The distance between your head and your heart. The most overlooked, most miscalculated, most life-altering gap that exists in human experience — and the only one actually standing between you and the version of your life that's been calling you for years.
In this episode, I'm walking you through the Four Layers of Manifestation (conscious mind, subconscious, nervous system, superconscious), the neuroscience of why your dream life keeps getting flagged as a threat, the real etymology of the word "desire" (it literally translates to "of God"), and one of the most powerful somatic visualizations I've ever guided, where you don't just picture the version of you who already has what you want, you BECOME her, in your own body, in your own nervous system, right now.

We have this whole house and we're just one pile. Anyone here can relate to that. I swear. That's how it always is. It's like, okay, we might as well just all live in one room together. I have been doing this work for over a actually I've been teaching this work for over a decade. I myself have been doing this work for let's see, let's do the math. 33 minus 16 years old. What is the difference there? That's how many years I've been doing this work. And I still learn something new every effing day. Every effing day, I learn something new. So I don't ever want to hear from any of your guys' mouth, Kathrin, I already heard that before, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I might say some things that are a repeat of something I said yesterday or even last year or even 10 years ago. Okay, we found Brennan's phone somewhere under the couch. And so the mindset that I want you guys to embody is that there's always something new for me to learn so that I can grow even more. I swear to God, Dave. Where is this? I don't know where it is. Brennan slept. Okay, okay, okay, we're good now. Brennan actually slept in this room with the baby to give me a full night of sleep. So that's why he's like lost things under the couch because it's literally a pullout couch that transforms into a bed. So he like literally pulled it back in into couch form with his phone still in it. So anyway, okay, a quick intro to me, especially since there's a lot of first timers, maybe you're brand new to my work. I am a manifestation coach and teacher and I have been for the last 10 years. I started Manifestation Babe now 10 years ago. We just had our 10th birthday, our 10th anniversary. And what's crazy about Manifestation Babe is I really built it as a passion project. I had no idea it would become my life's work. I had no idea that it would go as far as it has. It really exploded in the span of 18 months. And I remember just even when I started it, within a month of starting it, within a month of launching, one of my first, I think it was like a freebie or like a $30 program or something back in the day. I don't remember what specifically it was, but I'll never forget the testimonials that I received. I will never forget the testimonials that came from that, whatever it was that I launched, that were so far greater than anything I've ever done up until that point. And I just remember thinking, okay, I have something here. There's something that people want. There's some sort of a niche here for me. There's some sort of a gift here. And I have already been in the manifestation world up until that point for, I don't know, I think it was like seven years until I started Manifestation Babe. And I was actually teaching this work in other ways. I just didn't know that I could just be a manifestation teacher. Because to me, it was like, who is ever going to need that, want that, pay for that? It was such a new topic back then. You guys, the way that manifestation is so trendy and so mainstream, I love it. Most people hate when their industry becomes mainstream because they feel like, ooh, it's over saturated, it's overcrowded, me, me, me, me, me. We got to remember that the more demand there is for something, the more popularity there is around something, the more demand there is for something. That just means that people love, know, and crave this work and want more of this work. That was really exciting to me. In 18 months, it became a million dollar brand. Since then, multiple, multiple millions. It's gone through some deaths and rebirths. If you've been on this journey with me for a really long time, you'll know all about the deaths and rebirths and physical deaths that I had to go through last year, and spiritual deaths, and emotional deaths, and psychological deaths, and just really learning how freaking sneaky the ego and the nervous system can be in protecting us from our full potential. Not because it wants the worst for us, but because it doesn't understand that the best for us is actually something that is safe, is actually something that is good. It sees it as unfamiliar, and so therefore, it's just trying to protect us and pull us back, and it does so in such sneaky ways, I can't even tell you guys. It's something that without really understanding and having the awareness around how to look for specific patterns that I of course have developed and taught. Many of my students up until this point, they're all going to fly past you. You're just going to be like, I don't know why I'm craving this extra little bit of chocolate. It seems so harmless, but then why do I keep gaining those 10 pounds, those last 10 pounds that I'm trying to lose? I keep regaining them back. I don't know why, and it's like you're not even noticing all those sneaky patterns behind you putting those 10 pounds back on when you want to lose those 10 pounds, right? And you're not aware that your body is just trying to protect you from not losing the weight, but looking too sexy or looking too good or getting too much attention or what you feeling your best and looking your best in your body is going to open up for your career and open up for your visibility and open up for your social media platforms and open up for your opportunities, right? So it's like that's how it works. Or you want the dream relationship. You want to be in a marriage with an incredible man who's emotionally secure and who looks physically great and you're attracted to and who's ambitious and who takes care of you and who builds dreams alongside you and who is safe and you just feel so secure with him. But when you go on dates with those potential men, the sneakiness comes in and it's going to convince you that he is boring, right? Or there's something wrong with him or he like, chews too fast or drinks his water weird or like, wore the wrong t-shirt to the date. You're going to see these little details and not be able to look past them because it's going to appear like such a major red, not red flag as in like, oh no, this is bad. But just like, this is a big thing that is like a big no-no for me, even though in the hindsight, you're like, what the fuck, I was mad about the t-shirt he wore or like, I thought he was too boring or whatever, because I didn't feel those butterflies that I would normally feel in a more toxic scenario, right? And so all of this is our nervous systems flagging what is unfamiliar as unsafe. And it does so in such sneaky ways. So my point with all of this is that I've gone through many, many, many, many, many iterations of my identity, of myself, and learned so much. I've been in the depths, you guys, the depths of the underworld of transformation in some of the darkest places that the human psyche can go. And I always come out with new revelations. I always come out with new teachings and new tools. And I dedicate all of those teachings and tools to my students so that when they go through growth opportunities, they don't have to spend as long as I did in the underworld. So I'm obsessed with human potential, I'm obsessed with growth, I'm obsessed with hacking the mind, the energy, universal laws, the nervous system, all of these things to get what you most desire in life. And contrary to popular belief in the manifestation world, manifestation is actually not about getting what you want, it's about who you become in the process of getting what you want. It's who you become through the art of getting what you want. It's actually about growth and overcoming challenges and becoming someone you are so proud of when you take your last breath in this lifetime. Through what you think it is, which is getting stuff, right? And the stuff is fun, right? The vacations, the flights, the homes, the success, the money, all of that, of course, is part of the game. It's fun. I am never going to talk bad about those things. I'm never one to be like, I'm too good for the material world. Hell no, I love the material world, okay? And one of the most spiritual people I know who's my shaman, he also loves the material world. He says it's very important. That's why we came here in this world is to enjoy the comforts of the material world. However, don't ever let the material world master you. Never let it be your master. Always remember it's a soul journey first and foremost. It's about knowing that you are worthy, that you are incredible, that you are already successful even without those things, that those things actually don't bring you happiness. Happiness truly comes from within. And knowing that you are enough from within without all those things. Okay. My core belief, oh, something I forgot to mention. I'm also a mom of two. I'm currently eight weeks postpartum. So if anything at any point ever does not make sense, we can blame it on postpartum brain. I swear to you, postpartum brain, the first like four weeks was just like, whoa, I can't even put sentences together. And thankfully, I've tapped into the right supplementation for my body, the right peptides for my body. And just like my brain just like woke up a little bit in the last two weeks. But just in case, okay, we can just blame it on that. I just had a baby. Okay. That's my excuse. I'm also a wife. I'm also a mom to two very feral Frenchies, Zeus and Leia. I don't know why I thought Frenchies were chill dogs before I got them. They're fucking feral, you guys. I don't know if anyone here has a Frenchie, but they are feral animals. They're insane. I swear my day, like half my day is on my kids and half my day is just trying to manage these Frenchies. So my core belief that I truly, truly believe, okay, if you want to know anything else about me is that your desires are your destiny. And that's why I called this Destined is because this is my mantra. If there's anything I could tattoo on you or I can tattoo on myself, I don't have any tattoos, but if I did, it would probably be my desires or my destiny. And I believe that if you aren't living a life of your desires, it is not because you're not destined to do so. It's because there's something in the way that is protecting you that just needs to be shifted in your subconscious mind and nervous system, which you will soon learn as we go through. Your nervous system is just the physical manifestation of your subconscious mind. It's like the deep subset. It's like the part of you that is first formed. When the sperm meets the egg, your nervous system is immediately formed and starts to form. It's the very first part of your subconscious mind. And what's cool about the nervous system is that you can see it in physical form. It forms as your body. Whenever you have symptoms that are in your body that are unexplainable, that you're like, what is going on here? Protection shows up on your body, right? All kinds of things. There's messages that your body is constantly sending you. That's all through your nervous system trying to protect you. Your nervous system is seen in the 3D world. Your nervous system is in your patterns. Your nervous system is in how you react and respond to things. It's really cool. So before we go on further, I just want to do some quick housekeeping. So when we do the processes, when I'm asking questions, I would love, sorry, two separate thoughts with two separate things. Let me disconnect them for a second. Number one, when we're doing the processes, I would love for you guys to really get into it and not be chatting to each other during it because I want it to be a really good, solid, closed-eye somatic process. It's a visualization, but we're going to go into the body through the visualization, which will turn it into a somatic process. Then when I'm asking you questions, whatever, of course, I would love to see your engagement. I get really excited about the chat. I love seeing your energy. So thank you so much for participating in the chat. Another hack is if your chat says host and panelist, no one else can see it except for me. So you want to set it to everybody or everyone. And so that way, everyone can see the chat, because I can see everyone, but not everyone can see each other's chat, if that makes sense. How long are each of the calls over the next three days? I don't know. Maybe an hour. Maybe an hour each. However long it takes me to get through, which I enjoy these. So sometimes I like to take my sweet time with them, because I don't want them to ever end. But of course, they have to end at some point. So yeah, I would say about an hour. So before we go further, I would love for you to bring up a desire that you guys have. What desire are you bringing this week that you would like to have and to hold? It sounds like I'm a wedding officiant, to have and to hold. Which desire really speaks to you right now? What is really landing for you? Before you start to logically answer me with your head, let's get into our bodies, let's access the part of ourselves that holds the truth, that holds the longing, the genuine desire, not just what we think that we want, or someone on Instagram has it, so I should have it, or my neighbor has it, so I should have her, or my mommy wants me to have it, or my dad wants me to have it, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, okay? None of that. So, I want each of you to just close your eyes, settle into your body. You don't have to focus on anything, you don't have to do anything, you don't have to do this right, okay? It's just an opportunity for you to land a little bit deeper. And I want you to take a deep breath in. And with each breath that we take inside of Destined, I want you to always think, whenever I say take a breath, four counts in, eight counts out, okay? So, inhale for four counts, one, two, three, four, and exhale, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Again, take another deep breath in for four counts. And also helps to really slow down your exhale by breathing out like you breathe out through a straw. That will limit how much air can pass through your mouth and really extend the exhale. This is called a parasympathetic breath. If you didn't know, it's really good for calming your nervous system down and quieting the subconscious so that you can really hear what is going on inside of your heart. Okay? So I want you to ask your body this question. Not your mind, your body. What is the desire that has been calling me the longest? The one that won't leave me alone. The one that I've been trying to talk myself out of. The one that's almost embarrassing to admit because it's so specific. Okay? And when you have it, I want you to open your eyes and write it down. Just one sentence. What specifically do you desire? You can write it in the chat, you can write in a journal, you can write it on your phone. I just want you to document it somewhere, though. So if you want to keep it private, that's cool. I highly recommend this is a very safe space. My spaces are always places where only women who want to celebrate or other women come in to. And if anyone is not like that, they get kicked out. Okay? So it's safe here to share your desires. Do I recommend you share your desires with everybody? No. Not because those people have the power to do anything about it or to like mess it up or fuck it up, but it's because you don't want their energy to impact your energy. And even if they don't say anything and just feel it, you can feel it too and then you start to question your desire. So what is that desire? Can you be specific? I'm seeing financial freedom, but like what the fuck does that mean? You got to have a number. What does financial freedom mean? Like specifically what it looks like, right? I'm seeing some numbers. That's great. Ten coaching, clients. The chat's moving kind of fast. I want to earn my living as a writer. Do you know what your living is? What is a living? Do you want living or do you want full financial freedom as a writer? Digital nomad, that's great, but what specifically does that mean? Are you visiting a certain amount of countries? Are you spending a certain amount of months in a certain amount of certain? Wow, Kathrin Wirtz, certain location. I spent six months as a digital nomad with a fucking baby. So it didn't last very long. But that was a very specific vision for myself that I had. Cool. I'm seeing more specificity. My own clothing line, that's exciting. Yay. Someone said, I don't know what I want. That's okay. You do though. That's just a lie that you're telling yourself. You do know. Because what's happening is, and we'll get into this in a bit, but I guess we can start the lesson now. By the time a desire travels from your heart to your brain, it passes through your like from the heart to your conscious mind, it passes through your nervous system and your subconscious, and as it passes through, it picks up voices. So it picks up voices of that's not possible, that's going to be too hard, it's going to be too difficult, I'm not good enough, I'm not worthy. And even if you don't hear that voice, that feeling of I don't know what I want is how you're going to hear it. But it's actually if you just take away all those beliefs and really allow yourself to have what you want, just even like the thought, not the thought, but the feeling of I'm allowing myself to have what I want. And also like putting the parameters of like nothing bad is going to happen, nobody is going to get angry with you, you're guaranteed to have it, it's just destined for you. Then those things will start to reveal themselves. And I'm not saying it's going to happen in one minute, like I want you to make that a practice, okay? So I want you to read what you wrote, obviously. And if you wrote something safe, something acceptable, something your mother would approve of, okay? I want you to cross it out and I want you to write the real one. What is the real fucking desire? That scares you just a little bit. The one that feels like it could be too much. Like you want 50K months, but is that all you want? Maybe you want, maybe you actually want 150K months, but you just think it's like a little too much. It's, oh my God, I don't know how to have this. What are people going to think of me? It's too much money. So this is