebecca, and being her sister, Kim obviously tracks her. Duh. That's 2025. It's literally six months ago. No, yeah. It's crazy. So, yeah, you have to find my friends, do the Instagram location things, now the thing at that point, which turned that off. But in this situation, that would be great. It's 2025. What are you doing if you're not tracking every member of your family like a caveman? What? For real. Anyway. Kim tracks her and the phone is only a couple hundred yards from Courtney's house as if she dropped it not too far after being picked up by this black car. Or did the driver of this car throw it? Yeah, right. Who's dropping a phone out of a moving car? I'm to say. I'm to say. It's been thrown. Thank you. No, I'm actually to say, but it will be in a little bit. So sit tight. All right. But those were like the TikToks when Rebecca first went missing. Those were the TikToks being like, who's in this black car? We started getting tagged and I started getting caught up. I'm wondering if I saw that because some of this seems, I don't know. It's so recent. I'm just, my mind's blown from that alone. Right. Okay, go on. So Kim screen shoots Rebecca's phone location on Find My Friends and sends it to Courtney. And she and her husband, Brad drove to find it a couple hundred yards is walkable, but it's hard for Courtney to get around because she is handicapped. Oh, really? Yeah. At some point in her life, her leg was amputated. So she's in a wheelchair. Sometimes she uses crutches, but mostly wheelchair. 100, 200 yards on crutches or wheelchair. Yeah, it's tough, especially when the phone was on an unpaved two-track road. Yeah. So they give it to Rich. They go to drop it off at Rebecca's fiancee's, Rich's house, and later, Kimberly goes to get the phone from Rich and takes it to the police. On November 6th, police obtain a search warrant to get on the phone and see if anything's been deleted or whatever, everything. Law enforcement also submitted a preservation request for cell towers near this location to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon. A preservation request to cell providers to save any data from November 3rd, the day that Rebecca went missing, that might otherwise be deleted. It includes like tower location data, text records, everything. They begin conducting search parties all around the area but find nothing. Word is spreading in the small town, as I'm sure you can imagine. Everyone is posting about Rebecca, coordinating the search parties, the whole thing. I mean, again, she's 38 weeks pregnant. Yeah. Where do they live again? I know Michigan, but? Boone Township and then right outside Manning, which is right outside Cadillac. Cadillac. Very small towns. Okay.
Speaker 2:
[19:25] Okay.
Speaker 1:
[19:27] Obviously, the first person they are obsessed of is predatory fiancee Rich.
Speaker 2:
[19:32] Sure.
Speaker 1:
[19:33] Who, of course, denies any involvement and they don't have any evidence against him. So they let him go and he takes his concerns all over the local news. He says he's been calling hospitals in case she went into labor. He said every time his phone goes off, he thinks it's going to be her. Every time a car passes his house, he runs to the window to see if it's her. They're inseparable and he has no idea who could have been driving this black car. But Kimberly says she might have an idea of who it is. She told police that Rebecca had been in contact with a man named Stephen Billet, and she thinks he has a black sedan. This guy is older and according to Kimberly, a pervert. Police question him, but can't find any evidence against him, so they put him on the back burner. There's a theme with these men. There's a theme. Yes, there is. And things are about to get real messy. On Saturday, November 22nd, 2025, 19 days after Rebecca's disappearance, Kimberly goes on TikTok live and says she thinks her biological mom, Courtney, and her husband, Brad, are responsible. Okay. The police see it and say, get your ass down here. And Lieutenant Pisker interviews her. She tells Pisker that Brad and Courtney had struck Rebecca over the head with a blunt object causing Rebecca to have a seizure. And they were unable to revive her. So Brad and a friend who she doesn't know who, she doesn't know this guy's name, but Brad and a friend took Rebecca's body and discarded it somewhere, possibly a swamp. Wow. I suppose since Kimberly was the one spearheading the search for her, like she called the police, she gave the phone, whatever, Courtney and Brad decided to tell her the truth. But according to Kimberly, they threatened her and her daughter to keep quiet and stop bringing attention to it. So Kimberly responded by going on TikTok Live. Sure. Sure. As you do as a, what is she? 18 years old?
Speaker 4:
[21:45] 19.
Speaker 1:
[21:45] 21. 21. Yep.
Speaker 4:
[21:48] Okay.
Speaker 1:
[21:50] Especially when it's like, I'm way closer to my sister than I am to you. So I'm going to go to TikTok Live with what I think. Yeah. So the community is now in an uproar against Courtney and Brad. People are outside of their house screaming like, justice for Rebecca, calling them murderers. It's like the laundries house all over again. Yeah. But they definitely deserve it. The laundries. I have a feeling, I have a feeling Courtney and Brad do not. Okay, go on. But I'll find out.
Speaker 2:
[22:24] I don't know.
Speaker 1:
[22:25] Maybe they deserve it. You'll find out.
Speaker 2:
[22:26] Sure.
Speaker 1:
[22:27] Now, unlike the laundries, Courtney and Brad are talking back. So a few of these protesters posted on TikTok, one user being Northern Nicholas, thank you for your service. He was outside Courtney's house and we were tagged a bunch of times in his video, which is how I learned about this case. So thank you all for the case suggestion. So thank you. And here is that TikTok. It's Courtney and her husband Brad and Brad's holding their big-ass dog who's barking. So you might hear a dog barking, but they get it out. So here we go.
Speaker 2:
[23:05] Kimberly is imitating me of hitting my daughter and hiding the body. She's imitating my husband of murder. Before my daughter went missing, Kimberly asked about the trails behind my house. The black car, it was Kimberly in the car.
Speaker 3:
[23:35] Oh, wow.
Speaker 1:
[23:39] Implicating though. She says implicating me. But what a time to be alive. Okay, so she says, Courtney in that video says that, you know, Kimberly is implicating. She says implicating, but implicating me and my husband for murder. Well, Kimberly was the one asking about the trails behind my house and the black car. It was Kimberly in it. Kimberly. So now we know. And it is mic drop gasp heard around the United States because this went viral. Right. Shit. This was what everyone was talking about. Who was in that car? Who was that? Whatever. And Courtney was going to protect her. But now she's out of it.
Speaker 4:
[24:20] Oh, really?
Speaker 1:
[24:20] Kimberly was in the car.
Speaker 4:
[24:22] Oh, okay.
Speaker 1:
[24:22] I thought maybe this could be a lie too. I don't know. Well, you don't know. So this is actually sounding familiar, though. Maybe I did. Okay.
Speaker 4:
[24:29] Okay. Okay.
