[00:18] A Nickelodeon original podcast.
Speaker 3:
[00:28] Hey, Paw Pal. It's me, Ryder. We're so excited that you're joining the PAW Patrol today. Aren't we, Marshall? I'm fired up. Hello, PAW Patrol. You've got Ryder.
Speaker 2:
[00:40] And Marshall here.
Speaker 3:
[00:44] Oh, hi, Big Sister Polar Bear. Wow. Your little sister's birthday party is today, and you're planning a surprise party, and there's going to be a freeze dance? That's a dance where when the music plays, we dance, dance, dance. But when it stops, we freeze. And you even got your little sister a pink ice cream cake with polar bear shaped icing on top and put it in a pink lock box to keep it safe? That sounds delicious. You probably have it chilling right near you because it's still nice and cool where you are at the top of the mountain. Uh-oh, you don't remember where you put the pink ice cream cake? Don't worry, Big Sister Polar Bear, the Paw Patrol can help find it. You stay at the top of the snowy mountain and I'll gather the rest of the pups right now. Pups are coming here to the lookout. Can you hear them?
Speaker 1:
[02:30] Ruff, ruff, ruff, vip, vip!
Speaker 3:
[02:32] Looks like everyone's here, except Marshall. Wait, I see him coming now. Hi, Paw Pal. Here I come. I'm okay.
Speaker 2:
[02:50] PAW Patrol, ready for action, Ryder, sir.
Speaker 3:
[02:53] Pups, a big sister polar bear needs our help. She's planned a super fun party for her little sister polar bear's birthday today with a freeze dance, bubbles and ice cream cake. But she forgot where she put the ice cream cake. She left it in a pink locked box somewhere at the bottom of the mountain. And the bottom of the mountain is warmer than the top of the mountain, which means the ice cream cake is melting. For this rescue, I'm going to need... Marshall.
Speaker 1:
[03:23] Ruff, ruff.
Speaker 3:
[03:24] Marshall, I need you to use your fire truck to go really fast to find the ice cream cake before it melts. I'm ready for a ruff, ruff rescue.
Speaker 1:
[03:33] And... Everest.
Speaker 3:
[03:37] I'll need you to use your snow cat to get the ice cream cake up the mountain.
Speaker 2:
[03:41] Ice or snow, I'm ready to go.
Speaker 3:
[03:44] All right, PAW Patrol is on a roll. Come along with me in my fire truck. Wow, you get to go in Marshall's fire truck? That's so cool. But make sure to buckle up, because Marshall likes to go really fast. Press the button to make my fire truck siren start up. Press the button now. PAWsome, let's go, go, go. Driving fast to the rescue is so much fun. To make my firetruck go even faster, press down on my firetruck's pedal with your foot. Wow, now that's fast. Don't forget to steer.
Speaker 1:
[04:54] Nice job.
Speaker 3:
[04:59] Can you remember the combination to the lock on the ice cream cake box?
Speaker 1:
[05:04] Great. It's two, four, six. Here it is again to remember. Two, four, six.
Speaker 3:
[05:16] Wait. I see another pup. Press my brake pedal. I spy with my little eye, a pup who loves ice and snow. Do you know who it is?
Speaker 2:
[05:31] Ice or snow? I'm ready to go.
Speaker 3:
[05:37] Hi, Everest.
Speaker 2:
[05:38] Hi, Marshall. Hi, Pawpal. Any luck finding the ice cream cake?
Speaker 3:
[05:44] Not yet.
Speaker 2:
[05:45] We'll just have to keep looking. I'll use my snow cat to drive around and keep searching. Great.
Speaker 3:
[05:52] And remember, if you find the cake, the law combination for the pink box is... Do you remember? Two, four, six.
Speaker 2:
[06:03] Two, four, six. Got it.
Speaker 1:
[06:07] Woo-hoo!
Speaker 3:
[06:11] Okay, let's keep our eyes and ears open and look for that ice cream cake. Ice cream cake, where are you? Sing with me. Ice cream cake, where are you? Hmm, let's drive slowly and see if we can spot it. Press the pedal of my fire truck lightly with your foot so we can go slow. Great job! Wow, I see plants and cars in a pink box with a lock that looks like it could be the perfect size and shape to hold an ice cream cake. Wait a minute, did I just say ice cream cake? Let's stop this fire truck! It smells sweet, just like ice cream cake. And when I touch the box, it's cold, just like ice cream cake should be. And pink ice cream is melting out of it, just like how ice cream melts. It's so sticky. This has got to be the polar bear's ice cream cake. Let's see if our combination to the lock works. Do you remember the numbers?
Speaker 2:
[07:33] Right.
Speaker 3:
[07:34] It was two, four, six.
Speaker 2:
[07:37] Let's try it.
Speaker 3:
[07:39] Okay. Here we go. Two, four, six.
Speaker 2:
[07:51] We did it!
Speaker 3:
[07:52] The combination worked. Thanks for helping me remember. And this ice cream cake is pink, with polar bear-shaped icing on top.
Speaker 1:
[08:02] Yes.
