[00:02] Two Ts In A Pod with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge. Hi guys, welcome to another episode of Two Ts In A Pod with myself, Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge.
Speaker 2:
[00:20] Good morning.
Speaker 1:
[00:21] Good morning.
Speaker 2:
[00:22] Bright and early.
Speaker 1:
[00:23] Bright and early, I know. For me, this is next level. I don't know if it's something about immunotherapy, but me and early mornings are not simpatico.
Speaker 2:
[00:33] Wow, that used to be different.
Speaker 1:
[00:36] I know, it used to be, I was up at 6 a.m., already working out. Now, it's like Dove sleeps with me. We can barely get up at 8.15 to get her to school.
Speaker 2:
[00:51] Oh my God, I've been up since 5.
Speaker 1:
[00:55] You have?
Speaker 2:
[00:56] Yeah, because right after that, I have to literally within 15 minutes be in a scene in Coda da Casa.
Speaker 1:
[01:04] Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2:
[01:06] I know. I know.
Speaker 1:
[01:09] Well, you're getting it going.
Speaker 2:
[01:11] I'm getting it going.
Speaker 1:
[01:12] Before we even discuss this episode, we're talking about season 15, episode 18. We've got to talk about PK's new woman.
Speaker 2:
[01:22] Why? Did something come out?
Speaker 1:
[01:24] Yes.
Speaker 2:
[01:25] I was filming all day yesterday.
Speaker 1:
[01:27] Okay. So type in to your thing. Tatiana, T-A-T.
Speaker 2:
[01:32] Hold on. Google her?
Speaker 1:
[01:34] Yeah. T-A-T-I-A-N-A space K-H-A-R-C-H-Y-L-A-V-A.
Speaker 2:
[01:51] It comes up. Her husband, her ex-husband. Okay. London-based creative director, executive known for her work in luxury hospitality, specifically as a creative director for the Burley clubs.
Speaker 1:
[02:07] But who does she look like?
Speaker 2:
[02:09] Okay. Let's see. The picture is small. Dorit?
Speaker 1:
[02:17] Yes.
Speaker 2:
[02:20] He's got a type.
Speaker 1:
[02:23] I'm here to tell you, folks. Dorit Doppelganger, Tatiana.
Speaker 2:
[02:28] What is it about him that he gets hot women? Can you explain that to me?
Speaker 1:
[02:34] I think it's his Rizz, as the kids would say. I think he's got a lot of charisma. Okay.
Speaker 2:
[02:42] I don't see it, but.
Speaker 1:
[02:44] I mean, PK wouldn't be my top 10 choice in my single life. Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[02:51] Not mine. I mean, I've never, I don't know that I've ever met him. I can't remember, but if I did, it wasn't memorable.
Speaker 1:
[03:01] Well, as someone who's been around him a lot, he's very funny and charming.
Speaker 2:
[03:07] Yeah. I've actually heard that.
Speaker 1:
[03:08] Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[03:09] I've heard that within our production crew and stuff like that, that he is, I'm sure. He must have something.
Speaker 1:
[03:15] Yeah. So I mean, they probably met out and he was funny and charming, and that's probably how it happened.
Speaker 2:
[03:21] How old is she? I'm just wondering if she's a toddler.
Speaker 1:
[03:25] I don't think she's a toddler. I think she's like in her 50s.
Speaker 2:
[03:28] Oh, okay. All right. You know how men, they get divorced and all of a sudden they're with like a 20-year-old.
Speaker 1:
[03:34] And it's like, oh, God, oh, he's she's 47.
Speaker 2:
[03:38] Okay. Age appropriate as well. Pretty age appropriate. And they obviously have been dating for a while because he's now put her out there.
Speaker 1:
[03:46] Yeah. Now she's out there.
Speaker 2:
[03:48] She's out there.
Speaker 1:
[03:49] But speaking of out there, so is this episode a little bit.
Speaker 2:
[03:55] You know what? It wasn't like your typical season finale. That's for sure. It wasn't like they had some big party. We saw the footage, the clips.
Speaker 1:
[04:03] I love the shade, the shade, not like they had some big party.
Speaker 3:
[04:07] Well, they didn't really have a big party.
Speaker 2:
[04:09] They had like a couple little ones, right? They had like a couple little ones and then they flashed in, they flashed in like parts of the wedding.
Speaker 1:
[04:19] Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[04:19] You know, memorable moments, walking down the aisle, you know, that kind of stuff. But not much of the wedding, but enough for us to just see a little glimpse.
Speaker 1:
[04:28] I mean, three part reunion.
Speaker 2:
[04:29] Are you kidding me? I'm sorry. It was kind of a boring finale.