Speaker 1:
[24:30] Sorry. Yeah, it probably is because this has been everywhere. So they're now pointing fingers at each other. After that TikTok release, police bring Courtney and Brad in and say, what? And Brad tells police. And also, can we all just get together? Well, not together, separate rooms, but and stop putting this all over TikTok live because stop it. TikTok anything live, not live, don't care, cut it out, cut it out. Come to us. So Brad tells police that Kimberly came to their house and asked about some nearby trail that she wanted to get and that she wanted to get Rebecca out of the picture. So they relocate the next search party to the trails behind Brad and Courtney's house. There's even another video of Courtney saying like, no, police need to search behind my house because that's where Kimberly was saying. Like she does a few videos. And everyone in this area that are staking out in front of this house that are merely on TikTok run to the trails and mess everything up. Like this is not a good idea. So they know police like relocate the official next search party to be on those trails behind Brad and Courtney's house. No, no one went running right then because it's really dark in that video. Okay. Well, less than 24 hours later, November 25th, 2025, a woman, a civilian, or civilian, God came across Rebecca Park's brutally mutilated body. The autopsy was conducted at Western Michigan University by Dr. Christine James. And she concluded that Rebecca was stabbed six times in the back, two stabs to her upper arm, two stabs to her neck, and at least two to her face, which imagine being stabbed in the face. Oh God. And most horrifically, yeah, the baby was gone. I knew it. Oh, I knew it. Oh God, I hate this. You're going to hate it even more when I tell you, the baby is still missing today. Stop. Stop. [29:20] This episode is brought to you by Goodells. Okay, real talk. You know, after a long day of dealing with the worst, you just want to sit down and eat a dinner that's warm and comforting and actually makes you feel good? Well, that's when I turned to Goodells. It has the nostalgia of the mac and cheese I grew up on, that cheesy, delicious comfort food. But it's even better because each serving is packed with protein, fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals from real plant sources. A nutrient-packed mac and cheese, who knew? There are tons of flavors, including vegan and gluten-free options, so there's genuinely something for everyone. My favorite is Cheddar Mac. It's my kid's favorite too, and honestly, it tastes like such a treat. It feels like we're getting away with something. Almost all Goodells products are low glycemic index, so you get steady energy, no carb crash, no regret. And it's clean label purity award certified, which means it's been tested for over 400 contaminants and meets their highest standard. It's time to get some Goodells for yourself. I know you'll love it as much as I do. Pick up Goodells mac and cheese and pasta on your next shopping trip. Available nationwide at Target and Walmart, plus many other major grocery stores and retailers. Her abdomen was open and the placenta was exposed with the umbilical cord still attached, but the baby was gone. I know this is where I get real, I started to get real infuriated at the end. Okay. Well, I'm getting hot already. That's okay. I will not stop you from getting on one because I'm going to get out there with you. And I'm not even going into even more details there. The full autopsies and the affidavit and it's disgusting. Sadly, the court documents state also that Rebecca was alive and conscious when baby Richie was taken. Oh God, that is next level. Next level. Evil. Dr. James also reported that Rebecca's stomach contained copious amounts of a blue green chalky residue. Toxicology results haven't been disclosed, but that's interesting. And there's a theory later. Okay. Don't worry. I'm going to tell you everything that we, I mean, just sit tight. All right. Tip of the iceberg. Rebecca's body was covered in leaves and nearby deputy Jacob Kopenen found a debit card that belonged to Kimberly Park. Shut up. Yeah. Oh, a debit card at the crime scene is damning, but why the hell would she do that? Like they're very close, practically twins. Well, during her, I think, third interview with cops, she made a very shocking confession and it's not for murder. She stands by her innocence, but she does have a secret confession that she's been sleeping with Rebecca's fiancee, Rich Fowler. Gross. Gross. Gross. And I am just easing you in, Rach. I've heard. Okay. Oh, God. That is so fucking gross. So gross. During this interview- How many times can we reiterate? And there's just. There's no other words. Fucked up. That's the whole thing. She's a dipshit. What she put herself in the forefront. And actually her mom, Courtney, knew she was in that car and didn't say anything. And then she went on TikTok Live to say, my mom did it. Courtney's like, guess the fuck what? I'll go, I'll tell everything. All right. You're a dipshit. Here's what, logger up. To first and foremost. Before you go on TikTok Live, yes, seriously. Just do this. You're a dipshit. During this interview, Kimberly explained her relationship with Rich was complicated by his relationship with her sister. You know what I'd say? Why? Your boyfriend proposing and impregnating your sister makes for a messy relationship. What do you mean? Also, you have it wrong. No, Rich and Rebecca's relationship is complicated by you. Yeah, you're the other woman here, Tuts. Okay. Dipshit. And cops are like, well, that's a motive right there. And she says, no, no, no, no, I would never do that. And claimed that Rich actually told her he'd taken care of Rebecca and to not worry about it anymore. Well, wait a minute.
Speaker 4:
[33:38] What about your mom?
