Speaker 1:
[00:03] You are here at this moment in time for a reason, to do, be, experience, and contribute something that's as unique to you as your fingerprints. So what is that? The answer, my friend, is written in the stars. I'm Amanda Pua Walsh, your host for this show. And astrology became a guiding light to me during a very dark time in my life. It gave me hope, direction, and inspiration, qualities I'm excited to share with you here on this podcast. Featuring some of the world's most masterful astrologers, this show is designed to unpack the nuances of the ancient language of astrology, and what it teaches us about ourselves, the people in our lives, and the world around us. I am so glad you're here. Now, let's dive in.

Speaker 2:
[00:57] Hello, my name is Christopher Renstrom, and I'm your weekly horoscope columnist here on Astrology Hub. And this time, I wanted to talk to you about Uranus, re-entering the zodiac sign of Gemini on April 25th. Uranus is a unique and eccentric planet. It's the only planet that orbits the sun on its side. It rotates on its axis like a wheel. Its north and south poles are where the other planet's equators would be. And it even has rings like Saturn. Discovered in 1781, which was roughly the midpoint between the American War for Independence and the French Revolution, Uranus upset the traditional order of the seven ancient planets, hence its revolutionary reputation. From the start, the planet had a naming problem. It's been named Georgius Sidus, Herschel, Uranus, and even Prometheus. It was originally named Georgium Sidus, which means George's star, by its discoverer, Sir William Herschel. Herschel wanted to honor the king who had given him his title. But that didn't go over too well on the continent, as George III was known as being a bit cray cray. And he was also famous for having lost the North American colonies in the American War for Independence. The planet was then named after its discoverer, Herschel. And it was referred to as Herschel for many years in both Britain and America. Indeed, the great American astrologer, Luke Dennis Broughton, one of the few astrologers to work with the planet on a regular basis within the first hundred years of its discovery, only used the name Herschel in his Broughton's Monthly Planet Reader and Astrological Journal, and that was published in the 1860s. Finally, it was the German astronomer Johann Ellert Bode, who suggested that the planet be named Uranus after the Greek god Oranos. Bode wanted to maintain the tradition of naming planets after the Greek gods. And since Saturn was the father of Jupiter, it only made sense to name the planet after the father of Saturn, Uranus. Uranus or Oranos means starry night, and Oranos is famously not depicted in human form, unlike the other Greek gods and goddesses. Indeed, there are no images or symbols of him, as the idea of gazing upon the stars in the nighttime sky was sufficient enough. I mean, you can't really top the vault of heaven when it comes to depicting the majesty of God. So what does Uranus do in astrology? Uranus is the planet of revolution and change. In fact, the wheel of fortune is a good image to keep in mind when thinking of Uranus. What's up one day can be down the next, and what was down one day could come flying back up. Uranus is a hurly-burly, topsy-turvy energy, an enemy to everything that is fixed and nailed to the floor. Uranus traffics in surprise twists, unexpected upsets, and rude awakenings. Uranus is the reason why people suddenly walk out on everything they've built, espouse beliefs they once derided, or run against a despot they once supported to become the new Prime Minister. Uranus will always turn your life upside down, but it doesn't do this to create chaos, it does it in order to get things right. And by right, I mean in alignment with your cosmic purpose. Imagine for a moment seeing things from the point of view of eternity, where there is no past, present, or future, because there is no time. That is Uranus' point of view. Now imagine trying to communicate that point of view to someone who lives in time. It's going to be discombobulating. This is why Uranian experiences are described as sudden bolts out of the blue, epiphanies that open and shut in the blink of an eye, and revelations, revelations that are truly life-changing. So, what is Uranus in the zodiac sign of the twins going to be like? Well, Uranus is the planet of modern technology, and Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the planet of the mind. And we're already familiar with AI and chat GBT, so we can expect more advances along those lines in the future. Indeed, anything that accelerates the mind, increases the transmission of knowledge, and promotes speech is going to be important. But just because something is new and innovative doesn't make it acceptable. Remember that Uranus is the planet of revolution and change, which means that anything it touches becomes immediately controversial. Let's take free speech, for example. Uranus in Gemini is going to believe in free speech, but it's also going to question and provoke, because it also believes in debate. Uranus in Gemini is just as likely to burn a flag as it will erect a cross on public property in the name of religious freedom. And it might even do both at the very same time, just to make a point. Uranus in Gemini wants to get people talking because it believes that a society is only as healthy as the free flow of ideas circulating within it, and that includes ideas that people don't like. Uranus in Gemini may not agree with what's being said, but it will defend a person's right to say it, because Uranus in Gemini knows that if that idea is outlawed, then there's no telling what other unacceptable ideas will also be outlawed as well. It's a fight without friends that often results in verbal bar room brawls, but it's a struggle that Uranus in Gemini believes in and won't give up. Now, let's go ahead and talk about Uranus entering Gemini and the impact that it will have on each of the 12 astrological signs.

Speaker 3:

Speaker 2:
[08:30] So if you're born under Aries or you have Aries rising, Uranus will be moving through that part of your solar chart that's referred to as the third house in astrology. Now, the third house is a bit of a grab bag house. It rules over your siblings, it rules over your early education, it rules over your immediate environment, which basically means your neighborhood, the people that you say hi to every day, and it also rules over commuting and communication. So as you can see, it's a bit of a grab bag. But basically, what all of these things, believe it or not, have in common is lifestyle, okay? When you think of how when you're a kid in school, you have peers, you have people that you're going to school with, they're your friends. Well, there's such a thing as peer pressure. There's such a thing as feeling like maybe you're part of the in-group or maybe like you're feeling like you'll never be part of the in-group. So that way that you interact with your environment, with people that you see every day, this is part of what's connected to the third house in astrology, all right? So it's not things that go on in your house, but the things that go on around the house and how you interact in the society around your house, and it's also the house of siblings. So with Uranus moving into this particular position in your solar horoscope and it being the zodiac sign of Gemini, this is a sextile, and sextiles in astrology are really good aspects, because sextiles essentially aid and abet you in becoming the best you that you could possibly become. So this is very friendly. This isn't talking about dreadful fights with friends or siblings or anything along those lines. However, we have to keep in mind that Uranus is still the planet of revolution and change. So what it may mean is that you might suddenly feel out of sync with the things that were familiar to you. You might feel suddenly out of sync with neighbors or out of sync with what you're doing for a living, or out of sync with your siblings. Because you might feel like you're choosing a path or a course of action that's taking you down a road. That's not something that they would follow or maybe even understand. All right. So sometimes we choose these paths or sometimes the feeling can be that these paths choose us. Like let's say you want to be a ballet dancer. Okay. And in order to be a ballet dancer, you have to train to be a ballet dancer. Let's say you want to be an athlete. In order to be an athlete, you have to train to be an athlete. What happens automatically when you make those choices is that it changes who you socialize with. Okay. A typical person going to school wants to hang out with friends, and after school do more hanging out with friends, and do homework together, and gossip and talk about people at school and things like that. But let's say you're a ballet dancer as a child, and you're not going to hang out with your friends after school. What you're going to do is that you're going to go to ballet class, and the friendships that you're likely to form during this period, are going to be with other people who are involved in your ballet class. And this ballet class isn't about hanging out and having fun. The ballet class is about training for the art of ballet, which can be very demanding and very rigorous. The same thing is, let's say you are training to be an athlete. You're not going to keep the social hours that other people would keep if they're not an athlete. You're going to have a very tight schedule. You're going to have to devote hours to the pursuit of your athletics. You're even going to have to change your diet, and that will affect the change of the shape of your body in order to build endurance and to perfect your athletic technique. So these are choices that we can make that can promote us forward in our life. You know, you want to become a ballerina, and you go to ballet class, and so you're really working to be the best dancer that you can be, or you're choosing to be an athlete, and you start training, and you want to choose to be the best athlete that you can be. This is going to change your lifestyle. This is going to bring great focus, and this is going to ultimately bring you great reward, which is something that Uranus in Gemini can do. But it might mean leaving the company of certain people that you had grown up with. It might mean friction with siblings who are like, why are you taking him or her to ballet class or athletics, and you seem to care more about my brother and sister than you do about me? It can create friction and things like this. So even as an adult, if you choose to pursue a certain course, like maybe you're pursuing a certain diet, you're going on a diet. Well, if you're going on a diet and you want to socialize with your friends, your friends might not really respect the diet that you're on. They might be like, oh, why are you on that silly diet? Why don't you just come on out and have some drinks and eat whatever you want? And you can pick up your diet again tomorrow. And you might be the person who has to say, no, this is what I'm doing. I really want to succeed at this diet. And so that might create friction, that might create tension. It might even result in spending time with other people, other people who are more like-minded to what you want to pursue in your life and not necessarily the people that you've been hanging out with and who are familiar. Uranus has that revolutionary spirit that I just talked about, but Uranus also has a future thrust. It's heading towards the future. This is what it's going to do. When it combines the air energy of Gemini with the fiery energy of Aries, you may find that you're hanging out with different people, that you want to be hanging out with people who really support who you are now. People who are part of the culture that you're living in right now, or a part of the practice that you're doing right now. In that regard, it can be a bit disconcerting. What we want to remember is that the modern planet is most powerful right when it enters a zodiac sign, and then again, right when it's about to leave. So this is a period of time in which you may feel like things are very accelerated, that this change in your lifestyle is a really big deal, and you're heading down a different direction than what you were doing last year at about this time. And so this might be something that you really want to keep your focus on, and it may be affecting who you hang out with, and your relationship with friends or even siblings. But nevertheless, it's something that you want to do, but you're not going to be alone. Gemini energy never does things alone. So even though areas can have a tendency to be very focused on doing it yourself, the Uranus is in Gemini. So you're going to be finding like-minded people. You're going to be hanging out with people who are committed to the same practice or the same pursuit, or the same diet, or the same ballet class, or the same yoga class, or the same athletic training program that you are. So you can really look forward to having company and people who are going to be supporting you in this endeavor. But at the same time, it may cost you some associations or friendships from the past. And you may have to sort of accept that maybe you're moving on to a different crowd in order to pursue what you want to pursue. And that can be a little sad and that can be a bit alienating. Nevertheless, it's in service to your higher purpose and where you're going in the future. If you're born into Taurus or you have Taurus rising, you are probably absolutely delighted that Uranus is finally leaving your zodiac sign. Uranus, the planet of revolution