Speaker 1:
[00:00] Innovation is rewarded. Innovation is when you come up with these ideas. Everybody always calling me with an idea. I'm like, I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but ideas don't pay mortgage. I'm tired of ideas. They come a dime, a dozen.
Speaker 2:
[00:14] You can actually have the best idea in the history of all mankind. And if you don't have discipline to make that happen, it doesn't matter at all. Your ideas are worthless.
Speaker 3:
[00:26] Don't let that idea die inside your head.
Speaker 4:
[00:30] No more waiting.
Speaker 3:
[00:32] No more putting it off. No more excuses. Just execution.
Speaker 4:
[00:38] Think alone.
Speaker 2:
[00:39] Won't get you anywhere.
Speaker 4:
[00:40] You gotta do.
Speaker 2:
[00:42] You have to do it.
Speaker 3:
[00:44] And you have to do it now.
Speaker 2:
[00:46] Don't put it off till tomorrow. Don't voluntarily do anything tomorrow that you should be getting done today. Get it done today.
Speaker 5:
[00:54] Tomorrow is not a viable option. Tomorrow doesn't work. You do it today. You get it done today. That's what you do.
Speaker 2:
[01:01] You start feeling that procrastination set in. Attack it with violence of action.
Speaker 6:
[01:06] Attack it.
Speaker 2:
[01:07] Destroy it.
Speaker 6:
[01:08] And move on.
Speaker 3:
[01:09] No hesitation. You initiate action.
Speaker 1:
[01:12] You go.
Speaker 3:
[01:13] Take that first step and make it happen.
Speaker 1:
[01:17] And some of you are where you are. If you can be real with yourself, you have gotten yourself in some mess because of your feelings.
Speaker 2:
[01:24] You don't feel like getting up. You don't feel like doing the work.
Speaker 4:
[01:27] You don't feel like working hard.
Speaker 2:
[01:30] And if you don't feel like working hard, then you better feel like losing, getting weaker.
Speaker 7:
[01:35] Because that's what's going to happen.
Speaker 1:
[02:12] In order to make that a reality, no plays off, no days off. You need to dominate in your space. This is the year to get it done. This is the year to rid all excuses. You gotta start off saying, this is exactly where I'm going, I don't care what happens, I am not going to stop. I ain't talking about it no more. Like, this is the thing I gotta get done. I can't keep talking about, I'm gonna finish this book. I can't talk about, I'm gonna get this degree. I will dominate this thing. I will get this thing done. This year I will make this goal become a reality. I won't talk about it anymore. From this point forward, execution is worship.
Speaker 7:
[02:55] I don't make the big bucks because I talk.
Speaker 1:
[02:59] I make the big bucks because I execute.
Speaker 6:
[03:03] True winners understand that what drives improvement the most is a sense of desperation. The most valuable skills, the highest standards come when you literally have no choice. When it's do or die and you're backs against the wall. And having zero other options is what forces you to get better. It's what drives you to become the best and equips you with the tools you need to succeed long term. This is why winners love it when they lack resources and their backs against the wall. They love when there's no other options because it forces action. So no matter what's happening, you gotta get the job done. We've got people who make excuses, who wanna blame society, blame their circumstances. But we also got people who are intense, who have urgency, who understand the need to win on every opportunity presented to them. We've got people that understand there is no time to sit on your hands and wait. We have people that understand that they have to go out and do everything they can to make sure that not only do they get the job done, but that they are the best at it. Those are the people that come in and are constantly putting up points on the scoreboard, no matter how many they already have. They are 100% urgent 100% of the time. You have to be urgent about continually doing the critical tasks, continually winning on a daily basis, continually showing everybody that not only are you good, but you're the best. Successful people make everything important at all times. They make every detail important. And when you do this over and over again, your standards will raise, your performance will raise, things will start to move forward.
Speaker 1:
[04:50] If you're going to get your personal freedom, you gotta go get it, you gotta go earn it, you gotta play hard for it. It's not for the weak and be uncommitted. It's hard, it's difficult. Why? Because the process is weeding out the weak. You can have it, but you can't have it if you ain't beast mode.
