Speaker 1:
[00:00] What is up, Buttercup? Hey, thanks for joining me today. There's a lot of things that happened in the news that we need to talk about. Like, a lot's going on right now in society. Some of it is dark. You may have heard about the singer David Burke, who goes by David D4VD. I've talked about him earlier on my show. I want to give you an update on his case. It is a true crime story that is so unbelievable. There's a lot happening on TikTok. AI is flying. It is moving so fast. I have a Penelope update for you that's not a great one. Spoiler alert. We're heading back to California for Bob's memorial service. And just a few other things I wanted to fill you in on. Some positive things too. All right, let's get to it. First, I want to tell you, I am five and a half months out from my facelift. And I love it, but it's not perfect. And I have a few regrets. They have nothing to do with my surgeon. They have nothing really to do with, well, I mean, I'm not going to spoil it, but I'm going to go into further detail on Friday. So if that's something you're interested in, please tune in on Friday because I'm going to share some things I think are really, really, really important for anyone who's considering doing a surgery, not even just a cosmetic surgery. There's some things that I think surgeons don't necessarily discuss with their patients, and they should. So I'm going to go into that on Friday. Some things I wasn't expecting. I am very pleased to be able to tell you that they have finally made an arrest. The district attorney's office in coordination with LAPD Robbery Homicide Division has finally made an arrest of David Burke. Okay. So first of all, let me just give you a quick backstory. Celeste Hernandez was a woman who, when people believe she went missing, they think she was about 14 years old. However, her connection with this singer, David, started when she was 13 years old. Now, at the time, he was a teen as well. I think he was like 19. I know that's a big age gap, but anyways, Hernandez went missing in 2024. Then in 2025, her body was discovered. That's like seven months after her body went missing. Was there an arrest? Now, I talked about this. I'm not normally a true crime podcaster because there was this like really, I don't know, whether you can say it was a connection or not, but he wrote a song called Romantic Homicide. And I loved that song. And Brett and I have a date night playlist that I've created, of course, you know, cause I'm DJ CJ. And on the playlist was that song. Well, I just love the song. And I never like really closely listened to the lyrics. But it's one of the playlists that we use when we get massages. And Brett, one time after our massages, cause we wear headphones, he goes, why is that one like weird song about killing someone on our playlist? I'm like, what? So he plays a song for me. I'm like, oh, you're reading into it. He's like saying, I killed you. I didn't mean to. I think he's speaking metaphorically. Like he didn't really kill her. He's just like saying, like, I don't know, like I destroyed this person or something. And he's like, well, I don't like it. And I'm like, okay, fine. I'll get rid of it. Literally, like two days later, I'm watching the news and I hear people talking about how the guy who wrote that song, people have done some deep digging online. And there's all of these little clues about this girl's disappearance and how they believe he murdered her and that there's all these clues and the song and the video that he made for that song. And then when he would go on tour, he would wear the shirt that was like covered in bloody handprints. I'm like, right? I had this intuition. So it felt like, I don't know, for that reason alone, I was interested in the story. And also I loved this guy's music. That wasn't the only song I had on my other playlist. So I had to remove all of this music. Then I went on a steep dive and I started looking at all of these videos. And in some of the videos, they were like subliminal messages. You know how videos flash? It's like one second, two second of things you just, they didn't truly register until after this crime. Now her body, unfortunately, was discovered in the front trunk of his Tesla. And there were lots and lots of rumors about it, which I'm not gonna go into, but let's just say, obviously it was badly decomposed. The reason why the police found out about it is because neighbors were like, this car smells as they're walking by. It gets towed. I think it sat in a tow yard for a long time. I mean, I don't have like all the specific details of the car, of the vehicle. But I was very interested in this case. And I'm like, why are they not me? It was in his car. We know it's his girlfriend. Where is she? What is going on? Why have they not made an arrest? Well, they didn't make an arrest, I suspect, because first of all, I heard that the... Can you hear Penelope snoring? Hold on. She's the cutest thing. The coroner could not make a determination of how the individual was killed. And by the way, God rest her soul. God rest her beautiful, young, innocent soul. It's horrible. But in the court documents, the medical examiner reports indicated that the body was found in quote, multiple parts, stored