the one that we want to be working with today, okay? Anyone here cross out what they had and realize it was a little too safe? Okay, so this is the one that I want you to bring to this workshop, and this is the one that I want you to bring into the full rewire system, should you choose to join after this workshop, okay? I know a lot of you are already Manifestation Babe Academy students, you've done the Rich, Relaxed and Regulated program. This time I'm doing something really exciting, where I'm making a system that is going to be 10 times more effective than just either program alone. I'm really excited about it. So I want you to go deep with me here, because we're going to have a shift in this workshop, okay? And so what shift do you want to have it around? I don't want you to have a shift around something that is like mediocre, acceptable. Maybe like, you know, maybe people approve of this one. I don't want you to tone yourself down and especially not tone your desires, okay? Let's see, anything else I wanted to mention? Did it surprise you what came up? Is this new? Is this something you've been thinking about for years? Mm-hmm. Carrie says, yeah, I toned my desires down. Wow. I still don't know what I really want. That's okay. I also want to point out, Lana, that that's an affirmation you're telling yourself, and so you're literally wiring your brain to not know what it wants. So instead of saying, I don't know what I want, I'm open to becoming, opening my heart and becoming aware of what my heart wants. Different, right? Okay. So what brought you all in here is obviously the fact that you haven't had this desire yet. Okay. That's obvious and that's great. If we already had everything that we wanted, there'd be no point to life. So there's always something left for the future. There's always a new level to life, and that's what keeps life so exciting. And any of you who are hard on yourself of like, I haven't been able to manifest this yet, or there's like this feeling of shame that there's a gap between you and this desire or you and the version of yourself who already has it. Newsflash, even the most successful people in the world still have a gap, okay? They still aren't the next version of themselves, the next level. There's still things that they haven't manifested. So who are you to hold any shame around you coming in here and being like, oh, I haven't been able to manifest this. Is there something wrong with me? No, absolutely not, okay? But what brought you all in here is that gap, and it's the gap between what your dream life is, the life where you're already living this desire, like you have it, it's done, it's there versus where you are right now. The reason why it might not feel like your desires are your destiny is because you feel this deep longing for your epic version of life, but you keep manifesting the almost. So maybe you've gotten close, maybe you've gotten it, but then it didn't last. Maybe you've gotten it and then something bad happened on the other side, right? And you might feel like it's just all a pipe dream. But here's the thing. None of those things mean that you're not actually worthy or capable of having it. All of those things are just protection mechanisms. And the word desire, and I love this so much, I love teaching this, I love sharing this, I love thinking about this myself. And this is a constant reminder I give to myself. The word desire itself, when you break it down, is de-sire, which comes from the Latin root, that means of the sire, de-sire, of the sire, which translates to of God, because most people see God as like a father figure. So, of God. And so, the desires that you have, as long as they are the real soul level desires, not the head desires, not the compensation desires, but the actual soul heart level desires, the stuff that you deeply want that you don't want because other people want it for you, or that you feel like you need to compete with someone to have it, or you feel like you're not enough without it, not the desires that are covering up wounds, but the desires that come from a place of wholeness, like real soul level desires. They're literally from God. Okay, or whatever word that you use for infinite creation, whether it's source, universe, I love them all. I've heard people on TikTok call it Gus, God, universe, source. So if you want to say Gus and give it a cute name, you can. My friend Allie and I were literally talking about this last week when I was visiting her, and she was like, you know, if Christianity wasn't so infiltrated or just like very misunderstood or very, what's the word she used? I think she is infiltrated. I would totally be a Christian. Like that's how I describe my beliefs. And I thought to myself, you know what? Same. I also see, I also believe in God, but I have many names for it because I see God as penetrating every single molecule of the universe. God is in everything. My shaman has also mentioned that when I ask him, I'm like, is there a God? And he's like looking at me like I'm stupid, like, yeah. And I'm like, oh, okay, is it like a guy in the sky? And he's like, no. He's like, God is within everything. It's literally the force of unconditional love that infuses into every single molecule of this universe. And so we are made of God. This couch is made of God. This microphone is made of God. I'm made of God. You're made of God. We are all this infinite energy of creation. And so when they talk about in the Bible that you are made in the image of God, okay, it's not that we physically look like God or source universe, it's that we hold the same ability to create as God, which means that we are literally source, extensions of source itself that is manifesting all of these goodies in the physical 3D world, while we are also growing as a soul at the same time. So anytime you doubt your power, anytime you diminish your desires, baby, like you are literally rejecting gusts, okay? We don't want to reject gusts. We need gusts to live our most fulfilled lives. It is said that the people that have a belief in a higher power tend to live longer, tend to be healthier, have less stress in life. And it makes sense, right? Because when you have the force of faith in your life, you are so much more trusting that things will work out for you. And when you're