[01:00] Hello folks, and welcome back to another installment. Now, as you might know, we're taking a couple of weeks off between seasons right now, but I hate to leave you guys in the lurch. So my team and I have slapped together a Best Of episode. Best Of, Men In Black. Now tonight's episode is chock full of strange men in odd clothing, doing even stranger things. So sit back and relax and enjoy. The Best Of, Men In Black, have us out. And to kick things off here tonight, we begin in the state of South Dakota. Please welcome Courtney to the program.

[01:41] Hi Derek, my name's Courtney, and you do the podcast. I love it. I actually discovered you guys from Paranormal Call On Camera. I was like, Monsters Among Us, and I had to see you talk. So I checked it out, and I was like, oh, this is pretty neat. So anyways, I'm sharing one of the episodes with my mom the other night about the mirrored men, just because we like to talk about, you know, paranormal supernatural things. And she reminded me of a story my grandmother had told when I was younger. She had told my mom when they were younger, and she would tell us kids and grandkids and stuff when we were younger. And I had forgotten all about it until my mom mentioned it after we got them listening to one of your podcasts about the mirrored men. So I'm not sure like date, time, that kind of stuff, but it was summer and it was in South Dakota. And I don't think it was on I-90. I think it was on like a kind of a backwards two lane highway driving from winter. South Dakota was in the middle of the state, headed towards like the Black Hills area, which is in the southwestern corner of the state. And it was just my grandma, my grandpa, and they're driving. My grandpa is actually driving behind the wheel. My grandma is a passenger. And as they're driving this car, all of a sudden appears behind them, goes around them and then probably stops maybe 100, 200 yards in front of them, in the middle of the road. And my grandma was like, what the heck? And my grandpa kind of got upset about it. And as they got closer, the grandpa, of course, is slowing down because he didn't know what was going on. And all three doors open up the same time. So the driver's side, passenger's side, front, and then passenger's side, back, all open at the exact same time. And three men in black all step out at the exact same time. My grandma never mentioned anything about their movements being slow, but she said they were like identical. They all got out at the same time, shut the doors at the same time. And they all had black hats and like black suits, black shoes. And my grandma had told my grandpa just to speed up. She said, don't slow down, don't stop, just speed up and go around them as safely and quickly as possible. And she said, just don't even look at them, Paul. Just don't even look. We don't even see them, you know, except to go around them and just keep going. She was trying to freak out, she said, in the moment, and they weren't quite sure really what was going on. Later telling us the story, she thought maybe they were going to rob them or something, you know, because they were on this backwards road, that wasn't really busy. And it was daytime though. It wasn't like night or anything, it was the middle of the day. So they go around them and they keep going. And my grandma was like telling my grandpa, Paul, don't look back, you know, keep driving, keep driving, keep driving. And my grandma said she happened to look in the outside mirror. And she noticed too that they all had black sunglasses on. And that was it. They just saw them. But, you know, I'm not sure if there was ever any missing time or anything. My grandparents both now passed away, so I can't ask those questions. I was going to ask my mom if maybe she remembers any other details about the story. Because like I said, I had forgotten and it has been years since I've heard that story. I'm 40 now and my grandma would tell that story when I was probably, you know, 8 to 12, I would say, because I remember hearing it more than once. When we would, you know, sit outside and look up at the stars and watch for UFOs and all that stuff. She would always tell us a few scary stories and that was always the one that I remember her telling a few times. So I will ask my mom if she ever remembers if my grandma said that they were missing time or if the men that got out of the car were moving slow. But my grandma recounted the story. She never mentioned either one of those, but she always called them the men in black. And this was before I had even heard the term, I think, or even before the men in black term was coined. [09:00] Hi, Derek. This is Bonnie. I grew up mostly on the West Coast. For my dad's job, we went between Seattle, Portland, and Sacramento, and I had different experiences in each of those places. But this one I'm going to talk about happened when I was in high school in California in the Sacramento area. It was in 1986, and I was at the time, I think a senior in high school, and I was doing a work program where I would go for part of my day to work in a preschool. And this particular day, the preschool group was going on a field trip to the zoo. And I was riding along with a mom and her four-year-old daughter going down the freeway. And, you know, we were chitter-chattering, just talking about things as we drove along. And the little girl was in the back seat and just kind of riding along listening. And we came to a lull in the conversation and I just was looking out the passenger side window. We were in the left lane, so cars were on our right. And I heard the little girl behind me kind of make this little sucking in gasping sound, like just a quick, and I was looking out the window. And at the same time that she gasped, this all happened so quickly. The driver's window and the car next to us came into my view. And I saw something that I can't explain. There was, I'm pretty sure it was a gentleman driving the car, but he didn't look right. I was looking at his profile, and his head was kind of elongated, like tall, what I would maybe describe as a small, elongated watermelon. And his coloring was really, really weird. It was very maudled, kind of bluish, pinkish, and very, very pale skin. And he had a few little spriggles of hair. And I just, you know, noticed this in a split second, and I felt like I wanted to gasp too. And as quickly as I noticed him, and just kind of stared for a brief second, he slowly turned his head to the left towards me, and we made eye contact. And when I saw his eyes, you know, as fast as I could think, I just thought, oh, this poor guy's been in a fire, or he has a deformity. But when we made eye contact, I noticed that his eyes were very dark and almost sunken into his face. And I wouldn't say all black. It's hard for me to remember. But very, very dark and almost hollow. And as soon as we made eye contact, I jerked my head away, like, you know, don't stare at special needs people. And then the car proceeded to pass us and go on. And I contemplated saying something out loud to the woman that was driving, but I felt way too embarrassed and sheepish to even try to explain or admit that I had stared at this strange sight. And I realized too that it was very weird that the little girl didn't say anything out loud either. Cause I've worked with kids my whole life and I have five kids. And I know that kids don't normally hold back. They usually blurt out, Mommy, what's wrong with that man? Or, you know, they just don't hold back, especially if they see something strange or scary. So, of course, I've never made sense of what that was. So, I don't know what it is. I hope I never, never see it again. It just was probably as far as like a dark thing that I've seen. That is definitely in the top two or three. So, anyway, I thought that you would like to hear that story. And I still love the podcast and I will listen forever and ever.