in separate body bags. That's unthinkable. The level of decomposition was so far along that it made it very difficult for the medical examiner to determine the exact cause of death. And when they're going to bring charges, especially towards someone who's high profile, it has to be locked, sealed and delivered. So they came out this week and they have charged him with first degree murder, murder for financial gain. The prosecution alleges that the murder was committed by Burke. To protect his musical career. And without hearing this verbatim from the prosecution, it's alleged that the financial gain is because he was now 20 or 21. And it was known that he was having sex with a minor, which would end his musical career. And so because he killed her, that he's going to financially benefit from that. That was his belief. He was also charged with lewd and lascivious sexual acts and paying off witnesses. He wanted to cover that up. They also charged him with lying in wait. That means he lured her over to his house, knowing he was going to kill her. That's crazy. There's lots of conspiracy theories. He's got fans, of course, who are circulating these crazy, unhinged theories to deflect on his guilt. There is, people are talking about how there's this cell tower that's creating interference and cartels who are trying to frame him. You're like, no, that's not what happened. Anyways, this story is going to be a documentary for sure. I don't know if they will broadcast it, but if they do, I certainly hope Emily D. Baker is there to cover it for us because we love our purple-haired girlfriend who loves the cussie words. He's being held without bail right now. And this story is just, it's gonna be wild because there were so many clues. I mean, it was like you wanted to get caught. The world's kinda dark and you have to be careful what you're feeding yourself. So maybe don't go look into that story. Listen, everyone knows Chalene is not great in the kitchen. There are other rooms where I do my best work, but the kitchen is not one of them. Guess what? I'm also not allowed to go grocery shopping because it takes me like three hours. I have to go up and down every single aisle. And then I never come home with the right ingredients. And that's kind of frustrating, which is why I personally love Green Chef. Now Brett usually does the cooking and the shopping, but when he's gone or when I just want to give him a little break, Green Chef is our go-to. Every week you get 40 recipes that are made with organic produce, responsibly sourced proteins. Hello, you need to figure out how to get your proteins in and they take the guesswork out. You can pick whatever it is you want, your favorite types of foods. If you want to go high protein, or maybe you're not doing high protein right now, maybe you're just more focused on an anti-inflammatory diet. The meals come to you pre-portioned. So they're like ready in minutes. I mean, if you want guidance beyond that, they also do offer one-on-one nutrition coaching. And that's kind of huge. I mean, it's really huge, especially because I think so many of you have been, I don't know, caught up in some of these diet fads, and you just wonder like, what should I really be eating? I'll tell you what. Whole foods, unprocessed foods, and Green Chef is your solution. So right now, you get 50% off your first month, plus 20% off for two months when you use this code. First, you have to go to greenchef.com and it's forward slash 50 Chalene. Think of 50 cent? No, 50 Chalene. greenchef.com/50chalene. Now, you can go there right now while you're listening to the show. The show will keep playing. You know you can do that, right? Sometimes I have to explain this tech stuff. And you need to do that because when you use code 50 Chalene, you get 50% off. And again, you're going to get 20% off your first two months. I mean, that's kind of huge. I can't do all the math on that. But like basically, you're getting a smoking deal if you get it while it lasts. I highly recommend Green Chef. This is going to make eating healthy so much easier. You'll thank me later. greenchef.com/50chalene. You know, the other night I was again watching social media. It just it never helps my sleep. It never makes me feel happier. Certain things on TikTok do. I say like Instagram, short form. But I look for positive content. I do. And so that's what the algorithm feeds me. And I try to swipe away from stuff that's too dark. This happens to have been an exception. But I don't think it's good for us. And I have to wonder if we're not going to see a return to basics. I heard that what's coming back in style is the home phone. What? Yeah. So maybe we will go full circle with all this like crazy AI that's happening, you know? So let's talk about what's happening on TikTok and why everyone is up in arms currently. And it makes sense. And that is, AI recently updated its terms of use so that you have to agree that if you're going to be using TikTok, you are okay with them, quote, remixing your content with AI. Well, a lot of people didn't even pick up on that. And I'm sure I accepted it. And I would have accepted it even if I had seen it because I know that that's already happening. Now they're just asking for permission, but