Speaker 1:
[04:33] I know. I know. I mean, it had such potential because the way it left off the episode before was so good, I thought. Yeah. Like I thought it was going to be like pshh. So it starts up, we pick up Erica knocking on Sutton's door. Erica's in a casual clothes. So clearly she's not going to the party. Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[04:56] But you know what I was expecting? I'd have, I was expecting her to walk in and be like this big shock, like, oh my God, you're not at the part. Like, and it was just like, hey, what's going on?
Speaker 1:
[05:06] No. And then Sutton was like acting like she was a teenager. She was like, oh my God, if I could be a fly on the wall at this party right now, OMG.
Speaker 2:
[05:14] Oh God.
Speaker 1:
[05:15] Yeah. So we don't get really any information here.
Speaker 2:
[05:19] No. The only information we get is that Erica thinks PK might be right. All this, all along, he might be right.
Speaker 1:
[05:27] And then she's like, I can't believe I said that right after she said it.
Speaker 2:
[05:30] Yes, you can. Yes, you can. You can believe it. You said it.
Speaker 1:
[05:35] I mean, I kind of missed the one-on-one sit-down like we could have gotten before the party.
Speaker 2:
[05:41] With, oh yeah, I think that would have been good.
Speaker 1:
[05:45] Like normally there would be a Dorit and Erica one-on-one sit-down before Kathy.
Speaker 2:
[05:50] You know what, Dorit is so, I don't know what she's doing. I don't know what she's doing, Teddi, but I don't like it. It's like she doesn't give it all. She has to be right. She's constantly mean. Like she's seeing next Tuesday every other word coming out of her mouth.
Speaker 1:
[06:10] So, I mean, this is the second time a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season has been revolved around somebody being late.
Speaker 2:
[06:17] I know.
Speaker 1:
[06:18] And it's the same person.
Speaker 2:
[06:20] Well, they didn't have a strong season, that's for sure. And sometimes that happens. A lot of people are saying the season wasn't the best. I don't know. I always favor Beverly Hills because honestly, I don't really watch it for the argument and fighting. I like to see it as a lifestyle.
Speaker 1:
[06:38] Oh, you like to see it as the panic that I had when Jennifer Tilly's $40,000 Gucci teddy bear purse breaks.
Speaker 3:
[06:47] She's like, oh, she's like, my little baby, I'm in pain.
Speaker 1:
[06:52] Then you see a chip of the breaking of the whatever it is that's broken, and then a Tums right next to it, and she picked up the Tums and ate it.
Speaker 2:
[07:01] That would be you.
Speaker 3:
[07:02] I know.
Speaker 1:
[07:03] I've already had three Tums today.
Speaker 2:
[07:05] Well, let me just say this. Let's go back to this. Do you think Dorit treats Sutton poorly? Because it was Erica and her confessional talking about Dorit's behavior. She admits that maybe PK wasn't wrong. Do you think Dorit treat Sutton poorly? As Sutton's complaining about how badly she treats her?
Speaker 1:
[07:25] I think that Sutton and Dorit have a completely different sense of humor. I mean, I don't think it's-
Speaker 2:
[07:32] I agree with that. We see later on where Sutton is trying to make something out of nothing. And Dorit actually was joking with her.
Speaker 1:
[07:40] Yeah. She's like, I'm just joking. That's kind of the issue that I used to- Listen, I love Sutton now. Like Sutton and I have no reason to have an issue with one another. But like sometimes I wouldn't know if she was joking, and I would say she wouldn't know if I was joking.
Speaker 2:
[08:00] Right.
Speaker 1:
[08:01] Just constantly being offended. Do I think that necessarily Sutton or Dorit are funny? No.
Speaker 2:
[08:09] OK, I have a question. So Boz had said, and these are in quotations, if Kyle truly cared about Dorit's financial situation, she should be here to celebrate her financial win. What is it with Boz hating Kyle?
Speaker 1:
[08:26] Boz is out to stir it. I thought Rachel was stirring it. But like Boz is out there. She's doing like the Lord's work for freaking Dorit. She could be talking Dorit off this ledge a little bit. She could be like, Dorit, you have been fighting with her every single time you guys have seen each other throughout the last six months.
Speaker 2:
[08:48] Well, Boz to me is just such a level-headed person. So this all is confusing to me. Like Dorit is not apologetic for anything that she does. I don't think Kyle was going after her. I don't know. I might be wrong. You guys might see it a different way. But Boz is just writing hard for Dorit.