[13:58] Hey Derek. My name is Sarita. I've really been wanting to share my story. It sounds nothing quite like anything that I've heard so far, but it has similarities to other stories, maybe like the Vintage Black or the American. So I was driving down the road in Belmont, Florida and it was a somewhat busy road. Not a really big road, but I would consider it a rural area by any means. So I'm driving the road for about 45 miles an hour, and there's this car that's going really slow. So I drive by them and look over as you do when somebody is driving like a jackass. So I look over and see these two humanoid-type creature. They were really tall, dangly, they have elongated arms, and they were just moving really strangely. Their arms were just swerving around like they're so weird. Things that I saw that were in this vehicle were very pale, and they had very elongated facial features as well. And I think they were wearing the hands holding. They all looked like simply something out of a movie. I don't know, I tried to Google something that looked like them and came up with nothing. So I drove past them because I was going to the speed limit and I pulled over to where I was going to turn off the road and just wait there to try to get another look at these things. And I don't know, I just got freaked out and it felt like they were kicking forever. So I just took off. That's about it. I mean, I don't know if you can consider it the New York Bay because I only saw two. There could have been another one in the backseat. But I don't know, it was weird and not like anything I'd ever seen before. And I've thought about it nonstop since. I just really felt like I had to get over my chest. If anybody's seen anything similar, thanks for what you do. I love the show.

[16:22] Hi, this is Eric from New Hampshire. I have a weird story going back to 2000. We were having a fire up behind my uncle's house on Church Street in Kingston, New Hampshire. It was a clear night, and we were all just sitting out back drinking beer. We saw a car pull up in front of the house. So we came around the side of the house, it was me and two other friends. It must have been 2.30 in the morning, and we walked up to the car, and the car didn't look like any make or model on earth. It was a really strange thing. The guy who was driving it had gotten out and was looking at an aquarium base that my uncle had drawn out earlier that day. He was asking us, is this free? And stuff like that, just a bunch of really weird questions. And after the fact, none of us can recall what the guy looked like. His car didn't make any noise. The guy, he was completely naked. I don't remember seeing any laces plates on his car. But just the fact that the guy was completely weird, and the fact that nobody could recall what he looked like after he left, was just odd. And my friend, he actually looked at me after the guy drove off and said, dude, we just had a conversation with a million. It was just a really strange event. But I've had a lot of strange experiences in this earth. Within 20 miles of Kingston, New Hampshire. I'll give a call back and let you know about the other ones.