Speaker 1:
[33:39] I mean, what about Courtney and what happened there? Brad. Well, I hate to defend Brad because he also sucks too. But we won't be. Uh, now you're jumping around. I according to Kimberly, that was Rich's idea. OK, remember, he is twice as old as Rebecca and Kimberly, right? Kimberly is even younger than Rebecca. So, oh, I mean, yeah, he's he's the one calling the shots, right? Right. I know he, according to Kimberly, he was sparing her details to protect her. She also said again, it was his idea to mislead the investigation and lie about Courtney and Brad hitting Rebecca over the head, causing her to seize and leaving her for dead. I believe that. I don't know. Yeah, right. This guy's doing all the stuff to kids. Sure. He's capable of dirt bag for sure. OK, at this point, they have no physical evidence directly tying Kimberly to Rebecca's murder, except her debit card. Well, her debit card, that's damning, but like, you know, physical evidence on Rebecca. Yeah. So they instead arrest her for obstructing an investigation and lying to police. And her bond is set at $750,000. Well, she and Megan Timbers, son of that. While they and that's what the holder for that while they continue investigating her for murder. They arrest Rich on open murder, which is essentially suspicion of murder without specifying a degree. But they can't hold him based on what Kimberly says alone. Yeah. And they're still testing all the evidence. However, lucky for police, in addition to being a disgusting rapist, they discover he's a meth dealer. Perfect. He's arrested on two counts of delivery and manufacturing of methamphetamine. And since he's a repeat offender because he's a child rapist, his bond was set for $1 million. When he was questioned about the murder, he lawyered up pretty quickly. So we don't have anything from him on the affidavit. The only smart thing he's done. The only. Right. So cops get search warrants for everyone. They're sick of us. Yeah. They get for Kimberly Rich and her biological mom, Courtney and her husband, Brad, since Rebecca was found only two and a half miles behind their house, which initially they think is strategic by rich to make it seem like Courtney and Brad were responsible. But they don't see any evidence pointing to the fact that Rich was there that night. No cell phone data, no physical evidence. However, they do see Brad's phone there, Courtney's husband. His phone was pinging near the location where Rebecca's body was discovered. Which is weird. Yeah, considering they live right there. But he originally told cops he wasn't there at all that night. See, even though they're married, he lives and he lives like most of the time with Courtney and her son. He still has his own place, which I think is because he is a sex offender and he can't be around Courtney's 14-year-old son. So he still has his own place. Yeah, he can't be around children. Oh, so he initially said he was nowhere near the house that night, but now his phone is pinging. Yeah, you are your home. So what's this about? And he admits that when Courtney went to pick up Rebecca that night, he stayed with her 14-year-old son at the house alone and he lied because he's not allowed to be around children. You violated your registry. Yeah. Arrested. Let's arrest them. Sex offender agreement. Yeah, he violated it and he didn't want to get in trouble. No, they actually don't arrest them because they're, you know, like a murder investigation. This is a bigger deal that you might be involved in a murder than. But still, it's a reason to hold him. Why not? Right. I know. But he's a dirt, one more dirt bag off the street. Even if he's not involved in the murder, I'm like, well, you shouldn't have violated that. And honestly, are there any heroes other than Rebecca so far in this story? Because I'm a little mad that Stephanie and Rod. Stephanie and Rod, good job adopting. Yeah, that I know of. Adopting those kids. But I'm a little peeved at Courtney for letting this piece of shit live there with her kid. I know. And has some babysit? No, we're not doing this. I know. Let them loose. Her judgment is... Okay, everyone. I mean, she married. God, we're going to talk a lot of shit. Oh, yes, we are. She married Brad three years prior to the story while he was still in prison. So like what? Yeah. Wow. It's not good. Nothing is good. Okay. Great. Yeah, but I don't know why they didn't arrest him and hold him for that, for violating his sex offender agreement. Not sure. But they are like, y'all are some shady ass people. And they bring Courtney in again to corroborate his story. And she confirms, yeah, he was there. And then they asked about the family dynamic. And she said, they're like, sit down, sit down. This can be a while. Grab some popcorn. You're in for it. Yeah. And she says that Rebecca and Kimberly never liked Brad. Obviously. Sure. Who would? And they asked about his relationship with Rich. Like, did these two child rapists get along? Uh-huh. And she said, of course they do. They bond. No. Over dabbling kids. They actually hate each other because a year prior, Rich actually turned Brad in for violating his sex offender agreement. I don't know what he did back then, but it resulted in jail time back then. And Brad was pissed. He told Courtney he would eventually get revenge because Rich fucked with the wrong motherfucker. So they're like, Oh, okay, could your husband potentially kill Rebecca for revenge on Rich? Right. She's like, maybe. Because on top of that, according to Courtney, she herself at the time when he went to prison back then, was pregnant, eventually miscarrying the baby. But at the time, she didn't know whose it was, Brad's or Rich's. I think I'm good here. I think I'm good here. She too. Well, he's closer to her age than the people he usually goes after, including her daughter, both daughters.
Speaker 4:
[40:14] What the fuck?
Speaker 1:
[40:16] She too is sleeping with Rebecca's fiancee, Rich. So we have both Rebecca's sister and biological mother sleeping with her fiancee. I never want to hear another word about Alabama again. Absolutely not. I'm going to blow my fucking lid. I swear to God. I swear to God. This is disgusting. This is backwards right here. This is the most backwards thing, and we are not in Alabama. We're not in Mississippi. We're not in Georgia. We're not in North. I could keep going. I could keep going. Wow. According to Courtney, if you tell me Courtney and Brad have had a relationship, Courtney and Brad are married. I mean, not Courtney. Sorry, Kimberly. If you tell me, okay. According to Courtney, her and Rich started their affair at a time when Rebecca and Rich briefly broke up. She was even planning to divorce Bradley. I keep going from Brad to Bradley. Sorry. I think everyone calls him Brad or whatever. So she was even planning to divorce Brad, but Courtney then became pregnant and wasn't sure who the father was. So she stopped the divorce two weeks before the court date. According to her, Courtney reports that Rich showed up to their house with the intention of shooting Brad. Somehow, she defused the situation and nothing happened, but later said Rich came back and raped her, causing her to miscarry the baby she was carrying. This incident was reported to the sheriff's office according to the affidavit. What? Yeah. But Rich was never charged according to Courtney. Courtney said he was never charged, which I'm like, why can't? Like the affidavit says, this incident was reported to the sheriff's office, but according to Courtney, Rich was never charged. Well, because maybe she dropped the charges. Yeah. I mean, she really, yeah. This is so backwards. As backwards, backwards and backwards. As backwards and backwards. Have we at this point removed the son from the house? Courtney's son after the three. So, oh my God. Oh, this is, it's insane. Just put all of them in jail. One of them's involved. Let's all go to prison and find that baby. Find that baby. Okay. Keep going. Sorry. After Courtney rejected Rich is when he started dating Rebecca again, according to her. Courtney said once she realized how dangerous Rich was, she became very concerned about Rebecca. That's why Courtney really encouraged her to leave him. But from what I can tell, she didn't tell her why. His rap sheet alone is a reason enough for you to be concerned with your daughter or anyone, or dating this guy. You're her husband. You should be concerned about a lot of things. A lot of things. But I think I know the real motive behind that conversation. Yeah. So do I. It's going to be like this all the time, isn't it? Kind of. But once all is out on the table, we can really talk shit and it will feel so good. Oh, we haven't been so far? Okay. Keep going. Okay. You'll see. Yeah. So Rebecca, as far as I know, did not know her fiance was sleeping with her biological mother and her sister. Oh, my God. So the cops are like, whoa, this is really fucked. And this does give Brad another motive. Like, and Brad said, you sent me back to jail for violating my sex offender agreement. Then you bang my wife. Then you rape my wife. Bang your wife. You've been watching too much VPR. Yes, I have. And then you rape my wife? Yeah, no way. But it's like, if this is a revenge kill, why not just kill Rich? Right. Why would he kill his fiance and his baby? It's so evil. Like, but again, in a demented mind, if Courtney was pregnant and Rich actually raped her, and that was Brad's baby. Yeah. Then I can see in his revenge mindset, like, you killed my baby type of thing. It's all disgusting. It's horrifying. Yeah. I hate it. And I'm sorry. Yeah. So cops have Courtney again. That's her biological mother. I'm just going to keep identifying. So yeah, Kimberly and Courtney are getting confusing to me, especially when they're the Kardashians too. Everyone calls Kimberly Kim. And I was like, I can't do this. No, I can't. Right, right. So cops have Courtney, Rebecca's biological mother, recap the entire night of the murder. Let's start from the beginning. And she says she went to pick up Rebecca the night of November 3rd. Courtney's cell phone data confirms this. She did. And the car, Rebecca mentioned needing stuff for the baby, including household items like laundry detergent, whatever. And Courtney offered to give her some stuff. So they go back to Courtney's house before going to get ice cream. And she gives Rebecca a bunch of Tadpods and other shit, that $2,000, whatever. And that's when Rebecca said she'll have to rain check ice cream because she has a ride. And that's when the black sedan pulled up to get her. And police stop her right there and say, okay, wait, stop right there. And the original interview, you said Rebecca was texting a ton before someone came to pick her up. Just thinking that. Her cell phone data shows zero outgoing text asking someone for a ride. There was nothing on the phone, even delete it from that. They're on cahoots, aren't they? She says, okay, you're right. And it met that was a lie. There is no black sedan. What? No black sedan. And she said Bradley made her say it was Kimberly inside the car and retaliation from, you know, of Kimberly doing. Tick-tock, gate, yeah. Tick-tock, gate. Yeah, gate. So they say, okay, let's start over again, and bitch, I swear to God, if you lie one more time, I'm gonna rip off your other fucking leg and beat you.