they've, not they, people, brands, drop shippers, have been doing it with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, since we started seeing people getting cloned with deep fakes, et cetera, with AI. It's been happening. This is not new. It's been happening. But now you have to agree to it. Like you have to say, okay, yes, you have my permission to remix me. What does that mean? What it means is now all these little fly by night drop shippers, people are selling content, not selling content, selling products on TikTok, they can take any TikTok affiliate who's created a video promoting an item and they can replace your head or your body or the room behind you or whatever. They can use your voice, your likeness, your room, everything and they can remix it without having to pay you, compensate you or inform you. And it's happening like crazy and it's been happening like crazy. I've done episodes where I've talked about how disturbing it is. I've got all these accounts that it's pointless for me to even report them because the second I report them, they get banned. You know, TikTok does something about it. Instagram does something about it. They get banned and then two days later, there's a new account up and they're selling, you know, some parasite cleanse or flat tummy tea or, you know, just fill in the blank. It's something that has usually has to do with health or longevity or whatever. But I haven't recommended it. I haven't used it and I didn't make that video. And I'm certainly not getting compensated for it. And they're using my, not just my brand, they're using my reputation and they're abusing my reputation. Because when I go and look at the comments, people think that's me. Now, my mom is not going to think that's me. And you know, someone who's like watches my content all the time is going to go, something's off. That's how I find out about them because thank you. You guys will always, you know, you send me messages like, hey, this is definitely AI. I know this is not you. And I appreciate that. But most of the comments are, because I go and look, people think it's me. And they're like, how does it work? Or, you know, they're asking questions. So they think it's real. So I see this influencer on TikTok and she was like, this is crazy. I made a video three days ago about these sheets and influencers, especially TikTok shop affiliates, it's a full-time businessman. It is not easy what they do. And they have to figure it out. They've got to figure out the right hook and they've got to figure out, you know, the right talking points and all these things. And this woman had created this really kind of interesting, cool hook where she took a sheet and she kind of like, you know, if you're like shaking out a sheet or like a blanket to like fluff it, she kind of did that at the camera and it was very eye-catching. And then she said something about the sheets and that particular ad took off. It did really, really well, so she was pretty excited about it. And yeah, the next day or whatever, a couple of days later, she sees the same ad. She sees like, she's like, wait, this is someone has really copied me. She's looking at, she's like, oh my gosh, they're, they're literally copying my exact bedroom. That's the exact hook that I use. And then suddenly she realizes, oh, wait a second, that's me. They've just altered my face slightly, but that is my voice, that is my bedroom. So why would they do that? I'll tell you why. Because they have to pay her on the video that's associated with her account that features her. They don't have to pay her on the account where they have stolen her hook, stolen her voice, basically, you know, stolen her body, stolen everything. And that is scary. It's pathetic. It's disgusting. And it's like, I'm saying that, but yet it's been happening, but now it's really getting bad. And obviously it's going to continue to get worse. So I want to tell you about another, you know, this is happening a lot, right? And, and, but there's another major scam that I need you to tell your parents and your kids about. And that is with these deep fakes, like they're just getting better and better and better, right? It's going to be tougher and tougher and tougher for us to identify what's real and what's fake. And now they have this technology, guess it was developed in China where, I'm sure you've seen these, whatever, I think they're called like shopping farms or something where it is just room after room after room of influencers online selling items. Well, they know Americans love to buy everything. So instead of teaching or hiring influencers who can speak perfect English, what they're doing is they're using this technology where it's translating their voices live. So you're watching this live video and it's not just like a dub transferring, it changes their mouths so it looks like they're actually speaking in English. You can't tell. Okay? So that technology has been borrowed by hackers and other unscrupulous types. And what they're doing is taking just with a photo of you, all you have to have ever done is posted maybe photo, maybe video, they are using voices, right? And then they take that, they clone it, and they FaceTime your mom. So now your mom picks up the phone and she's like, Chalene, what are you doing? Oh, hey, mom, I just got in a car accident and I can't reach Brett. Honey, are you okay? Yes. Yes, I'm fine. The FaceTime person, it's not a recording. They're responding in real time because they're using this technology. Now, I don't know where you get this technology, but they do. Maybe they're developing it. I don't know. But it is so convincing. And this week, I've just been hearing about a ton of people who have been victimized by this. And that's pretty scary because, I mean, my own friends are falling for this stuff. I fall for it too. I don't want it to sound like I'm above it because there are things where I'm like, wait a second, and I have to stop and I pause. And the only reason why I'm stopping and pausing is because I'm like, I'm so involved in this. But if you're not seeing this on a regular basis, you're going to fall for it. And if you're not hearing stories like the one I've just shared with you, you don't know they exist, you have to tell your parents about this. You have to tell your kids about this. And again, you need that special family password that only your family knows and don't share with anyone because this stuff is, it's getting wild, it's kind of scary. And it's been happening. And I wanted to share with you one more thing, and that is, listen, it's like the peptides. I don't know how I feel about all of this. I don't know what's right. Like I know that there's a lot of good that comes from the peptides. I know there's a lot of good that comes from AI. I know that there's lots of benefits to using it for my business, et cetera. But there is also, I mean, we could talk, I don't even know if we're going to have time to talk about peptides today, but lots of FDA changes coming. And I have feelings about some of this stuff. I have some intuitions about it, you know? And anyways, back to AI. There was a recent survey done of Americans about how they feel about brands who are actively using AI. Like they're using it for their copy, they're using, you know, AI-produced images. I know you're getting those newsletters. I know you're seeing that content on your Instagram, too. I know it's tempting, you know, you create an AI image of yourself and you're like, oh my God, look how funny this is. Look how cute this is. People don't like it. And the survey recently revealed that in the general overwhelming sentiment about brands that are heavily using AI, people have more disdain for the brand than they do ice. That ain't good, y'all. Like, that's not where you want to be. We have to be discerning. I know these things save us time, they can save us money, but what is it doing for your brand? It's killing your brand if you're using it the wrong way, if you're not putting a human touch behind it. And I was guilty of this when we first started using chat. By the way, now I'm using Claude, and I am using Claude until there's something that's better that's out there, but that's, I haven't canceled my ChatGPT account yet, cause I still am like, I don't know, it feels weird. It's like, chat knows everything about me. Even though I've exported everything, I'm like, I don't know, I'm afraid to delete it, anyone else. But when I first started using ChatGPT, yeah, I'd be like, oh cool. And it would output something and then I wouldn't always revise it. Now, anyone on my team, if you're going to create something in ChatGPT, you better look it over. You better revise it. You better give it your personal touch. Otherwise like, why are we hiring consultants? You know what I'm saying? Like we still need that human touch and there's a lot of backlash against AI right now. And so I think that's kind of a good thing. I really do. Because we need some safeguards in place. And without the negative sentiment towards AI, it'll go too fast and in directions that ethical people don't want it to go. Can we talk about the cutest bra and the most comfortable bra that I own? I've talked about it before, but I don't know if you took me seriously. Hopefully you've heard me mention it enough times to know that like this is legit. It is the cutest bra. It is so comfortable. I have it in multiple colors. And I now have a couple that I just keep in my workout drawer and a couple that I just are like my regular bras. Like, so I have a nude one that I wear all the time under, you know, all my normal clothing and a black one. And then I have a red one and a pink one. And I think a green one that I keep in my workout drawer. It's the crossover bra from Honey Love. I mean, they have a ton of great bras and sleepwear and underwear and loungewear, cute, cute stuff. Amazing material. This is a company that was, again, shouldn't be surprising, founded by a woman. That's why the bras are so freaking comfortable and none of them have underwire, but they have some kind of technology. It feels like it has underwire. Here's the other thing that she does that's super cute. They have like little lingerie details. So for example, with my favorite crossover bra, it has like these mesh trim, like see-through mesh trim in a bunch of different places. It actually gives you like that underarm coverage. Do you know what I mean? You know, some bras like spill out there. This is by far