What Chris from Texas described sent us down a rabbit hole. You won't soon forget. As a little bonus, this call will include the original commentary from that episode.

[18:32] Good morning, Derek. This is Chris from Goddy Texas, following with another story. I just heard Carly's story on Season 8, Episode 13, about the car playing the national anthem. But what got me was this completely blacked out, black windows, even the windshield. That reminded me of something when I was a teenager. My mom and brother and two cousins, we were on vacation going to Disneyland in California. We were just kind of doing all that area, Hoover Dam, Vegas. But at this moment, we were on our way that way, but we wanted to go through Death Valley. Well, it's a town on the edge, and to me, it's a bright, sunny day. But when we went through the town, just before you actually get to the valley, they've got a temperature gauge, and it said it's 114 degrees. Of course, a hot day. And that's just there. It gets hotter in the desert. Well, we're driving through for a while, and there's no other cars, so we wanted to try to get a photo. So we're in a conversion van, so it's got like a suicide doors and whatnot. So me and my brother, my cousins, we jump out, and my aunt jumps out from the passenger side, and we all take a picture. My mom goes a little bit further to turn around, because we're afraid of parking and blowing our tires, because it's hot. So we jump out, take our pictures, jump back in, keep going. And a little bit later on, we're just there talking, visiting. And then I just kind of had a funny feeling. So I looked behind, I just see a black vehicle. And I'm like, okay, well, there's somebody finally coming, and they're slowly catching up. I'm looking, it's like, there's no license plate on the front. And then keep looking. You can't see through the windshield, completely blacked out.

Speaker 10:
[20:38] So it's just really weird.

Speaker 9:
[20:40] And that's how I didn't know. I mean, I've seen the movie Men In Black, but I didn't really know that was the scene. But I'm just keeping an eye on it. And then next thing I know, we're taking a turn. Well, I'll be, there's a couple more behind them. And we're just trying to keep chugging along, but they're gaining on us. The next thing we know, to me, it feels almost like between Men In Black and Neared Men because the three of them, they are three solid black SUVs, blackout windshields, windows, everything, completely blacked out, no license plate. There's not even, you know how vehicles they say, Ford, Chevy, all that. There's not even emblems. They're just absolutely generic. There's nothing on it. No words, no nothing. Black. Well, they pull up behind us, maybe about 50 yards behind us, and all three of them in unison move over past us. And they're all perfectly faced in between each one. And they pass us, going at steady speed. And then once that third one's behind us, all three of them in perfect unison, stood over right back in front of us. Well, we slow down because that's just some creepy. No license plates, no nothing. So we just kind of slow down a little bit and let them get their distance ahead of us. And that's the first time I've ever seen anything like that and I've never seen anything like that since. I'm really enjoying your podcast because it's bringing back a lot of things that I remember, but I just don't think of all that often. So thank you so much for what you do and take care and if something ever jars again, I'll remember.