more trusting of things working out for you, they tend to work out for you because it's all a self-fulfilling prophecy. Whatever you believe, you are going to create. And so I truly believe that you have everything within you. And what I mean by everything within you, it's the internal resources because a lot of people are going to be like, well, Kathrin, I don't have the money. I don't have the man. I don't have the little little little little little. And so that's why I can't be successful. And it's like, no, those are all external resources. You already have all the internal resources, the tenacity, the determination, the dedication, the intelligence, the creativity, the ways of seeing the world. All of these things are your gift and they're your gift from source. You chose them all as a soul because the life that you came to create, you needed to have those resources to be able to create it. And you wouldn't have the desires if they weren't destined for you. And because you have a desire that's destined for you, you also have the resources to make it happen. So you were literally destined, you were literally built to create what you want with the same power as source. So why have you not been able to get like, wow, Kathrin, this is so fucking amazing. You're literally saying, I hold the same power of source. That's fucking powerful. But why have I not been able to create what I want yet? Right? Or why have I gotten really close, but then sabotaged in that last moment? Or why have I had it only to momentarily have it and then not have it later? So that's where the gap comes in. But here's where people mess this up. The gap is, a lot of people think that the gap is anything in the external world. Like, for example, time. The gap is time. The gap is strategy. The gap is circumstances. The right people, the right connections, the right partner. I remember asking on my Instagram, I did like a Q&A box, and I asked my followers, what do you think is standing in the way between you and the life that you most want? And I can't tell you how many people blamed their spouses. And I was just like, wow, really? Or blamed, you know, a family member, or blamed a friend, or blamed, you know, their industry, or blamed some sort of external circumstance or person. So it's not those things, you guys, but your subconscious is going to convince you that it is, because it has to be this external thing, because we don't want to change the inside, because changing the inside feels unfamiliar and unsafe. It's not the right business idea. It's not harder work. It's not dollars. It's not pounds. Like if I just weighed this much, if I just made this money, if I just had this many followers, then I'd be living my dream life. The gap actually, you want to know what the gap actually is. Did you know that the gap has a real measurement? Okay, you can actually physically measure it. I want to ask all of you in the chat, what do you think the measurement of this gap is? You can physically measure it. My name twin got it. Kathrin, it is six inches. Not those six inches. The gap is six inches, which is the distance between, and again, it varies, you can get so fucking analytical with this and be like, well, Kathrin, some people have long necks, okay? We're just gonna call it six inches. Six inches is the distance between your head and your heart, okay? It's the distance between your soul and your conscious mind, with the subconscious mind as essentially the gap between the two. Now, it's not like your whole subconscious mind is in your throat, but you know what I mean. Think of it as more of a metaphor here, okay? So it's the distance between your head and your heart. And actually, my shaman has, I think he called it 18 inches, like in the spirit world, they call it 18 inches. And he talks about how that distance is the longest journey you'll ever take in your life. And it's because it's all about this subconscious nervous system mastery. When you master the six inches, you are going to master your life. Okay? How do we master the six inches? You need to understand the different layers behind manifestation. We have layer number one. We have where most people focus and most people end their journeys. And that's why nothing ever works out or nothing ever actually happens, because this is only 5% of the part of you that creates your life. This makes up just 5% of it, which is the conscious mind, which is the thinking brain, which is the prefrontal cortex. This is the part of you that decides to pursue a desire. And most of manifestation practices live here. This is where affirmations are, most visualizations, when they don't access deeper parts of the body, right? This is like the vision boards. This is like the the journaling, the analyzing, the coaching, the whatever. All great things, but if they're not connected to the deeper layers, then they're only going to create 5% of the results in your life. So the second layer is then the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the six inches between your head and your heart. And this is like a huge network of five different systems in your body running together to keep you alive and keep you consistent and predictable with how you believe the world works. This is the part of you that's been programmed to be a certain way by the time you are seven years old. Okay, starting with when the sperm meets the egg, your subconscious is already forming, your nervous system is already forming. So when you're in the womb, your subconscious is being impacted by the world that your parents, especially your mom, is living in. So if she was living in a very abusive environment or traumatic environment, then yes, your subconscious is now learning that the world outside of the womb isn't safe. So you're coming out already with cortisol peaked, right? You're already coming into the world with fight or flight. You're already coming into the world with a dysregulated nervous system. This is how I came into the world. So you can imagine how, what a beautiful, very transformative impact this work has been on my life. This is why when I started mastering the subconscious, everything changed for me. So the subconscious's role is to protect you, and it never wants you to veer too far from the familiar because what you have already survived is familiar, okay? So whatever is familiar is guaranteed to be safe. And when you think about it, a goal or a desire that you haven't yet manifested, is it familiar or unfamiliar? If you've never been there before, right? It's unfamiliar, of course. So immediately, your desire is flagged as a threat. Now, I'm not going to read, I kind of went into the neuroscience around the subconscious because I used to teach that the subconscious mind is like the limbic and reptilian brain, which it still is, but of course, neuroscience is always growing and evolving and expanding. So there's like all these different systems, all these different parts like the basal ganglia, the cerebellum, the supplementary motor area, the amygdala, the hippocampus, the nucleus accumbens, ventral tegmental area, anterior and posterior cingulate cortex, orbital frontal cortex, default mode network, medial prefrontal cortex, posterior cingulate cortex, precuneus, insula, vagus nerve, enteric nervous system, somatosensory cortex, parasympathetic nervous system, sympathetic nervous system, ventral vagal complex, dorsal vagal complex, hypothalamus, HPA access, brainstem, thalamus, reticular activating system. All of this shit makes up the subconscious mind, okay? So this is why when we say your subconscious is 95% of manifestation, it's because it's literally 95% of your brain. And then remember all those nerves, starting with the vagus nerve, goes into your body and that's your nervous system. So the third layer is actually your nervous system. And it's actually part of your subconscious. But I like to separate it because it is the controlling mechanism of not only what you allow yourself to receive, but also what you allow yourself to keep because you can receive something through the sheer hacking of the universal laws and the sheer just like hacking of your mind. I've done it like a thousand times. I teach people to do it all the time. But this is where you might have the thing and then lose the thing afterwards. It's because you actually haven't regulated your nervous system in having it. So it let go of it pretty quickly. And it could let go of it. Maybe like you could have it for like a year or two. But in the grand scheme of things, you might want something forever, right, for the rest of your life. And so a year or two is nothing. And you can be like, what the fuck? I built all this success. What happened to the success? It's because your nervous system at some point felt threatened by it. You didn't actually allow yourself to, you didn't teach your body how to hold it and how to keep it. So the nervous system is really fascinating to me because you can see it in 3D physical world. And people ask, like, Kathrin, how do I know what my nervous systems, you know, what it feels safe having? What is familiar to my nervous system? I just want you to look at your life, okay? So the money that you're earning right now, the relationship that you're in right now, your body right now, the state of your health, the state of just about anything in your life is a reflection. It's an actual mirror image of your nervous system, of your deepest subconscious beliefs. This is like the deepest of the deepest shit, okay? So the nervous system is reached somatically, which we will go into a process very, very soon. I'm doing a little bit more teaching that I would like to, a little bit more talking at least than I would like to, but hopefully you're enjoying this because I also want you to understand why we're doing what we're doing. So the nervous system is reached somatically, which is why I'm taking you through three processes this week where it's something that you're going to feel. You're going to feel the version of yourself who already has your desires, not just see her, not just think like her, but actually feel like her. I don't want to give you just something to analyze, something to contemplate, something to be like, oh, that was a great idea. No, I want you to fucking feel it rooted in your body. Because the more that you analyze something, the less you're actually hitting your nervous system. And then the fourth layer is just as a technicality. The fourth layer is your super conscious. So this is what's accessed through the heart, and this is where your soul is. This is like the threshold to God, the threshold to universe, the threshold to gusts. Okay, so this is where genuine hearts desires are downloaded and then passed through the six inches. And you are then made aware of what those desires are in your conscious mind. But depending on how your subconscious is programmed, and especially the bodyguard that lives in your subconscious, which is your nervous system, it's either a clear desire with a clear path manifesting it, if you're in a regulated space, if you have been able to open your capacity of your nervous system, right? Or it's muddied with voices that say, who the hell do you think you are? Or that's not possible for people like you, or what is this person going to think, or what's that person's going to think? Are they still going to be in your life? Are you still going to have friends? Are they going to accept you? Or are you still going to be loved? And so, all those voices are coming from the beliefs from those six inches. So mastering the six inches is understanding what the gap is between where we are right now and where we most want to be, and then rewiring our nervous systems to feel safe with what we most want through the nervous system regulation and identity, self-image, self-concept work that we'll also talk about. So, when you have all these three layers working together in unison, shit is being cleared, shit is being aligned, shit is just flowing beautifully, you've mastered the six inches, manifestation is then something that just happens naturally. It's not something you have to force, and then it's something that lasts forever. So, all of that being said, are you ready to find out what the gap is specifically for you? Who's ready? Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay, perfect. Okay, let's go ahead and dive into just like a 15-minute guided journey, okay? I am going to quickly take a potty break, okay, a pee break. If anyone needs one, now is your moment. We can race each other. Just kidding. So let's just take a one-minute break and then we'll come back. You can do whatever. You can grab some water, grab some coffee, whatever you need, and then we'll do like a closed-eye process before we finish out day one. How does that sound? Yes, you can do this pregnant. There's no breath work. The breathing is like parasympathetic breathing. Okay. Uno momento. BRB. I am back. Gonna take a little drink. Aha, my safety block has always been, this works for everyone but me, so frustrating. That's a sneaky one. Okay, everyone ready? Go ahead, make yourself comfortable, snuggle up, grab a blankie, a teddy bear, whatever you need. And just let your eyes gently close. Feeling your eyelids making contact with the top of your cheeks, sending your body a signal that we're about to take a journey inside. If you have any distractions, now is your moment to quickly take care of them. Phone, face down, whatever you need to be completely uninterrupted for the next 15 minutes, do it now, and then again, close your eyes. Now, I want you to take the deepest breath that you've taken all day, in through your nose for four counts. Then I want you to pause and hold it right at the top for just a moment. And then let it go through your mouth with a sigh. Ah, just like that. Again, nice deep inhale through the nose. And release. Ah, nice vocal exhale, vocal sigh. One more. Breathe in everything you need, all the oxygen that you could possibly receive in your lungs. And then just let go of everything that you no longer need. And now let your body settle. Let your shoulders drop. Let your jaw unclench. Let your belly soften. There's nowhere to be for the next 15 minutes. Nothing to produce, nothing to figure out, nothing to think about. You're just here, and that's the only thing you need to do. Now I want you to bring to mind, to your conscious awareness, the desire that you wrote down just a bit ago at the beginning of today's workshop. Bring the real one, the soul one, the one that scared you just a little bit. You don't need to say it out loud. You don't need to think about it further. Just let it sit with you, and just let it be here with you. Let it sit in the room with you. Because in the next bit of time, you're not going to just picture the version of you who has it. You're actually going to be her. You're going to live inside her body, inside her nervous system, inside her day. And then you're going to come back, and when you're going to come back, you're going to know something that you don't know yet. So I'm going to count from 10 to 1, and with every number, you are going to drop one layer deeper. Your body gets heavier, your mind gets quieter. Everything outside of this room just fades away. 10, feel the weight of your body against the chair, against the floor, against the bed, whatever is holding you. 9, your breath is slowing all on its own. 8, 7, already twice as deep as you were just one breath ago. 6, 5, halfway there, your whole body just softens. 4, 3, dropping deeper. 2, 1, you're here. And somewhere in front of you, there's a door that appears. You might see it, you might feel it, you might sense it, you just might know that it's there. And however it shows up for you is exactly right. This is the door to the life where what you desire is already yours. Already here, already happening. You know this door. You've been walking toward it for a long time, longer than you realize. In the moment you step through it, you're not you anymore. You're her. You're her. Go ahead and reach out, open it, and step through. You're in her body now. Don't look around yet. Don't take in the scene yet. First, I just want you to feel her, that version of you who already has the desire that you most want. I want you to just feel her body. What does her breath feel like? Is it deeper than yours? Is it slower? Notice her shoulders. Are they held up or are they loose and low? Notice her jaw, her tongue, her chest, her belly, her lower back. Is she bracing for anything? Is she preparing for something? Or is she just at ease? In her body, in her life, in her own skin? Good, stay in her body, but now let your awareness just expand outward. Where does she wake up? What's the light like in her bedroom? What is the first thing she sees when she opens her eyes in the morning? Now, this one's important. What is the first thought that moves through her mind when she wakes up? Not what she tries to think, not an affirmation she's practicing, the thought that's already there, already running without effort. Just listen. What is it? Now watch her move through her morning. How does she move? Is she rushing? Is she flowing? What is her pace? What does she reach for first? Her phone, water, a window to open, her journal, coffee, her partner? See her, through her body, pick up her phone. And what does she see? Who's texting her? What's in her inbox? And watch how she responds. From what place does she respond? Now, the thing that you wrote down, the desire, it's hers. It's already hers. It's not something she's working toward, it's just already a part of her life. And I want you to notice what her life is like because she has it. What does she do differently? Where does she go? Who's around her? What is on her calendar today? What does her bank account look like when she opens the app? What does her home look like? What does her body feel like? Because she has this. How does she breathe? Because she has this. What sensations are present in her body that you can tune into as we speak? Because she has this. Now, take her in fully. This isn't a special day, this is just a regular Tuesday. This is how she lives on a regular Tuesday. Now, I want you to bring to mind one situation in your current life, one specific situation that used to stress you out. You know the one, just bring it here. And I want you to watch her handle it. How does she face it? What does she say? How does her body respond? Feel right now physically in your own body how her body responds. And notice she's not avoiding it, she's not overthinking it, she's not spiraling about it at 2 o'clock in the morning, unable to sleep, she just handles it from who she is, from her nervous system, from her identity. Now, I want you to feel into what she believes. Not what she tells herself, not affirmations she's just repeating, just what she knows in the depths of her soul to be true without any effort about herself, about her worth, about her money, about what's possible for her, about what she deserves, about the desire that you wrote down. These aren't things that she's working to believe. These are just true for her at the cellular level. Now take in one more full breath as her, a complete one, and feel her whole body, her whole life, her whole nervous system. And just know that this is you, this is who you are when nothing is in the way. This is who you are when the programming is cleared. This is who you are on the other side of the gap. Now, stay in her body for just one more moment. And I want you to do something without leaving her, without stepping out of her body. I want you to bring current you into the room with her. Let present you, present day you walk through the door. And let her walk up to you or you walk up to her and just stand in front of one another and look at each other. See present you through her eyes and notice what does she see? What does she feel when she looks at you? And notice how it's not judgment, it's not pity, it's not disappointment, it's just recognition. She remembers being you. She loves you. She's proud of you. Because she knows you're the one who got her there. And without you, she wouldn't exist. And let her look at you like that, with that exact perspective and knowledge. Now, very, very gently, I want you to step back into your current body, back into who woke up this morning, back into the you who's sitting wherever you're sitting right now, back into this body right here. And I want you to feel this body, feel how this body feels today. Maybe you tune into the holding, the bracing, the trying, the effort, the noise in the background of your nervous system that never fully turns off. And just notice, where does it live? Is it in your jaw? Is it in your chest? Is it in your belly or shoulders? Is it in your lower back? Is it in your throat? Now, don't judge it, you're not fixing anything. Don't force it to move, to not be there. Just feel it. And now notice the gap between the body that you were just in and the body you're in now. This right here, this is the actual gap. It's not out there, it's not in your bank account, it's not in your calendar, it's not in your relationship, it's not in your business. The gap is right here, in your body, between the body of the woman who has what you wrote down and the body of the woman that you've been living as. And this body state, this nervous system state, this identity, this is what stands between you and everything that you want. And here's what I want you to know, this gap is not years of work. It's not 47 steps, it's not more hustle, it's not more effort, it's not more manifesting. It's a frequency. It's a nervous system state. It's an identity and everything keeping you in this body instead of hers is inside the gap. And that is what the next two days are about, closing it. Now before you fully come back, one more thing I want you to do is to reach across the gap and ask her something, asking that version of you, not for advice, not for strategy, not a to-do list, not an action step. Ask her this instead. What do I need to remember? A word, an image, a feeling, a phrase, a sensation in your body. Whatever she gives you, don't analyze it. Don't decide if it makes sense. Don't try to improve it. Just receive it. Don't worry if it feels random, if it feels too simple, if it doesn't feel profound, that's okay. Whatever came, came, and it came for a reason. And I want you to know something. She did not give you that from some faraway future. She gave it to you from inside you, because she's actually not a future version of you. She's a present version. You haven't fully let take over yet. That version is you, and she's already here. She's been here the whole time. She's just waiting for you to let her run the show. Because what is desired by you is destined for you. And she, the one that you just inhabited, the one who has what you wrote down, she's the proof. She exists. You just met her in your own body. And if that wasn't the truth, you wouldn't have been able to just do that. So in just a moment, I'm going to ask you to start to bring yourself back. So wiggling your fingers and toes, taking a deeper, bigger breath, a fuller one. Let a little sound come out again, a nice vocal exhale. Maybe you hum, maybe you sigh, something. Roll your shoulders, maybe you move your neck, stretch it around, start to come back into the room. And when you're ready, and not a moment before, open your eyes. Now, before you talk, before you type anything, before you start getting distracted, I want you to just stay with what you just felt. And if you have a journal with you, you can pick up your pen, VIPs, you can pick up your workbook. Just anywhere where you can just answer two questions. Okay, so number one is fill in the blanks. The gap between me and her is the gap between blank and blank. Okay, so maybe it's the gap between trying and trusting, the gap between waiting to be chosen and knowing I am her, the gap between performing and just being, the gap between the woman who braces for the bill, expecting the worst and the one who opens it without flinching and is pleasantly surprised with how she handles things. So whatever it is, first thing that comes to mind, whatever feels right, the gap between me and her is the gap between blank and blank. And then the second question is, what did she give me? So what word, image, sentence, feeling, phrase, sensation, whatever came? Write it exactly as it arrived. Don't edit it into something that sounds better. So if she said the word trust, that's it. That's all you got. That's all you get. The raw version is the one that has all the charge, because the subconscious works symbolically. OK, there's no words to the subconscious. So if it doesn't make logical, analytical sense, it shouldn't, but it can. And if it came as a full sentence, that's great, too. How was that? I died the whole time. Amazing. Someone asked, what if I'm not aware of what I got? That's okay. It could pop in later. It could pop in overnight. It could pop in in a meditation. It can pop in if you're in VIP while you're listening to the hypnosis. It's okay. This has been the best exercise I've done with you yet.