and change, has been knocking over the fixtures in your life, turning them upside down and inside out since 2018 when it first entered your own zodiac sign. Now, being a Taurus, you want things pretty much set in your life. You want to know, you want to be working at a job you really enjoy, you want to be making money, you want to be providing for the people in your life, you want to be advancing in your career. And basically, the attitude of Taurus is, you know, let me do what it is that I want to do, because I know that I will produce great results for me and for the people who are relying on me, and I am a steadfast worker, you know, and steadfast worker can be anything from an accountant to a glassblower. Okay, whatever you commit yourself to, you commit yourself to with great industry and focus. Well, with Uranus traveling through your zodiac sign since 2018, and now it's finally really leaving in 2026, all of that was turned upside down and inside out. You couldn't find consistency and stability if you tried. And so you might have begun Uranus' tenure in your sign as resisting, trying to hold on to the things that you know work, hold on to the things that felt tangible and solid. And very quickly you probably learned that that wasn't the case, that the things that used to work for you don't work for you anymore. And so you went through a lot of changes during this period of time. I mean, you're not going to go through eight years of Uranus traveling through your sign, holding your breath and waiting for it to all be over, all right? You're going to evolve as the planet goes through your sign. You're going to learn about different ways of handling things. You're going to be learning about maybe setting up different objectives or strategies or formulas for success. So what Uranus would have done in your sign, at first it might have felt like a full on assault of everything you believed in and everything you wanted to be stable and secure. But at the end of this, you have been transformed. You are not who you were back in 2018. You're pretty much a different person. So when I say that you're happy to see Uranus leaving your zodiac sign, as a Taurus, at the end of the day, you want that stability and you want that peace of mind. You want to be like, okay, now I can go back to living, you know, a life where I feel very happy and at peace and secure. But you can't go back to the life that you had before, probably because it doesn't exist. But more importantly, because it doesn't fit who you are now. It's like trying to fit back into clothes that you wore when you were in the fifth grade. Okay, it's just absurd. It's just impossible. There's no way you're going to fit back into the clothes you wore when you were in the fifth grade, nor should you. Okay, you should be wearing the clothes that are appropriate and attractive to who you are right now. And that's basically where I want to start with Uranus entering the zodiac sign of Gemini. And what I should really say is re-entering the zodiac sign of Gemini. Uranus was in Gemini for just a quick little bit between July 7th and November 8th last year. So that would have given you a taste of what was coming. But you weren't quite there yet. Now you are there. Okay, so things that maybe you were planning or preparing for or knew that you were coming down the pike towards you. Now they're here and now you see them. And now they're probably not the great challenges or the great intimidation, that feeling of intimidation that you might have had months ago. Sometimes when we know that something's going to happen, like there's going to be a change in career or a change in the setup of something, we try to prepare. But because we're not there yet, we're preparing based on apprehensions and anxieties because it's going to change our regular lifestyle. But then when it finally arrives, when the day for those changes finally arrives, you find that you're pretty much able to cope or work with it. And that might be what you're feeling right now. So what's interesting is that Uranus is going to be traveling through the House of Finances for you, for the next seven years, okay? And as a tourist, you'll be like, wait, I just finished with this guy, with this wild and crazy revolutionary Uranus going through my own sign. What? Are you telling me it's going through my house of money? How dear are you, Christopher? Hands off. Stop messing around with my life, okay? What it is, basically, is that you'll learn that you were much more resilient and much more inventive and much more adaptable than you thought you could be with the recent tenure that Uranus spent in your sign, and you also know that you can't go back to the life you had back in 2018, and probably you don't even want to. So that's kind of the spirit that I want you to embrace this idea of Uranus going through the House of Finances. Okay, finances, money exists in many different ways. I mean, you can have money like a dollar bill, you can have money like Bitcoin, you can have money like a Venmo account, you can have money like chickens in a chicken coop that you can trade or barter with someone else. You know, there are different forms of currency. There's different ways of exchange. And so with Uranus going through the zodiac sign of Gemini, what this is going to do, what this is going to really sort of emphasize a lot is a rethink. It's a rethink that's happening as you're moving through this. So Uranus in Gemini is going to present choices, options and alternatives at you while you are in motion. This is a very movement-oriented zodiac sign. It's not one that sits down and contemplates things. It's a sign of, Gemini is a sign of improvisation. It's a sign of invention. And it's a sign of doing things in short term or even episodically. So you might find that your job has changed in a couple of different ways. First of all, you might have changed jobs. Okay, there's that. But the other thing is, is that you might find that you're doing things more short term than long term and set. Okay, now part of this might be, you might find yourself working freelance or as a consultant, or some sort of intermediary. Another thing is you might simply be involved in technology right now. I mean, Uranus is the planet of modern technology. And that might be something that's playing a strong role in your life, like perhaps mastering the new technology. There might be an increase in transactions. Gemini is a zodiac sign that's very much connected to buying and selling. So maybe you've moved into a buying and selling sphere. Maybe you've moved into a buying and selling sphere that's very active and it's very quick, it's very swift. And so you have to keep up with this. Maybe you have to master technology, new technology, in order to do what it is that you're doing. So this isn't something that's going to come and wipe you out or be upsetting. What it is, is that it's changing your pace in the way that you deal with finances, and it's changing the way that you work with finances. How is it changing? It's speeding everything up. Okay, it's before where you might have had time to sit down and study stats, or sit down and study new designs for glassblowing, or something along those lines. Now it's like you're at a fast food restaurant. Have you ever been to one of those coffee shops where they've got the waitress takes down the order and it's on like a metal wheel, and they're spinning that wheel and cooking very quickly? This might be what's going on in your life right now. There may be an increase in the pace and it might even be a very hectic pace. Something that as a Taurus, you'll do it, but you're not really too fond of it. Taurus is a fixed sign that you're not a big fan of change, but you've learned that you've had to change in your last seven and eight years. And I think what you're going to find with these new changes that are being introduced in the way you make your money that are actually quicker on the uptake than you thought you were, that you're much more open to different ideas than you were before. You may discover this peace and calm that you were ready to embrace, may not be who you are right now. You might be very much a faster thinker and a faster worker than you were before. Another thing that might get introduced here because of the nature of Gemini is that you might be doing several things at once. You know, you might be, it's kind of like a cross-discipline, or multi-platform, that these may all be part of your life right now. You might have different tasks and different responsibilities, demands, orders to be filled all at the same time. So that's going to quicken the pace of your life. But what I like about this is that it also involves you with other people. You know, you're not going to be doing things alone or apart. Uranus is in Gemini, which is a very social sign. So you have to work with other people, other people's agendas and things like that. Now, I can understand as a Taurus or Taurus rising, you might be like, Christopher, you're describing my worst nightmare. Like, I don't want people to interfere with the way that I want to do things or change things around or something like that. But what can I say? Welcome to Uranus in Gemini. And kind of the sooner you get used to that idea, the better. But I think, again, as I was saying just a little bit earlier, I think you're going to find it, I think you're going to find that not only can you keep up, but you're actually thriving in this type of a climate. So Uranus in Gemini, by changing the way that you look at money or earn money or treat things, by kind of speeding it up, making it go quicker, you might find that not only are you rising to the challenge of this, but you're actually pretty much enjoying it, and that this is going to add a new dimension to your life, and the way that you think about finances in your life moving forward. If you're born under Gemini or you have Gemini rising, you're going to find Uranus moving into your zodiac sign to be electrifying. And I use the word electrifying because Uranus is actually associated with discovery and the harnessing of electricity. Okay, this is something that was very much in vogue or something that was happening at the time of its discovery in 1781. So the idea of electrifying in both its understanding of being shocking and illuminating, these are ideas that are going to be very much connected to Uranus reentering your zodiac sign. Now, you got your taste of what life would be like with Uranus in your own zodiac sign last year, probably around July 7th when Uranus first entered your zodiac sign. And Uranus was there until about, I think it was November 8th when it retrograde back down out again into Taurus. Now, on April 25th, it's coming into your zodiac sign with full commitment to stay and to change your world, to basically rock your world. So what I like about this and what's nice about the modern planets, and modern planets are any planet discovered after 1781. Uranus is discovered in 1781. It's the first modern planet. The other two modern planets are Neptune and Pluto, is that they take a long time to pass through just one zodiac sign. Uranus, for instance, will spend seven years in one zodiac sign. So you've got Uranus as your buddy for the next seven years, Neptune will spend about 13, 14-ish years in just one sign, and Pluto, Pluto, because of its elliptical orbit, can spend anywhere from 12 to 32 years in just one zodiac sign. So what happens here is that you get used to the planet. You know, if you're dealing with the planetary influence for seven years or 14 or 12 to 32, you get used to the planet, okay? You understand its behavior. You work with its energy. And so this is something that's kind of good. You know, when a planet enters, leaves and comes back again, you get an introduction to, in your case, the hurly burly-ness or the craziness of Uranus, but also the innovativeness and the inventiveness and the electricness of Uranus as well. You got a taste of that last year. So when it comes back in this year, you definitely have more of a sense of what to expect, but you may also have more of a sense of what to do with it. Now, a modern planet like Uranus is most potent, right when it enters the sign for the first time. Okay, so you may feel the full power of the volatility of Uranus, the planet of revolution and change, and you may be experiencing a lot of volatile elements in your life. Maybe a better way of describing it as a lot of moving pieces in your life. Different things are moving at different rates and with different impact and different effect. But, and this is what's nice about working with Uranus, which is named after the Greek sky god of the heavens. Okay. It kind of also gives you a bird's eye view of what's going on. You're not going to be so wrapped up in just this thing or that objective. You're going to get more of a sense of like, here's an objective, that's an objective, this is something. And you're going to get more of a sense of, I don't know, think of the stars in the sky. You can maybe focus on one star, but chances are you're going to be looking at all the different stars and maybe even identifying all the different constellations. So what I want to communicate here is that you have a lot of things going on at the same time, but they're not the same thing, and they're not operating at the same pace, the same speed, they don't have the same character. So that allows you to sort of see the differences and to maybe even prioritize. But definitely what's happening with Uranus coming into your sign, is that it's turning your world upside down and inside out. I mean, it's in your zodiac sign, and that's what Uranus does, it's the planet of revolution and change. And so, you may