[22:36] Thank you, Chris. Death Valley. Now, believe it or not, Sarah and I were just there last week. We shot up there for a few days of camping between the last episode and this one. Now, that was the first visit for each of us and that place has been on our bucket list for as long as either of us could remember. And of course, the valley was impressive and beautiful, but I will admit it wasn't my favorite park we'd visited, at least until the sun went down. The nighttime sky there seems to come alive. But none of that matters now. What does matter is that we did not see a caravan of blacked out cars moving in perfect unison. In fact, most of the cars we saw were driven by tourists that were gawking just as hard as I was. So I started thinking of mundane explanations as to why vehicles of this description would be traveling through that area. And I could only really come up with two that made any kind of sense. The first being that perhaps someone was shooting a film, a TV show, music video, commercial, etc. And perhaps they were filming from a distance, perhaps up on a ridge or on a helicopter hovering nearby. And that's why Chris was unable to see the other end of that activity. But you know this is a national park we're talking about. I can almost guarantee you that the road would need to be closed and there would be permitting and signs, that kind of thing. So I'm going to go ahead and rule that explanation out. But my second thought was that perhaps a political figure was headed out there to open a visitor center or something. A governor, a senator, congressperson. That would explain the caravan. And would also explain why there were only three vehicles. Noticeably smaller than say the president's motorcade. Now if I knew the dates of this visit, I could probably cross reference with known speaking engagements in the park. But without that information, this to me seems to be the most likely scenario. But let's for a moment assume that it was these infamous men in black that Chris and his family encountered. Let's pretend that's who was in those cars that day. What would they be doing there? What would make them travel to this godforsaken place? Far from… well, everything, really. Well, I just might have your answer. Thanks to local researcher and YouTube host, ML. [25:36] Our story today takes place up in Badwater, one of the hottest places in Death Valley. And it was here, in the summer of 1949, that two men, Mace Garney and Buck Fitzgerald, were working a small mining claim when something happened that sent them racing into town with a story that was out of this world. Barging into the office of the local newspaper, the Bakersfield Californian, both men stated the following, that while working their small claim, they heard a noise overhead, and looking up, saw a saucer-shaped object pass over at an estimated speed of 300 miles an hour before crashing into the dunes far off in the distance. Running over to check it out, they came across what could only be described as a crashed flying saucer. Carefully approaching the ship, both men were astounded when suddenly a hatch opened and out jumped not one but two alien pilots. The creatures were described as small and dwarf-like with huge heads and reptilian skin.

Speaker 1:
[26:41] Now the two men gave these aliens chase on foot across the salt flat but were sent back within minutes due to the intense heat and the supposed alien speed. That's when they drove nearly 100 miles to town to report the incident. Little to no investigation followed, and as far as I could tell, life simply went back to normal. No, I don't know if the craft was ever retrieved or if that debris is still out there, but this could be one reason why the men in black would make their way to such a remote location. Well, that and the constant UFO sightings that continue there to this day. A quick Google search will give you any number of blurry photos of strange lights in the distant, star-filled horizon. But when all this starts to sound like a bunch of nonsense, crashed UFOs, shipwrecked aliens, remember this testimony by a whistleblower. His name is David Grosch, and he is a former Air Force intelligence officer, and this is what he claimed in front of a House Oversight Subcommittee.

Speaker 4:
[27:58] You've stated that the government is in possession of potentially non-human spacecraft. Based on your experience and extensive conversations with experts, do you believe our government has made contact with intelligent extraterrestrials?

Speaker 12:
[28:13] Something I can't discuss in public setting.

Speaker 4:
[28:16] If you believe we have crashed craft, as you stated earlier, do we have the bodies of the pilots who piloted this craft?

Speaker 12:
[28:23] As I've stated publicly already in my News Nation interview, biologics came with some of these recoveries, yeah.

Speaker 4:
[28:30] Were they, I guess, human or non-human biologics?

Speaker 12:
[28:34] Non-human and that was the assessment of people which wreck knowledge on the program I talked to that are currently still on the program.

[28:41] Now Grosch goes on to basically accuse the US government of concealing a program that actively retrieves and reverse engineers down to UFOs or UAPs, lending a lot of credence to the Death Valley UFO crash story. Now of course I'm not making any direct connections here, but I am pointing out a few things and tossing you a ball of red yarn. You can string it up yourself as you see fit. [31:27] Hi, Derek. This is Jim. I live in San Diego County. This occurrence happened in the mid-80s. And my wife and I had spent the night in Death Valley during one of the winter months. And we got up early the next morning and we're headed over to Lake Isabella, which is over in Central California. And we had only really just left the Death Valley area climbing out of the desert area, but on a winding road. And around the corner came a late model Ford Crown Victoria, being driven by a serviceman. And in the back seat were two well-dressed men, both with suits, ties, jackets, fedora hats, and looked rather odd. They had pasty complexions. Both of us kind of looked at each other and said, what the heck? And then we kept going. And about a minute later, another similar, perhaps a different color, but similar Ford Crown Victoria being driven by a serviceman came by. At that point, it became debatable as to what was going on. So anyway, not too awfully far away is Edwards Air Force Base from where they were coming, and not too awfully far away in the other direction, maybe 50 to 100 miles, is Area 51. So perhaps these were just scientists or VIPs, or who knows. But anyway, they were all dressed the same. Two men in the back seat of each car dressed the exact same, with the same complexion. So anyway, we continued on our way, and that's basically the gist of the story. Again, this happened in the mid-80s. I had really forgotten about it. I've been listening to your show. I remembered that this had actually happened. Thank you.