Speaker 1:
[09:10] Writing hard for Dorit. But also, I think even if you're writing hard for someone. So let's say you and I have a situation. Right. And there's one other person involved. Like who's somebody else we're close with? Like, I don't know, LaTall. Me, you and LaTall are having a situation. Me and you are at it. LaTall would be a good friend by saying to both of us what we're doing wrong.
Speaker 2:
[09:36] Right. That's what I...
Speaker 1:
[09:38] Not just me, not just Dorit.
Speaker 2:
[09:41] But she never looks at Dorit and says, oh, you know what, maybe stop. You're overreacting. You're overreacting. Stop.
Speaker 1:
[09:49] Never.
Speaker 2:
[09:49] She never does that. All she does is just put the blame on Kyle. And here's the thing. If I was Kyle, I wouldn't have gone. But then I have this question.
Speaker 1:
[10:01] Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[10:02] How did I understand that Dorit went to Kyle's daughter's wedding?
Speaker 1:
[10:08] Yeah, I mean, I was there too, but how did that happen? How did that already gotten an invite? Okay, it was. I mean, I was there.
Speaker 2:
[10:16] I know.
Speaker 1:
[10:17] The way it was kind of set up was you walk up these big flight of stairs. When you get there, it was I mean, it was beautiful. It's like you're in the forest. I didn't even feel like LA. But you walk up here in the forest. Then you have your pre-cocktail or whatever, and then you walk back down these stairs and you sit down. So I sit down. I'm next to Alex Baskin, Erica, Renna, a group of people. But we're like this. There's four of us. We're not all in four in a row. It's like it's me and Alex and then Eric. However, it's labeled out, so it's kind of easy to talk. But at this point in the wedding, we are asked to not take pictures and to not take videos. Right around the time, Dorit comes bambing down the stairs. Late. She doesn't end up being late because the wedding is late. So it doesn't, it's neither here nor there. But she comes there and she speaks so loudly the entire time we're waiting.
Speaker 2:
[11:28] She has no self-awareness at all.
Speaker 1:
[11:30] I was so embarrassed and there are points where I've really loved Dorit, and there are times where I've really gotten along with Dorit, and my heart has really gone out to Dorit, like during her robbery or during, like when we've had our kids birthday parties together and those types of things. There has been those times and I have laughed hard with Dorit after fighting hard with Dorit. So it's not about that. But when you sit down, she had just sat down, she sat down, I think right behind Alex. So now we're all kind of peaced out, and she is loud, so loud. Like, ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba. Everyone else is silent. We're waiting for the wedding to start. Then when they start walking down the aisles, Dorit pulls out her phone and starts videoing.
Speaker 2:
[12:19] No.
Speaker 1:
[12:20] They just gave us instructions, no pictures, no videos.
Speaker 2:
[12:23] Was she there when the instructions were?
Speaker 1:
[12:25] Yes, she was there. Everyone was there. No excuse.
Speaker 2:
[12:30] I think she just, I mean, I'll tell you, I've met Dorit a few times and always been so kind and sweet. Just very lovely to be around. The Dorit that I'm seeing on camera is not the Dorit that I've met. I haven't spent extended time with her, but just, you know, Bravo events and stuff, always super kind. But boy, that girl loves the word this season.
Speaker 1:
[12:52] She loves the word. Like I almost turned around at the wedding and was like, you're being a be quiet.
Speaker 2:
[12:57] But do you think she keeps saying the word see you next Tuesday because she got so much love from fans last year or the year that she was called Camille one. And then also the cigarettes too, like she got so much love. So now she's leaning into it a little bit more.
Speaker 1:
[13:12] Well, I think that, I mean, that's kind of what Kyle said. Kyle said, you know, she, Kyle publicly said on the show, you know, she's gotten a little feel of this, like people behind me when I act a certain way. And now I think when you have, when you're surrounded by too many yes men and too many people by are telling you what you're doing is so great, you start to lose sense of reality.
Speaker 2:
[13:38] Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1:
[13:40] Like you start to lose a sense, but it's, I can tell you this. I never once saw Dorit and Kyle speak at the wedding. I was at a table, it was myself, PK, Mauricio, Kyle, and some additional of their friends. The table next to us was like, Rena, Rena, Erica, like the rest of the people, but not Dorit. Dorit was at another table, and she just went to the wedding, it was at another table, and she just sat by the-
Speaker 2:
[14:20] Were they surprised that she showed up?
Speaker 1:
[14:22] Probably, that's probably why she was at another table. Plus, like who knows who she's even talking to.
Speaker 2:
[14:27] Do you think that she showed up just because Kyle didn't show up to her party, so she wanted to make a point of it? But here's the thing, they didn't show anybody in the audience, they didn't show anybody sitting down or mingling, it was all just Kyle, her kids, the wedding.
Speaker 1:
[14:43] Yeah, they didn't show, she didn't prove any points here.
Speaker 2:
[14:46] Yeah, but she's going to use that when she goes to the reunion.
Speaker 1:
[14:48] She's going to go, I came to the wedding, even though PK was, because what she kept saying there was that PK was supposed to be babysitting the kids.
Speaker 2:
[14:59] Well, what did you think about Amanda going to Dorit's book party, and then Amanda tells Dorit she's really happy for her, but earlier on she was with her husband and saying like, yeah, I don't know if I want to go, this woman has not been nice to me. And then all of a sudden, it's like, well, I'm a girl's girl, so that's why I'm going. I'm going to support women. That's what I do. Was it more about pimping out her business model?
Speaker 1:
[15:28] Well, I think it was about one like showing who she is, which is a girl's girl, who she wants to fight for everybody to be successful. But when she said the line, and let me try to look at what the line was. She's really happy for her for creating a stream of revenue. I don't know if it's just me, but I felt like she was kind of condescending when she said that.
Speaker 2:
[15:53] Well, yeah, I don't know. I think Amanda's whole mind is constantly about how to make money, how to make money. And she knows that Dorit, I don't know what her financial situation is with PK. I have no idea, but we saw that the house is allegedly in foreclosure.
Speaker 1:
[16:10] Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[16:10] So it's like, okay, well, maybe she could make some money at this. Is there a lot of money to be made writing a book?
Speaker 1:
[16:18] I mean, she's already gotten her advance, which she used to buy the Kelly.
Speaker 2:
[16:24] Well, how much is advance? Got to be more than $20,000. No? Yes? I don't know.
Speaker 1:
[16:29] Probably not. I mean, maybe the Kelly was $30,000. I have no idea.
Speaker 2:
[16:33] You know what the thing is? I mean, it could be, but what a bad choice of money management to get that money and then go, oh, I'm going to buy Kelly bag.
Speaker 1:
[16:44] Because I think she's still really in denial about what's happening.
Speaker 2:
[16:48] It sounds like it.
Speaker 1:
[16:52] I'm not in denial of what's happening with me. I walk in my closet and I see that none of my clothes fit me anymore, and I'm not buying new ones unless I am forced to for something that-
Speaker 2:
[17:02] For an event or something.
Speaker 1:
[17:03] For an event that'll fit me. If not, I'm in these aloe clothes because-
Speaker 2:
[17:07] We know you're going to eventually lose that two extra pounds you have on your body.
Speaker 1:
[17:11] Oh my gosh, it's not two, it's 20.
Speaker 2:
[17:14] It's not 20, shut up.
Speaker 1:
[17:16] Yes, it is.
Speaker 2:
[17:17] Oh my God. Here, you know what? I just want to throw this out there. If Kyle were to announce her engagement at Dorit's book party, do you know what Dorit would have done?
Speaker 1:
[17:42] Said she was taking away from the party.
Speaker 2:
[17:44] Bingo.
Speaker 1:
[17:45] Yeah, said she was taking, but because Dorit got to do it.
Speaker 2:
[17:49] No, Boz.
Speaker 1:
[17:50] No, Dorit's the one that said, now Boz has something to share.
Speaker 2:
[17:54] Oh, she did?
Speaker 1:
[17:55] Yes. So, Dorit said, now Boz said, Dorit goes, so now Boz has something to share. So she gave Boz her moment. She gave her like, I'm going to give it back to you, girl.
Speaker 2:
[18:09] Now, we saw Kathy Hilton at the party, and the first thing I thought was, okay, they're still close even know what Kyle's going through. Kathy was at the book party, and for some reason, I was a little bit shocked to see her there. But, you know, in perfect Kathy style, she threw some shade.
Speaker 1:
[18:29] Oh, yeah, what she did is she was going to take a full, it's a full summer read.
Speaker 2:
[18:33] It's, she said, it'll be a long read and perfect for summer.
Speaker 1:
[18:38] Because it'll take the entire summer, like she added more to it.
Speaker 2:
[18:42] Exactly what she said. It'll be a long read and a perfect for summer.
Speaker 1:
[18:47] But then Dorit goes on to say she's shocked that Amanda would show up for her, but her two best friends couldn't. I thought her best friend was Boz.
Speaker 2:
[18:57] Well, when you're, you know what? Yeah, who knows? I don't know. I don't understand it anymore. I just feel like Dorit's really not trying. Kyle's and Erica are not the ones that are screaming out Dorit. They will respond to things that she says to them, but they're not that person.
Speaker 1:
[19:19] They're not doing it. They're sitting down. They're trying to get through the same argument they've been having the entire fricking season, which is we're watching out for you. We want what's best for you. We're in a different financial, whatever it may be. I don't even think it's a we. It's a complete separate fight now at this point that the two girls are having. The more that Dorit's saying, we need to get, Kyle needs to get her band of army around her to surround her so that she can be the Queen Bee. No, she said that's what Kyle's doing.
Speaker 3:
[19:53] No, no, I'm saying that.
Speaker 2:
[19:54] But who's all the people that she wants around her? The only one she has around her, that's Erica.
Speaker 1:
[20:01] Yeah, it's Erica. But I mean, the party, it's a nice party.
Speaker 3:
[20:08] The book cover is beautiful.
Speaker 1:
[20:09] The cover is beautiful. Her kids pulling it down was nice. That was cute. Amanda for sure showed up to look like a good person.
Speaker 2:
[20:17] That's kind of what I took from it too.
Speaker 1:
[20:21] But she looked really cute.
Speaker 2:
[20:23] If you're going to go to the party to support women, then go. But don't sit there and go, well, I really don't want to go. But I'm going to because that's what I do for a living. I support women.
Speaker 1:
[20:35] Well, because I support women wanting to make more money.
Speaker 2:
[20:40] On the way to Nikki Hilton's party, Boz shares that Erica didn't go to Dorit's party because she wanted to get her attention. Now, what do you think Erica meant by that when she goes, I now have your attention?
Speaker 1:
[20:54] Well, we hear that part later. But I think she meant like, I wanted you to pop out of whatever your head is in the sand and listen to what we're actually saying. So she's like, I wanted to have your attention enough. You hurt me bad enough that I'm not going to this. You've hurt me enough.
Speaker 2:
[21:15] Do you think that Boz was supporting Erika not going? Or was she being like shady about it?
Speaker 1:
[21:22] And am I missing the scenes where Erika and Kyle constantly go to Boz to fill her in? Because why does this keep happening? It's like, Boz knows everything and goes straight to Dorit, and it's all about Erika and Kyle.
Speaker 2:
[21:39] Yeah, it's weird. Now, I thought it was funny when Erika says, Kathy throws the best parties even better than Chris Jenner.
Speaker 3:
[21:47] I'm like, whoa, there are fighting words.
Speaker 1:
[21:49] Getting those fighting words.
Speaker 2:
[21:50] And then you see Kathy, like, these flower arrangements, we can't have the same one. It's starting to look like a charity event.
Speaker 1:
[21:57] Yeah, we can't have that. I mean, it was a beautiful party. They always are. They're completely different types of parties, I would say.
Speaker 2:
[22:04] Absolutely. Do you scream for a good smile? No smile. Is it like you get your mouth warmed up?
Speaker 1:
[22:18] I think like sometimes when you do too many smiles, well, at least for me, like too many half smiles, then I start to get like my face feels stuck. Yeah. So I think she was doing, but I think you can easily eliminate that by just going.
Speaker 2:
[22:33] And then we had a jump scare. Who?
Speaker 1:
[22:36] Denise Richards?
Speaker 2:
[22:37] No. Heather McDonald.
Speaker 1:
[22:40] Oh my God.
Speaker 2:
[22:41] I know. I'm like, why is she there? Is she friends with any of them? I mean, she's not friends with any of the OC girls anymore. So now she's working her way to Beverly Hills.
Speaker 1:
[22:49] She was at the white party too. I don't know who invites her to all these parties, but she got a lot. Her walk-in was long and they put her full name there.
Speaker 2:
[22:58] I know.
Speaker 1:
[23:00] I don't know. Maybe she's friends with Kathy.
Speaker 2:
[23:03] I don't know.
Speaker 1:
[23:04] But she was at Kyle's white party. She was here.
Speaker 2:
[23:07] We do see Denise Richards.
Speaker 1:
[23:10] We see Denise Richards, who looks beautiful, by the way.
Speaker 2:
[23:12] Yeah.
Speaker 1:
[23:14] This is after she's had, she's talked about having her facelift.
Speaker 2:
[23:18] Right. Doesn't she look great?
Speaker 1:
[23:20] She looks great and fresh.
Speaker 2:
[23:22] I felt bad because all the cast was on the couch talking at one point. It's like one of those things, okay, Denise, you need to get up and move because they're going to have a conversation. She's like, okay, guys, I'm going to get up now. I'm going to go to Charlie's premiere party.
Speaker 1:
[23:37] But this is after they already pushed her around. You guys know the way it is when you're filming. They want you always at like, it's not even a U shape because it's more like a horseshoe. It's more open. If you have to close in and squeeze in too tight, you can't see everybody that you're filming. Adding her made it too tight of a squeeze to see everybody's reaction, but they needed Denise out there. But Denise's doctor did well. But Jennifer Tilly was out of there too. She's like, I got to go do things before the drama starts.
Speaker 2:
[24:14] Yeah, it was a lot of people just popped in and popped out. Are you shocked that Nikki allowed that to be filmed?
Speaker 1:
[24:20] No, because it's her jewelry line.
Speaker 2:
[24:22] Oh, true. But we don't see her on the show very often, do we?
Speaker 1:
[24:28] No, we don't see her often, but she was on it a couple of times. They showed her jewelry. Jennifer Tilly was wearing her necklace.
Speaker 2:
[24:34] Is Paris ever on the show with her mom?
Speaker 1:
[24:37] I think Paris has been on before too, but one of these parties. But I could be getting it confused with Paris' show. I don't really know.
Speaker 2:
[24:56] We also get like a hard launch of John, Erica's new man. It's an official man friend. Have you met John?
Speaker 1:
[25:04] I have not met John, but I've talked to John. They call each other love on the phone.
Speaker 2:
[25:10] And they're still together, right?
Speaker 1:
[25:12] Yeah, it's like, hey love, hi love.
Speaker 2:
[25:15] I love that she says like, I just feel so safe with him. That's just like, oh, that kind of like melted my heart because after what she's gone through with her ex-husband and all this, you know, the legal stuff, like I can imagine she's just not felt safe for a very long time. And now she's got this big guy, he's ex-military, he's there, he's protecting her.
Speaker 1:
[25:40] And let's also be very clear, something we forgot about, I can't believe we would forget something because we are such brainiacs. But something we forgot that also was talked about at the beginning of the season was Erika's DV situation.
Speaker 2:
[25:59] Yeah.
Speaker 1:
[26:00] And cause Denise was sharing hers and Erika shared hers. I for certain know that Dorit knows about that. So Dorit acting like, why has Erika had a bad year? Remember when Dorit did all that?
Speaker 2:
[26:12] Yes, yes, yes. And she knew what Erika had gone through. There was something surfacing on social media about them figuring out, potentially figuring out who this guy was that she had issues with.
Speaker 1:
[26:25] Which I don't even think is necessary at this point. But I think that just shows how much Dorit is not paying attention to what her friends are going through. I mean, that's a major thing to go through, let alone, you know, Dorit's putting her money and her court things aside. Like, if you heard that information, it's not something you forget.
Speaker 2:
[26:47] No. But I think, Dorit, the past two seasons, it's all about Dorit. She's being very, very self-centered. And, you know, there's a lot of talk that from her that she's going through so much. And I'm like, is this gonna, how long is this gonna last? Like, you know, I had a, felt horrible last year and you get through it. And then you move on and you try to better yourself. But I feel like she's being really hard on her friends.
Speaker 1:
[27:17] But also if you're trying to, if you're saying you're going through such a hard time in this struggling, then show it a little bit. Show us, show us her scattered around the house, being late because she can't find her things or, you know, like we haven't seen any of that. We just show her casually walking in late, not apologizing.
Speaker 2:
[27:38] But she's always been late. That has nothing to do with what she's going through. Like she's going through a divorce. Kyle is going through a separation and potentially a divorce. Erica has gone through something really bad. I mean, what Erica is going through, honestly.
Speaker 1:
[27:54] Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[27:55] Yeah, that's bad.
Speaker 1:
[27:58] Then after Dorit lets us know multiple times she's walking into the enemy lion's den, Kyle feels like Dorit is treating her like the enemy. Dorit claps back at her and tells her to stop acting like one.
Speaker 2:
[28:13] Did you hear Dorit say, I don't see lions, I see cowards.
Speaker 1:
[28:17] Yeah. Then as she orders, can I have, I don't even know how to order a three shot drink, but she knew how to order it.
Speaker 2:
[28:24] Quadruple, she called it.
Speaker 1:
[28:25] A quadruple, or is that four?
Speaker 2:
[28:26] That's four, I think.
Speaker 1:
[28:28] Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[28:29] I think she obviously did it joking, but she kept saying it. But Dorit is really trying to paint this picture that she's a lone wolf on an island, but no one is doing that to her. She's isolating herself.
Speaker 1:
[28:46] Which to be honest, she's been doing for years.
Speaker 2:
[28:49] Did you see Dorit's face when Kyle brought up the fake accent?
Speaker 1:
[28:52] Yeah. She was completely shocked. Erica reminds Dorit what happened in Italy and how low she went calling her. But let's not forget, Erica was also upset that Dorit said Boz wasn't there for her more than anyone else. Then she said Erica hasn't shared what's going on with her to the group. But this is what they're not actually saying here, which we see for the reunion, is she has told Erica, you're going to lose your job if you don't get to work.
Speaker 2:
[29:24] Come on. You know what the best thing ever was? Erica remaining calm and keeping her composure. It was like the best thing she could have done because Dorit looked like an asshole at that time. I mean, the way Erica, it's so cutting. You just stare somebody in the face.
Speaker 1:
[29:39] Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[29:40] And I can't remember exactly what the word she was using, but I'm like, oh, that gave me chills.
Speaker 1:
[29:46] Yeah. I mean, the fact that that was the original comment that pissed off Erica.
Speaker 2:
[29:53] Well, Dorit was being condescending and aggressive.
Speaker 1:
[29:57] She was being condescending and aggressive. Boz is just sitting there. Rachel is just sitting there. Then she kind of goes after Kyle a little bit. Nobody steps in. Then Dorit is like, that's what she wants. You guys just step in and do it for her. Then implying that Kyle is the one that gets people hired and fired on the show.
Speaker 2:
[30:17] Oh, yes.
Speaker 1:
[30:17] If that was the case, I would still be on it.
Speaker 3:
[30:20] You'd still be there.
Speaker 2:
[30:21] But the finale ends with Dorit not ending on good terms with not only Erica, but also Kyle and Sutton. Dorit was annoying when she was going back and forth and so was Sutton. Like Sutton was like, this is the season finale. I need something. It was like stupid, the fight that she was having with Dorit.
Speaker 1:
[30:45] But even before that, so she's having this fight with Dorit, and before that, Boz was there. She continues talking about how Boz was there for her more than anybody else. Then how about when Dorit goes, Erica, we have a 10-year friendship and Erica goes, nine.
Speaker 2:
[31:04] I know, nine, nine. I love that, I love that whole conversation.
Speaker 1:
[31:09] Dorit says she can now see the real Erica. But I'm like, when are we seeing the real Dorit?
Speaker 2:
[31:15] Not anytime soon. She's been like this for a couple of seasons now.
Speaker 1:
[31:18] I think she's been going through some PTSD stuff since the robberies. I think that's when things started changing.
Speaker 2:
[31:28] I think I'd get my ass out of that house.
Speaker 1:
[31:30] Yeah. Well, I don't think she has a choice soon enough. Well, I don't know.
Speaker 2:
[31:39] But when Dorit and Sutton were going back and forth, I mean, Dorit is annoying. But I do think she was joking about the Sutton stuff.
Speaker 1:
[31:48] I don't think she was joking about the nice bow.
Speaker 2:
[31:51] I thought that was to be a bad. No, no, not that. Not that asshole. The flashback of her saying...
Speaker 1:
[31:55] She said something along the lines of like, I'll never talk to you again if you interrupt this conversation. Or it was like, you know, I'll hate you forever.
Speaker 2:
[32:04] I'll hate you forever. And it's like she was she's like, I was just joking. And then Dorit to Sutton, wrap it up, wrap it up.
Speaker 1:
[32:13] Yeah, wrap it up. I'm done here. I'm done here. I'm done talking to you.
Speaker 2:
[32:16] Nice bow.
Speaker 1:
[32:18] Yeah. And you could already tell that Sutton was like, this is a different Sutton than we're used to. So Sutton is very sensitive. She's got her feelings hurt already. She's gotten the nerve to get up and speak to Dorit alone with Boz because of course, Boz is there and Boz doesn't stand up for her for half a second and say like, even say to her, Sutton, sometimes Dorit's humor is not landing with you or whatever she's saying. Dorit always calls out her British humor. And Rachel only speaks up after Dorit walks away. And to be honest, she doesn't really have anything to say that we haven't already heard. I think Rachel just doesn't know all of the women super well.
Speaker 2:
[33:10] And so she doesn't know the history.
Speaker 1:
[33:12] Yeah, she's getting a very one sided situation. But I thought it was, you know, for Dorit continuing to call everybody mean girls. I thought the Bo thing was mean.
Speaker 2:
[33:24] Well, yeah, I thought at first she was just being nice. And then when Boz said, it is a nice Bo. And she goes, I was joking.
Speaker 1:
[33:34] Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[33:35] Oh my God, you were just can't stop being mean. What did you think about Amanda getting married at the courthouse or wherever she was and changing her vows for richer or richer?
Speaker 1:
[33:48] And you could see the husband didn't even want to do it. He was like, no, no, no, let's just keep it. And she's like, no, no, we're going to do it.
Speaker 2:
[33:54] For richer or for richer?
Speaker 1:
[33:57] For richer or richer?
Speaker 2:
[33:58] I don't, I wonder why they did that because they do have a wedding set 10 10 26.
Speaker 1:
[34:05] Yeah. I mean, I think it, they did that just in case she's not back next year. At least we've got them married on camera. We know that's happening.
Speaker 2:
[34:13] Do they film in October?
Speaker 1:
[34:16] Well, let's do the math. Why it was right now. Yeah. They start filming in October.
Speaker 2:
[34:22] 10 10 26.
Speaker 1:
[34:23] Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[34:24] Oh my God. Well, let's get to the final closing. So Kyle's was, Dorit did show up for Alexia's wedding, but Kyle and Dorit have not spoken since. Kyle and Moe are ready to pull the trigger on divorce. That was actually a sad scene. We didn't really talk about it when Kyle was sitting with her girls all on. I think it was like before the wedding and just talking about reminiscing from the past and how did I get here? That was really sad.
Speaker 1:
[34:49] They kept joking like you're going to be sleeping over with dad. Yeah, you're going to share the room. But no, I think Kyle says that there was a moment where she's talking and she's like, yeah, I realize that there is going to be that moment where I have to decide if we're going to get a divorce. And she's like, and that could be soon. And she's crying and it's heartbreaking because that is sad. You know, I can relate to that.
Speaker 2:
[35:14] Yeah.
Speaker 1:
[35:15] Then Rachel says, Rachel's divorce is still pending with no end in sight. She's been debuting a new romance on the red carpets. And I'm like, Rachel, if you're debuting a new romance on the carpet, what do you care about Roger doing a hard launch with the girlfriend picture on his lap?
Speaker 2:
[35:33] I agree. And then Erica is set to start her $25 million trial in April. Erica is very happy in her relationship with John, which makes me happy.
Speaker 1:
[35:43] Yeah. Boz plans to have one more round of IVF. Okay.
Speaker 2:
[35:49] And then Sutton is working on making Sutton Brown official and keeping away from vodka.
Speaker 3:
[35:55] I have a question.
Speaker 1:
[35:56] Is this the first time they've shared this season that Sutton is not drinking vodka anymore? I know they've shown her drinking slowing down and no one talking about it. But like, I feel like-
Speaker 2:
[36:12] I think she said it in the beginning, like she wasn't drinking vodka anymore.
Speaker 1:
[36:17] Okay, because I was like-
Speaker 2:
[36:19] It wasn't, you know, we saw a different Sutton this season. She was a little bit more calm, more understanding.
Speaker 1:
[36:25] She's off the hard booze.
Speaker 2:
[36:27] Yeah. Yeah. So good for her.
Speaker 1:
[36:30] Amanda and Eddie legally tied the knot in civil service. Then Amanda still plans to have an extravagant wedding in October. She's manifesting a bestseller for her new published book, Godly, and it says Godly as and then it's four asterisks. So I'm assuming. F. Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 2:
[36:46] Well, Dorit's book is set to release in June 2026. While her divorce is still pending, she lost dead weight in both her relationship and friendships. I don't like that.
Speaker 1:
[36:56] Like I don't like it either.
Speaker 2:
[36:58] Does it call Kyle and Erica dead weight?
Speaker 1:
[37:00] Because if you really care about them and you really want them to be your best, like you've done as much for them as they've done for you throughout these years and you really feel like your heart is breaking. If I got into a fight with a best friend in the middle of a terrible divorce, I would want that person there to talk to.
Speaker 2:
[37:23] Right.
Speaker 1:
[37:24] I would want their advice. I would want that. She's just pushed it all away because she doesn't want to hear it. She wants to do what she wants to do when she wants to do it.
Speaker 2:
[37:34] That's right.
Speaker 1:
[37:36] But then we kind of see the previews for the Reunion and-
Speaker 2:
[37:42] What did you think?
Speaker 1:
[37:43] I mean, I think it's going to be a lot of the same thing we've been seeing, which is Dorit being very abrasive and talking over people and saying, I'm not, it's my turn to get it out. I'm like, you've been getting it out all year. When are you going to get it out enough? My favorite part is when Kyle looks over at Andy and goes, can you get her to shut up? And he goes, no.
Speaker 2:
[38:10] No.
Speaker 1:
[38:11] Then Sutton goes, never, impossible.
Speaker 2:
[38:14] That's funny. Well, they have three reunions, so it must be good.
Speaker 1:
[38:19] Must be good. But I mean, here we are. We made it through the season.
Speaker 2:
[38:23] Yeah. Bye bye, Beverly Hills.
Speaker 1:
[38:25] Bye bye, Beverly Hills.