Speaker 5:
[46:23] Holy shit.
Speaker 1:
[46:26] Oh man, here we go. Okay. Here we go. Brad at this point is in another room being interviewed, and Courtney is silent for a minute, and then asks, can Brad hear us? And she says she first needs to get immunity. Explain. Of course not. But sure. They say that's, you know, that's not up to us. That's up to the prosecutor. And Courtney says, well, let's get the prosecutor in here, right? Right now? Detective Pisker is like, okay, we can't do that. We relay to the prosecutor what you tell us. The prosecutor, she's going to want to know what you have before she grants you immunity. Yeah. I'm laughing at, can he hear us next door? Come on. Are you about to implicate them? He's about to implicate them. And what's even funnier is that after they're like, that's not how immunity works. We have to relay the information you give us to a prosecutor. You're not talking to them directly. She then asks for witness protection.
Speaker 4:
[47:31] Oh, God.
Speaker 1:
[47:32] No, sweetie. No, sweet love. No, that's not. They're like, oh, OK. Random person won't be bothered. There's a prosecutor. Can you come in here for a second? Just play along. Just play along. There's a witness protection chick. Come on. Authority giving the chick. The witness protection president. Whatever. Here, we can get you all set up right here. Right. And they're like, bitch, we don't know if you're a witness even. No, that's not how this works. So, yeah, you'll have a lot of protection in prison. Right. You've been lying to us a lot. We need to know what you have and then we will go to the prosecutor with your immunity request. And Courtney says, okay, I'll tell you where the knife is and where baby Richie is.
Speaker 5:
[48:19] Eczema is unpredictable, but you can flare less with EBCLIS, a once monthly treatment for moderate to severe eczema. After an initial four-month or longer dosing phase, about four in 10 people taking EBCLIS achieved itch relief and clear or almost clear skin at 16 weeks. And most of those people maintain skin that's still more clear at one year with monthly dosing.
Speaker 4:
[48:39] EBCLIS, Lebrichizumab LBKZ. A 250 milligram per two milliliter injection is a prescription medicine used to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40 kilograms with moderate to severe eczema. Also called atopic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin or topicals or who cannot use topical therapies. EBCLIS can be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Don't use if you're allergic to EBCLIS. Allergic reactions can occur that can be severe. Eye problems can occur. Tell your doctor if you have new or worsening eye problems. You should not receive a live vaccine when treated with EBCLIS. Before starting EBCLIS, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection.
Speaker 5:
[49:12] Ask your doctor about EBCLIS and visit ebclist.lily.com or call 1-800-LILI-RX or 1-800-545-5979.
Speaker 1:
[49:22] I hate that so much because now I already know that we don't know where baby Richie is. So this is a bummer. Detective Pisker asked Courtney if the baby is still alive and she shakes her head no. What? According to Courtney, when she returned to the house with Rebecca, Bradley was outside waiting. When they pulled into the driveway, he allegedly opened the passenger door and pulled Rebecca out and said, I want to talk to you and made her get into his own truck, which is an F-150. When she asked where he was taking Rebecca, he said not to worry about it and get her ass inside. Around 1030, so it's about two hours later-ish, he came back and said he took Rebecca home. But the next day is when Kimberly called her and said, no one can get a hold of Rebecca and sent her the screenshot of where Rebecca's phone was. She knew Bradley did something to her, especially when she made Bradley drive her to where the phone was, and he picked it up immediately. Really, I knew exactly where it was. This was even further confirmed when she went into the drawer, when Courtney went into her own drawer on the bedside table, and noticed that one of her razors and scalpels were missing. Why does she have a scalpel? She says it's to cut into her cellulite and drain it, which is so fucking repulsive. I, is that, that can't be a thing. And I'm not researching it. You are making this up. I swear to God. Who are these people? White trash. White fucking trash. That is? It's disgusting. I would sooner be like to steal a baby. I mean, honestly, I mean, that is, I'm just kidding. I will not sooner say that. But my God, gross, how fucking gross is that? Anyway, I have no words, no words. But so Courtney said when she saw that her razors and scalpel scalpel were gone, well, once they found Rebecca's body, she asked Rich what he did. And he said, I'm going to tell you and then I want you to fucking drop it. I'm the reason your daughter's not here and your life is turned upside down. Rich fucked with the wrong motherfucker. That's when he says that again. And it just so happened your daughter had to pay for it, confirming that this was in fact a revenge plot. She said he then put the baby in a blue cooler and put him in some dumpster and then threw the knife in another dumpster at Cadillac Shores.
Speaker 4:
[52:12] Oh, my God.