[34:11] Hello, Derek. This is Dark Apollo. You may call me Dark Apollo. That's not my real name. So I have an MIB story for you guys. This happened at my workplace. I live in the Coachella Valley. Yes, the Coachella Valley where they do the Coachella Fest. But I work in Rancho Mirage, which is between Coachella Valley and Palm Springs. So this was on August 27th, between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. And it was a very slow day. So I was really bored and sitting on the back of the counter with my arms folded in front of me, resting on the counter. And the whole day had been really slow for a couple of hours. So I was really bored and I was not having it. I didn't want to be at work. And I'm like, okay, I can't wait till I have to leave. So there was about five to six people in the store looking around. And I was just in the back, you know, I didn't say hi to him or anything. I just sat there, which is really bad. But all of a sudden, this tall thin man walks in and he is really old. He looks like he's 80 years old. He's really pale. And of course, he's wearing black everything. He was wearing a black fedora hat, black sunglasses, and they were oval shaped, kind of like the ones that Will Smith's character wears at the end of the Men in Black movie. He had a black suit, he had black slacks, and I'm going to assume he had black shoes. And I did notice that he had a black briefcase with him. So I was like, OK, this guy is a business or whatever. I mean, I wasn't sure. I was a little bit confused, but I was staring at him the whole time. So this man, he just steps in for a moment, and he looks in at the entrance of the door. He scans the room and he walks in towards his left, and takes a look at some of my merchandise. And I'm looking at him the whole time and just wondering why he's here. And then he walks to his right across from the path, and since he's really tall, he bends down to look at some of my merchandise. And I guess he senses me looking at him or something, because this man, as he's bent down, looking at some of my merchandise on the shelf, he starts to grin, he starts to smile. And then he turns his head slowly towards my direction, and I guess he spots me. And I'm kind of hidden behind the register because there's things to COVID. There's like a cover, you know, so people have a hard time seeing me because there's reflection from the light or whatever. So this man, he slowly turns his head, grinning, and he looks at me. And mind you, I don't see any hair. He's probably white, you know, probably has white hair, but he doesn't have any eyebrows. I don't see any eyebrows, just his black oval-shaped sunglasses. And he looks at me and he says to me, I can't believe they have you hiding back here. After saying that, he immediately walks out. And mind you, he walked out really fast. He made a right when he exited the place. So I saw him leaving. And so I'm wondering who is this man. So I chase after him into at the entrance of my store, and I can't find him anywhere. There's not many shops around this area right now. There's a store next door to me. I don't think he went in there. If he did, I mean, I didn't check. There is a smoke store, smoke lounge, a couple of stores down. So he may have been in there, but I can't leave my store unattended. So I didn't really check, but yeah. And there wasn't that many people out. So I'm like, where did this man go? I can't find him. And so I go back in the store and mind you, during this whole encounter with this man, I was not having it that day. I didn't want to be at work. So I'm going to describe what I was thinking during this whole process, that this MIB was in my store for less than a minute. So when he entered, you know, I noticed that he was wearing all black and he's pale and tall and thin. And I'm all like, okay, is this some men in black or what? Or is someone dressing up as a man in black or something, just for fun, just to mess with people? Or is this elderly gentleman just being nostalgic and just dressing up as a person from the 50s or 40s or something when they wore hats and they wore suits all the time? And I was also thinking, I'm like, okay, if he is a real man in black, what are we doing here? And since I wasn't really excited to be at work, I wasn't really like enthusiastic about anything. So I'm thinking, trying to communicate, I mean, if he was a real man in black, I was thinking, let me communicate with him mentally if he is real. So I told him, what are you doing here? What do you want? Who are you? I haven't seen any stuff, so I don't know why you're here. I guess he's looking for somebody. I don't know. So I've heard a lot of podcasts and a lot of stories about MIBs and that it could read people's minds or something, or they could communicate mentally or something. So I was just trying to communicate with him, telling him, please don't bother me right now, not today. I'm not in the mood if he is trying to scare me or something, because that's what they usually do. I mean, I wasn't really scared or anything. Like I said, I wasn't really happy to be at work, so I'm just like, get out of here. And he did. He left after a minute. Hope you like my story. That's a man in black that walked into my store one summer in the middle of the day. I hope you guys all have a good day. Bye.

[39:23] Now, I should point out that the Coachella Valley is only a couple dozen miles from the infamous Borrego Triangle, so it should come as no surprise that something strange should occur over there. And of course, it would have to be the men in black. And they always seem to show up when you least expect it. Take the experience underground government base researcher John Rhodes experienced back in 1996, for example. Courtesy of the television series, UFO Hunters.

[39:56] I was coming here from Las Vegas to investigate Grand Canyon Caverns. We're pulling into this pull-off outside a road here is a nice, shiny new black car, and two guys there in suits waiting for me. One was leaning against the car. The other one proceeded to walk up directly to me as I was parking. I got out of the car. The gentleman came over to my vehicle and eye to eye, he turned around. He said, Mr. Rhodes. And of course, I don't know him, but obviously he knew me. He turned to me and he said, well, you know, Mr. Rhodes, you can fall down out there and get hurt. You could fall down in some hole out there and nobody would ever find you again. And I knew this was a threat. And then what happened? They got back in their vehicle and I didn't even see them leave because I didn't want them to think that they had intimidated me.

Speaker 15:
[40:50] Did they have any kind of identification either on their jacket or in their wallet?

Speaker 14:
[40:54] Nothing. As a matter of fact, when I looked at their vehicle, it just didn't have any dirt on it. It's not like somebody else drove by and some of the dirt kicked up from the road and covered their car. Their shoes were absolutely shiny. You could see a reflection off them black. It didn't look like they had been there at all. As a matter of fact, it looked like they just stepped out of their car for the first time, a brand new car, brand new clothing, brand new shoes, everything right down to the teeth.

Speaker 1:
[41:21] And as odd as their timing seems to be, waiting till you hear about their appearance and their strange demeanor. In November of 1967, Gwendolyn Martino and a few family members saw strange lights over a highway in New Jersey. A few days later, at 5:30 pm, Martino received an unexpected knock on her door. The following excerpt is from the book Casebook on the Men in Black by Jim Keith. Answering the door, they met a person, a 17-year-old, Connie Christensen, called, the strangest looking man I have ever seen. Does Edward Christensen live here? The tall man with unusually pale skin asked, I'm from the Missing Heirs Bureau. Mr. Christensen may have inherited a great deal of money. Although the man told the family his name, they could not remember it. They did remember him saying that his friends called him Tiny. My friends called me Tiny. The man was at least six foot three, and so broad in girth that the family estimated he must weigh 300 pounds. He had on a Russian style fur hat with black visor, and a long black coat made of material that was too thin for the cold weather. Taking off his hat, they saw his head was large and round, but his face was angular and pointed. He had black hair that appeared to have been shaven off just growing back. His eyes bugged out like thyroid eyes, and one eye seemed to be made of glass, not moving in unison with its companion. The man's voice was also extremely odd. He spoke in a tinny voice, like a computer, in a monotone with clipped phrases. He also wheezed. Removing his coat, they noticed a badge which he quickly covered with his hand. It looked like a gold or brass badge, Guy said. When the man sat down, his black trousers rode high on his calves, and he had dark socks on and dark shoes with extremely thick rubber soles. But perhaps the most odd thing was that a green wire came out of one sock and disappeared into his trousers. One area of the wire went into the man's leg and was covered with a brown spot. The family had been ready to eat and asked Tiny to join them. He said that although he was on a diet, in about ten minutes he would take a glass of water. Tiny proceeded to ask Edward Christensen a series of questions to determine if he would inherit money. The questions included details about scars he had on his body, cars he had owned, and a list of the schools he had attended. As Tiny talked, his face grew redder and redder. After a short while, he asked for a glass of water. He produced a yellow capsule and swallowed it, and then his face returned to its normal pallor. After about forty minutes, Tiny left. Arlene Christensen watched him as he stood outside and gestured, and a black 1963 Cadillac pulled up to the curb, driving in the dark with its headlights out. Tiny climbed in the car, and it drove away without headlights. That's just further evidence that you do not want to have me run in with these dark griefsters. Nothing good ever seems to come of an encounter. If either of these two stories I shared are to be believed, that's plenty of reason to be fearful. But I will leave you with something a little eerie, however. But for the full experience, you should visit the show notes in the description of this episode or the show notes tab at the website. There you will find a video made on a doorbell camera supposedly showing two of these men in black as they knock on a door here in Southern California. The video is unsettling, but what puts it over the top is that some sort of floating orb seems to manifest between the two strange men as they wait there on the stoop. Now, it's hard to say if that orb is a camera malfunction or it's truly depicting something out of this world, but the clip is certainly worth a look. It's weird stuff, and just like the experienced dark Apollo detail, it's damn near unexplainable. And lastly, I'll add that, given the description of many of these enigmatic men in black, I can't help but entertain a little theory I've been cultivating over the years. You see, many of these M.I.B.s are described as pale, frail, and dressed in dark suits. They're also described as moving in a rigid fashion, and all that is almost enough to make one wonder if these aren't the bodies of the dead, re-animated to carry out the bidding of someone or something. Just think about it. They already looked at. They are wearing what dead men most likely would have been buried in. A dark suit. And the body seems to be alien to whatever has taken residence inside. Start popping pills and pushing wires into your skin. It just pushes that theory further. And it's hard to know you're missing a body once you've buried it. And sure, it all sounds crazy. But frankly, what part of the men in Black Mythos doesn't? A big thanks to Dark Apollo for sharing that story. Keep your eyes open and if you have a security camera, quickly go grab that footage.

[49:53] Hello, my name is Christina. I'm living in Lompoc, California right now. This isn't my story necessarily. This was a story of my great-grandparents. They lived in Indiana, but more out in the country. One evening, my great-grandpa, he had three visitors knock on his door. He opened the door and two men wearing black suits, and a woman wearing a long black dress stood in front of him. My great-grandpa, since he lived out in the country, was certainly surprised to see anybody. As he was standing there looking at them, he noticed that they didn't have any feet. They were floating. The men, they said to my grandpa, Come on, Chet, we're waiting on you. It's time to go. And Chet was my great-grandpa's name. My great-grandpa said, Yeah, sure. I'll be there in a minute. He shut and locked the door. I mean, he wasn't going to go out there with them. And I guess they showed up later that night. So the very next day, my great-grandpa, he got out and he started looking for a new house to rent because he felt like it was haunted.

[51:01] Thank you again, Christina, for sharing the call. Now, this next one is one of the most recent we've had to date. Please welcome Brenton from Season 20, Episode 25, and All the Way from Australia.

Speaker 16:
[51:17] Good day, Derek. My name is Brenton. I'm from Australia. When this happened, geez, back in the mid-90s. Now, for years and years, I thought it was the Men In Black. I was about six years old. I had this dog named Sting. Great dog. Him and me had this really good connection. I would always sleep on the end of my bed and all the rest of it. Always be together, would always be playing together. He would always look after me. Anyway, there was one particular morning. I woke up. It would have been about 6, 6.30 in the morning and the dog wasn't on the end of the bed. Right away, I had this gut feeling that something wasn't right. I went searching from around the house and didn't see him in his normal spots and his bed or on the couch in the parents' room. We had this driveway that went down to the main road. So, I ran down there and I see the Sting dog laying just outside the gate on the side of the road there. When I seen him, I didn't see anything around, nothing.

Speaker 13:
[52:25] I just saw the dog.

Speaker 16:
[52:26] I get to the gate, I jump on top of the gate to see what's going on, and then I see a car driving off. It's just hit my dog and it's driving off. I look back, and I don't know what I was really looking at at the time. Every single one of them had a notepad and they're writing stuff down, like a notepad and a pen. I was like, what the hell? Why aren't you helping my dog? One of them looked up at me and like, you can see us kind of thing. He didn't say anything. He just put his head back down and started doing his thing. They looked like just normal people. I didn't feel any bad negative energy or anything like that. They're just like normal people just writing on a notepad. I looked around to make sure there's no other cars. There's no other cars in the area. You're on a main road and there was cars driving past, but there was no other cars parked on the side or anything where somebody got out or anything like that. So I had no idea where they came from. As I said, when I was running down the driveway, there was no one there. As I jumped on the fence, these five guys in black suits were there. This is all happened within a short period. I jumped back off the fence, I ran probably maybe five meters, and I turned back to have a look, because I was gonna go and go get my mom. As I've turned back to have a look, those five men in black suits were gone. I've always called them men in black, but if it's not the real men in black, the way that they've been described or anything like that, I've always wondered and thought, what if they're angelic creatures or angels writing down notes to collect my dog's soul when he passed away. It's baffled me for years. I can't think of anything that would describe what I actually saw that day. But yeah, I'm loving the podcast. Have a good one.

[56:30] Hi Derek. My name is Rochelle. I live in Arizona. This is about a UFO sighting in Arizona and just all the things happening with it. I just had to send this into my email and I will be sending you an email with a map and a photograph. So this sighting occurred between the end of February, right? This is 2022. So somewhere between the end of February and March 18th, today, 2022. So this is not something I saw. This is the brother of a friend of ours from Cameron, Arizona, a very sparsely populated area along the Little Colorado River. We heard this story of this friend of ours told us her brother was out in the evening outside of his house in Cameron and just looking out and getting some fresh air, getting wood for its fireplace. And as he's looking out towards, it's all dark, so he's looking out towards the Little Colorado River. And he sees a bunch of lights in the sky, not high up in the sky. The lights seem very low, like as if they're in the canyon where the Little Colorado River runs. And he's seeing this series of lights, which was shocking to him because, like I said, it's a very sparsely populated area in Cameron, Arizona. And that is within the Navajo Reservation. So he grabs his phone and takes a photograph of what he's seeing. And then evidently, he posted it, I think on Facebook. I don't know what social media he posted it on. And I don't know him personally, but we know his sister and his sister is telling us a story. So he posted around and like I said, this is sometime at the end of February, early March. And then it's getting interesting. The latest story we hear just this morning is that the FBI went to his house. They found him in Cameron, like which is in the middle of nowhere. And the FBI asked him to take down everything that he had posted online about this sighting that he had. And originally it was when he had the sighting and it went around all of our friends and family. It was everyone was making jokes about the sighting and it was amazing. The photograph is amazing. But then the FBI shows up and that is really, oh my gosh, that's just scary and unbelievable. We don't know anyone that that's ever happened to. We hear about these stories, we see them in movies. I never knew anybody that this happened to. So I just had to send this in. I hope that you've gotten other comments or stories about this sighting because it's pretty weird and amazing. So anyways, I'm going to email that picture to you right away and the little map.

[60:13] I'm calling with a story that's not actually mine and it's for your upcoming segment about government things that might possibly go bump in the night. I was married to a man for several years whose father worked in the military. And although this isn't technically about Ghost or things of that nature, it's rather interesting. He was the youngest child of a few and they lived back east. The father was rather high-ranking and he kept, according to my ex-husband's memory, he kept a lot of documents at their home, the family home in the basement near the furnace that heated the house. And when he was younger, he remembers one night peering people outside his bedroom window. And when he looked outside, he saw men dressed in black with flashlights walking up surrounding the house, at least coming up to the windows. And his older brother coming in, collecting him and climbing with him up to the attic. Out through the attic window, down some way, down the side of the house, avoiding detection by these individuals who had come to the house, and put my ex-husband in a wagon, and dragged him into the forest where they slept overnight and didn't come back to the house till the morning. And when they got back in the morning, the house was turned inside out. Nobody said anything about anything. And that's really all there was of the story. It kind of ended there with this great mystery. But I do know that as my ex-husband got older, his father did tell him once that if anything happens to him, that he should then go, my ex-husband should go to the basement and throw all the documents that are down there into the furnace and not tell anybody about them. So I thought that was kind of an interesting story. I hope it helps a little. Thanks. Bye.