feel like you've been thrown off your game. You may feel like, you know, one of those cowboys who gets knocked out of their horse saddle, and they're, you know, sort of barely holding onto the horse as it's, you know, galloping forward, and you're trying to reassert your balance and your control of the reins. I mean, this might be something that's going on in your life right now, either metaphorically or even actually. So you're working to get an understanding and a feeling of what's going on in your life and all of these different elements or all these different things that are taking place. Your life is full of a lot of different moving parts right now. And so the best way to work with that energy is to do two things. First of all, try to broaden your vision as much as you can. You know, again, try to adopt that bird's eye view. Air signs naturally tend to be more bird's eye view of things. But Gemini is the most immediate of the air signs. Gemini is the most personally involved of the air signs. There's more distance with Libra and even greater distance with Aquarius. But Gemini has a tendency to be up in it, you know, up in the action. And so with Uranus here, you're going to feel the restlessness, the volatility, the things that didn't, that used to work don't or they've been turned upside down, inside out. You're going to feel kind of out of whack, all right, and you're trying to understand it. What's nice about your zodiac sign is that you can do it. There is a playful improvisational quality to Gemini. Once you sort of get rid of trying to get it back to where it was before, then you can adopt this mindset. You can adopt this mindset of, okay, let's see where this is going. Your love of play, your curiosity, and also your sense of like, okay, I don't have a grip on it right now, so I'm going to just let it do what it's going to do and I'll find out. Okay, this is something that Geminis are really good at. And so if you can get into that head space, you're going to get more of a sense of where Uranus is taking you. Uranus is known as the planet of revolution and change, as I've said before, I've discovered at the midpoint between the American War for Independence and the French Revolution. And the best way to think of Uranus is as a wheel, like the wheel of fortune, what's up one day is down the next, and what's down could come flying back up again. So this feeling of everything being turned upside down or inside out, that the unpredictability, the volatility of Uranus, this makes perfect sense. It's happening in your sign and you don't really have any true perspective or distance on it. But what's also important to keep in mind with the planet Uranus, the planet of revolution and change, is that Uranus is also the planet of revelation. And Uranus doesn't just come into your life and knock over the gameboard and send all the pieces flying just because it's having fun and it brings the chaos. Okay? It can feel like that. But that's not the point. What Uranus is trying to do is to align you to the higher plan, is probably the best way of putting it. Now, a higher plan is different than a higher purpose. Okay? A higher purpose is a feeling like you're connecting to something that is inspiring you in life, that is going to give your life a sense of meaning and purpose, and this is a wonderful thing. Higher purpose is something that's associated to a planet like Jupiter, and to zodiac signs like Sagittarius and Pisces. When I'm talking about a higher plan, it's almost like I'm talking about a flight plan. Again, Uranus is the heavens. It's all the stars in the heavens. And so when Uranus comes into your life, it's knocking things over, it's causing revolution and change, because it's trying to get things right. It's trying to get you on track to where your life is going. I mean, think of a flight plan. A flight plan is something that's set up by an airplane, right? Passengers board an airplane, it takes off, it lands at its destination. That's what Uranus is trying to do, except the flight plan that it's trying to connect you to is the greater flight plan of your life, okay? It's almost like the entire structure of your life. But because that plan is so big, it's so vast, it's so, you know, how many years are we talking about in the future? Three, 10, 30? You know, we can only see things in terms of our mental framework of where we are right now. And so, that's why we only get glimpses of where Uranus is trying to take us. We only get flashes of where Uranus wants us to go. And this is really the best way to work with this planet. You're going to feel, again, the restlessness and things don't fit, and a sense of like all these different moving pieces, but you don't really know how it's going to work out. And I really want you to sort of treat that with a lot of flexibility, or I want you to treat that as playing a game, which is something that people born under Gemini or Gemini Rising are really good at. If you can sort of treat it as playing a game, almost a scavenger hunt vis-a-vis your future, that Uranus is giving you a clue that tells you that you're supposed to go find something and then end up at another place, you just focus on that in the moment and allow Uranus to do its work, which is to take you to where you need to go. Right now, as I said, there's going to be more volatility and restlessness and things like that. But as Uranus settles into your sign, you'll get a more coherent picture of the way that your new life, because that's what's going on here, you're moving into a new life, you're moving into a dramatically different chapter than the one that you've been living. But if you can sort of just focus on what the next task is or the next hint or the clue or the place that you need to be, if you can just focus on that and let Uranus do the rest, probably in about a year or so, you'll get a clearer idea of where this is all going. And that will be a wonderful sense of like, okay, now I can see where it's all going. But right now with Uranus having just entered your sign, you may not have the clearest idea of that. So just sort of like trust in your co-pilot upstairs because that's basically what Uranus is like in your sign. And trust that everything that's happening in your life is in order to get it right, for it to be aligned with the stars above and to deliver you to where you're going. If you can do all of that while living in the moment, not only will you find this period of time very exciting and revelatory, but I think you yourself will even be surprised and in a delightful way as to where all of this is leading. If you're born under cancer or you have cancer rising, this period of time that Uranus is in the zodiac sign of Gemini, is going to be very heady. It's going to be very revealing, and it's going to have a very powerful and profound impact on your life. One that you might not really recognize right away. You might not even appreciate for a couple of years. But once you click into what Uranus is about, I think you're going to find it to be very fulfilling and very enriching as a planetary transit experience. Now, at first when we look at a planet like Uranus, and we think of a sign like cancer, the two ideas don't really go together. You've got Uranus is the planet of revolution and change. It doesn't like tradition, it doesn't like the past, it wants to overthrow solid institutions and create something new and different. This is something that kind of flies in the face of people born under cancer or who have cancer rising. And the reason for that is because cancers really place a great deal of value on the past. They place a great deal of value on their roots, on where they come from, okay? Some people born under cancer, cancer rising never leave where they came from. They live in their hometown or they live in that culture that they first appeared in. So now I'm not saying that everyone born under cancer or cancer rising is going to be like that. There can be very much a wandering quality to the moon in interest in different societies and things like that. But that interest or if you pursue those paths, usually wind up being pretty organic. They wind up like, you know, I was following this path and usually with people born under cancer, cancer rising, you know, if you change where you're living or what you're doing, those changes tend to be much more organic. It's kind of like, I'm in college and maybe I'll do a year as a transfer student, and you go and live in another country for a year and you come back. There's that sense of like, you know, you might not have done that normally if you weren't in college, but it's part of being in college and the college experience. So it's an organic, you know, leave taking to live somewhere else and to come back sort of thing. It's all organic. It's all part of who you are. It's not abrupt. It's not pulling up roots. It's not these sudden changes which Uranus can bring. But Uranus, if you sort of contemplate the planet a little bit more deeply, actually has a lot in common with your own ruling planet, the moon. Okay. It's the idea of the wheel. It's the idea of the cycle. Uranus, I often like to describe as the wheel of fortune, or even the wheel in the sky that keeps on turning. Because Uranus is literally orbiting the sun on its side. Its north and south poles are where everybody else's equator is. When you add the rings to this image, it looks like a wheel in the sky that keeps on turning. Okay, that what's up is down and what's down is up. But when we think of the word revolution, as in when we say that Uranus is the planet of revolution and change, before revolution came to mean that, it actually referred to a planetary orbit, one revolution or one orbit around the sun. So the idea of a cycle, of completing one orbit around the sun or one turn of the wheel is very Uranian, finding yourself back at the place where you began. This is a very Uranian concept. So you could have revolution like overthrowing, but you could have revolution as in coming full circle. And when we think of this idea of coming full circle, and when we apply it to the moon and its lunar phases, you can see that there's a similarity. You know, the moon will change its appearance in the nighttime sky. It can start dark, it comes, it forms a little sliver of light after it's been a new moon. It grows in its light to a quarter moon. It expands to its full circular feature at a full moon. It begins to diminish as we head towards a waxing moon, which is a dissipating moon. The light is shrinking until it's shrunken once again into the dark, under the balsamic moon, and then it starts the whole cycle again with the new moon. So this idea of a cycle, of completing a circle, is also something that really is understandable to the lunar personality. You know, people with strong cancer or cancer rising, or even a moon in cancer, you know, or where the moon plays a prominent part of their chart, have this sense of an inner cycle, you know, of going through all the different phases. Just like people who have a strong Uranus, you know, yeah, some of it is kind of like shattering and abrupt or whatever, but there's still a sense of like moving in terms of a cycle. And this is something that the two planets have in common. The difference, however, is that Uranus is traveling through the Zodiac sign of Gemini, and it's traveling through a part of your solar chart, which is very sensitive. It's at a very sensitive angle of your chart right now. And so what you might be experiencing in your life right now may be the ending of things and then the beginning of things. So in other words, things are coming to an end, but you could already see how a new chapter is beginning right now. The other thing that you might be experiencing with Uranus in Gemini, is this feeling of winding up back where you began. This could be maybe after having lived in different locations, you're back in your hometown, or maybe after having gone and worked for different companies or different firms or things like that, you're back at the company that you began with, or maybe after having left a relationship and experienced other relationships and things like that, you've reunited with someone that you used to see a long time ago, or someone from your past. So there can be this feeling of being back where you started. Now, a lot of times we might think like back where we started, that's kind of like an exercise in futility. I mean, are you talking about the myth of Sisyphus, where he pushes the boulder up to the top of the hill, and when he reaches the top of the hill and it happens every time, the boulder slips from his grasp and rolls back to the bottom and he has to start it again? I mean, Christopher, you're talking about some existential exercise in futility? This back where you started sort of thing? No, it's not that. It's like you can come back to where you started, and even though the starting point might be the same, you are not, okay? You've gone through life experiences. You've been away and come back. You haven't come back as the person you were who originally left. You've been away and you come back and you are an enriched personality. There are things that have been fulfilled or things that you've done in your life. So this personal experience that you've accrued, this personal experience makes all the difference between that was then and this is now. And so you may find yourself in a familiar situation, but it's not the same situation. You're a very different person. And you might even find yourself taking over the role of responsibility, or leadership, or being in charge of this situation. So it's not a backslide, it's not a regression, it's having come full circle. So this coming back to where you began, this coming back to where you started, and being enriched by all the experiences that you've accrued since then, this is going to be a very fulfilling experience for you, because you're going to see that those situations you couldn't handle before, you can handle now. You're going to see that those situations you didn't feel like you could manage are infinitely manageable, that you are no longer out of your depth, that you've grown, you've grown as a person, and having grown as a person, you now will have a clearer idea of where to go from here. If you're born under Leo or you have Leo rising, this period of time when Uranus is moving through the zodiac sign of Gemini is going to be a wonderful period of time for you. Basically, Uranus is appearing in that part of your solar chart, which is associated to your aspirations and the people who are going to help you to realize them. The best way to sort of think of this energy is really like flying a kite. You know, you take the kite and you maybe ask a friend to hold it and you take the string and you run and as you run, the kite is released and it goes up into the air and it catches the wind and it is taken aloft. That's pretty much what's going to be going on with Uranus in this particular placement in regards to your own zodiac sign. So it's very aspirational. It's very much like I want to follow this path that's going to lead me to a better place. You know, I want to be a better person or I want to be better at the things that I do. I want to be living a better life. I want to be socializing or fraternizing with better people. You know, so it's aspirational. It's something where you want to climb to a higher height and you want to exist there. You want to soar there. You want to reside there. And this is basically what's going on with Uranus. Now, Uranus is most powerful right when it enters a zodiac sign. And it can be argued that these changes might have begun even last year, when Uranus first entered the zodiac sign of Gemini on July 7th. And it was there until about November 8th when it backed down into Taurus again. So that window there between July 7th and November 8th, might have been one in which you might have seen the possibilities of what could be. Maybe you met people that were in a higher position than you. Maybe you socialized with people who were like, you know what, you've got a special quality to you. You've got a special talent ability. You really should be doing more with it. And so those ideas might have been planted in your mind that you could do better than where you are right now currently. And then with Uranus' retrograde, which went from November 8th until when it re-enters Gemini on April 25th, you know you might have felt like you had lost your way, or that is the kite that you had dipped and maybe even, I don't know, crashed on down again or something. And so right now you're ready to try that again. Or right now you feel like the wind is really underneath your wings. Okay, that it can lift you and that you can soar. And so that's really speaking to this feeling of excitement and maybe even exhilaration right now. Okay, that you might feel very restless, or you may even have people that you're connecting with right now in your life who are like, you know what? Remember when I said that I saw something in you that was really a certain sort of thing? I know exactly what you can do with it. Or remember when I said I really liked your idea? Well, you know, my best friend Beverly is back from Europe and she can help you become a couturier designer or something like that. I don't know. But you're ready to take that next step. And it's going to be at an accelerated pace because that's what Uranus does. It takes something which is kind of moving along at its own pace and then it accelerates it. It makes it more volatile. It makes it more restless. It makes it more likely to leap forward. And this may be very much what you're feeling right now. And all of this should be good. I mean, the aspect is a sextile. So what Uranus is doing is that it's not only motivating you, but it's opening doors and it's making introductions and helping you make connections and all these sorts of things. Okay, so this could be exciting and this could be really good. But we have to remember that Uranus is still the planet of revolution and change. And that Uranus will make controversial whatever area of life that it happens to be appearing in, or what zodiac sign it happens to be passing through. And so for you, with this idea of aspiration and meeting people who could really help you take everything to the next level, it may be controversial in terms of it may be upsetting those more long-standing friendships or associations. You know, there might have been a group of people that you used to hang out with. You know, and that you really enjoyed their company. And maybe, you know, in the back of your mind, you might have felt like when you looked at them like, oh, these are wonderful people and I love them and they're my friends. But you know what? They might be a little limited. They might be a little not looking as far ahead as they could be. They might not be as ambitious or, or driven. They, they might be settling for something less. You know, and that might have like stayed in the back of your head of like, oh, how could you think such a thing? How judgy, you know, and, and how, you know, condescending and naughty, naughty Leo, you know, but then there might have been another part of you that might have been like, well, yeah, I, I want something more. I know that I can do more. I can, I can realize my talents in a, in a better situation than the one that I'm in right now. And so with Uranus coming through and saying, yeah, you're it, you know, come away from the rest of the people you're hanging out with because you're on the fast track here, you might find that you're losing these friendships. You're losing these associations that, that they're no longer relevant or that you no longer want to be hanging out with them, you know, and people might be like, you know, well, you know, when did you become so high and mighty? Or when did you become so, you know, ego inflated? You might even hear some, some negative comments about this, or you might even feel guilt about what's going on here. Again, Uranus is going to make an area of life that it shows up in controversial. So your decisions are going to be controversial. It's going to be like, well, what happened to the loyalty to your friends? What happened to the loyalty to your associates? I mean, could you really be that, you know, self-serving and selfish? And you may be hearing that, or you may be feeling that right, right now. But then the choice is always going to be, well, is this about, you know, staying in that place, you know, or is this about moving forward? And Uranus is a planet that's very much committed and devoted to moving forward. Now, sometimes it can be a little ruthless in that regard. It can be like, you know, move fast and break things or whatever that motto was from Silicon Valley years ago, you know, Uranus could definitely take on that kind of aspect because it doesn't want to be held back. It wants to be free to invent and to discover, you know, so that might be part of the element of what's going on here. But you kind of have to make a choice, you know, are you going to put yourself first and your aspirations first, and how true are you going to be to them? Or are you going to, you know, settle for where you are? My suspicion is that you're going to go with A rather than B. So my concern, you know, as I share this forecast with you, is that you be in a place where you recognize what's going on. You know, sometimes we have to make those decisions, and they let other people down. You know, people who thought we were always going to be there, people who looked up to us, people who, you know, depended on our loyalty and being there. And sometimes that changes, and sometimes that's really crummy, you know. And I think that, you know, in those moments, it's important to watch your guilt reaction, or shame reaction, you know. It's important to make sure that it doesn't become retaliatory, or defensive, or abrupt, or anything along those lines. I think that there's a way that as you're being called forward into your life, that you can assure these people, you know, that they're wonderful people, you know, and that you've really enjoyed those friendships, or that time with them. But now you're moving on to something else, and you have to allow for them to be disappointed, or guilt trippy, or, you know, scowling at you. But honestly, if they were in the same position that you're in, they would have done the same thing, and they would have been confronted with the same awkward goodbye. Okay, they would have been confronted with the same feelings of guilt. So sometimes what you have to do in situations like that is to allow things to play out like that. You know, maybe allow them to see you as the bad friend and the fair weather companion. Let them see you like that right now, because you are moving on to something bigger and better. And know that in time, your paths will probably cross again. And that when enough time has passed, they'll come to see why you made the decisions that you made. But don't try to insist that they understand that right now. Sometimes when we're moving forward like this, it's kind of like a rocket that has to, you know, put enough power behind it to break out of the gravitational pull of Earth. You know, we have to rocket forward to break that gravitational pull. And in many ways, that's what's going on right now. And if you can allow that that's what's happening, and this is the path that you have chosen, and that maybe you'll talk to them one day, but at a place where everyone has, you know, gone on from this experience. And if there was a friendship, you could certainly resurrect that. That's for another time. But for now, don't insist that they understand or that they be sympathetic. After all, you're the one who's leaving, and they're the ones who are being left. You know, try to find in your heart sympathy for that position, and try to leave that be, and trust in the future. Trust in the future that your paths will cross again, and at a time in which they will understand why you made the decisions that you made, and you will understand and appreciate what's going on in their lives, and that you could perhaps forge a friendship again at that time in a very different place, but with the same heart and the same good feelings that have always been there. If you're born under Virgo or you have Virgo rising, Uranus on April 25th will be crossing over that part of your solar chart that is often referred to astrologers as the 10th house or the mid-heaven. This is an angle of the chart that really is a peak angle. It's connected to our career, it's connected to our destiny, it's connected to status. You know, it's the idea of really summiting, of reaching the top of the mountain, of accomplishment and achievement. And when you have Uranus here, crossing over the top of your solar chart, there can be a radical departure when it comes to something like this. Sometimes what it can be is that you summit, you accomplish, you achieve, you go as high as you can go, and then your whole life changes, you know, it becomes celebrated, you switch from striving to arriving, and then you have to sort of get used to the idea of what it's like to have arrived, to be in the winner circle, and how that's changing you as a person. You know, as a Virgo, you're very results driven, you're results oriented, but you're not really big on winner circles, or huge, you know, peaks that you reach. You're much more comfortable with producing results, and with reaching your ends, and then, you know, continuing along in the work that you do. The idea of reaching a peak, and that changing the nature of your work, or your position, that's not one that Virgos find very comfortable, okay? Because it's like, you know, am I being promoted, or moved into an area of life, in which I'm gonna be unfamiliar with the territory, in which I'm gonna have to prove myself again, or rework the way that I approach things, or does a position of responsibility change me as a person? You know, these could be real points of anxiety for a Virgo. Virgo would much rather focus on the work that it loves and with honing its craft, with improving its skills. Virgos are the experts of the zodiac, and they believe in refining their expertise. They want to be the person who's called in when there's a particular problem or difficulty that's going on, and they want to solve it. So this idea of being raised up higher than the rank that you're used to, for a Virgo, that can sometimes feel very much like you're making yourself vulnerable to the fickleness of fate, that you're making yourself maybe even a target to forces that are larger than life. You might be making yourself a target to hostility or competition or someone wanting to overthrow you in turn. So Virgos get a little uncomfortable with that idea, but nevertheless being lifted up to a pinnacle, having reached the summit in your career or what you do is very important, and that means a change. So it's not like you're at the summit and that's it, and you're there, you planted your flag, and you're like, okay, I guess what's next? It's more like this is going to change your world, it's going to change the way that you're seen, it's going to change the way that people respond to you. Now, this could happen as a result of accomplishment and achievement. It could happen as a result of a shake up at work or a change in a working situation. You know, something in which, you know, you're moved out of your comfort zone into an area of authority, and with authority comes great expectations and great demands on your time. And so you may have some very real questions as to whether you could keep up or whether you even want to be doing this. Another thing that can sometimes happen when you have Uranus going over your solar 10th house like this is that you might find yourself without a job. Okay. Maybe a department closes, maybe you're let off, maybe the company is sold or maybe it's acquired and a number of people are let go. You know, Uranus can also be associated with that. It's the idea of a radical change in regard to your career, your destiny or where you feel like you're going. And so that can sound dreadful. That can be like, oh, you know, layoffs. That's a great thing to look forward to in my future, ready to embrace it. Okay. No, it's not that. What's happening is that Uranus, and you have to remember Uranus can see so much further ahead than we can. And when Uranus tries to handle us in its hands, it's like the way that we try to handle an insect that we've decided that we're trying to save. Maybe some beetle or ant or something has crawled into the house, and we've scooped it up in our hands and we're taking it to the door and letting it fly free again. Well, you know, to us, it's like, I'm saving you. I'm letting you fly free again. But for the insect, it's terrifying, these huge hands coming down around it and cupping it and picking it up. And maybe we didn't pick it up so delicately and then we're throwing it back out into the, okay, that's what it can feel like when Uranus has taken a hold. Uranus' intent might be like, let me help you go and live your future by freeing you from where you are. But you might feel more like the traumatized insect that's being like picked up and moved and thrown out back into the wild. So what can happen and why it could be associated to things like firings, as much as it could be hirings, something that dramatically changes the landscape or prospects of your career is because if it's a firing, it's Uranus' way of saying you've gone as far as you can go in this position, and you really need to go in a different direction. Okay, you need to go in a direction that is more fulfilling, and that is more something along the lines of what you want to do. A lot of times we can stay in jobs or positions because of the paycheck or security, and that's a great thing. But sometimes when we're being underpaid or more demands are being heaped on us, we can excuse it. We can say it's all right. We can say, well, I can't find another job as good as this, even though I'm working at half pay or I'm working twice the amount that I worked before. Because what's happened is that the job and the pace of the job has taken over. The regularity of that paycheck has taken over. And sometimes that can be diminished and we will accept it because that's what we're used to. Okay. And so in those regards, that can be something that you're beginning to experience increasingly diminishing returns. So when Uranus comes in and says, you're fired or this department has been let go and fly, butterfly that came into my house, fly and be free. You know, we're like in terror and shock. Sometimes it takes that for us to realize how much we were compromising ourselves, how much we were underselling ourselves, how much we were saying this was okay when it wasn't okay. But we were saying it's okay because we had bills to pay and ends to meet and things like that. And so sometimes it takes a radical shaking up to get us to sort of reconnect to our value and our talents and our skills and abilities and to say, this is really the wrong road that I'm on and I need to be on a different road. And going to that different road might not have happened if the company hadn't been sold or the job or you had been let go or the job ended, you know, type of thing. So this is something that can actually have a positive effect. It may not feel that way right now with Uranus going over the 10th, but it can. So Uranus is famous for moving the goalposts. You know, I thought I was playing this game and heading towards these goalposts and Uranus goes and moves them and it's like, I guess we're now going in this direction with the goalposts. And as a Virgo, you're going to want to move the goalposts back to where they were, you know, because Virgo is like, well, the goalposts belong here, so we move them back. But you're also on Earth sign, Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn. They're always kind of like, okay, we went through something difficult, but let's get it back to where it was before, you know, because that was secure and that was right and that's the way that thing should be. With Uranus, it gets rid of all of that. And so you're left with, do I want to go back the way I came, you know, or can I go back the way I came, you know, or let's say you let go from a job and you're like, you know, and you go and find a job just like it, you know, type of thing. That's a different way of saying going back to what you came from, okay, or do you work with the elements that are at play? Do you go and look for something or find something that's more in keeping with who you are and what you want to do, and what your skills and your talents are? You know, is something that upset your world actually really a release? Is it the prison door that's being opened? Do you have a future again, whereas before it was just drudgery? So ultimately, being a Virgo, and this is the wonderful thing about the resourcefulness of the Earth sign and the mercurial quality of your ruling planet, Mercury is incredibly inventive. And like a cat, it always lands on all four feet, and you can figure its way in and out of a situation. Ultimately, you'll make a decision to work with what you have, with what you're being given by this Uranus transit over your 10th house, whether it's being moved into a position where you have to deal with new demands and expectations or being thrown out of a position to reconnect to where you want to go in your life again. You have a resourcefulness and a natural resilience, and this is something that will click into place. A lot of times people talk about how good Virgo is at solving a problem, and it's excellent at solving a problem. But there's also another quality that Virgo has, which is when it's faced with a crisis, how resourceful it can become, how inventive it could become. Even if Uranus is throwing all these wild cards at you from all kinds of different directions, you'll figure out a way to work with them, and you'll figure out a way to make it your own. So what can perhaps begin as a crisis or something that is like what's going on in my life can actually turn out to be an extraordinary release for you and also an occasion to rise to your talents and your abilities and to exercise them in a life that belongs to you and not to the person who's paying you. If you're born under Libra or you have Libra rising, Uranus re-entering the zodiac sign of Gemini on April 25th is going to be a wonderful experience for you. Now the reason why I say it's going to be a wonderful experience for you is because Gemini is an air sign, just like Libra is an air sign. These are two different zodiac signs, obviously, but they share the same element. And the element that they share is air. And air is the element of relationships. It's the element of people, and it's the element really of the thinking mind. Okay, so people who are born in air signs like Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius have a tendency to be more cerebral than emotional or experiential. But that's because these air signs want to be clear thinking in the way that they are approaching life. And they are fascinated by life and by people and by the future, and where you are going in life, and the people who will be a part of that journey that you are taking. Uranus will be entering the zodiac sign of Gemini, and it will be crossing over the part of your solar horoscope that pertains to your outlook on life. And what I mean by your outlook on life is really your philosophy about your life, the way that you see the world. It's referred to as the Ninth House. Now the Ninth House was a bit of a grab bag of a house. I mean, it was a house of higher learning, it was the house of long journeys, it was the house of religion, the house of philosophy, the house of government, you know. All these sorts of things were thrown into the Ninth House. What it boils down to is really your philosophy about life, and also your higher purpose. When you have Uranus transiting Ninth House like it's going to be doing right now, and for the next seven years, you're going to be feeling a call from your higher purpose. That you're being asked to leave the life that you've been living, and to pursue something better, to pursue something purer, something that feels much more aligned to who you are. Now, are you going to do that on April 25th, when Uranus enters your Ninth House, when it enters the zodiac sign of Gemini? Doubtful. I don't think you're going to decide on that day, like, I'm leaving everyone, bye, and I'm going to go to Tibet, or something along those lines. I think it's more like you're going to feel all of a sudden out of sync with the things that you used to feel in sync with. You may feel out of sync in your relationship, or with your friends, or with your colleagues. You may feel like they're settling for something lower than what you want to pursue in your life. That might be metaphysics, or philosophical, or moral issue, you know, or just simply a sense of living a more fulfilled and more fulfilling life. Not in a material way per se, but in a more philosophical or spiritual. Let's go ahead and use the word spiritual way. Ultimately, you want to be living a life that's right for you. And that's not defined by trappings, it's not defined by props, it's not defined by situations, any more than it's defined by your obligations or your responsibilities. You know, you want to be living your life purpose in your life right now. And so that's something that's going to lead you to question what's in your life right now. It's going to lead you to maybe look at your future as a blank slate, like there's nothing there. You don't have any idea of where you're going. And if that's what's happening right now, I want you to treasure that feeling. I want you to really appreciate what's going on, because as any artist knows, you begin with an empty canvas. Okay, that's the thing that's looking at you. Or if you're an author, you begin with a blank page, that's the thing that's looking at you. But you know that that canvas, or you know that that blank page is really a doorway, that once you pass into it, or once you get into the headspace of that creativity, or that writing, or that searching, or that exploring, all of a sudden, it's not blank anymore. It's full of options and choices and creatures and stories and possibilities and images and colors and beings. It's full of all of these things, and these things are starting to call to you in your life. But I want to return to this idea of right living, all right? Because Uranus is very much connected to that. Now, it's not right living in terms of like a health regimen or anything along those lines. It's right living in terms of being in alignment with, literally, the stars that are above you. Okay, Uranus, which is the name of the Greek god of the sky, of starry night, it's literally the stars above. When you look at earlier renditions of astronomy and then before that astrology, it was ruled by the muse Urania, and she was the muse of the stars. She was the muse of looking to higher heights or navigating her way up across ocean expanses by following the stars. Okay, so this idea of navigating your way through your life, this goes back to the sailors who navigated by the stars. It's that same idea, and so it's being on course or right living. Now, right now, you may feel like there are more things wrong than right, or you may feel like more things are empty or blank than are informative or evocative or imaginative to you. You know, you may feel like you're looking more at empty spaces than you are, beautiful pieces of art or anything like that. But they're empty for now, and that sort of empty or blankness is a sacred space. You just, many artists know you leave that be, because when the time comes to fill it, actually you're not filling it. It's telling you that it's there. It invites you to compose, it invites you to paint, it invites you to choreograph. And so that's basically how that works. So how do we find the right living? Usually it's done through something that Uranus rules over, which is a revelation of just suddenly recognizing something. Uranus ruled over things like bolts out of the blue that hit you out of nowhere, and all of a sudden you see the world in a very different way. That was and is still a Uranian experience. An example I always like to share is, let's say you're throwing a dinner party, okay, and that you've got a piece of art by Rothko, those two or those three bands of color, and maybe you're showing it off, and your dinner party guests are like, is that a Rothko? And you're like, yes, yes, it is. And they're like, oh my god, it's so beautiful. I love Rothko. He's one of my favorite artists. And so everyone's admiring this abstract piece of art. And you're very, very proud of it. And it's the talk of the dinner party and things like that. And then maybe one dinner guest comes over to you, and they don't want to be rude or anything like that. And maybe they call you over the corner and you're like, yes. And they're like, that Rothko that you've got there. And you're like, yes, it's wonderful piece of art, isn't it? I love it. It's my favorite Rothko. And the person says, do you know that you've hung it upside down? And you're like, what? And they're like, that's not the way it should be hung. It's upside down. And if you've ever seen a Rothko, you can see how that could happen if you're not familiar with it. And so you're kind of like, oh, goodness, you know, and you're going to wait till everyone leaves, and then the next day you're going to like, you know, flip it upside down and hang it right. Well, that's a Uranian experience. It's a realization that something has been hanging upside down for a long time. And so what you want to do is make it right side up. You want to hang it correctly. And that's what's going on with this experience. You are going to have a realization or a series of realizations that things are upside down or they're inside out or they're backward in some way, and that they need to be adjusted. They need to be made right side up or outside in or rectified or corrected in some sort of way. And this is something that's going to be very important to you. And as you do this, you'll see more and more clearly about what should be right. There will be more of a sense of an alignment, of getting it right. Now, Uranus isn't sort of there with crossed arms, like waiting for you to come with the right answer. Uranus shows us the way with many twists and turns in the road, many twists and turns in our journey. And that's what makes Uranus Uranus. It's the planet of unpredictability, of revolution and change, but it's also the planet of revelation. So what I would urge you to do is to believe or to have faith in the impulses that Uranus is generating in your life, of getting things set up right, right with you and right with the way that you are living your life. And the more that you do this, the more enlightening these experiences will become, the more that you will recognize that there is indeed a higher purpose at work in your life, and the more that you will see yourself in the life that you're living, and that you are living the life that you like, rather than having to make yourself like the life that you are living. If you're born under Scorpio or you have Scorpio rising, Uranus entering the zodiac sign of Gemini is going to be a bit of a challenge for you. Now, I don't mean that in a cryptic way or a negative fashion or anything along those lines. In fact, you've been on the wrong side of Uranus for the last seven or eight years. Uranus entered your opposite sign of Taurus in 2018, and it's been basically changing your life, but in an opposite stance for that whole period of time, which is basically everything that's gone on between 2018 and now. And now that Uranus has departed your opposite sign, you may feel that you're on the other side of being tossed about by the waves, and that you've been delivered on some shore of some desert island somewhere, that you're pulling yourself out of the chaos and pulling yourself onto shore and feeling the solid ground underneath you again. So there's one way that we live when we feel storm tossed, when we feel at odds, when we feel like, I don't know if you remember the opening credits of Bulmaco and Rocky, but they go racing back and forth on these mountain types that are being assaulted by bolts of lightning and things like that and they fall down into an abyss, and you think that that's the end of them and then they pop up out of the ground again with smiles on their face alongside a whole bunch of sunflowers. Well, that's kind of where you are right now. You've gone through this cacophony, you've gone through this craziness, you've gone through these bobs and weaves and sudden turns up and down and going back the way you came, and then being thrust forward again. You've gone through all of this and you're now on solid ground again. You may not recognize the island that you've washed ashore on. You may not recognize the things that are in your life right now. They might have changed. You know, everything that was once familiar and stable back in 2018, now no longer either exists or applies or is relevant. Your circumstances have changed and you are a changed person as a result. So now with Uranus moving into the zodiac sign of Gemini, it's really kind of like, if we can work with that castaway image a little bit more, it's really kind of like getting to know where you've wound up. Let's say it's Gilligan's Island and you're the millionaire or the wife of the millionaire or the movie star, the farm girl or the professor. I mean, you have to make something of where you are right now, and it's an island and you get to know your surroundings, you look at your resources, you play with them and within weeks or months, you end up with coconut phones and thatch huts and fishing poles, and you make something of that life now. And that's basically what's going on. It's like, where do you go after you've gone through all of this craziness? You know, what happens? Some of the things that you may be examining at this period of time might be habitual ways of looking at your life. Okay. And one of the habitual ways that you might have been looking at your life would be your relationship to money. Now, Scorpio is very much a money-oriented sign. It's the opposite sign of Taurus, right? And these are two signs that deal very much with finances. Taurus deals with my finances, you know, and Scorpio deals with the scarcity or the anxiety about not having financial resources. So where Taurus is more on sort of like, I work hard, I'm industrious, I get paid, this is great. You know, I play as hard as I work, you know, that type of thing. Scorpio, because of it being an autumnal sign, and remember that astrology originates here in the Northern Hemisphere, Scorpio is always plagued by this feeling that the money is going to run out, that you're going to be in a place of vulnerability, and that you're going to be left high and dry, or maybe like kicked to the side of the road. So Scorpio's relationship to money is more than just like, I work really hard and I made some money, you know, that's great. It's more like I worked really hard, I made money, and you never know what's going to happen. Maybe it's going to get spent, taken away, I'm going to get cheated, I'm going to get swindled, I'm going to fall on hard times, you know. And so money can take on an emotional anxiety for people who are born under Scorpio or Scorpio rising. And because of the particular placement of Gemini in the solar horoscope, these can kind of take on a superstitious quality, you know, where it's like you believe that you have to do this, that and the other thing in order to keep a job. Or you believe that you have to keep X amount of money in the bank and that if it goes below that amount, that means you're on the road to ruin. You know, there are things that you may tell yourself about finances and you tell yourself this to spook yourself, to frighten yourself. And by spooking yourself and frightening yourself, that's going to make you more vigilant. That's going to make you more treating money like it's a priority, like it's important, you know, that sort of a thing. And so there can be this anxiety around money. In fact, I'll often say that Scorpios or Scorpio risings, even a Scorpio moon, can have an emotional relationship to money. They can spend a lot of money if they're in an emotionally distraught place, or they can, you know, hunker down on the money if they're feeling anxiety. You know, it could be kind of extreme or based on where the emotions go. But, you know, dealing with finances emotionally, that's its thing and that's understandable. What I'm concerned about is maybe the way that you've spooked yourself into thinking about money and might exaggerate, for instance, the scarcity of it. I'm not saying that you haven't been through tough times. You have, particularly in the past few years. But there may be an extra added thing that makes you, that spooks you or makes a point of frightening you about this. And that gets in the way of you seeing it for what it truly is. These might be some of the old patterns that make you feel that you have to be beholden to someone else financially, you know. And you might be beholden to someone else financially, because let's say a partner makes more money than you. Or let's say your family is always bailing you out financially. Or let's say you stay in a job or working for a boss, because it's a golden cage. You don't like the work, but you're doing it because you get paid really, really well. And this is what you need to settle for, because if you were to leave this, it would be like Adam and Eve being thrown out of the Garden of Eden or something like that. You would be thrown out on your own resources and out into an unforgiving world and this would be dreadful. So you make yourself stay in maybe a job you don't like, or a relationship or you feel indebted, or a family situation that because the family is always financially bailing you out where you might feel infantilized and in some sort of way. And these can become stories we tell ourselves. These can become things that we campfire stories that we tell ourselves, that we frighten ourselves into obedience, into continuing with, into saying, this is okay, this is the way that I should live my life. Uranus is the planet of revolution and change. And Uranus is a great debunker. You know, there's nothing that Uranus enjoys more than tipping sacred cows. You know, the sacred cow is there in the field and Uranus tips it and it falls on over. I mean, Uranus likes doing that and it does it in order to free, to liberate, to get you out of that place of obedience. And so that might be what's going on right now. And it may actually be the path that's opening up here in front of you. You may not have seen it as obedience. You might have seen it as necessity or this is the price I pay to live a comfortable life or a comfortable lifestyle, you know, even though I have fear and anxiety. But this is what I'm going to install myself into in order to keep that security and stability. That's the thing that matters more. And so Uranus in Gemini is going to introduce alternatives. It's going to introduce other ways of looking at the situation. And as a Scorpio, you might be like, don't introduce alternatives. Don't introduce other ways of looking at the situation. This is the way it's always been and this is the way it's always going to be. You know, and Uranus is going to be like, no, it's not. You know, and it's going to not only keep introducing options and alternatives and different approaches, but it's actually going to push you into them, okay, because that's good for you. You know, Uranus can have that kind of gusto when it comes to something like that. Now, this is something you're kind of used to because you just did seven to eight years of Uranus in your opposite sign. But that might have been more about what was going on in someone else's life rather than what was going on in yours. Here, it's what's going on with you. And I think what you're going to recognize over time is that you don't need to spook yourself to make sure that you're being vigilant about your life and money, that you don't need to tell yourself scary stories, or you don't need to stay in situations where you're beholden. That stability and security don't have to come at such a high cost. I mean, we all pay for something, but sometimes we can pay an inflated price, and that might be where you are. And so as Uranus speaks to you through other people coming into your life, maybe a friend or acquaintance, or maybe you're meeting with a financial advisor who's showing you a different way of planning things, or you meet with someone who's saying, like, you know, you're really kind of like, you know, you don't have to stay at this job if you don't want to, and you might be like, yes, I do, you know, type of thing. You have to hear it a few times before you start warming to the idea of like, maybe you don't have to stay there. Maybe you don't have to be doing these things. Maybe you don't have to live in a state of constant fear, you know, that sometimes we adopt the fear because if we get rid of the fear that might be an act of hubris, we might be inviting disaster. You know, no, the universe is not that unfeeling. The universe at times can be what we make of it, and sometimes we tell ourselves stories. So I think this debunking period that might begin with your relationship to finances or security or to stability, you know, and so it might throw you for a loop or really put you on the defensive. But the more that you entertain these new ideas and this new information that's coming into your life, I think the more that you realize that you've outgrown this mental framework that you put in, you know, the put on yourself and that you've reinforced with fear and anxiety, you've outgrown it. You can take off that thinking cap, you can take off that feeling of being beholden, and that you can embrace the idea of being free to do what you want, and that security and stability doesn't have to come at such a high price. You're very able and you're very capable. And imagine how much more able and capable you would be if you didn't have to live with so much fear. If you're born under Sagittarius or you have Sagittarius rising, Uranus entering the zodiac sign of Gemini is going to have a very powerful impact on your relationship and relationships. Now, because it's moving through what we refer to as the Seventh House on your solar horoscope, this is going to affect your partnership. This could be a romantic partnership that you're involved in, or it could also be a professional or business partnership, and as well as a creative collaboration. Uranus, when it enters Gemini on April 25th, will bring with it a sudden revelation, a sudden rude awakening, a sudden like, I didn't know that that was what was going on. Okay, so it's kind of almost like it's stripping off the rose-colored glasses and you're being hit with this sudden realization. Something that might be a bit of a shock and leave you in a bit of awe or bewilderment as a result. And this is pretty much the way that Uranus operates. It comes in out of nowhere and it upsets the game table. It kicks it over and it sends all the chess pieces flying. And of course, what we want to do right away is go and find those chess pieces and recover them and write the game board and put them back where they belong. But Uranus isn't going to allow that. That game board has been kicked over, those chess pieces have been thrown to the far four corners of the world, and you have to deal with this event or this revelation or this bolt out of the blue, this thing that has happened to you and upset the equilibrium of your relationships and associations. Now, that's a tall order, because it's like I didn't ask for this, and this is a surprise twist, and I don't know what to do. Certainly, your first reaction might be feeling paralysis, like you're in shock and you're just frozen in place, or you just don't know what to do. If that's the case, then the best thing is to leave that alone, to let that be. Don't try to respond when you're faced with something that you really have no response to. Let it be, and let it just sort of like stay there. As time passes, as the days pass and the weeks unfold, you'll have a clearer idea of what to do. If this is a breakup that's taking place, then this may really be signaling the end of the relationship that it's gone as far as it can go. If this is a rupture that's taking place, then you need time to really recognize what's going on here. What, why this person doesn't want to be here, or the problems that this person is having. And you have to decide what that is going to be for you. Like, you have to listen to that, take it in. Don't tell them what they think or feel. Just sort of take it in and see where you are with the thing. You may feel, you may wake up in the morning and decide that you want nothing to do with a relationship or collaboration or something along those lines and that you're out of there. Or maybe someone suddenly comes into your life who's new and different, and you're ready for something that's new and different. And this may involve you in another series of complications. I mean, it really is, Uranus really is that cyclone that picks up Dorothy's house and dumps her in Oz, and she has to figure out what to do from there. Like, how do I get back home? And who's this talking scarecrow and this weird tin guy? I mean, you may find yourself in a situation like that, where you are transported or where your world has been changed in such a dramatic way. It doesn't mean the end of the world for you. It can even be cathartic and catalytic. But what it does mean is that things aren't going to be what they were before, and that you have to work with that. Now, thankfully, you were born under a mutable sign. Mutable sign basically means a changeable or an adaptable sign. So as a Sagittarius or a Sagittarius rising, you're like, okay, things have changed and I have to work with that. And also as a Sagittarius or a Sagittarius rising, you might even embrace the adventure of it, or the romance of it, that these changes that have taken place in these relationships or associations have actually freed you to do what you want to do. So that's why you need some time to sort of absorb what's going on and to think about it. Don't be so quick to go get back what has been rent asunder that this may actually be a good thing for you. It may change the rules of the game that you may be able to switch the track that you were on. Maybe you were just going along co-pilot, or maybe you had a very narrow scope of what your choices were in life. And then suddenly, with something being wrenched away, you suddenly have a very wide scope of options and choices to make. But that's not going to be recognized when someone goes and throws a barrel of cold water in your face. You're like, but if some time passes, you might be able to recognize, wow, maybe this was meant to be, maybe this has rectified a situation, maybe this has introduced something that I never thought I could have, or maybe this has released me from something I've wanted to be released from. Or maybe I wasn't listening to this person at all, and now I need to listen to them, or maybe the relationship went as far as it could go, and now I need to go and find something else. So that's ultimately where it's going to lead. For you, this change in a relationship or an association is actually going to open your world tremendously, and it's going to allow you to live a more fulfilling life than you were living before. I'm not saying that you were living an unfulfilled life, but maybe what you were living before was under these heavy conditions, or maybe it was within a tight circumference of expectations and demands. Maybe you didn't really feel like you had the freedom and the width to be who you are, or to love in the way that you wanted to love, or to create or do business in the way that you wanted to create or do business. Sagittarius is very much a sign that enjoys community and people. But sometimes Sagittarius or Sagittarius Rising can have issues with relationships, particularly if they feel like the relationship is inhibiting them or claustrophobic in some way. Sagittarians need a lot of space to roam and to be and to feel a fulfillment in life. And so Uranus, by Uranus coming into your life like this, not unlike the cyclone picking up Dorothy's house and depositing it somewhere else, it's a big shake up. But it's a big shake up that could also lead to the discovery of yourself. Like what Dorothy experiences in The Wizard of Oz, that she comes to understand herself and her sense of home and longing in a way that she never could have understood it before, that she is the power in her own life, rather than feeling like a helpless child. So these are things that might be ideas that emerge into your life in a way that you can work with something that feels cathartic and maybe even disastrous in some way, that it may very well have shaken your world and ended a path that you were on. But if it's done that, it's done that only to put you on a better path and to open you up to possibilities, to open you up to being able to get to places that you couldn't get to before. But now that Uranus has entered your seventh house, it's taking you to those places and it's taking you towards living a life that's closer to the way that you've always really and truly wanted to live and love. If you're born under Capricorn or you have Capricorn rising, you're going to find Uranus' entrance into the zodiac sign of Gemini a bit of a jolting experience. Now, what's nice about a slow-moving planet like Uranus, even a planet like Uranus which is responsible for sudden about faces, rude awakenings, sudden realizations, surprise upsets, is that they take a long time to happen, or their impact is such is that they will take a long time to play out. Okay, so you might go through a disruption, you might go through a feeling of the game board being kicked over and the pieces thrown all over the place, but that's not going to leave you unable to continue on to the next step. You are a resourceful Capricorn. You've gone through difficulties before, so you can handle yourself in situations. What's going on here, though, is not so much an assault on your lifestyle and the way that you've set up life or anything along those lines, as it is a feeling that, well, really at the root of it, the world has changed, and so your world has changed. And so if the world has changed, then you need to change along with it. Capricorns really pretty much like to live with the belief that they've plotted out a course in life, and that's the course that they're going to follow. You know, it's the mountain goat. You're in the valley, you're looking at the top of the mountain, and you're figuring out how to climb up the mountain to get to the peak, to get to the summit. Okay? And that's what Capricorns are very much like, okay, this is what it's about. And they have a reputation for plotting out their lives, for working out their life step by step by step. But in reality, because your ruling planet is Saturn, you're used to detours and delays. In reality, because your ruling planet is Saturn, you're used to hitting plateaus and staying on a plateau for years. Okay, so Capricorns, although they have this reputation for working out their lives and plotting a course, know what it's like to experience a setback, a postponement, a detour or delay, something not working out the way that it should. And Capricorn will give the appearance that somehow it was meant to be, or this is what you planned all along, you know, but in reality, it's news to you, you know, whenever you, you know, round the bend and find that, you know, you're not going to have access in the way that you had access, or that something that you were just reaching has been pulled out of your reach again. Okay, so Capricorns, you know, could have earlier in their life, you know, become embittered and I'm not going to try anymore, and I'm cynical and I'm skeptical, and I'm just going to, you know, walk the straight and narrow. It's not the way that you're designed. It's not the way that you're put together. You're a high achieving sign, whatever high achievement might mean to you. It might mean the fact that you want to climb a mountain in Tibet. It might mean that you want to get to the top of the corporate ladder. It might mean that you want to work for yourself, and be in charge of your own life. It might mean that you want to be an art restorer, and so your great vision or dream is to restore a van Gogh. You know, I mean, you know, things that you can really apply yourself to and accomplish, but it's really that journey to the accomplishment that holds so much meaning and purpose for you. With Uranus entering the zodiac sign of Gemini, there's going to be a feeling that a lot of new elements are coming into your life. It could be new people, new people you work for or who work for you, new people that you work with. It could be new ways of approaching the work that you do. That could mean new technology. We talked earlier about AI and chat GDP and those sorts of things. You know, you might even have to give up riding long hand on a yellow pad and getting a chat GDP or something along those lines. Horrors. I mean, as I was saying, the world is changing and you're changing with it. But what Uranus is meant to do here is to do more than bring you up to speed or introduce you to the latest piece of technology. What it's doing is reintroducing into your life the spirit of learning as you go, all right? Capricorns like to master things, okay? They like to study or practice playing a piano. They want to master what it is that they do so that they are the best at it and that's a great aspiration and that's a wonderful thing to do, especially if you're very talented or good at what it is that you've decided to master. But sometimes in the process of mastering, you can lose the learning. You can see it more like, I've read all of these books, or I don't know, I've read Proust three times over. But how much did you enjoy Proust? What did you get from the experience of reading Proust? So it's less about like I accomplished reading one of the most difficult books to read three times over, and more like what did I get out of it? How did that affect me as a person? What did I learn about myself or the world? Where was my pleasure as I was going through this experience? So this is something that Uranus in Gemini is reintroducing into your life. It's reintroducing learning, it's reintroducing curiosity, and it's also reintroducing play. Okay, that work isn't just about nose to the grindstone, working really hard and taking on thankless activities and fulfilling obligations and responsibilities, that there can be a playful element to it, that you can open your mind to new ways of doing things, that you can be more experimental in your approach. So I think you're going to find during this period of time that Uranus is moving through Gemini, is you sort of releasing your grip, your tight grip on the way that things must be done. Of you being so insistent on reaching the end, on realizing the accomplishment, on achieving what it is that you set out to achieve, and you getting more into an experimental or an innovative spirit. Part of this will come with needing to master new technology or new techniques or something along those lines. But I think in your education in that or mastering that, that's going to open up your imagination. It's going to open up your thinking. And you may find that it's less about the mastery of something, in terms of like I reach the top of the mountain, and more about being fluent in it. It's like a pianist who can all of a sudden go into improvisation. That it's not just about mastering the difficult notes in the score, but that they could improvise or play variations. And there can be a great freedom and a great joy in all of those things. You know, that it just doesn't have to be about success and getting to a certain point, that it can actually be about enjoying that journey to success. And what are you getting out of the experience of going to a certain point? You know, so this is something that's going to open up your world. This is something that's going to introduce new and different elements. And again, I really think that that spirit of discovery and experimentation, and even play, is going to be really, really important to you. And of course, at the end, it's only going to show that you really can teach an old dog new tricks. If you're born under Aquarius or you have Aquarius rising, this period of time that Uranus is moving through the zodiac sign of Gemini is going to be a wonderful time for you. The reason why it's going to be so wonderful is because Gemini is an air sign, just like you are an air sign. Now, the zodiac sign of Gemini and the zodiac sign of Aquarius are clearly two very different zodiac signs, but you both share the same element, and that element is air. Air signs are all about people. Air signs are all about relationships. And air signs are all about the mind, clear thinking, clear creativity, clear thought, okay? And doing things in conjunction with other people. The other thing that's a real plus about this trine is that Uranus is your modern ruler. Aquarius is ruled by two planets, Saturn and Uranus. And Uranus has always been attributed to Aquarius. It's seen as the modern ruler, actually really shares rulership with Saturn over the zodiac sign of Aquarius. So with Uranus now forming a trine to your own zodiac sign, rather than squaring it, which is what it was doing when it was in the zodiac sign of Taurus, you go from an adverse relationship to your ruling planet, to a simpatico relationship to your ruling planet. So before, you might have felt more like you were on the ground and that you were enclosed, that you were carrying these very heavy responsibilities and obligations, and that you were maybe even defined by them, and that you had no choice but to see them through, and that circumstances were dictating your actions more than choice was. Now that Uranus is in Gemini, you're going to feel like your choices are yours again, your desires are yours again, your whims are yours again. And so this is a period of time that's very creative and very electrifying for you. The other thing that I also want to bring up for you is the presence of like-minded people in your life. The wonderful thing about Gemini, Gemini rules over sibling relationships. Those are the relationships that we first form as children, okay? Our first relationships aren't really with our parents. Our parents are more figures that are larger than life. They provide love, they put a roof over our head, they feed us, they protect us. You know, that's not really a relationship. That's more like you're under their house, you're under their rule, okay? But with your first relationship being like with a sibling, that's the person you play with, that's the person you tattle on, that's the person you fight with, that's the person you go to with a problem that you can't tell anyone else. You know, your sibling is your equal, your sibling is your peer. And if you didn't have a sibling when you were a child, then you probably had a playmate or a kid next door that you hung out with. Okay, so this peer, this person who's on the same level as you, is really important with the idea of the zodiac sign of Gemini. And so it's going to be really important to you. With Uranus traveling through your fifth house, which is the house that's associated to creativity, you're going to be finding connections to like-minded people, to peers, to people who are in the same level as you, maybe the same level of expertise, maybe the same level of talent, or maybe they simply share the same interests that you do. An air sign never does anything alone, not if they can help it. They always do it with another person, all right? And so as an Aquarius, what's going to be important to you is that you find your tribe, you find your people, you find the people who get you and that whom you get, people that you can really open up to, you know, people who aren't responsibilities, people who aren't obligations, people who aren't, you know, the result of arranged marriages or jobs that you have to take, people that you have to tolerate, put up with, pretend you respect. No, with Uranus moving into Gemini, this is putting you in contact with like-minded people, you know, people who add to your life, people who can open doors, people who can get you thinking, people who can stimulate your creative process. And indeed, this period of time when Uranus enters Gemini, which is April 25th, and really for the next seven years, this marks an extremely creative and inventive time for you, in which you're not only meeting like-minded people, but you're having shared goals. You may be working with them in some new way that is very fulfilling and very enlightening to you. In this post-Uranus and Taurus period, which is what's going on right now, what's happening is that you've broken down old structures in your life in order to build something new. And so whenever you're building something new, you may not have the clearest idea of what that is. And the reason you don't have a clear idea of what it is, is because it's new. It's not what came before. And so right now, you might not have the clearest idea of where you're going, you know, but that's something that you're going to find in your conversations with these like-minded people. The beauty, one of the beautiful things about Gemini, is that it's very one-on-one. As an Aquarius, you tend to be more of a group think, okay? And so you tend to do things more like in a group of people, and maybe there's hierarchical ranks or status. Maybe there's things that you share with people and you don't share with people, you know, because you're like in this group. With Gemini, it's going to be more personable, you know, these collaborations or these working partnerships. It's going to be more personable, it's going to be more one-on-one, it's going to be more intimate where you can really share what's going on, and they can share what's going on because it's all in this spirit of collaboration and play, and inventiveness and discovery. So not only is Uranus in a sign that trines yours, so all the revolution and change is being turned into revelation and enlightenment, it's progressing you forward. But as I said earlier, Uranus is your modern planet. So it's basically saying, this is where you need to be. So the changes that are going on in your life, although they might seem capricious or out of nowhere, there's an intelligence to them. They're moving you in a direction that you need to go, and you need to embrace the newness, the freshness, and the originality of that. But if you're doing something that's truly new, if you're doing something that's truly fresh, if you're doing something that's truly original, you don't really have a premeditated plan. You know, you don't have this model or image that you're now going to replicate or construct in your life. You're open to what is coming towards you, and you, in that Gemini spirit, Uranus is in Gemini, in that Gemini spirit, you're in the moment. You're spontaneous, you improvise, and indeed those ideas of spontaneity and improvisation are ones that I really want you to embrace in the years ahead as you discover not only a whole new chapter in your life that's opening up, but one that's going to feel more playful, more stimulating, more creative, and that where you're going to be enjoying the company that you keep, that you're really going to be enjoying the fellow travelers on this road with you. So this is a wonderful, wonderful period of time, and I bet there's a part of you that can't wait to get it going and started. But remember, you have seven years for this whole thing to unfold, and I want you to enjoy every step you take along the way.

[119:49] If you're born into Pisces or you have Pisces rising, this period of time when Uranus is passing through the zodiac side of Gemini is going to be a bit challenging, okay? Okay, now, that doesn't mean that you've got seven years ahead of nothing but challenges and things like that ahead of you in your life. What it means is that there's going to be an element of unpredictability that's coming into your life. You may even feel like the rug has been pulled out from under you since the planet of revolution and change is passing over that part of your solar chart that's most connected to roots and the things that hold us in place. Now, many people would find that very uncomfortable and disconcerting even. Uprooted, rug pulled out from under me. That's a horrible thing. You know, I'm at a loss of things. How will it all turn out? But this is a good time to remember that you were born under Pisces or if you're Pisces rising, that you have the sign of the fish rising. So how rooted in place is a fish? I mean, as a fish, do you need a rug that's under you? No, you need water and you need currents. And that's what you swim through. And what Uranus going through this part of your solar chart may be reminding you of is, you don't need those things that hold you in place. You don't need to be living in a fishbowl. You don't need something that has a roof and a floor and walls, that you are a creature of nature that is free to go wherever it wants to go. Now, I'm not saying that you need to like walk out on your home or your responsibilities or obligations or anything along those lines. What I'm saying is that maybe on a metaphorical level or a psychological level, you don't have to be bound to the place where you find yourself. This idea of being caged, hemmed in, buried beneath obligations and responsibilities, this was something that was very much going on in your life when you had Saturn in your own zodiac sign, which was from about March 2023 until just the beginning of this year. And so that was something that was very strong. But with Uranus now sort of going through Gemini and undercutting all of that, it's kind of like imagine a fish that's been hooked. Someone has cut bait, you know, someone has cut the string or taken the hook out of your mouth and throw you back into the ocean. You're free to go wherever you want to go. And that's something that I really want you to hold in your heart and in your soul. Sometimes we can see our lives as being defined by our circumstances or our responsibilities or our obligations. You know, the things that are holding us back. And it's important that as a Pisces, you not see that that is the case with you, that you are free to go where you want to go. You are free to live how you want to live. I mean, are there certain things that you have to answer for? Yes, we all have to answer for things, but they don't need to be so domineering. They don't need to be defining your life. And so when you see yourself as being free to come and go as you please, when you see yourself as a Fish who lives in an Ocean, and that the Ocean covers three quarters of this world, the idea of boundaries is that's such a landmass thing. It's not a Piscean thing. You have the freedom of your imagination. You have the freedom of your creativity. You have the freedom of your love. And in some cases, I would almost urge you, especially with Neptune being in the zodiac sign of Aries, to be bolder about getting out in front of your life. In other words, you can go with slow and swim along the current and that's fine. But you can also sort of ride the wave. You can also be a bit bolder in the choices and in the way that you envision your life being. And this would be a time to do exactly that, that you don't have to be bound up to the things that you feel you have been bound up to. Uranus at the end of the day is a liberator. It is the planet of revolution and change. It overthrows those institutions that have been oppressive or have kept people under its heel. And you're in a place right now where you're throwing over the person who's kept you under a heel, that you no longer have to be there, that you no longer have to accept those conditions. This is a time for you to be where you want to be in your life. And I want you to really think about that. And I want you to hold that in your imagination. And I want you to hold that in your soul, that this is a time to be where you want to be. So, where do you want to be? Do you want to be somewhere else? Do you want to be where you are? You know, do you want to be with someone? Do you want to be doing something? You know, this is the time for you to choose those things and to hold those things very close to you. Because the more that you focus on that, focus on where you want to be, okay? Not on the circumstances, not on how you're going to get there, not on the price of the airplane ticket. Just focus on where you want to be. That's where you draw on the experiential side of both the Jupiter-ruled signs. Pisces is ruled by Jupiter, just as Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter. So it's really all in the experience of your life. Not being invested in the confines, but being invested in where you truly want to be, what you find inspiring, what you find fulfilling. Now, right now, you might be at a total loss as to how to get there from here, that you can't really figure out the circumstances or the way that you're supposed to take. Right now, you might be completely befuddled as to how to get to there from here. You know, you might not be able to figure out how to do that or what it takes. And you don't need to. You know, all you need to do is just really focus on where you want to be. You put your focus there, and then you will see the circumstances in your life getting up and moving from where they've been and realigning themselves so that they show you the path forward to where you want to be. That's the thing for you to focus on. And this might wind up being the most revolutionary and change worthy aspect of Uranus, a planetary turn that ends up delivering something totally unexpected and inevitable.