my favorite bra. It's perfect. I mean, they've got so many others you can try. This is just the one I keep going back to. Check them all out. And you get 20% off when you go to their site, honeylove.com/chalene. That's so easy to remember. honeylove.com/chalenegets you 20% off. Bras, shapewear that actually works and doesn't like just squish your fat all over the place. Bodysuits, underwear, loungewear, so many things I can talk about, but I don't want to overwhelm you. Don't want to confuse you. I've got these really cute leather leggings too. Anyways, back to the bras. If you're in need of a bra, definitely do the crossover bra. But seriously, all of their materials are so yummy. We should get them to come to Camp B more. Honeylove, if you're listening, you would love the girls at camp. Anyways, honeylove.com/chalene, that will get you 20% off. Back to the show. There's got to be a positive. And my thinking is, the positive is we're always going to be able, I hope we'll always, I say always, I think so, I think so. I think we'll always be able to, we know who's real. And I feel like we're always going to be able to tell, at least for a little while longer, that the person who we know is who we're seeing and we've come to trust them. And we've come to like really know what they would and wouldn't say. That's when that consistency and that integrity really matters. These influencers and people are trying to build a business and they're just doing a cash grab. They're doing things because it makes them a lot of money. They're not going to survive. You have to have integrity. You have to stand for something. Like, I'm going to stand for something right now. Y'all, I've been talking about this Ninja Creamy and how much I freaking love it. Well, not today. Today, I hate it. And I'm going to tell you, don't buy a Ninja Creamy until they figure this thing out because mine kept like in the last week, kept malfunctioning and malfunctioning. I'm like, we have only had this thing since Christmas. So we're not even on month four. And it just kept getting stuck. Well, tonight, it like fully broke and I'm having a meltdown because that's what I was planning on having for dinner. I don't know about you, but like when I want something for dinner and then I can't have it, I'm like worse than a toddler throwing a tantrum. And I'm like, crank it on this machine. And I'm like, I don't care if I break it. Like I'm going nuts. I want my creamy tonight, you know. And I went on my stories and I'm like, okay, don't buy a creamy. And I'm sure like that's not the way to handle it, Chalene. Contact customer service. Well, I don't have that patience. I wanted to eat one tonight. And it kind of makes me mad that I've referred it to so many people. And now in the last week, it's malfunctioning every two seconds. And so when I posted that on Instagram, like an hour or so ago, I'll bet you I have 200 messages. No, that's an exaggeration. At least 50, at least 50 messages from people who are like, same thing happened to me, same thing happened to me, same thing happened to me. But a lot of them said that they got amazing customer service and they had a new Ninja Creamy sent to them because the one that they were using malfunctioned. So I guess I'll have to deal with that when I get back. We're going to California for Bob's memorial service. And my husband is, well, he's kind of stressed and I think he probably would be too, because he's the oldest and his dad was really, really important to him. I think you're probably stressed anyways at the service of one of your parents. And then on top of that, the impact that Bob had on the community. And we have no idea how many people are going to show. Like it could be 200 people and it could be 2,000. I mean, we really have no way of knowing. Bob coached 10,000 young men. And so how do you plan to do a memorial service where you have no idea how many people? You have no idea what to expect. And so we're doing it in the gym at Michigan VIO High School. That's where he coached and that's where we just thought it would be apropos. And really the only place we could handle that many people and all the things seem like the right thing to do. But there's just so many moving pieces and so many unknowns. And he has not slept in a couple of nights. So Brett is the worrier in our relationship. He's also the most thoughtful person I've ever met in my entire life. He thinks of everyone. He'll be like, hey, did you text your girlfriend who had her mammogram yesterday to find out how? I'm like, why can't I be this thoughtful? I mean, that's who he is. Or he'll be like, hey, you know, it's been a couple of days. If you called your parents, I'm like, oh, God, I'm a terrible daughter. No, I haven't, you're right. Like, he's just so thoughtful. And I wish I could be more like that. But part of it is he's always thinking and worrying about everybody else. So I think this event really has him, you know, in extra hyper worry mode, because there's so many former coaches and friends and players and his parents, or his mom and his brother and our kids and family members. And he's just worrying about everything. And I just keep telling him, like, listen, it's going to be beautiful. It's going to be amazing. And everything that doesn't go right, it doesn't matter. Because your dad definitely knew he was loved. And we are honoring him every day. And he knows he was honored. And also, your dad didn't even like all the attention. He never wanted the attention on him. You know what I mean? So we just have to, like, set those feelings aside and know that everything is going to work out. But I just really want to be there for him because I'm not just saying this. Like, I really lucked out in the husband department. And he just has gotten better. When I say better, like, he's just a better human. He was always a good guy. But like, he just becomes a bit... Some people become crotchety and more self-centered and hard to talk to and all those things. Man, I lucked out because he just keeps getting more and more likable and lovable. Did you know with olive oil, the four most important words to remember are this. The fresher, the better. And I know that might seem like common sense, but it's really not. You have to remember, an olive is fruit, and olive oil is actually fruit juice. Like understanding that concept when we traveled through Europe, totally changed the way I think about olive oil and the way I shop for olive oil. And even in the very bougie supermarkets, it's hard to find truly, truly fresh olive oil. And once you've had it, it's kind of hard to go back. So I discovered this company from a friend of mine who gets their olive oil delivered to them. It's called Get Fresh 326. All right. And what they do is they deliver you on a regular basis. It's a subscription. But if you're not sure if you want to do it, they actually have an offer that I'm going to tell you about in just a moment where you can get your full size bottle of truly fresh pressed olive oil for only a dollar. OK, but here's the deal. This is the brainchild of TJ. Robinson. He's like the olive oil hunter. And you basically get delivered right to your front door some of the world's most delicious artisan olive oils. And I don't have to tell you all the reasons why olive oil is so important for your health other than, I mean, like it helps with type 2 diabetes, certain types of cancers. It's part of the protocol if you're trying to prevent Alzheimer's. So many things, but I want you to try it. You can do that for just a dollar and taste the difference for yourself. If you don't love it, then just, you know, cancel. Again, you do that by going to getfresh326.com. And that's where you get your fresh pressed olive oil. Again, just one dollar, but the offer ends soon. getfresh326.com. Speaking of lovable, a little bit of... Well, I just need you to pray if that's something you do or positive thoughts or whatever you can send our way because dang it, Penelope's biopsy came back. They told us it was benign. So confused. They said it was benign. They did a punch test. So she had a tumor in October, a cancerous tumor, two of them. And we removed both of them. And then I felt another little tumor on one of her elongated nipples. Because you know, the girl was a puppy male puppy, and she was bred a million times. So girlfriend has these like crazy long nipples. Like it is insane. It's kind of like I've been joking since we got her like, well, we're going to get you a mommy makeover one of these days. Like her nipples, sorry if this is TMI, are so long that people will stop us on the street and be like, what is going on? From behind, they hang down so long. It looks like, it looks like male apparatus. Like it's crazy how long they've been, and it's sad because I mean, that's how many litters she was forced to have. Poor girl. So anyway, she had the two cancerous tumors removed in October because, you know, she's the golden child. This is the best dog on the planet. Everyone loves Penelope. We know that and she's a gift from God. I mean, all dogs are, but like this one is, I don't know what we did to deserve her. And so they, I found this, you know, lump and they said, well, let's just, you know, just to be safe, let's do a punch biopsy. So they did a punch biopsy and they came back and they said, well, good news, it's not cancer. Then they also did chest x-rays and, you know, the whole thing to just scan her, make sure everything's clear. And they said, you know, it's just a benign tumor. Awesome. Yay, hooray. Okay, good. And they said, but, you know, because it's in the same spot where she had another tumor, we should probably just remove it to be safe. I'm like, okay, cool. So they remove it and they're like, you know, it's a surgery. And so she's been wearing her little soft cone. You do know that they have soft cones. You don't have to buy those awful plastic cones that they run into your legs and they run into the walls. They have these like soft, they're like a neck, you know, like the things you wear when you're on a plane. It's like that, but it goes all the way around their neck and it's way more comfortable. It's like a little pillow for them. So anyways, we just got the results back. And they said, unfortunately, the pathology came back and it is cancer. And unfortunately, we didn't get all the boundaries. Wait, boundaries? Mark, what are they called? Not boundaries. You know what I'm talking about. Clean margins. We didn't get clean margins. So we have two options. We can go back in and do a bigger biopsy, which they did a huge biopsy. And they removed one of our most ginormous nipples. So we can go back in and do that, or we can do a full mammary chain mastectomy, which is a major surgery. So that means they take her entire abdominal wall, like all of her, I want to call it breast tissue, but mammary tissue, they take all of her nipples, basically, from top to bottom and remove them. And because she's had it on both sides, it would be binary. So they would be doing both sides. And that's like a major surgery. But I did a little research on perplexity today. And from what I understand, of course, I'd love to hear from my veterinarians. But from what I understand, that's the way to go because she's only five years old. And because her body is already telling us that it creates cancer and that it's creating it in the mammary tissues, that we need to listen and minimize her risk of, you know, future cancers. And so I, you know, we just got that news today a couple of hours ago. Oh, poor Brett. He was devastated. I mean, I am too. But I also, you know, I believe very much in toxic positivity. I believe that we, you know, there's no need to worry until we need to worry. And as I see it, we don't yet need to worry. So it's stage one, and she's just too perfect for cancer. So I guess that's what we're going to do. We'll meet with the veterinarian next week when we get back. But I would be curious if you don't mind reaching out, especially if you're either on Patreon or in, you know, wherever you listen, if you can drop some feedback. Do we need to get a specialist to do this surgery, like a surgical veterinarian? Because, you know, there are veterinarians who I guess are like generalists, and they can do surgery. And then there's ones who are, their specialty is surgery, and they've done additional training, like additional three or four years of school. So, that's the question I wanted to ask you. Don't worry, she's going to be fine, but thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. Oh, last thing I wanted to say is, we have opened up Can't Be More. And I am so pumped about the shift in the way this event has shaped itself this year. And it's just, it's just so clear after, look, I've been doing these, we did a couple of reunion calls this week with people who were at camp. And hearing the transformations in who people are when they get home. I'm not talking about physical transformations. Yeah, sure, but whatever. That's not even like that important, sorry. It's just not. But hearing from women who are like, well, I made the decision. I have an a**hole of a husband and I have been putting myself last for decades. And I left camp a different woman. And I'm not trying to suggest that like if you go to camp, you're going to be leaving your husband. But I'm just saying like, it's just remarkable. These stories I've been hearing from women who are just like, I'm taking care of myself a little. Look, I'm getting dressed up, not like dressed up, but like I'm putting on an outfit. Not because of what anyone else thinks, but because I want to feel good about myself. And I'm not worrying about what people think. And I went out with my friends the other night and they're like, who are you? Because I was the one like dancing and having a good time and introducing us to other people because I realized like I want to start living out loud. I don't want to play small anymore. I don't want to, I don't want to worry about what other people think. And I don't. And it's changed how I feel about myself and how I feel about other people. And just like the stories have been remarkable, another woman said, you know, in the past, if I was coming to camp, I would have canceled if it was the same week that she's a coach. She's like, if it was the same week that such and such activity falls on that same weekend, she's like, now I'm like, why am I putting my own life on hold for people who wouldn't do the same thing for me, like, this is it. This is it. I don't need to ask for permission anymore. I have to live my life. I have to choose me. This is my moment. I'm done. I'm gonna still take care of everybody else, but I'm not gonna be last. And that's what's happened with camp. It's attracting that kind of woman. So if you've ever wondered like, you know, if you would fit in, I don't know. If you're still in that mode, and listen, no judgment. I think a lot of us stay in that spot for a very, very long time. But if you're still in the mode where it's like, if you found out Susie's daughter was having a baby shower that weekend, you would have to cancel. You're not ready for this yet, you know? Like you have to be ready for it. You have to be ready to choose yourself. And yeah, I'm excited about that direction and just hearing everybody's feedback. So for all of you who are like on the Zoom calls this week, thank you. Love you. And I love you. Thank you so much for listening. Oh, I've got a really interesting episode coming out on Friday. I'm talking about my facelift surgery regrets and I have a few. So tune in on Friday. And then if you are watching the YouTube video, that drops on Sunday. I love you. I mean it. And I'll talk to you soon.