Speaker 3:
[08:03] This is definitely the polar bear's cake. And now we just have to get it all the way up the mountain for the surprise party before it melts.
Speaker 1:
[08:12] Quick.
Speaker 3:
[08:13] Let's go find Everest. Everest, we found the ice cream cake.
Speaker 2:
[08:23] PAWsome, I'm on the mountain right now. Let's meet in the middle of the mountain right away.
Speaker 3:
[08:29] You've got it. We have to move fast to meet Everest on the middle of the mountain. Press the pedal on my fire truck, and let's go, go, go! We can go even faster if we play my siren. Are you ready to turn it on?
Speaker 2:
[08:50] Great!
Speaker 3:
[08:51] Okay, press the button. Pawsome! Use the steering wheel on my fire truck to turn onto the mountain road.
Speaker 2:
[09:20] Great work!
Speaker 3:
[09:22] Wow, you're driving us so high up. Wow, it's cold up here on the mountain. This cold weather will help that ice cream cake get frozen again. Let's dance in our seats to stay warm while we drive up the mountain. PAW Patrol is on a roll! Let's say it again! PAW Patrol is on a roll! Uh-oh, do you hear that? What does that sound like to you? My fire truck isn't going fast at all. That's strange, because my fire truck usually goes really fast. Hmm, what do you think that could be? My tires keep spinning in one place. That means they can't grip the slippery cold road. I spy with my little eye a fire truck that can't get any higher up this mountain. How will we get this cake to Everest? And to the party!
Speaker 2:
[10:33] I spy with my little eye Everest on her snowcat.
Speaker 3:
[10:39] She's far away, but let's call her name and see if she can hear us on the mountain.
Speaker 2:
[10:44] Ready?
Speaker 3:
[10:45] One, two, three!
Speaker 1:
[10:49] Everest!
Speaker 3:
[10:50] Again!
Speaker 1:
[10:52] Everest!
Speaker 3:
[10:55] I hear her snowcat. Her snowcat has treads instead of wheels, which helps to drive on the snow.
Speaker 1:
[11:02] Listen!
Speaker 2:
[11:05] Ice or snow, I'm ready to go! Hi, Marshall!
Speaker 3:
[11:09] Everest, we tried to meet you halfway up the mountain, but my firetruck can't get any higher up.
Speaker 2:
[11:16] Well, that's what my snowcat is good for. It can go up, up, up, even the snowiest and slipperiest hills with its treads. And it can deliver ice cream cakes to polar bear birthday parties.
Speaker 3:
[11:32] PAWsome!
Speaker 2:
[11:33] You and Marshall can come with me in my snowcat, but make sure to buckle up. Great! Will you hold the cake? Oh, I knew I could count on you. Keep holding it nice and steady while I drive us up the mountain in my powerful snowcat. Count us down. Ready? One, two, three, let's go! Hold on to that cake. We're about to go fast. Hmm, I wonder where that polar bear party is happening. Keep your ears open. Do you hear anything?
Speaker 3:
[12:22] I hear with my little ear something that sounds like it could be a party.
Speaker 2:
[12:28] Let's follow that noise. Hold on really tight to that cake. We're about to go fast. I spy with my little eye a polar bear party.
Speaker 3:
[12:47] It is the polar bear party.
Speaker 2:
[12:50] Hey, polar bears, we have your ice cream cake.
Speaker 3:
[12:56] You want us to join the surprise party? Well, we love to.
Speaker 2:
[13:01] Okay, if we're going to join the surprise party, we have to be quiet when the little sister polar bear walks in so we can surprise her. Sounds good? Great.
Speaker 3:
[13:16] Let's make ourselves as small as possible and be really, really quiet.
Speaker 1:
[13:27] I hear her.
Speaker 2:
[13:28] Ready to surprise her when she gets here? Let's yell, surprise, in one, two, three, surprise.
Speaker 3:
[13:40] Happy birthday, little sister polar bear. And we have one more surprise for you, little sister polar bear, an ice cream cake. You want to do a freeze dance with us?
Speaker 2:
[14:10] Ooh, that sounds like fun.
Speaker 3:
[14:13] We're ready to freeze dance.
Speaker 2:
[14:24] Freeze. Did you freeze? Nice work.
Speaker 3:
[14:29] Aw, this party has been so much fun.
Speaker 2:
[14:32] But it's time to get on my snowcat so we can get back. You can drive downhill to the lookout. Push my handle down to make my snowcat go, go, go. Here we go.
Speaker 3:
[14:52] Welcome back to the lookout, pups. It's been another amazing rescue for the PAW Patrol. I spy with my little eye someone who did a great job saving the day.
Speaker 2:
[15:05] It's you.
Speaker 3:
[15:07] Thank you for helping me and the pups.
Speaker 2:
[15:10] You saved the polar bear surprise party.
Speaker 1:
[15:14] Yeah!
Speaker 2:
[15:15] Thank you so much for helping us out today.
Speaker 3:
[15:18] You did a pawtastic job. And whenever you're in trouble, just... Yelp for help!