Speaker 1:
[52:13] First of all, I don't think the cops telling the cops where the knife and the baby are and some dumpster will grant you immunity. That's again, not how it works. They need something they can retrieve and confirm. But they then go to that small ass, whatever you just said Cadillac. We're 19 days out. Oh, she's been she's I mean, this is well, actually, this is November 30th. We're 27 days out. Yeah. I mean, the dumpster is going to landfill. Yeah. But if this is the case, the cooler is you said they're into what? A dumpster. Oh, a dumpster. I thought it was like in a body of water. No, no, which is which would track for this dipshit throwing like an igloo cooler and water and being like, got rid of it. Even more of a dipshit. Courtney said she noticed that Brad's work cooler was gone. And it's about the size of a lunchbox, a soft cooler. Oh, my God. This is this is horrifying. But I'm like, go that landfill. Find that monogrammed. I don't know why you said that. So red landfill landfill. But yeah, wow. So she again asks if she can be a witness protection program. And they say, sure. Yeah. Your new names. Yeah. You're listening. Suzie Smith. So I say, no, you can't. But don't worry. We got you. No problem. And they bring Bradley in. And the moment he sits down, they tell him your wife is putting this all on you. And they will break down every single detail that she told. Sure. Yes. And essentially, the investigation has led them. And they tell them like the investigation has led us to believe. You and or your wife are responsible to you and Courtney, not telling him that they found Kimberly's debit card at the crime scene. They're holding that tidbit close to their chest to see where this interview goes. Yeah. And it goes straight back to Courtney, according to Brad. So here's his story. He said Courtney was obsessed with having a baby. That's the real reason she had scalpels and in her bedside table. I guess if an opportunity presented itself, I don't know. And that she lured Rebecca back to her house by promising to give her things for the baby, including Tide Pods, which keeps coming up. Like she had a bunch of detergent and she was, she's going to the blue and green powder. That's what web sleuths are speculating is the substance in her stomach. Not at all confirmed. This is not in the affidavit or anything. No, but it does people theorize that. Yes, it's constantly coming up, especially in their interviews. And there's about 20 of them. That's why it's getting infuriated. God, why is toxicology not back yet? Oh, it is, but cops will no longer release information to the public because of how bad social media this up. Yeah, at one point, like pictures of Rebecca's body were going around, but it wasn't Rebecca. It wasn't actually Rebecca. Oh, come on. It's like, I'm like, this is horrifying. Come on. So cops have everything, I'm sure, but they are, they're not releasing. They're like, we're done telling the public shit. Yeah. Get out of here. See, that's why we're careful, by the way, when like something big is happening in real time and people are like, way in, way in. I'm like, I don't know about that. Way in. I'll give the facts that are released all day. Yeah, but it feels irresponsible to, yeah, especially to this level. And then here we are. The Tide Pods are in her stomach. Tide Pods are in her stomach. You were very clear. I was clear, yeah. There's a lot more like people saying it, affirmatively, like, this is what I, and then they'll come back and back. Well, no, I'm just speculating. Right, yeah. So that's why this is insane. Gotta be careful out there. So that's what Brad says. That's how she lured Rebecca to actually come to her house. Like, I have two gram for you, baby stuff, the laundry detergent, Tide Pods, all the things. Oh, Stephanie Park, Rebecca's actual mom. Let's cut the bullshit. The one who raised her. Right. And the only one I trust in this entire thing, said that Courtney sent Rebecca a picture of a check made out to her for 18 grand. And she said it was from the same inheritance that the $2,000 came from. So according to Stephanie, this is how she lured Rebecca, which makes way more sense than anything else. And Bradley did confirm seeing Courtney write that check, out, but he knew that they did not have 18,000 to give. Obviously. Obviously. So according to Bradley, when Courtney and Rebecca got back to the house, the three of them got into Brad's truck to take a little drive. Brad was driving, Courtney was in the passenger seat and Rebecca was in the middle. Courtney later admits, this is true. That is what happened. So now she's admitted to lying again. She was there. Immunity is never happening for you, way off the table. We have thrown nothing out. Gone are the days of immunity. Sit your ass down. So she was there, but Brad and Courtney are now pointing the fingers at who did the actual stabbing. Brad said he drove them on the back roads because he didn't have a valid license plate. Obviously. Obviously. This is the least of his concerns. I know. And Courtney was hiding a knife in the passenger door. Once they were out of sight from anyone who could see them, that's when Courtney started viciously stabbing Rebecca in the chest. Brad said he didn't know she was going to do that right then. So he stopped the car and jumped out. He said Courtney made Rebecca get out of the truck and walk further into the woods despite already being stabbed. Courtney knocked her down and then Brad held her down with a knife to her throat, while Courtney started cutting the baby out of Rebecca. For sake. I hate it. Courtney said it was Brad who started stabbing Rebecca, but she did admit to cutting the baby out as a way to save her grandson. Yes. Go ahead. I'm literally I'm speechless. I know. She admits, yes, Rebecca was in fact still conscious at the time. Hey, you dumb fucking trash can. If you were just to save your daughter, you'd save your grandson too. Right. But now she only the baby was her focus. It's Brad was instructing her. She said every step of the way. So I guess saving Rebecca wasn't an option. So she went now for the grandbaby. It's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. The dumbest fucking thing I've ever heard. She continued to cut the baby out while Rich again held the knife to Rebecca's throat. So she'd stay still. And Courtney was yelling at her to stay still because the baby was going to die. Courtney had then grabbed dental floss from the glove compartment to cut the umbilical cord. And once it was over... Oh my God, that is just... Oh, I know, I know, I'm sorry. That makes me so sick. And once it was over, Brad slit Rebecca's throat. Then Brad used a cord from the snowplow on his truck to hook her body to the truck. And he pulled Rebecca down an embankment. It is all so up, it's infuriating. Yeah, it is. These two motherfucking dumpsters then covered Rebecca with leaves and left her there in the woods. Then they drove back to the house. Courtney held the baby on her lap while Brad drove. The baby never took a breath, never cried. Once they were back at the house, that's when she took the baby in the bedroom and tried CPR. Oh, please. Which I'm like, you don't fucking know. Your other fucking leg depended on it. Right. Shut up. No, you don't know shit. She gave up after 15 minutes. And once she realized that baby Richie was gone, she turned to Bradley and said, that bitch killed my baby. I want to I've we've said it a lot, but I want to punch these fucking idiots right in the throat. I am mortified by this. This is my blood is boiling. Courtney then put the baby in a lunchbox size cooler. It's so sad. I'm sorry. I got the cool. I got my nose got tingly there. Yeah. Got the cooler on the back porch until Wednesday night, including when the drones were flying, looking for Rebecca. The baby was just on the back porch. Then they drove to a house north of their own and put the cooler inside a trash can, someone's residential trash can. Oh my God. They specifically did this on Wednesday because Thursday was trash day, which is why Baby Richie has not been found and probably never will be. Yeah. Once Kimberly went on social media, accusing Brad and Courtney of the murder, they stole her debit card and planted it. No. Rebecca's body. So that we're all clear. Okay. This dumb fucking redneck. Yeah. Got her fucking kids taken away from her when they were babies, only to reunite 18 years later, kill her pregnant daughter, then frame her other daughter for the murder. Fuck you. Yeah. Fuck you. And we're a piece of trash. Right. Where's Tim during this? Do we know anything about him? He's really not involved in the story. I'm guessing since he was four when they were adopted, he remembers Courtney being being a monster, miserable piece of shit. Yeah, maybe. Yeah. I was like, no, I want to stay far, far away from these people. He he seems to have because Stephanie always said, she told them, your birth mom's dangerous. Like I just. Oh, she did say she like really knew. OK, so earlier when I said that Courtney used to come to Stephanie's workplace, like in the adoption and threatened to kill her if she didn't give back her babies. So I was like, that's not how it works. You even if I gave up my babies, they would not go back to you. You dumb fucking piece of trash. Yeah. Get out of here. So Courtney, I mean, so Stephanie actually for the last 18 years had her restraining order for the entire family. I see. They moved houses. I mean, they did not want Courtney to find them, even though Courtney kept looking. But the restraining order expired when they turned 18. And I guess Tom just, he was like, no, we're good. We're good. I had a great childhood. I don't need to know anymore. And again, that is being four years old. He probably remembers a little bit. Yeah, they all have lung damage because Courtney was a smoker and went and smoked in the outside of the goddamn house. It's a fucking piece of trash. She is garbage, garbage, rubbish, as there's never been more rubbish. I'm getting splotchy. Oh my God. And diabolical, you reach out, you find on social media, big, big presence in this story. You find your daughter's, it's a joyous reunion. But all you're thinking of is, I want that baby. And you're planning, you're disgusting. You're sleeping with one of them's just as trashy piece of shit fiance. You're all, you're disgusting. And we hate you. We hate you. Sorry, Kimberly. I really thought, how about they're all in cahoots? I don't know. But wow, they did plant Kimberly. I don't love that she was sleeping with her sister's fiance. Yeah, I don't. Who does? I don't either, but whatever. Now Bradley said he cleaned the truck, his F-150 with bleach and water. But a state trooper reported that while he was at Courtney and Brad's house the day Rebecca's body was found, he overheard Courtney and Brad discussing a seat cover from their truck that they had recently burned because they spilled something on it. It was suspicious at the time, but even more so now, obviously. But Courtney maintained like, no, we did spill something on it. Okay. Okay, Courtney. Burn your entire seat because you spilled something on it. Right. If that's your process, it's time to burn your chin, you sloppy ass mess. It might be their thought process. It might be. Their dipshits. So now it's out there. I'll get the chin thing. Because she has dribble on the chin. Constant food coming out of her mouth. Like a sloppy ass mess. Ogre. Like an ogre. So you're going to leave all that. I don't care if I have to explain my jokes to you. How to think about it. So now it's out there. Courtney is actually the one who did this. She was the mastermind. Oh, she was. All because she was obsessed with having another baby, according to Brad, and said that she would have considered adopting, but they can't adopt due to his sex offender status. Fuck her. There's a lot of reasons you won't be able to adopt. I'll tell you. Fuming. Yeah. My heart very much aches for Stephanie and Rod Park, who gave those kids a good life, who got them out of a terrible situation at babies only for those babies to be ripped from them by this dumb fucking trash can. Yeah. So that Joe Dirt of a couple are charged with eight crimes, including first degree premeditated homicide, felony murder, torture, conspiracy to commit torture, assault of a pregnant individual causing miscarriage or stillbirth, conspiracy to commit assault of a pregnant individual causing miscarriage or stillbirth, unlawful imprisonment and removal of a dead body without consent of the medical examiner. And Courtney tried to maintain that it wasn't premeditated, and she was trying to save baby Richie. First of all, you had a scalpel on you. Shut the fuck up about especially about your liposuction. What a dumb fucking defense you. I'm trying to self liposuction, like her self-inflicted liposuction. What are you trying to do? Gross. Gross. Okay. So first of all, no, you had tools on you. Shut up. Second of all, her own sister, Candace, came forward with a damning story and evidence. Candace is not like Courtney, okay? Okay. Her moral compass far exceeds her dumbass sisters. Yeah. She reaches out to police and tells them on October 28th, about a week before Rebecca was murdered, Courtney texted her that she herself was 28 weeks pregnant. Surprise. Okay. I'm pregnant. Her sister is like, wait, what do you mean you're pregnant? The hell are you talking about? And now I don't know why that dumpster said 28 weeks since I have 30. I was about to say, I was wondering. She's clearly trying to align with Rebecca's and maybe it was a typo, and she met 38 weeks or she's an idiot and can't do math. Both. Both. Either are plausible. Yeah. But she tells her sister, Candace, that not only is she pregnant, but she was actually going into labor. She's in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and she's going into labor at 28 weeks. She's on the way to the hospital, and Candace is like, holy shit. You know, all the things, all the reactions. What are you talking about? What can I do being a sister, asking all the questions? Then later that day, dumpster texts Candace. She's a landfill herself. I can't keep up with dick, and I'm gonna continue calling this dumpster a dumpster. They're both dumpster fires, actually. Yeah. So dumpster later texts Candace and says, her beautiful baby boy was born, and she named them Ashton Lee Bartholomew. No picture, of course. No. Just a quick text, because the baby was rushed into the NICU with breathing issues. Clearly being 28 weeks. 28 weeks is very early. But Courtney did confirm with Candace that they're expecting to go home the following week. That very premature baby gets to go home in just one week. How lucky for them. And you already know that. That's amazing. That's incredible. Who are your doctors? Go Grand Rapids, Michigan Hospitals. Well, the following week came and on the night Rebecca was murdered, coincidentally, November 3rd, 2025, Courtney then texted Candace that the baby didn't make it. Her own baby didn't make it. Candace asked what happened and she said, IDK. He wasn't getting air. IDK. Oh, yeah. She's trash. All I know is that I watch my child die right in front of me. If that's not premeditation, I don't know what is. And then she's like, oh, and also get this. My other kid was murdered. Right. And Candace is like, hey, we can't find Rebecca. I'm like, wow, you really can't catch a break. Yeah. And then Candace is like, wait, oh, no, Courtney is a huge piece of shit. I bet this isn't this. If something doesn't feel right, it's probably not. Because she sucks so bad. So let's I'm going to get in there. I'm going to get in there. And she has sent that trash bag has sent admitted to lying about this that she had a baby, but they haven't released the excuse she's given as to why she lied about it. Oh, but it's so good. I know. But what gets me about that is that in this complete lie, she named her fake baby Ashton Lee Bartholomew. Yeah, Rebecca announced baby Richie's name on on Facebook, which is again still there as Richard Lee Fowler Jr. Named after her fiance and actually his her fiance and his father. So I guess he's the third. Yeah, baby Richie was going to be the third. And Courtney gave her fake baby the same middle name. Yeah, it just reads jealousy to me. Yeah, the motive is not officially known because the trial has yet to be set. But I feel like you're jealous your daughter was having a baby with your fuck buddy. Yeah. And that's what it is. That's what it boils down to. You clearly choose men over your kids. Why would anything be different? A trial date has yet to be set, but it will be a hot fucking mess because to add one more layer of confusion to this case, Courtney told investigators that the father of Rebecca's unborn baby wasn't Rich, it was Bradley. No, it's not. No, it doesn't appear this was taken seriously as it shouldn't be. It only solidifies what a horrible, horrible, wretched woman you are. You dumb fucking dumpster. Yeah. Um, that is so fucked up. We'll get all questions answered at trial, including what part, if any, Rich and Kimberly had. The affidavit is 18 pages of debauchery and lies, and at times it's very hard to keep up with between Brad, Courtney and Kimberly. Obviously, Rich lawyered up immediately, so not him. But between the three of them, they pulled in at least seven different people. And the document doesn't doesn't give context. So like at one point, Courtney says Rebecca played a role in Randy's death. So maybe Steve killed Rebecca in retaliation. So I'm like, who the fuck is Randy and why is he pissed? Right. This is why people make up their own context. Let's do that. Well, OK, that's perfect. I was digging to see who Randy was. How did that? Like, I want to know everything. That's where like one far off source said maybe that was Rebecca's other two children's father. Nothing is confirmed. However, I don't know shit. We don't know shit. We will learn at trial. But that's why I spared y'all that bullshit and just focused on the clowns at hand. There was all thank you for that. You're welcome. There was also a lot of information on cell phone data that was pretty hard to follow, like people's phones getting shut off and using each other's. At one point, they said Rebecca had two phones. I don't know. As I touched on earlier, there's a chance that Rebecca's phone that was found next to Courtney's house was not actually her phone and was planted. If that's the case, then Kimberly for sure had a role in this because she's the one who tracked it, found it and took it to police. But Courtney has since said that Kimberly nor Rich were involved, so who knows? But if that phone was planted, then it shows they've been planning this for a while because that phone did show outgoing and incoming texts as Rebecca going back to early October. Yeah, and Courtney now says Kimberly has nothing to do with this. Yeah, she said she was just trying to feel important.
Speaker 4:
[73:01] Oh, okay.
Speaker 1:
[73:02] While she came forward. She's like, Kimberly actually wasn't there. Wait, I hate this woman. It's just pick a lane. What are we doing? What are we doing? Oh my God. But the last text that that phone showed was from Rebecca to Courtney the day she went missing. And again, has text going back to at least early October. So if that was truly like a burner phone or something they planted, then they've been again, premeditation right there. They've been planning this for at least a month and building a case log as Rebecca. Yeah. But cell phone data, I think cell phone usage will play a big part in this trial. Okay. Yeah, obviously. Sure. Always does. But for now, Kimberly has not been charged with anything. Rich has not been charged with anything. Not with murder. No. Kimberly still has the obstruction of an investigation lying to a police officer. Yeah. But yeah. Okay. Dick. Sorry. I got them rich again. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. As I've mentioned before, Wexford County Sheriff's Department stopped issuing updates and information about Rebecca's case and released a statement basically saying due to the negative impact social media is having, we're not telling y'all shit anymore. Right. Right. Cause too much of a frenzy and damn near hindered the investigation. Again, what a time to be alive. Social media is king. I know. It's crazy. Yeah. I just don't, I don't think I would go to someone's house. Like the laundry, the Courtney and Brad, whatever the fuck. Right. House to hear what they've got to say. What in the midst of an investigation? It's so, yeah, I know that it could hurt or hinder, usually hinder. Right. Unfortunately. Right. Because again, they also help. Like they have video proof now of Courtney running her fucking. I know. But I know. But in that she could have told a crowd of people. Yeah, right. Kimberly talked about the trails behind my house. And again, they could have all run out there and like really fuck shit up. Oh yeah. It's like it's really dangerous, dangerous stuff. Now I would go to a trial all day. Oh my God. How do you that? The fuck out of them? Sure, sure, sure, sure. Courtney's arraignment was held on December 2nd. They're about two seconds in, and she says she's willing to work with the prosecutor, and the judge is like, no, no, no, no, no. Now you're not, you're done. We're not getting into that. I'm here to tell you your charges and your body conditions. And she interrupts them and says she's wondering. Interrupts the judge? Yes. Is her attorney not like pipe the fuck down? It's one of those videos. I can't even, I don't know where her attorney is, but she's on video. She's representing herself. Oh my God. Oh, that would be amazing. That would be so fun. We would definitely go. I would fly out there to watch that. No, she interrupts him and says that she was wondering if whatever sentence she gets, if it could be spent at home. What? No. First of all, bitch, you are home. So get comfy. It's- Get that straight right here. Let's go. Here are your new PJs. They're bright orange. Right. He's like, no, I'm not your sentencing judge. This isn't your trial. I tell you your charges and your bond conditions and that's it. Oh, and speaking of no bond, so go back to your cell, drop, drop, you don't stir fire. No, you need to talk to her like she's in kindergarten. Clearly. No bond. That means you are not going home. There's no amount that you can pay to go home right now. You get to go home because you cut your grandson out of your daughter and you tortured her while she was still alive. Oh my God. Go back to your cell, you dumb redneck. Yeah. Maybe this is why we never get picked to be contributors in documentaries. Do you think? There's probably some Netflix producer out there right now being like, maybe the, oh, whoa, no. They really fly off the handle, don't they? These chicks are loose cannons. Right. But I'd play it cool on air. Yeah. Or I won't, but y'all can edit it out. So it's fine. Use what you want. A judge has temporarily blocked the release of Rebecca's body to preserve evidence. So the parks haven't been able to formally say goodbye. Stephanie says she understands why they're not able to, and her priority is that justice is served first and foremost. So if they need more evidence with Rebecca's remains, she's willing to wait. Oh, she's so poised and like the role of this is so incredible. Yeah. Given the circumstances, I would be aside from Rebecca. Yeah, it's Stephanie. And forgive me. What's her husband's name? Bill Rod Rod. Yeah. Yep. But I haven't like Stephanie's been in the forefront of like interviews. Yeah. That's why I keep referencing her because yeah, I imagine Rod is taking this. I mean, I think even speaking volumes that he's not in the forefront, he's probably taking us so. Yeah. Yeah. It's awful. She said when the time comes, she would love to lay baby Richie and Rebecca to rest together in the same casket. But if not, she'll have a plot for baby Richie. And the both of them are in heaven together. No matter what she said, Rebecca is at peace and probably gardening in heaven, which is something she loved to do. Their bodies are simply evidence at this point and it doesn't mean they're not together. Oh, no, I really can't. Stephanie did everything right. Stephanie Rod did everything right. She saw early on that Courtney was erratic and dangerous. She hid her babies from this monster for 18 years. She legally changed her names, social security numbers, moved houses, so Courtney couldn't find them. And for 18 years, they had a normal stable upbringing only to be turned upside down by the very woman who gave birth to them and couldn't take care of them in the first place. Right. Of course, I do not fault Kimberly and Rebecca for wanting to know where they came from. I can only imagine the manipulation Courtney started once they were reunited. That's what I'm interested in when it comes to the trial. I want to hear from Kimberly about how Courtney was able to keep them around. If I haven't made my thoughts clear, she's very unpleasant. So I'm sure I did not get that from you this episode. I was being kind of timid about it. Yeah. Maybe it was all the stuff we cut. If you're confused, we're not cutting any of it. Not cutting it. Like, but I'm sure she made them feel guilty for being adopted or something awful. Yeah. Yeah. Stephanie now has custody. I also, excuse me. Yeah. I also would like to know how the fuck our mouth literally just read a review saying we curse too much. This is not the episode. Oh, shit. Anyway, how the fuck Courtney and Dick started? Like, how did that happen? I don't know. I understand they're closer in age. He's he's older than her too, I think. Right. Yeah. She's like three years younger than him. He's 43. She's 40. And by the way, you will see her in big. She's 40. Excuse me. She's lived a life.