Speaker 8:
[05:13] None of us wake up and say, today is the day I destroy my life. What we do is we make these teeny tiny decisions all day long. What do we realize it? Decision to not get up on time, a decision to not eat the right thing, a decision to not look for a job, a decision to not deal with your finances. Like whatever it is, all day long, these tiny decisions that take you so far off track. And then you wake up like I did and you look at your life and you think, how the hell did I get here? And you have no idea.
Speaker 6:
[05:44] Right now we have the most valuable asset on earth on our side, time, but it's running out.
Speaker 4:
[05:50] I don't know what dream you have, but I can guarantee you that there's somebody in the hospital right now praying, begging God to have the opportunity that you have right now. Don't blow it. It is time to go from mediocre to meteoric. It is time to go from being counted out to being counted on.
Speaker 3:
[06:11] An hour lost today is an hour lost forever.
Speaker 2:
[06:16] In life, there's no time out. You can't raise your hand and stop the clock.
Speaker 6:
[06:20] It doesn't happen.
Speaker 2:
[06:21] So instead, I recommend you learn how to flip that switch when you face something that is overwhelming or challenging.
Speaker 4:
[06:28] You flip that switch that says, go time.
Speaker 6:
[06:32] You know what separates the winners from the losers in this world? The difference is that winners are honest with themselves about the effort that they put in. They don't blame anything but themselves when they don't get the result they're after. Instead, they recognize their own lack of effort. They take responsibility for it, and they fix the issue.
Speaker 2:
[06:52] So if you're not finding that motivation that you want, forget about it.
Speaker 5:
[06:59] And start today.
Speaker 6:
[07:29] You're not in here to get an achievement. You need to pay a f**king dues so later in life you never wonder what it is.
Speaker 5:
[07:36] We need to erase that, the equation. We're putting the work in now so we never wonder what it is.
Speaker 1:
[07:42] Not run by the clock.
Speaker 5:
[07:43] Run by our desire where we want to go tomorrow.
Speaker 7:
[07:46] Because the more energy you give, the more that life can express through you, can create through you.
Speaker 1:
[07:51] We don't know when God is going to take us out of here. So every day is going to be the best day. Every day we got to go get it. Every day we got to work out. This could be the last day. And because this could be the last day, we can't live it like we used to live it. Too many of you in this room, you act like you're going to be 200, 300. You're running out of time.
Speaker 7:
[08:12] Act like it.
Speaker 1:
[08:14] You don't have forever. Stop acting like it.
Speaker 2:
[08:17] That's the way life is. You don't have enough time. You got to make time.
Speaker 1:
[08:22] God told me to tell you, don't play no more. You don't need to play. I gave you life. It's fresh. You're the one playing with it. You're the one taking it for granted. You're getting up late. You got attitude. You don't feel it. I gave you breath. Use it.
Speaker 5:
[08:35] Get there early, man. You got all this stuff you want to do, and you never say you got enough time, but get there early.
Speaker 1:
[08:40] No one's there.
Speaker 5:
[08:40] No one's doing anything in the morning.
Speaker 6:
[08:42] Only you can hold yourself back from getting what you want. Not your parents, not your teachers, not your circumstances. You are in control. Every single day is a win or a loss. Did you do what you needed to do today? Because that's all that matters.
Speaker 7:
[09:01] You can train yourself. You can condition yourself that this is my moment. This is my time. This is my Super Bowl. There will be no commercial breaks. This is my stuff. You're going to determine the outcome of your life. You're going to determine whether or not your life is exciting or whether or not it's boring. You determine that, and those people who know that, they move with a sense of urgency. They move with purpose and direction. They work and they manage their time effectively.
Speaker 4:
[09:29] Are we not in here while we're having blood, sweat, and tears blood?
Speaker 6:
[09:32] Keep living it all here, for the better life. That dream that we had inside that we want to create a reality, starts right here.
Speaker 5:
[09:39] Can you come in here, and you get it all over your head This is the nine yards. That's what a real guest would actually throw up out there, throwing every dream reality for you.
Speaker 9:
