Speaker 1:
[00:11] Here's Safe Space. I am so excited to give you a gentle face massage and scalp massage, but before I do that, I do just want to remind you that I have Calming Gummies to give you extra relaxation. They are available on Amazon now. So they just have ashwagandha, magnesium, limon, palm, and althene to help support relaxation, calm, and enhance the ASMR experience. So here is your dose. It's mixed berries and cream. It is delicious. Take that, and let's get into your massage. So, I'm going to just start out with some past tense. Right on your temple. So let's get your clip of the pod. This takes it away. What's supposed to be on top is stuck in there. Let's try this again.

Speaker 2:
[02:22] Let's see.

Speaker 1:
[02:31] We can still roll it on, cause the oil's right there. Let's just go right here. It smells good, yeah. Let's listen. Let's listen. Right here, and then neck and wrist. It's gonna help you relax a little bit more. And we'll start with your wrists, so just roll this. And this side. Just move your hair back here.

Speaker 2:
[04:18] Just move to the side, and just roll.

Speaker 1:
[04:45] So maybe we'll just skip the serenity for more of your face and put this on instead. Feels so good. I'm going to use it as a moisturizer, it says.

Speaker 2:
[05:52] But we'll just let it like...

Speaker 1:
[06:04] Therapy first, phobia, relax your body.

Speaker 2:
[06:08] It's a little sticky.

Speaker 1:
[06:44] I'm gonna go over it, because I have some lotion. Haley, face massage first. Like, face and shoulder, or would you like your hair massaged first? I need to get the sticky note in this off of me.

Speaker 2:
[07:29] Okay. Yeah, of course we can do that.

Speaker 1:
[07:31] Let me just get this. Let's do a shoulder massage first, and then get into your hair. But let's put a little bit of this sleepy. It smells so good. It's from blush. It's body lotion. And the smell just makes you feel more relaxed. It's so comforting, you can smell it. It kind of looks like cement, but... Like what you make cement with. My hands, because it feels so nice. Nice, nice and glowy.

Speaker 2:
[09:46] It smells so relaxing.

Speaker 1:
[09:49] Yeah, let's take the rest off there. And the lotion. So this is body lotion, but I found it feels nice on the face. But this is more so body lotion.

Speaker 2:
[10:47] And hopefully massage your hand as well.

Speaker 1:
[11:25] Blankets, do you need any pillows? Are you in a comfortable position? Okay, get as comfortable as you can. And just keep breathing deeply. Okay, we're going to start with the face massage. We'll use to blend it in. This will be pretty oily. And then we'll even blend it with... I'm gonna put some inflammation going on in your face, and help cool you down a little bit. This oil, because we're gonna give you multiple massages, so I wanna make sure your face stays nice and oily. We're going to start off with this Rose Quartz Jade Roller. You can feel it, it's nice and cold. Yeah. And we'll just roll all the oil in and then move on to the other ones. Um, we might need to reapply oil.

Speaker 2:
[15:05] Just drop your shoulders.

Speaker 1:
[15:07] I'm just gonna... It's your chest. And this time, I'm just gonna roll out your face. Similar, it's rose quartz, it's nice and cold ink, but it'll kind of target different spots and muscles within your face. Excuse the wind outside, it's very windy. But you are safe. All right, good. And now I'm going to take these face massagers, actually. Let's use these first. Why are we still kind of like blending that oil? I love your cheeks, over your eyes, so you just...

Speaker 2:
[19:16] Circular motions, and just...

Speaker 1:
[22:11] Show hand rollers that are really nice for your face. I'm just going to be rolling your face out with them. At the same time. Each side of the face attention. Is your face feeling more relaxed? Yeah, just relax. Clench your jaw. It affects your ears even. Relax your whole face. Any tension? Now I'm going to give you that neck massage. Because it just arrows for you.

Speaker 2:
[27:49] I'll show you.

Speaker 1:
[28:06] She's here, my back rock. It gets all of the knots out. So, I'll do it very gently. To drop your shoulders. Sometimes it's a birding. Initially, it's just nice to kind of... It's right on the top of this. So much lighter. Yeah, and you'll feel it for a while, because it kind of, like, really pressed out any knots. This tool is really cool. It feels nice. I'm sure, yeah, I'm sure you could do it to your legs, or your thigh, or maybe your arm.

Speaker 2:
[32:49] Let's out.

Speaker 1:
[33:02] Let's get your hair a little damp. So, I'll just be spraying you with this spray bottle just a little bit, so that the massage feels better, because I have a bunch of different tools, like this one right here. Feels better on a wet scalp, so we'll get it nice and damp. And I'm just gonna cover your eyes. Just go one more time. Let's just de-dinkle your hair first with this de-dinkling brush. Soften. Soften. Soften. This one's a smooth and shine. Soften. One of these brushes. Okay, so I'm going to start with a little bit of the face, and it was just really sticking out. And I don't want to tickling your face while I brush your hair again, so. Let's take, let's see. I'm just going to start with... I'll put this in your scalp.

Speaker 2:
[37:36] So, just let this strip down your scalp.

Speaker 1:
[37:55] Let's do this to each section of your hair.

Speaker 2:
[38:00] So, let me just move this.

Speaker 1:
[38:24] Here's some clips for those, because it looks like you disclosed your natural part. Historic, something that makes you feel safe.

Speaker 2:
[39:26] Look at the smells.

Speaker 1:
[39:52] Just to really prepare the massage. So, let's just... I'll show you, so, the first scalp massaging brush we're gonna take uses this. These bristles kind of blends the oil into the scalp, and sounds like tingles. Let's come to this side a little bit. Let's try this other brush there. I'm just gonna, like, tap your scalp first to really distract your mind on where it's gonna go and your sensations within your scalp, so you're not gonna know where that little tap's gonna be, okay?

Speaker 2:
[42:56] Alright, let's...

Speaker 1:
[44:30] Now, your ear is a little naughty, but this next tool kind of gets it more naughty, so we'll just brush it afterwards, after we use this one. A little more, because I like... Spray, get it nice and damp. I'm just going to gently push this onto your scalp. So just... It gives me the chills, honestly. Your nerves and your scalp kind of get almost immune to it at that point, or you do it too much and all over, and then it just, you know, feels great, and then it just feels numb almost. But I'm happy you liked that. Let's get the knots out of your hair. I hope that you're ready, going away. Night's rest, you can relax now. You should be feeling calmer from those gummies as well. So, I love you so much. That is it for the massage, because I am all out of tools. This little mask for you. The sweetest dreams.