Speaker 2:
[80:50] Lived a life. Wow.
Speaker 1:
[80:53] Okay. That's interesting. So she's 40, looks 140. But yeah, how did that start? Now, how did that line cross? That is even. Oh God, I don't know. Yeah. How do you meet your biological daughter's fiance and pursue something? It grosses me out. Everything grosses me out. No, right. Forget it. Because she has, she clearly has no emotional connection to her kids. And she's picked men over. She says she wants a baby so badly, she'd adopt one if it weren't for her sex offender husband. And I'm like, well, there's a way around that. You also have a 14-year-old who I think about a lot. I hope he's out of that house. He is now because they're in jail. All right. So Stephanie now has custody of both Rebecca's boys and Kimberly's daughter. She said it's difficult to have fun with them, sing and dance with them when all she wants to do is cry. Rebecca's two boys can't visit a grave. They can't put flowers down and they can't understand why their baby brother's crib is empty. These are all heart wrenching questions that Stephanie and Rod will eventually have to answer. But for now, they're focused on the kids' well-being and long-term care. So Stephanie's sister-in-law has set up a GoFundMe for this very reason, which I'll post in the description of the episode and on socials. It says, the circumstances regarding the death of Rebecca Park are prominent in the media right now. But I would like to ask our community to turn focus toward Rebecca's true family, their grief and loss, and ways that we can support her family, her children, and her niece. My sister-in-law, Stephanie Park, and brother-in-law, Rodney Park, received both Rebecca at age one and Kimberly at one month through foster care. They adopted and raised the girls in a loving family with a mom, a dad, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Stephanie has been brave enough to step into the spotlight to share information with the public, all while trying to protect their three grandchildren from as much of this as they can. Becky, I guess that's what they called Rebecca. Becky left behind two young boys, who Stephanie and Rod have been caring for since near birth. Kimmy, that's what they call Kimberly, also has a young daughter who is and has been in Stephanie and Rod's care as well. They now wait to hear the whereabouts of their fourth grandchild. That is really what it boils down to, their kids. I know we go in really hard on the perps, and it's easy to make fun of Courtney and Brad, like scary easy. I mean, I could keep going if I want. They've really hand it to us on a silver platter, don't they? But at the end of the day, there are innocent children involved and two people who probably weren't expecting to have three more kids this late in life. Yeah. God. They are role models and the heroes to these six kids. They opened their home to Rebecca and Kimberly and Tom to save them from the dangerous and unstable home they were born into. And decades later, they're stepping up to do the exact same thing again for their grandkids. There you go. A new generation. They are protecting as a result of that monster and a true full circle moment. It's a testament to who they are. I know. Go Stephanie and Ride. I know.
Speaker 4:
[84:24] Wow.
Speaker 1:
[84:26] Which is why I want them to get far beyond their GoFundMe goal, which is $16,000.
Speaker 4:
[84:32] Oh, no.
Speaker 1:
[84:33] They need more than that. They need more. These kids need more than that. All right. So what's it called? What's the GoFundMe called though? Okay. I mean, I know it's gonna give a bunch of random letters and all that. That's not gonna be helpful. So what's the heading of it? The heading is support the children of Rebecca and Kimberly Park. And again, I'm gonna post this. Yeah. I'll put it in the description. Everything. How close are they to goal? 80 percent. They have about 12 and a half thousand. Okay. Wow.
Speaker 2:
[85:04] Yeah.
Speaker 1:
[85:04] They need more than that.
Speaker 2:
[85:05] I know.
Speaker 1:
[85:07] I mean, wow. Yeah. So let's really help them out. Let's show support. Let's whatever you can give a dollar. I mean, if you can do any of it, whatever. Yeah, for sure. Stephanie plans to be at every single court hearing, no matter how hard it is, she wants to see this through and make sure that Rebecca gets justice. And as for hearing the details of the case, she says it'll be hard, but quote, I'll take it like a mom. Oh my God. And that I will die with the horrifying, horrifying death of Rebecca Park and her poor baby, Richie and those evil twats who are her biological, well, not her biological parents, her biological mom and her deadbeat husband. And okay. A lot of fucked up people in this. I like have never had so much whiplash in my life. I know. I hate this. I hate that story. I know. Shame on you. I'm gonna hate the trial too. Oh my God. That is gonna be quite the task. For their first judge, for the prosecutor. Oh, jury. Jury. They're gonna be like, are y'all being serious right now? Is this jury duty? Are we being? Yeah. Is there a camera crew? Punked with these two? Like this can't be right? No.
Speaker 2:
[86:38] Wow.
Speaker 1:
[86:39] Their first hearing is May 5th. Oh, okay. It's a competency hearing though.
Speaker 2:
[86:44] God.
Speaker 1:
[86:46] Oh shit. Oh God. I hope you are competent to stand trial on this. Doesn't they have to be? They have to be. Come on. Give me a break. Give me a break. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Patrons, Molly Keena.
